Optimizing Flow Path Design(FPD)is a popular research area in transportation system design,but its application to Overhead Transportation Systems(OTSs)has been limited.This study focuses on optimizing a double-spine flow path design for OTSs with 10 stations by minimizing the total travel distance for both loaded and empty flows.We employ transportation methods,specifically the North-West Corner and Stepping-Stone methods,to determine empty vehicle travel flows.Additionally,the Tabu Search(TS)algorithm is applied to branch the 10 stations into two main layout branches.The results obtained from our proposed method demonstrate a reduction in the objective function value compared to the initial feasible solution.Furthermore,we explore howchanges in the parameters of the TS algorithm affect the optimal result.We validate the feasibility of our approach by comparing it with relevant literature and conducting additional tests on layouts with 20 and 30 stations. 展开更多

Carrying out green energy transformation,implementing clean energy power replacement and supply,and developing a new power system are some primary driving forces needed to fulfill China’s carbon-peak and carbon-neutral strategic goals.The construction of new power systems in China’s provinces and cities is developing rapidly,and the lack of a typical model promotes the application.The new power system path design should be based on the actual development of the power grid in different regions,energy use characteristics,and other actual needs to carry out the differentiated path design.In this context,this study analyzes the characteristics of the new domestic power system based on the policy background of the new domestic power system,constructs a new model for power system development stage identification,and proposes the overall design of the new power system development path from the power supply,transmission and distribution,and load sides.It also uses the Hebei South Network as an example to explore the development stage of the Hebei South Grid based on actual development needs.Finally,this study designs a novel power system development path for the entire supply and demand chain for the Hebei South Grid to propose ideas for constructing a new power system in China and to help green energy transformation. 展开更多

Sustainable urban development involves many fields with complex data types and rich semantic relationships,such as the economic,societal,and ecological fields.Knowledge graphs provide a new means for sustainable urban development research by leveraging their strengths in the construction of knowledge networks and display of knowledge associations.Focusing on Chenzhou,a resource-based city serving as a China’s Innovation Demonstration Zone for Sustainable Development Agenda,this study adopted a top-down approach,applying the“seven-step”and“skeleton”methods to construct an ontology for sustainable urban development through manual editing.A knowledge graph was constructed for Chenzhou’s sustainable development,comprising 515 nodes,3209 relations,and 28157 attributes.Sustainable measures and pathways were proposed based on this knowledge graph.The results showed that Chenzhou’s future sustainable development should focus on innovation,growth,emissions reduction,centering around high-quality and sustainable development.Promoting the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,accelerating the optimization and upgrading of industrial structures,and enhancing talent cultivation and recruitment will foster new quality productive forces,providing strong momentum and support for the high-quality and sustainable development of Chenzhou.To accelerate the green economy transition,Chenzhou should improve the market-oriented allocation system for resources and environmental factors,explore the“gross ecosystem product+eco environment-oriented development”project implementation model,encourage enterprises to adopt environmental,social,and governance principles,and foster synergies between supply and demand.Furthermore,coordinating Chenzhou’s low-carbon city pilot projects and constructing carbon sequestration pathways that leverage nature-based solutions will help implement the“dual carbon”actions and enhance the city’s ability to respond to climate change. 展开更多

Ultra-simplified design and quantitative analysis for the optical system of compact laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy

Optimization and simplification of optical systems represent a milestone in advancing the development of handheld and portable laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS)systems towards smaller,more integrated forms.This research,for the first time,conducted a comprehensive optimization design and comparative analysis of three compact LIBS system optical paths:the paraxial optical path(OP),the off-axis OP,and the reflective OP.The differences in spectral intensity and stability among these paths were revealed,providing a scientific basis for selecting the optimal OP for LIBS systems.The research found that the paraxial OP excels in spectral performance and quantitative analysis accuracy,making it the preferred choice for compact LIBS systems.Specifically,the paraxial OP significantly enhances spectral intensity,achieving a 6 times improvement over the off-axis OP and an even more remarkable 150 times increase compared to the reflective OP,greatly enhancing detection sensitivity.Additionally,the relative standard deviation,spectral stability index,maintains a consistently low level,ranging from 10.9%to 13.4%,significantly outperforming the other two OPs and ensuring the reliability of analytical results.In the field of quantitative analysis,the paraxial OP also demonstrates higher accuracy,precision,and sensitivity,comparing to other OPs.The quantitative analysis models for Si,Cu,and Ti elements exhibit excellent fitting,providing users with high-quality quantitative analysis results that are of great significance for applications in material science,environmental monitoring,industrial inspection,and other fields.In summary,this study not only confirms the enormous application potential of the paraxial OP in compact LIBS systems but also provides valuable practical experience and theoretical support for the miniaturization and integration of LIBS systems.Looking ahead,with continuous technological advancements,the design of the paraxial OP is expected to further propel the widespread adoption of LIBS technology in portable,on-site detection applications. 展开更多

