The text of Al-Farabi discusses the seven liberal arts, all of the works on physics of Aristotle and includes some reflexions on metaphysics, political philosophy and theology. There are two important points： （1） All sciences have a theoretical and practical aspect. All sciences are sciences of principles and causes and their application to the practical world. （2） The so called prima philosophia is the political philosophy and not metaphysics. In this respect, Al-Farabi subordinates theology as a science of the religious laws to politics as a science of civil laws. 文摘In this work,firstly the general definition of law and types of law are presented.Then general definition of justice and types of justice are explained.Constructional and/or complementary theories are defined as general/specific,and interaction theories,relationship theories,and hybrid theories are specifically mentioned.Accordingly,the interactions between the disciplines of law and justice are explained in more detail.Then,the general definition of engineering and philosophy of engineering are explained.The interactions between engineering and law are specifically evaluated,and interactions between engineering and 52 types of law are defined and case studies found in the literature are indicated for each.Then interactions between engineering and justice briefly mentioned.Relationships/interactions between engineering and 25 different types of justice discussed and evaluated with specific examples.Emphasis was placed on the historical development of the subject of philosophy in general,and philosophy of law was defined more specifically.Some of the philosophers of law and their areas of interest are presented in a table format and compared.The new perspective of philosophy was defined and the disciplines of R-Philosophy,R-Science,R-Justice,R-Law,R-Engineering,and R-Religion were expressed with the relevant basic concepts.New Era Philosophy,new and reconstructed Basic Philosophies,and Ideal Philosophical System explained generally.New perspective for the philosophy of justice is defined by considering the related new theories.Philosophy of defense,philosophy of equity,philosophy of equivalence,philosophy of judgment,philosophy of law,philosophy of protection,philosophy of punishment,and philosophy of rights are defined due to new perspective of philosophy.Also,philosophy of engineering law,philosophy of information technology law,philosophy of telecommunication law,and philosophy of security are defined by taking into account hybrid philosophies and general theories related to them.The interaction of engineering,law,justice,and basic philosophies has been generally expressed.

Some types of interactions between some disciplines are given as an example. The purpose of this article is, to solve problems related with philosophy and past branches of philosophy, to define new philosophy perspective in the new system, to define new questions and questioning about philosophy or branches of philosophy, to define new or re-constructed branches of philosophy, to define the relations between the philosophy branches, to define good and/or correct structure of philosophy and branches of philosophy, to extend the definition/limits of philosophy, others. Author considered R-Synthesis as a method for the evaluation of the philosophy and related past branches of philosophy. This R-Synthesis includes general/specific perspective with eight categories, 21-dimensions, and twelve general subjects （with related scope and contents） for the past 12,000 years. It is a kind of synthesis of supernaturalism and naturalism, physics and metaphysics, others. In this article, author expressed 27 possible definitive/certain result cases of the new synthesis and defined the possible formation stages to express new theories, new disciplines, theory of interaction, theory of relation, hybrid theory, and others as constructional and/or complementary theories. These theories are considered for 21 major effective disciplines which are defined for a country and for the world. New philosophy perspective, branches of philosophy, and aims/purposes of R-Philosophy are defined to organize many inquiries about the name, number, and relation between special subject ＂X＂ and ＂philosophy of X＂ in some manner. This new perspective includes necessary and sufficient number of philosophy branches, and so it limits the number of ＂philosophy of X＂ in the philosophical system. New Era Philosophy is defined with its sub branches, its constructional philosophies, and with its 8D hybrid philosophy perspective. Ideal Philosophical System is defined with general/specific figure. Some of the new and/or re-constructed branches of philosophy explained with the new defined set of questions, new sub branches and constructional philosophies. Integration of the past/present branches of philosophy into the ideal philosophical system is explained generally. 文摘The diagnosis and treatment processes for long COVID have been relatively slow to develop for several reasons,such as a lack of consensus about its definition among medical professionals and researchers,and restricted access to knowledge from the relevant pandemics of the past.Legacies of viral pandemics unfortunately do not include sufficient research on how the acute symptoms of infection evolved into chronic health conditions.More so,the idea of surviving a viral pandemic with long-lasting symptoms is not new,yet it is curiously disjointed as a medical concept throughout documented histories on the subject.Individuals with long-term conditions that are rooted in acute viral infections,such as COVID-19,require a coordinated system of care that includes comprehensive rehabilitation.This commentary will discuss the philosophical underpinnings of the historical scarcity of documented incidences of individuals with chronic virus symptoms and the need for a shift in post-viral infection treatment approaches.

文摘“Some foreign scholars have proposed that the new institutional economics can unify the social sciences.”Behind the institution is property,and the dual cognition of property is the obstacle.Property dualism comes from the thought dualism in the western rationalism tradition.The transcendence of“property dualism”has experienced the stages of“labor value”and“reasonable value”,and the new era has ushered in the opportunity of the third transcendence.In the first two stages,“abundance”and“scarcity”are the root causes of the contradiction in the transcendence of property dualism.Marx’s basic property view of production relations(property relations)unifies the property views of Locke,Hume,and Commons.The three-dimensional property system model developed on the basis of Marx’s complex property view provides a theoretical tool for the third transcendence of property dualism.We have cracked the western rationalism dualism with Marx’s historical materialism and reconciled the property dualism with three-dimensional property system model.By this,we can continue to explore the potential of“institution unifying social sciences”.
文摘Cassirer argues that humans are animals of symbols,and these symbolic forms encompass not only the science of rational logic but also non-logical elements such as mythology and primitive religions.Previous research on Cassirer’s philosophy of symbolic forms has primarily focused on philosophical connotations,philosophical thoughts,cultural philosophy,and other aspects,yielding abundant results.By examining mythology within the context of symbolic forms,we discover a force within it,namely,the solidifying power.This solidifying power demands that mythology maintain fixed and established forms during its emergence and development,thereby distinguishing it from other symbolic forms.By exploring the development trends and manifestations of the solidifying power in mythology,we can gain a clearer understanding of the path of human intellectual development from childhood to maturity,thus answering the historical question of human essence.

