The cell fate of primordial germ cell(PGC)in zebrafish is pre-determined by maternally deposited germ plasm,which is packaged into ribonucleoprotein complex in oocytes and inherited into PGC-fated cells in embryos.However,the maternal factors regulating the assembly of germ plasm and PGC development remain poorly understood.In this study,we report that the maternal transcription factor Znf706 regulates the assembly of germ plasm factors into a granule-like structure localized perinuclearly in PGC during migration.Maternal and zygotic mutants of znf706 exhibit deficient germ plasm scattering at the early embryonic stage,decreased PGC numbers with some mislocation during PGC migration,and a lower female ratio in adulthood.Notably,the implementation of Znf706 CUT&Tag and RNA-seq on immature oocytes uncovers that Znf706 in stage I oocytes may promote transcription of several mitochondrial genes in addition to other functions.Hence,we propose that Znf706 is implicated in germ plasm assembly and PGC development in zebrafish. 展开更多

Quantum Effects on the Rayleigh-Taylor Instability of Viscoelastic Plasma Model through a Porous Medium

The dispersion relation is obtained using the normal mode technique. The behavior of growth rate with respect to the quantum effect, strain retardation time and stress relaxation time are examined in the presence of porosity of the porous medium, the medium permeability, kinematic viscosity. It is shown that, the presence of quantum term stabilizes a certain wave number band, whereas the system is unstable for all wave numbers in the absence of quantum term. The considered parameters beside the quantum term will bring about more stability on the considered system. 展开更多

BACKGROUND: Inflammatory reaction and the increased level of its accompanying active protein play an important role in the occurrence and development of cerebral infarction. C-reactive protein, fibrinogen and white blood cell, as the monitoring index of inflammatory reaction, are very important in the occurrence and development of acute cerebral infarction. OBJECTIVE: To make a comparison between patients with primary hypertension accompanied with acute cerebral infarction and with simple primary hypertension by observing the changes in plasma C-reactive protein and fibrinogen levels as well as white blood cell and differential counts and analyzing their significances. DESIGN : Controlled observation SETTING : Ward Building for VIP, Shenzhen Hospital, Peking University. PARTICIPANTS: Totally 133 patients with primary hypertension were selected from Ward Building for VIP, Shenzhen Hospital, Peking University during September 2003 to September 2005, The diagnostic criteria were based on the hypertension diagnosis criteria formulated by the 7^th World Health Organization-International Society of Hypertension Guidelines (WHO-ISH) in 1998. The informed consents were obtained from all the participants. The involved patients were assigned into two groups: primary hypertension group, in which, there were 65 patients with primary hypertension ( degree 2), including 42 males and 23 females, with mean age of (61 ±14)years and mean blood pressure of (162.7±6.8)/(94.2±8.4) mm Hg (1 mm Hg =0.133 kPa), and primary hypertension combined with cerebral infarction group, in which, there were 68 patients with primary hypertension combined with cerebral infarction ( meeting the diagnostic criteria formulated in the 4^th National Cerebrovascular Diseases Meeting in 1995 and diagnosed by skull CT or MRI to exclude the patients with lacunar infarction), including 42 males and 26 females, with mean age of (56±15) years and mean blood pressure of (176.4±9.2)/(96.3±9.7) mm Hg. METHODS: Plasm C-reactive protein and fibrinogen levels, and white blood cell and differential counts of patients in the two groups were examined 24 hours after stroke. The above indexes were re-examined in the primary hypertension combined with cerebral infarction group 72 hours after stroke. White blood cell and differential counts were performed with laser method (East Asia FE-95001 RAM-1, Japan). The level of C-reactive protein was measured with turbidimetry (BNII Automatic Systems For Analysis, USA). The level of fibrinogen was measured with algorithm method when prothrombin time was normal and with Clauss method when prothrombin time was abnormal (ACL Automatic Coagulation Analyzer, USA). MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The plasm C-reactive protein and flbrinogen levels, and white blood cell and differential counts 24 hours after stroke in two groups and 72 hours after stroke in primary hypertension combined with cerebral infarction group. RESULTS: All the 133 involved patients participated in the result analysis. The plasm C-reactive protein and fibrinogen levels, and white blood cell and neutrophil counts in patients with primary hypertension were all within the normal range. The plasm C-reactive protein and fibrinogen levels, and white blood cell and neu- trophil counts in patients with primary hypertension combined with cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in patients with primary hypertension 24 hours after stroke and 72 hours after stroke respectively[24 hours after stroke:(32.12±11.76) mg/L vs. (5.02±3.21 ) mg/L;(4.64±0.75) g/L vs. (3.12±0.49) g/L; (9.32±81)×10^9 L^- 1 vs. (5.78±1.32)×10^9L^- 1 (7.85±2.38)×10^9 L^- 1 vs.(3.49±1.28)×10^9 L^-1,t =7.094, 5.759,4.106,5.491, respectively,all P〈 0.01; 72 hours after stroke: (47.62±18.43) mg/L vs. (32.12±11.76) mg/L; (5.08±0.82) g/L vs. (4.64±0.75) g/L, t =2.864,2.220, respectively, both P 〈 0.05]. CONCLUSION: The increase in fibrinogen level and white blood cell count are the important index in monitoring primary hypertension combined with acute cerebral infarction. The increase in plasm C-reactive protein and fibrinogen levels 72 hours after stroke indicates that plasma C-reactive protein and fibrinogen are very important in the development of disease. 展开更多

