Sensors play an important role in information perception during the age of intelligence,particularly in areas such as environmental monitoring and human perception.To meet the huge demands for information acquisition in the whole society,the development of elaborated sensor structures using patterned manufacturing technology is important to improve the performance of sensors.Creating patterned structures can enhance the interaction between the sensitive material and target matter,increase the contact area between the sensor and the target matter,amplify the effect of target matter on the sensor structure,and enhance the density of information sensing by building arrays.This review presents a comprehensive overview of patterned micro-nanostructure manufacturing techniques for performance enhancement of flexible sensors,including printing,exposure lithography,mould method,soft lithography,nanoimprinting lithography,and laser direct writing technology.Meanwhile,it introduces the evaluation methods of flexible sensor performance and discusses how patterned structures influence this performance.Finally,some practical application examples of patterned manufacturing techniques are introduced according to different types of flexible sensors.This review also summarises and provides an outlook on the role of these techniques in enhancing sensor performance offering valuable insights for future developments in the patterned manufacturing of flexible sensors. 展开更多

Landscape ecology provides new theoretical frameworks and methodologies for understanding complex ecological phenomena at multiple scales.Studies of landscape ecology focus on understanding the dynamics of eco-logical patterns and processes,and highlight the integration of multiple disciplines.In this paper,we discussed the problems and challenges that landscape ecology is currently facing,emphasizing the limitations of current methods used to describe dynamic landscape patterns and processes.We suggested that the focus should be on the integration of ground-based observation,mobile monitoring,transect survey,and remote-sensing monitoring,as well as improved coupling of experimental and model simulations.In addition,we outlined the research frontiers in landscape ecology,including scaling,integrated pattern and process modeling,and regional synthesis.Lastly,a brief review of pat-tern-process-scale coupling studies in China was provided.We concluded by pointing out that pattern-process-scale interactions,correlations between natural,economic,and social processes,and the coupling of human and natural systems will be major research areas in landscape ecology in the future. 展开更多

Following a new train of thinking, this paper has explored first the potential information in the ground resistivitydata observed by the existing geoelectric observation system, investigated and proposed a new dimensionlessgeoelectric precursor factor, the degree of ground resistivity anisotropy, S, and studied the characteristics of dynamic evolution pattern of S during the seismogenic process. The results show that, during the seismogenic process, the degree of ground resistivity anisotropy (S) displays h process of 'normal' → 'abnormal strengthening(amplitude, range)' → 'abnormal weakening'→ 'earthquake occurrence'→ 'normal'. The earthquake wouldoccur at the time when the S value has entered the late stage of strengthening and turns to weaken and in the gradient belt on the margin ofS anomaly region. The dynamic evolution pattern ofS reflects the changes of the tectonicstress field during the seismogenic process. Therefore, it would be possible to trace the process of earthquake generation and occurrence from the dynamic evolution pattern ofS so as to service eaJ'thquake prediction. 展开更多

A water model and a high-speed video camera were utilized in the 300-t RH equipment to study the effect of steel flow patterns in a vacuum chamber on fast decarburization and a superior flow-pattern map was obtained during the practical RH process. There are three flow patterns with different bubbling characteristics and steel surface states in the vacuum chamber: boiling pattern(BP), transition pattern(TP), and wave pattern(WP). The effect of the liquid-steel level and the residence time of the steel in the chamber on flow patterns and decarburization reaction were investigated, respectively. The liquid-steel level significantly affected the flow-pattern transition from BP to WP, and the residence time and reaction area were crucial to evaluate the whole decarburization process rather than the circulation flow rate and mixing time. A superior flow-pattern map during the practical RH process showed that the steel flow pattern changed from BP to TP quickly, and then remained as TP until the end of decarburization. 展开更多

The combination of magnesium alloys with the low-pressure expendable pattern casting(LP-EPC) process would bright future for application of magnesium alloys. The researches are focused on the effect of process parameters on the internal casting quality of magnesium alloy parts. AZ91D magnesium alloy castings were produced for different combinations of the LP-EPC process parameters. Specifically,pouring temperature,vacuum,filling velocity and coupling action of these factors were manipulated to observe their effect on the casting porosity and density distribution. The results indicate that the pouring temperature with LP-EPC process is lower than it in gravity casting. The selected process parameters,such as vacuum,filling velocity and coupled modes of them,must ensure melt metal flowing front profile exhibiting smooth and convex shape. The optimal process parameters for the castings are pouring temperature 983-1 023 K,vacuum 0.02-0.03 MPa,filling velocity 60-95 mm/s,and simultaneous filling with sucking. 展开更多

