The platform scheduling problem in battlefield is one of the important problems in military operational research.It needs to minimize mission completing time and meanwhile maximize the mission completing accuracy with a limited number of platforms.Though the traditional certain models obtain some good results,uncertain model is still needed to be introduced since the battlefield environment is complex and unstable.An uncertain model is prposed for the platform scheduling problem.Related parameters in this model are set to be fuzzy or stochastic.Due to the inherent disadvantage of the solving methods for traditional models,a new method is proposed to solve the uncertain model.Finally,the practicability and availability of the proposed method are demonstrated with a case of joint campaign. 展开更多

Identification of modal parameters of a linear structure with output-only measurements has received much attention over the past decades. In the paper, the Natural Excitation Technique (NExT) is used for acquisition of the impulse signals from the structural responses. Then Eigensystem Realization Algorithm (ERA) is utilized for modal identification. For disregarding the fictitious ‘computational modes', a procedure, Statistically Averaging Modal Frequency Method (SAMFM), is developed to distinguish the true modes from noise modes, and to improve the precision of the identified modal frequencies of the structure. An offshore platform is modeled with the finite element method. The theoretical modal parameters are obtained for a comparison with the identified values. The dynamic responses of the platform under random wave loading are computed for providing the output signals used for identification with ERA. Results of simulation demonstrate that the proposed method can determine the system modal frequency with high precision. 展开更多

According to the method, a computer program is developed. In this program nonlinear constitutive relationships and strength criteria of concrete and steel bars are included, and the progressive cracking and crushing of the concrete are taken into account. Based on the stress distribution obtained by the nonlinear finite element analysis, the amount of reinforcement in the control sections can be computed and adjusted automatically by the program to satisfy the requirement of the design. The amount of reinforcement required in the control sections, which are obtained with the nonlinear finite element analysis, is agreeable to that obtained in the experiment. This shows that the design method of R. C. offshore platform with the nonlinear finite element method proposed by the authors is reliable for practical use. 展开更多

In this paper, the jacket platform is simulated by a non-uniform cantilever beam subjected to axial force. Based on the Hamilton theory, the equation of bending motion is developed and solved by the classical Ritz method combined with the pseudo-excitation method for random responses with non-classical damping. Usually, random responses of this continuous structure are obtained by orthogonality of modes, and some normal modes of the structure are needed, causing inconvenience for the analysis of the non-uniform beam whose normal modes are not easy to be obtained. However, if the pseudo-excitation method is extended to calculate random responses by combining it with the classical Ritz method, the responses of a non-uniform beam, such as auto-PSD function, cross-PSD and higher spectral moments, can be solved directly avoiding the calculation of normal modes. The numerical results show that the present method is effective and useful in aseismic design of platforms. 展开更多

In order to solve the problem of difficult modeling and identification caused by time-variable parameters,multiple inputs and outputs and unstable open loop,a subsystem model-based close-loop grey-box identification method was put forward when consider the main coupling effects of hydraulic Stewart platform.Firstly,the whole system is divided into three TITO(Two Input Two Output) subsystems according to the characteristics of the pseudo-mass matrix,hence transfer function matrix model of the subsystem can also be found.Secondly,since the Stewart platform is unstable,the close-loop transfer model of the subsystem is derived under the proportional controllers.The inverse M serial is adopted as the identification signal to get the experimental data.All parameters of the subsystem are determined in close-loop indirect identification by PEM(Prediction Error Method).Finally,a case study validates the correctness and effectiveness of the subsystem model-based close-loop grey-box identification method for hydraulic Stewart platform. 展开更多

目的探索一种基于案例教学法与超星学习通的混合式教学模式在中医外科外治法实习带教中的应用效果。方法将中医学专业五年制本科生72人按随机数字表法分为观察组(36人)和对照组(36人)。在中医外科学的外治法临床实习教学中,观察组采用... 目的探索一种基于案例教学法与超星学习通的混合式教学模式在中医外科外治法实习带教中的应用效果。方法将中医学专业五年制本科生72人按随机数字表法分为观察组(36人)和对照组(36人)。在中医外科学的外治法临床实习教学中,观察组采用基于案例教学法与超星学习通的混合式模式,对照组采用传统带教模式。实习结束后,72名本科生统一进行理论知识考试、临床实操考核及迷你临床演练评量(Mini-CEX)考核,比较该模式的教学结果。结果在理论考试、临床实践考核中,观察组成绩优于对照组(P<0.05);在Mini-CEX考核中,观察组在体格检查、临床判断、组织效能及整体表现成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于案例教学法与超星学习通的混合式教学模式在中医外科学实习带教中及外治法实践教学显示出良好效果。 展开更多