2D-material-based photodetectors enhanced by plasmonic nanostructures can support responsivity/detectivity several orders higher than commercial photodetectors,drawing extensive attention as promising candidates for t... 2D-material-based photodetectors enhanced by plasmonic nanostructures can support responsivity/detectivity several orders higher than commercial photodetectors,drawing extensive attention as promising candidates for the next-generation photodetectors.However,to boost the nanostructure-enhanced 2D photodetectors into real-world applications,crucial challenges lie in the design of broadband enhancing nanostructures and their scalable and position-controllable fabrication.Here,based on a broadband resonant plasmonic disk array fabricated by a scalable and position-controllable technique(direct writing photolithography),we present a visible-near infrared(405-1310 nm)2D WS_(2) photodetector,whose detectivity is up to 3.9×10^(14)Jones,a value exceeding that of the previous plasmon-enhanced 2D photodetectors.The broadened spectral response range and the high detectivity originate from the hot electron injection,optical absorption enhancement,and strain effect supported by the plasmonic array.Furthermore,the designed plasmonic 2D photodetector supports self-powered photodetection,indicating promising potential in energy-free and portable optoelectronic systems.Our results demonstrate an effective method to construct high-performance broadband photodetectors,which can facilitate the development of 2D photodetectors in commercial applications. 展开更多

When quantum emitters and plasmonic nanoparticles are in close vicinity,the energy exchange,termed as plasmon-exciton coupling,can make the absorption and emission behavior of the hybrid structure very different from those of the two constituents alone.The coupling strength between the two constituents highly depends on how the hybrid structure is constructed.As a result,a diverse range of coupling effect arise including plasmon induced fluorescence quenching/enhancing (weak coupling),Fano interference (intermediate coupling),Rabi-splitting and lasing (strong coupling).The emergence of different coupling behavior can be controlled by the different combinations of quantum emitters and plasmonic nanoparticles as well as the spatial arrangement of the individual components.Colloidal assembly/synthesis methods are essentially delicate strategies that can build the hybrid nanostructures with nanometer precision and allow for large-scale processing.In this review,we discuss the theoretical models that apply to different coupling behaviors,the optical properties of the hybrid systems,and the advancement of colloidal methods to manipulate the plasmon-exciton in the hybrid structures.We also provide perspectives on the challenges and future directions of the research in coupled plasmon-exciton nanosystems. 展开更多