With data from the project Collaborative Observation of Semi-arid/Arid Regions in North China, collected during July and September 2008, the spatial patterns of land surface processes over arid and semiarid regions have been investigated based on the ordinary Kriging interpolation approach. Generally, for the radiation processes, downward and upward short-wave radiation have a uniformly increasing trend with latitude, but the spatial patterns of long-wave radiation present notable regional differences: both upward and downward long-wave radiation increase with latitude in the west of North China, while in the east they vary inversely with latitude, suggesting surface temperature and clouds respectively have feedbacks to the long-wave radiation in the west and east of North China. The surface net radiation basically has a negative latitudinal trend. Long-wave radiation budget plays an important role in the spatial pattern of surface net radiation, particularly in the east of North China, although short-wave radiation budget largely determines the magnitude of surface net radiation. For the energy processes, latent and sensible heat flux varies conversely with latitude: more available land surface energy is consumed by evaporating soil water at lower latitudes while more is used for heating the atmosphere at higher latitudes. A soil heat flux maximum and minimum are found in Loess Plateau and Qinghai Plateau respectively, and a maximum is seen in the northeast China. 展开更多

A new method which vibrates the system in a two-dimensional circular mode has been appliedto the EPC process. The molding properties of unbonded sand obtained by this new vibration mode are investigated andcompared with those in the one-dimensional vertical mode. For adequate compaction of sand. the circular vibration mode ismore effective than the vertical mode. 针对流程生产由于变量间耦合复杂、时序特征显著而导致工艺质量精准预测困难问题,提出了一种融合多通道CNN-BiGRU与时间模式注意力机制的多工序工艺质量预测方法。首先,搭建由卷积神经网络(CNN)与双向门控循环单元(BiGRU)组成的门控卷... 针对流程生产由于变量间耦合复杂、时序特征显著而导致工艺质量精准预测困难问题,提出了一种融合多通道CNN-BiGRU与时间模式注意力机制的多工序工艺质量预测方法。首先,搭建由卷积神经网络(CNN)与双向门控循环单元(BiGRU)组成的门控卷积网络,用于获取多工序生产过程工艺数据的非线性时间动态相关性,并将反映工艺参数时序变化规律的高维特征向量构成时间序列,分别输入到前向和后向传递的GRU网络,避免在训练工艺数据的长时间序列时的梯度消失或梯度爆炸问题;其次,引入时间模式注意力机制(TPA)为生产过程中的不同工序状态变量自适应分配注意力权重,动态获取不同工艺参数之间的关联耦合特征,通过全连接层获取最终工艺质量的预测结果;最后,利用某制丝产线五大工序的工艺数据集进行了工艺质量的预测实验。实验表明,相较于TCN-Attention和DA_BiLSTM等模型,CNN-BiGRU-TPA模型有效提高了预测精度,平均绝对误差(MAE)和均方根误差(RMSE)降低了21.36%和26.56%以上,为流程生产多工序质量精准预测提供了实现方法和途径。 展开更多

期刊文献是科学数据的一个重要来源,以往大多采用人工标引方法识别和提取其中的科学数据.随着信息技术和人工智能方法的发展,从期刊文献资料中自动识别和提取科学数据正在逐步成为可能.研究了结合语言表达模式和基于规则的自然语言处理... 期刊文献是科学数据的一个重要来源,以往大多采用人工标引方法识别和提取其中的科学数据.随着信息技术和人工智能方法的发展,从期刊文献资料中自动识别和提取科学数据正在逐步成为可能.研究了结合语言表达模式和基于规则的自然语言处理技术(NLP)从期刊文章中自动识别提取化学数据和信息的方法,完成了2013~2022年10年《有机化学》期刊中3275篇实验研究文章中化学数据的自动识别提取,提取了包括产物特性、合成反应参数、物性数据、谱学数据等30多种化学数据,提取的数据经过处理建成对应的数据库,已经开始对外提供《有机化学》期刊知识服务.对2022年《有机化学》期刊全部422篇文章进行的方法性能测试表明,旋光数据识别提取的正确率为100%,熔点数据识别提取的正确率为99.85%,氟核磁谱识别提取的正确率为99.55%,碳核磁谱识别提取的正确率为99.80%,物质形态数据识别提取的正确率为99.47%,产物名称识别提取的正确率为98.76%(共提取4665个产物名称,其中有问题的产物名称58个).本文中产物名称自动识别提取使用了基于局部场景的无关内容排除法,如果使用化合物系统半系统命名模式,产物名称的自动识别准确率有望进一步提高.基于语言表达模式和自然语言处理技术的自动识别提取方法原则上不受学科限制,适合所有科学数据. 展开更多