为评估新型制冷剂的燃烧安全性并获取其最大层流燃烧速度(v_(L,max)),基于自主搭建的定容燃烧弹实验平台,采用定压球形火焰法,在298 K和100 kPa条件下,研究了三元混合制冷剂HFO-1234ze(E)/HFC-134a/DME(质量比30∶60∶10)与空气在当量比... 为评估新型制冷剂的燃烧安全性并获取其最大层流燃烧速度(v_(L,max)),基于自主搭建的定容燃烧弹实验平台,采用定压球形火焰法,在298 K和100 kPa条件下,研究了三元混合制冷剂HFO-1234ze(E)/HFC-134a/DME(质量比30∶60∶10)与空气在当量比(ϕ)0.8~1.6范围内的层流燃烧特性。利用纹影法与高速摄像系统记录火焰传播过程,并分别基于LS、LC与NQ3种模型外推得到层流燃烧速度和马克斯坦长度。结果表明,火焰半径15~25 mm为最佳分析区间,可有效排除点火干扰、辐射损失及壁面效应的影响;结合Lewis数分析进一步表明,LC模型预测效果最佳。最终确定v_(L,max)=(8.9±0.3)cm/s(ϕ_(max)=1.06),该层流燃烧速度满足ASHRAE A2L安全标准。研究建立了适用于多组分、弱可燃工质的燃烧性能测试方法,可为低全球变暖潜值制冷剂的安全评估、工程应用与标准制定提供重要数据支撑。 展开更多

云计算技术可为不断提升的轨道交通运输需求以及列控系统追求更高性能的诉求,提供算力、虚拟化、资源共享等技术支撑。为此,有必要对列控系统安全计算机云化部署的技术适配性进行系统性研究和分析。聚焦云平台架构设计、地理冗余机制、... 云计算技术可为不断提升的轨道交通运输需求以及列控系统追求更高性能的诉求,提供算力、虚拟化、资源共享等技术支撑。为此,有必要对列控系统安全计算机云化部署的技术适配性进行系统性研究和分析。聚焦云平台架构设计、地理冗余机制、时空独立性保障、安全编码技术,以及故障诊断与监测体系演化等技术维度,系统梳理列控系统安全计算机云化的现有技术实现路径,分析其优势及局限性。研究发现,在实现云安全关键技术的基础上,未来需重点突破虚拟化层确定性保障、跨安全域互操作等核心瓶颈,建立跨安全等级和跨安全技术要求的方法,为列控系统这类安全苛求系统的开发与认证提供支撑,为制定分阶段云迁移策略提供理论依据。该研究为轨道交通云控制系统的标准化建设与工程化落地提供了系统性技术参考。 展开更多

The spectral methods and ice-induced fatigue analysis are discussed based on Miner's linear cumulative fatigue hypothesis and S-N curve data. According to the long-term data of full-scale tests on the platforms in the Bohai Sea, the ice force spectrum of conical structures and the fatigue environmental model are established. Moreover, the finite element model of JZ20-2MSW platform, an example of ice-induced fatigue analysis, is built with ANSYS software. The mode analysis and dynamic analysis in frequency domain under all kinds of ice fatigue work conditions are carded on, and the fatigue life of the structure is estimated in detail. The methods in this paper can be helpful in ice-induced fatigue analysis of ice-resistant platforms. 展开更多

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a medical system that has collected and summarized abundant clinical experience over its long history of more than 2000 years. However, the frequent occurrence of TCM-induced adverse reactions has hindered the modernization and internationalization of TCM, while attracting increasing attention from around the world. Unlike chemical drugs and biological agents, the difficulties involved in research on the toxicity and safety of TCM mainly include the complexity of its components and the unpredictability of drug–body interactions. Much of TCM, which has overall therapeutic effects, has the typical mechanisms of multiple components, multiple pathways, and multiple targets. While considering the gradualness and unpredictability of TCM toxicity, the ambiguity of toxicants and safe dosage, and individual differences during long-term TCM administration, we have systematically established key techniques for the toxicity assessment of TCM. These techniques mainly include TCM toxicity discovery in an early phase, based on a combination of drug toxicology genomics and metabolomics;methods to identify dose–toxicity relationships in TCM;and integrated techniques for the exploration of TCM interactions, such as fast-screening tests based on drug-metabolizing enzymes and receptor pathways. In particular, we have developed a new technical system for TCM safety evaluation using molecular toxicology, which has been validated well in research on TCM compatibility contraindication, quality control, and allergen discovery. The application of this key technical platform is introduced here in detail. This application includes model organisms, toxicant biomarkers, a magnetic suspension technique, and the application of network toxicology and computational toxicology in research on the toxicity of Fructus toosendan, Semen cassiae, Polygonum multiflorum, and Fructus psoraleae. 展开更多