Bucky ball(Buc)is involved in germ plasm(GP)assembly during early zebrafish development by regulating GP mRNA expression via an unknown mechanism.The present study demonstrates that an m^(6)A reader Igf2bp3 interacts and colocalizes with Buc in the GP.Similar to the loss of Buc,the genetic deletion of maternal igf2bp3 in zebrafish leads to abnormal GP assembly and insufficient germ cell specification,which can be partially restored by the injection of igf2 bp3 mRNA.Igf2bp3 binds to m^(6)A-modified GPorganizer and GP mRNAs in an m^(6)A-dependent manner and prevents their degradation.These findings indicate that the functions of Igf2bp3,a direct effector protein of Buc,in GP mRNA expression and GP assembly involve m^(6)A-dependent regulation;these results emphasize a critical role of m^(6)A modification in the process of GP assembly. 展开更多

为减少我国大豆对外依存度,筛选耐盐碱品种,对主要来自黄淮夏大豆产区的50份大豆种质进行盐胁迫处理,即苗期1.6%浓度的NaCl处理,调查盐害指数、测定苗期株高、根长、地上生物量干/鲜重、根干/鲜重、倒二叶面积、主根粗和主茎粗等农艺指... 为减少我国大豆对外依存度,筛选耐盐碱品种,对主要来自黄淮夏大豆产区的50份大豆种质进行盐胁迫处理,即苗期1.6%浓度的NaCl处理,调查盐害指数、测定苗期株高、根长、地上生物量干/鲜重、根干/鲜重、倒二叶面积、主根粗和主茎粗等农艺指标,对大豆种质资源进行苗期耐盐评价与筛选。结果表明:盐胁迫下大豆苗期农艺性状指标变化丰富,变异系数为17.14%~35.16%。通过盐害指数评价方法鉴定到高耐盐材料2份、耐盐材料29份;采用D值综合评价方法鉴定到耐盐材料9份。两种评价中均为耐盐材料的有华育6号、临选3号、临豆21、齐黄39、冀豆12、徐豆18以及临选2号等7个。对盐害指数评价和D值综合评价下的大豆耐盐能力排名进行关联分析,发现两种评价方式对大豆耐盐性排名具有极显著正相关性,同时,D值综合评价方法耐盐阈值更高,较盐害指数评价法或更为可靠,可为高通量筛选大豆耐盐品种提供依据。 展开更多

介质阻挡放电协同净化矿用柴油车尾气中乙烯的工艺优化及机理分析

为有效去除矿用柴油车尾气中的烃类污染物,提高净化效率并优化工艺参数,构建了介质阻挡放电(DBD)低温等离子体反应器,以乙烯为烃类物质代表性模拟物,采用单因素实验和Box-Behnken响应面设计相结合的方法,系统考察放电电压、气体初始浓... 为有效去除矿用柴油车尾气中的烃类污染物,提高净化效率并优化工艺参数,构建了介质阻挡放电(DBD)低温等离子体反应器,以乙烯为烃类物质代表性模拟物,采用单因素实验和Box-Behnken响应面设计相结合的方法,系统考察放电电压、气体初始浓度和进口流量对净化效果的影响规律,建立二次回归模型并优化工艺参数。在放电电压0~35 kV范围内,乙烯去除率呈先升后降趋势,25 kV时达到最高72%;随初始浓度(0~450 ppm)增加,去除率显著下降;进口流量在1~6 L/min范围内呈抛物线分布,3 L/min时效果最佳。响应面分析建立的二次回归模型相关系数R^(2)=0.965,各因素影响重要性排序为进口流量>放电电压>初始浓度。优化得到最佳工艺参数:放电电压19.54 kV、初始浓度249.44 ppm、进口流量2.99 L/min,预测乙烯去除率69.26%,验证实验误差仅1.18%。NO_x的加入使乙烯去除率提高10%~20%。本文研究确定的优化参数和协同净化机理为DBD技术在矿用柴油车尾气净化中的工程化应用提供了理论依据。 展开更多

