加药系统的运行管理是水处理过程中的突出难点与痛点,主要表现为泄漏点多、计量泵故障频发、现场5S管理难度大及操作强度高等问题。针对这些问题,以万华福建水系统为研究对象,在充分借鉴石油化工企业相关经验的基础上,提出两方面解决方...加药系统的运行管理是水处理过程中的突出难点与痛点,主要表现为泄漏点多、计量泵故障频发、现场5S管理难度大及操作强度高等问题。针对这些问题,以万华福建水系统为研究对象,在充分借鉴石油化工企业相关经验的基础上,提出两方面解决方案:一是对水处理加药系统进行集成式设计,将污水处理装置常用的加药设施集中布局,只设置一套药剂储罐,配置相应的加药泵;二是充分利用园区现有恒压管网供药或按需构建恒压管网,在加药管线上设置调节阀,通过分析仪表和流量计管道与仪表流程图(Piping and Instrumentat ion Diagram,PID)控制药剂调节阀的开度,达到精确投加药剂的目的。实践表明,这些措施可有效解决加药系统运行管理中的痛点问题,为提升水处理效率与稳定性提供参考。展开更多