文摘Based on the two roots of“to be”in Indo-European languages,this paper proposes that Brahman,Buddha,and bhutatathata all come from the second root,of“bhu(to be)”,because“bhu”belongs to the same root as the Greek root“phy”,physis from“phy”,is naturalism.Therefore,Brahma,Buddha,and bhutatathata are all knowledge related to natural science.The first root of“as(to be)”has led to the debate in buddhist philosophy about the asmiti and anasmiti.The spread of Buddhist philosophy in China is due to the lack of“as/bhu(to be)”,vocabulary and grammar in Chinese;as a result,the Buddhist verses translated in ancient China became a philosophy without“as/bhu(to be)”.At the same time,some Buddhist words have lost their connection with the root and the grammatical features of“as/bhu(to be)”,resulting in the spread of Buddhist philosophy in China having been into a language game.We should put Buddhist philosophy back into the Indo-European language family;it transforms the Buddhist philosophy of speaking ancient Chinese into the Buddhist modern philosophical language,and makes Buddhist philosophy develop into a set of understandable and logical normative philosophy.

文摘Pre-modern Chinese crafts,such as iron smelting,cookery,medicine,and the production of vehicles,bows,and arrows indicate the traditional Chinese view of technology as being organic,holistic,and comprehensive.This view of technology is guided by the concept of he(和)and employs the means and methods of he,thus achieving the purport of he.In Chinese,the character he(和)possesses positive connotations.It originated from the meaning of"to season;to add flavoring to"(调和)and that of flavors being"perfectly harmonious"(和美).From this sensory experience,he gradually extended to the abstract levels of materiality,humanity,sociality,"order"(wei位),and "power,situation,force"(shi势).Finally,he was elevated to the supreme level of"qi of great harmony"(taihe zhi qi太和之气),which is comparable to the concept of dao(道).The philosophy of he has exerted wide impact on such areas as technology,art,national character,cultural psychology,and behavior patterns,and has become an integral part of China's inherent culture.The paradoxes and deviations of he hold their own profound philosophical implications that merit further exploration.As humanity confronts significant challenges,such as how we can coexist with others,with technology,and with nature,the ancient Eastern wisdom embodied in he continues to possess practical characteristics and value.

文摘The Yongning Ancient Walled City, located in Quanzhou, Fujian Province, is a historic site with over 600 years of cultural heritage. Its preservation faces challenges posed by rapid urbanization, yet it also offers opportunities for creative renewal through artistic and cultural frameworks. This paper explores a novel approach to reimagining Yongning by integrating Gilles Deleuze’s philosophy-emphasizing multiplicity, rhizomatic connections, and the fold-with environmental art and cultural narratives. By drawing on Deleuze’s concepts of “nomadic space” and “fold” within the context of heritage conservation, this study provides actionable strategies for blending modern artistic practices with traditional cultural identity. Through field research, theoretical exploration, and design application, this paper demonstrates how Yongning can transform into a living museum of art, culture, and history. The findings aim to expand the dialogue on aesthetics, spatial theory, and heritage renewal.
文摘The study of Islamic philosophy is an interdisciplinary field that involves not only religious studies,but also various fields such as politics and society.Some achievements have been made in the field of Islamic philosophy in China.In terms of research on Islamic philosophy,each research achievement has sorted out and evaluated Islamic philosophy.But as indicated by the subtitle of the latter translated work,there was no breakthrough in the framework from Kundera to Ibn Rushd.The main characteristic of the research is to compare the research results of Western scholars,ancient Chinese philosophical ideas,and the research results of Hui Muslim scholars during the Ming and Qing dynasties in China,and to draw academic nutrition from the works of philosophical masters from ancient and modern times,both at home and abroad,in order to find one's own academic entry point.In the paper,the research achievements on Islamic philosophy in China were summarized from the perspective of academic history.

文摘At present,the world is undergoing accelerating changes unseen in a century.With the United States regarding China as a strategic competitor,China-EU relations have become the core of national and global governance.For this reason,we use the basic theory and tools of Philosophy of Property System to clarify the EU’s characterization of China and accordingly propose the method of judgment and the principle of response.From this,we can get three basic cognitions of“systematic rivalry”,namely mutual exclusion of common cognition(Model A),mutual exclusion and cooperation of personality cognition(Model B),and cooperation of historical cognition(Model C).In order to steadily grasp the nature of“systematic rival”and make it operable,three basic cognitive models(AB,AC,BC,ABC,etc.)are combined,and a comprehensive judgment(ABC+model)is made to adapt to the supranational sovereignty characteristics of the EU.It is believed that the nature of“systematic rivalry”in the“trinity”refers to the main aspects of competition between China and Europe.Therefore,there are three principles for the Philosophy of Property System of“systematic rival”:first,maintain the situation of competition and cooperation;second,there is no fixed mode of competition and cooperation;and third,temporary confrontation and complementarity will lead to new competition and cooperation.