A 47-year-old male patien... Gangliocytic paraganglioma (GP) is rare and has been regarded as benign in general with a good prognosis. We present a patient with duodenal GP showing a malignant and lethal clinical course. A 47-year-old male patient was found to have a duodenal tumor and enlarged regional lymph nodes. The patient initially underwent a pancreaticoduodenectomy to resect the tumor and involved lymph nodes completely. Histological and immunohistochemical analyses showed findings typical of GP. However, the distant metastatic lesions in the liver and pelvic cavity were rapidly observed after surgery. The patient underwent chemotherapy and radiotherapy, as well as a second surgery to partly remove the metastatic mass in the pelvic cavity. The histological examination revealed no significant difference in histological features between the primary duodenal tumor and the metastatic pelvic mass. However, the patient finally died of the tumor due to the recurrence of the residual pelvic lesion and increased liver mass. To our knowledge, this is the first report of lethal GP with multifocal metastases. 丝黑穗病是我国玉米生产的重要病害之一。试验采用人工接种鉴定法研究黑龙江省常用玉米自交系和部分国内骨干系对丝黑穗病的抗性。在54份自交系中,鉴定出4份高抗系和8份抗病系,感病和高感系占64.9%。PB血缘材料中既有高抗材料,也有感或... 丝黑穗病是我国玉米生产的重要病害之一。试验采用人工接种鉴定法研究黑龙江省常用玉米自交系和部分国内骨干系对丝黑穗病的抗性。在54份自交系中,鉴定出4份高抗系和8份抗病系,感病和高感系占64.9%。PB血缘材料中既有高抗材料,也有感或高感材料;含Mo17和自330血缘的材料多数抗或高抗玉米丝黑穗病,尤其是含Mo17血缘材料抗性更强;而含黄早四血缘的材料多高感玉米丝黑穗病;Ried血缘材料多属于中抗或感病类型。玉米对丝黑穗病的抗性遗传属核遗传,F1的发病率介于抗、感亲本之间,接近于双亲的平均值,不存在正反交差异。欲培育中抗以上类型杂交种,其双亲发病率应较低,杂交方式应为高抗×高抗;高抗×抗病;高抗×中抗;高抗×感病;抗病×抗病;抗病×中抗。 展开更多

本文报道了20例偏头痛患者血浆与脑脊液(CSF)内皮素1(ET1)含量的变化与临床意义。发现偏头痛患者血浆及CSF的ET1含量在发作期均显著高于对照组。但血浆与CSF的ET1含量不论在偏头痛患者组或对照组均无相关性,... 本文报道了20例偏头痛患者血浆与脑脊液(CSF)内皮素1(ET1)含量的变化与临床意义。发现偏头痛患者血浆及CSF的ET1含量在发作期均显著高于对照组。但血浆与CSF的ET1含量不论在偏头痛患者组或对照组均无相关性,CSF的ET1含量与头痛的严重程度有关,重度者显著高于轻、中度者。还发现偏头痛患者伴随面色苍白者,其血浆ET1含量显著高于不伴苍白者,本文对偏头痛的发病机理、血浆及CSFET1含量增高的原因及其临床意义进行了讨论。 展开更多

目的 观察含羟基喜树碱 (HCPT)在内的联合化疗方案治疗消化系统肿瘤的效果。方法 自 1995年迄今共治疗消化系统恶性肿瘤 5 9例 ,其中胃癌 (贲门癌 ) 34例 ,用HCPT +DLFHEP或CM方案 ;肝癌 10例介入治疗用HCPT +5 FU +CDDP +IL2 ,大肠... 目的 观察含羟基喜树碱 (HCPT)在内的联合化疗方案治疗消化系统肿瘤的效果。方法 自 1995年迄今共治疗消化系统恶性肿瘤 5 9例 ,其中胃癌 (贲门癌 ) 34例 ,用HCPT +DLFHEP或CM方案 ;肝癌 10例介入治疗用HCPT +5 FU +CDDP +IL2 ,大肠癌 15例 ,用HCPT +LF方案。结果 以上胃、肠、肝三组 ,用含HCPT化疗方案后的疗效 :分别为38 2 %、5 3 3%、5 0 0 %。毒副作用以骨髓抑制 (白细胞下降 )及消化道症状为重。结论 HCPT加常用化疗方案治疗胃(包括贲门 )、大肠及肝癌的效果优于一般常用化疗方案。毒性反应尚可耐受。 展开更多