景观生态学通常被归入宏观生态学研究范畴,研究尺度在分子生态学、个体生态学、种群生态学、群落生态学、生态系统生态学之上,而在区域生态学和全球生态学之下。实际的景观生态学研究并非局限于宏观尺度空间,而具有多尺度特征。本文从... 景观生态学通常被归入宏观生态学研究范畴,研究尺度在分子生态学、个体生态学、种群生态学、群落生态学、生态系统生态学之上,而在区域生态学和全球生态学之下。实际的景观生态学研究并非局限于宏观尺度空间,而具有多尺度特征。本文从景观格局分析、景观格局与过程研究视角,系统阐述了景观生态学研究的多尺度性特征,讨论了景观生态学研究中尺度选择应遵循的基本原则和挑战。尺度选择时需要考虑研究目的的吻合性、研究对象的敏感性、研究单元的适宜性和研究数据的匹配性,但景观生态学研究中尺度的多维性、时空复杂性以及认知上的局限性,为正确选择尺度带来较大困难。因此如何权衡粒度与幅度的关系、时间与空间的关系、尺度与数据的关系成为尺度选择中面临的最大问题和挑战。本文分析了不同尺度上典型景观格局与过程研究的特点,旨在为景观生态学相关研究的尺度选择提供参考。 展开更多

基于特征图谱及多指标综合评价的黄白益肺饮纯化工艺研究

目的建立黄白益肺饮的特征图谱及多成分含量测定方法,并用陶瓷膜超滤技术对提取液的纯化工艺进行研究,建立一种适合于工业生产的纯化工艺。方法用HPLC法建立黄白益肺饮的特征图谱并结合化学模式识别筛选差异性成分,并采用正交设计试验L_... 目的建立黄白益肺饮的特征图谱及多成分含量测定方法,并用陶瓷膜超滤技术对提取液的纯化工艺进行研究,建立一种适合于工业生产的纯化工艺。方法用HPLC法建立黄白益肺饮的特征图谱并结合化学模式识别筛选差异性成分,并采用正交设计试验L_(9)(3^(4)),以被指认出的成分、总多糖、醇浸出物的保留率及除杂率为工艺评价指标,优化黄白益肺饮水提液的最佳超滤工艺参数。结果所建立的特征图谱有19个共有峰,并指认出绿原酸等4个成分,筛选出毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷等11个差异性成分。最佳超滤工艺条件为膜孔径20 nm、操作压力0.12 MPa、料液温度20℃、膜面错流速度4.6 m·s^(-1),总多糖、乙醇浸出物、绿原酸、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、甘草苷、芦丁保留率分别为82.86%、84.23%、92.97%、92.54%、92.92%、92.29%,除杂率可达11.73%。结论所建立的多成分含量测定方法可靠并且筛选出的超滤精制工艺生产成本低、安全性好、重复性高,有良好的工业化生产前景,可为中药复方水提液的精制提供参考。 展开更多

A growing number of international studies have highlighted that ambient air pollution exposures are related to different health outcomes. To do so, researchers need to estimate exposure levels to air pollution throughout everyday life. In the literature, the most commonly used estimate is based on home address only or taking into account, in addition, the work address. However, several studies have shown the importance of daily mobility in the estimate of exposure to air pollutants. In this context, we developed an R procedure that estimates individual exposures combining home addresses, several important places, and itineraries of the principal mobility during a week. It supplies researchers a useful tool to calculate individual daily exposition to air pollutants weighting by the time spent at each of the most frequented locations (work, shopping, residential address, etc.) and while commuting. This task requires the efficient calculation of travel time matrices or the examination of multimodal transport routes. This procedure is freely available from the Equit’Area project website: (https://www.equitarea.org). This procedure is structured in three parts: the first part is to create a network, the second allows to estimate main itineraries of the daily mobility and the last one tries to reconstitute the level of air pollution exposure. One main advantage of the tool is that the procedure can be used with different spatial scales and for any air pollutant. 展开更多