Offshore observation platforms are required to have great ability to resist waves when they are operating at sea. Investigation on the motion characteristics of the platforms in the sea can provide significant reference values during the platform design procedure. In this paper, a series of numerical simulation on the interaction of a triple-hulled offshore observation platform with different incident waves is carried out. All of the simulations are implemented utilizing our own solver naoe-FOAM-SJTU, which is based and developed on the open source tools of OpenFOAM. Duration curves of motion characteristics and loads acting on the platform are obtained, and a comparison between the results of the amplitude in different incident waves is presented. The results show that the solver is competent in the simulation of motion response of platforms in waves. 展开更多

Because the real input acceleration cannot be obtained during the error model identification of inertial navigation platform, both the input and output data contain noises. In this case, the conventional regression model and the least squares (LS) method will result in bias. Based on the models of inertial navigation platform error and observation error, the errors-in-variables (EV) model and the total least squares (TLS) method axe proposed to identify the error model of the inertial navigation platform. The estimation precision is improved and the result is better than the conventional regression model based LS method. The simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

A multi-objective optimization model based on the T-FAHP is presented subsequently, in which many factors influencing the lectotype of offshore platform are taken into account synthetically, such as the original investment, the maintenance, cost, the ability of resisting fatigue and corrosion, the construction period, the threat to the environment, and so on. With this method, the experts can give the relatively precise ranking weight of each index and at the same time the requirement of consistence checking can be met, The result of a calculation example shows that the T-FAHP is practical. 展开更多

In this paper a nonlinear response of a fixed offshore platform under the combined forces of waves, wind and sea currents is presented. Wave force acting on the elements is calculated using Morison equation. Hydrodynamic loads on horizontal and vertical tubular members and the dynamic response of offshore fixed platform coupled with distribution of displacement, axial force, and bending moment along the base of the platform for regular and severe cases have been investigated. The structure must be able maintain production in a one-year wave return period condition and also to be able to continue with one hundred-year storm return period. The results of this study show that bending moment values with a one-year wave return period condition for the base platform and junction of platform to deck are 70 percent and 59 percent, respectively more than bending moment with a one-year wave return period. The direction of wave and wind hit has significant effects on the shift platform response, also nonlinear response is important for the safe design and operation of offshore structures. 展开更多

Large deformation and plasticity are accounted for and the limit yield surface expressed by generalized stress for a tubular section is derived. The modified stiffness matrix of space beam element is formulated by Plastic Node Method. The buckling behavior of beam columns can also be taken into account. It can trace the generation of plastic hinges during loading and finally the ultimate strength of offshore platform against collision is obtained. 展开更多

不同通信卫星平台在有效载荷承载力、成熟度、研制成本等方面存在不同差异,目前在工程实践中通常采用承载能力或者载重比等单项指标或多个指标组合对卫星平台各类方案进行评价,这类方法的缺点是不能综合反映卫星平台在承载力、成本、成... 不同通信卫星平台在有效载荷承载力、成熟度、研制成本等方面存在不同差异,目前在工程实践中通常采用承载能力或者载重比等单项指标或多个指标组合对卫星平台各类方案进行评价,这类方法的缺点是不能综合反映卫星平台在承载力、成本、成熟度等方面的能力。针对此问题,文章建立了基于层次分析法(AHP)和优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)的卫星平台方案评价分析流程,采用AHP方法构建包含卫星载荷质量、载荷功率、载荷热耗、平台成本、单位等效载荷成本、部署时间、成熟度、用户灵活性等8个评价指标的层次结构,确定各分项评价指标的权重系数;然后采用TOPSIS方法对不同通信卫星平台方案进行综合评价。分析结果表明,文章基于AHP方法和TOPSIS方法建立的通信卫星平台方案综合性能评价方法合理可行,评估结果更实用性好,可以为通信卫星平台研发、平台选用提供科学合理的决策依据。 展开更多

Platform planning is one of the important problems in the command and control(C2) field. Hereto, we analyze the platform planning problem and present nonlinear optimal model aiming at maximizing the task completion qualities. Firstly, we take into account the relation among tasks and build the single task nonlinear optimal model with a set of platform constraints. The Lagrange relaxation method and the pruning strategy are used to solve the model. Secondly, this paper presents optimization-based planning algorithms for efficiently allocating platforms to multiple tasks. To achieve the balance of the resource assignments among tasks, the m-best assignment algorithm and the pair-wise exchange(PWE)method are used to maximize multiple tasks completion qualities.Finally, a series of experiments are designed to verify the superiority and effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithms. 展开更多
