In this review, the potential application of piRNA in cancer therapy is discussed from three aspects: direct therapeutic effect of piRNA, synergistic effect with other drugs and overcoming drug resistance. The in-depth study on the mechanism of action of piRNA can provide theoretical basis for the development of new cancer treatment drugs and strategies, and is expected to improve the treatment effect and quality of life of cancer patients.展开更多