岩石圈深部结构与被动陆缘沉积充填的耦合关系是盆地动力学研究的重要科学问题。以南海珠江口盆地、北大西洋被动陆缘为例,从被动陆缘深部地壳结构与盆地充填耦合角度,揭示贫岩浆型和富岩浆型陆缘沉积充填差异。研究结果表明岩石圈破裂... 岩石圈深部结构与被动陆缘沉积充填的耦合关系是盆地动力学研究的重要科学问题。以南海珠江口盆地、北大西洋被动陆缘为例,从被动陆缘深部地壳结构与盆地充填耦合角度,揭示贫岩浆型和富岩浆型陆缘沉积充填差异。研究结果表明岩石圈破裂过程经历了伸展、薄化、剥露、裂解四个阶段,空间上从陆到洋划分出近端带、细颈带、远端带和洋陆过渡带。早期伸展阶段,发育以高角度正断裂为特征的孤立断陷;进入薄化和剥露阶段,细颈带和远端带发育以低角度拆离断裂为特征的拆离断陷;直到初始洋壳出现,被动陆缘区进入漂移期,以区域热沉降为特征。因此,基于岩石圈非瞬时破裂过程所建立的被动陆缘地层样式对被动陆缘盆地油气勘探具有重要的指导意义。 展开更多

Modal Frequency Prediction of Chladni Patterns Using Machine Learning

The introduction of machine learning (ML) in the research domain is a new era technique. The machine learning algorithm is developed for frequency predication of patterns that are formed on the Chladni plate and focused on the application of machine learning algorithms in image processing. In the Chladni plate, nodes and antinodes are demonstrated at various excited frequencies. Sand on the plate creates specific patterns when it is excited by vibrations from a mechanical oscillator. In the experimental setup, a rectangular aluminum plate of 16 cm x 16 cm and 0.61 mm thickness was placed over the mechanical oscillator, which was driven by a sine wave signal generator. 14 Chladni patterns are obtained on a Chladni plate and validation is done with modal analysis in Ansys. For machine learning, a large number of data sets are required, as captured around 200 photos of each modal frequency and around 3000 photos with a camera of all 14 Chladni patterns for supervised learning. The current model is written in Python language and model has one convolution layer. The main modules used in this are Tensor Flow Keras, NumPy, CV2 and Maxpooling. The fed reference data is taken for 14 frequencies between 330 Hz to 3910 Hz. In the model, all the images are converted to grayscale and canny edge detected. All patterns of frequencies have an almost 80% - 99% correlation with test sample experimental data. This approach is to form a directory of Chladni patterns for future reference purpose in real-life application. A machine learning algorithm can predict the resonant frequency based on the patterns formed on the Chladni plate. 展开更多

为探究航空发动机回油管尺度下以润滑油和封严空气为主要介质的油气两相流相分布特征,实现回油管内流型准确辨识,提出了一种基于图像处理的两相流型辨识模型。该模型基于航空发动机工况下水平回油管内油气两相流实验获取的4种典型流型... 为探究航空发动机回油管尺度下以润滑油和封严空气为主要介质的油气两相流相分布特征,实现回油管内流型准确辨识,提出了一种基于图像处理的两相流型辨识模型。该模型基于航空发动机工况下水平回油管内油气两相流实验获取的4种典型流型图像结果,以双边滤波、二值化、小波分解等图像处理技术提取的流型特征数据集为输入,采用Elman循环神经网络模型实现流型辨识。结果表明:在航空发动机工况范围内,回油管内会出现4种典型流型:弹状流、层状流、波状流和环状流。基于流型图像的辨识模型能够成功辨识4种不同流型,且在验证集上辨识准确率为93.06%、宏F1为97.60%,具有较好的准确性和稳健性。 展开更多