Changes in requirements may result in the increasing of product development project cost and lead time, therefore, it is important to understand how require- ment changes propagate in the design of complex product systems and be able to select best options to guide design. Currently, a most approach for design change is lack of take the multi-disciplinary coupling relationships and the number of parameters into account integrally. A new design change model is presented to systematically analyze and search change propagation paths. Firstly, a PDS-Be- havior-Structure-based design change model is established to describe requirement changes causing the design change propagation in behavior and structure domains. Secondly, a multi-disciplinary oriented behavior matrix is utilized to support change propagation analysis of complex product systems, and the interaction relationships of the matrix elements are used to obtain an initial set of change paths. Finally, a rough set-based propagation space reducing tool is developed to assist in narrowing change propagation paths by computing the importance of the design change parameters. The proposed new design change model and its associated tools have been demonstrated by the scheduling change propagation paths of high speed train's bogie to show its feasibility and effectiveness. This model is not only supportive to response quickly to diversified market requirements, but also helpful to satisfy customer require- ments and reduce product development lead time. An adaptive robust control algorithm for ship straight path control system in the presence of both modeling uncertainties and the bounded disturbances is proposed. Motivated by the backstepping approach, the algorithm is developed by using the dissipation theory, such that the resulting dosed-loop system is both strictly dissipative and asymptotically adaptively stable for all admissible uncertainties. Also, it is able to steer an underactuated ship along a prescribed straight path with ultimate bounds under external disturbances induced by wave, wind and ocean current. When there are no disturbances, the straight path control can be implemented in a locally asymptotically stable manner. Simulation results on an ocean-going training ship ‘YULONG' are presented to validate the effectiveness of the algorithm. 展开更多

In order to understand the backward spinning process properly, the backward roller paths of hemispherical parts with aluminum alloy 2024-O are analyzed. Finite element model with parameterized conventional spinning roller paths, which are based on quadratic Bezier curves, is developed to explore the evolution of the stress, strain and thinning during the backward processes. Analysis of the simulation results reveals stress and strain features of backward pass spinning. According to the findings, the application of the backward pass can obviously improve the uniformity of wall thickness. Furthermore, references of the parameters in future backward path design are provided. 展开更多

随着制造技术的不断发展,数控加工在工业生产中的应用越发广泛。以VERICUT数铣加工仿真系统为基础,对圆柱齿轮加工进行了综合研究。研究结果显示,利用自动比较功能,数控仿真加工生成的模型与设计模型高度一致,验证了仿真系统精度与NC/... 随着制造技术的不断发展,数控加工在工业生产中的应用越发广泛。以VERICUT数铣加工仿真系统为基础,对圆柱齿轮加工进行了综合研究。研究结果显示,利用自动比较功能,数控仿真加工生成的模型与设计模型高度一致,验证了仿真系统精度与NC/后处理程序的正确性。针对1号、6号、11号和16号齿开展偏差分布分析,数据点偏差主要集中在[-0.01,0.10]mm,体现了不同齿位制造精度差异,且整体满足7级精度要求。性能测试显示,采用Sphere-OBB预筛精判的轻量化碰撞检测管线,可在等精度条件下显著减少检测时间。研究可为工程应用提供可复用的仿真方案与实现要点。 展开更多

前端RTL设计是决定芯片性能、功耗与面积的关键环节。传统设计方法往往聚焦于功能实现,缺乏对PPA指标的系统性优化。为此,提出一种面向多维度指标的RTL优化方法———DCAP协同优化模型。该模型构建了包含数据流(D)、计算单元(C)、面积管... 前端RTL设计是决定芯片性能、功耗与面积的关键环节。传统设计方法往往聚焦于功能实现,缺乏对PPA指标的系统性优化。为此,提出一种面向多维度指标的RTL优化方法———DCAP协同优化模型。该模型构建了包含数据流(D)、计算单元(C)、面积管理(A)和功耗管理(P)4个维度的优化框架。以USB2.0数据链路层为实证案例,通过耦合式握手机制提升数据吞吐率,采用实时迭代CRC架构优化计算效率,通过资源管理控制面积开销,通过优化时钟门控覆盖率降低功耗。基于TSMC 65 nm工艺的后端实现结果表明,该设计在高速模式下吞吐率达到52.3 MB/s(协议效率为87%),功耗为0.156 mW,面积为3333.6μm2,较优化前功耗降低39%,面积减小23%。综上,所提出的DCAP模型为数字电路设计的PPA优化问题在RTL级提供了可复用的方法论指导。 展开更多

职普融通是优化教育资源配置、促进学习者发展的关键举措。印度国家资格框架的迭代,推动了其职普融通的发展。通过NVEQF搭建基础框架、NSQF实现资格统一、NCrF构建学分枢纽,构建了“资格对接、学分互认、课程整合、评估协同”的职普融... 职普融通是优化教育资源配置、促进学习者发展的关键举措。印度国家资格框架的迭代,推动了其职普融通的发展。通过NVEQF搭建基础框架、NSQF实现资格统一、NCrF构建学分枢纽,构建了“资格对接、学分互认、课程整合、评估协同”的职普融通制度体系。形成横向普职双向互通、纵向职业教育完整升学、行业协同参与的实践路径,推动了全学段、跨类型的教育融通。结合我国普职融通面临的现实问题,借鉴印度推进职普融通的实践经验和教训,我们可以从构建一体化资格生态、推进职普课程深度融合、拉动行业作为重要利益相关方、加强技能型社会认同叙事等方面推动我国职普融通的进阶发展。 展开更多
