Because the normal operation of the engine is located near the equilibrium manifold, the method of equilibrium mani fold nonlinear dynamic modeling is adopted for turbofan engine more than the local train modeling. The method studies the sys tem characteristics near the equilibrium manifold. The modeling method can be realized through dynamic and static twostep, and for the specific parameter modeling steps and algorithm are given. The output of the test data is compared with the model output through numerical simulation, to check the model with an additional set of test data. The simulation results show that the model has reached the requirements of engineering accuracy. 展开更多

A numerical simulation strategy for a compressor’s underlying axisymmetric characteristic and its application in body force model

Accurate prediction of the aerodynamic response of a compressor under inlet distortion is crucial for next-generation civil aircraft,such as Boundary Layer Ingestion(BLI)silent aircraft.Therefore,research on the Body Force(BF)model plays a significant role in achieving this objective.However,distorted inlet airflow can lead to varying operating conditions across different spatial locations of the compressor,which may cause some regions to operate outside the stability boundary.Consequently,the accuracy of BF model simulations might be compromised.To address this issue,this paper proposes a numerical simulation strategy for acquiring the steady axisymmetric three-dimensional flow field of a compressor operating at low mass flow rates,which is known as the Underlying Axisymmetric Pressure Rise Characteristic(UAPRC).The proposed simulation accounts for two different rotor speeds of a transonic compressor and identifies initial positions in the flow field where deterioration occurs based on prior experimental investigations.Moreover,simulation results are incorporated into the BF model to replicate hub instability observed in experiments.Obtained results demonstrate that this strategy provides valid predictions of the UAPRC of the compressor,thereby addressing the limitations associated with the BF model. 展开更多

The extraction equilibrium mathematic models for gadolinium,terbium and dysprosium in HCl-1.5 mol/L HEH(EHP)system covering a relatively wide range of lanthanide concentration and acidity,have been developed.There are four independent variables and nine parameters.The average relative error is 4.56%.A computer program for the simulation of the counter current solvent extraetion process has also been written.Thus,the Gd,Tb and Dy concentrations in both aqueous and organic phase in eaeh stage as well as the aqueous acidity may be calculated.Product purities,distribution ratio and extraction factors may also be obtained thereby.The simulation results so obtained may serve as the referenee data for designing solvent ex- traction processes including those processes providing apart from the conventional outgoing organic stream, outgoing raffinate and an extra outgoing third exit stream either organic or aqueous. 展开更多

The hydrotreater system heat exchanger is one of the main pieces of heat exchange equipment in petrochemical enterprises.In recent years,oil resources have shown a deterioration trend of high sulfur and high acid content,with corrosion risk being prominent in oil processing.Taking the multi-medium flow corrosion risk of the hydrotreater heat exchanger pipeline in a petrochemical enterprise as the research object,based on the parameter characteristics of corrosive NH_(3) and HCl media under a high-temperature and high-pressure environment,the ammonium salt crystallization and deposition mechanism under multi-phase flow is revealed.The thermodynamic equilibrium curve is modified based on the thermodynamic principle and fugacity coefficient variation,and the prediction model of ammonium chloride crystallization in hydrotreater heat exchanger under high temperature and high pressure is constructed according to the modification.This study uses the mixture model,the flow-thermal coupling method,and the discrete phase model method to carry out the numerical simulation of multiphase flow and the numerical prediction of particle distribution characteristics in the heat exchanger pipeline of the hydrotreater heat exchange equipment,so as to realize the quantitative prediction of the particle crystallization deposition distribution in the pipeline.The results show that with the decrease of temperature,the crystallization occurs first on both sides of the center of the tube bundle,and more crystallization occurs in the lower half of the U-shaped tube,which may seriously lead to problems such as pipe blockage and under-deposit corrosion. 展开更多

A new dynamic non-equilibrium mixing-pool model for simulating start-up and dynamic re-sponse of a distillation column is reported.The proposed model is established on the basis ofconsidering the two dimensional flow/mixing behavior of actual trays in a distillation column.Com-parison is made among the computed results of the start-up time and the dynamic response time bythe proposed and five other typical models.It is found that the computed time for both dynamicprocesses is longer by the model which considers any flow/mixing pattern than by the model withoutsuch concern.The inertia effect of flow/mixing seems to be important and can not be ignored inmodeling the transient process of distillation.The proposed model,which is believed to be suitableto large column,seems somewhat useful in predicting industrial distillation dynamics. 展开更多

The Partial Discharge Characteristics of Inner Air Gap Inside High-Voltage Cable Termination for High-Speed Trains

The air gap at the interface inside the cable terminations for high-speed trains and the partial discharge caused by it are two important factors affecting the insulating performance.The development of air gap and partial discharge will eventually lead to breakdown faults.To investigate the evolutionary characteristics of the air gap and partial discharge,the simulation models and samples of cable terminations containing defects are constructed in this paper.By analysing the variation law of the electric field and the multidimensional information of partial discharge,the evolution process of the air gap is divided into four wellcharacterised stages.Especially in the third stage,the partial discharge extinction voltage is 51.41%lower than that of the defect-free samples and even lower than the working voltage.The asymmetry of discharge is the most significant factor.The volume of discharge in the third quadrant is significantly higher than that in the first quadrant.This important feature can be applied to the inspection and evaluation of the insulating state of the cable terminations.The partial discharge characteristics of the air gap revealed in this paper are proposed to provide an important theoretical supplement to the study of interface discharges between heterogeneous dielectrics. 展开更多

Ericson formula represents the first formula, which was suggested to describe the partial level density (PLD) formula in pre-equilibrium region of the nuclear reactions. Then a number of corrections were added to this formula in order to make it more suitable to physical meaning. In this paper, there are two aims to be done: the first aim is to study the correspondence between one and two-components formulae in Ericson, Pauli, and pairing corrections;the second aim is to compare and study the results of Comprehensive formula, which contents with all corrections, with Ericson, Pauli, and pairing formulae. The Comprehensive formula was suggested to simulate the reality. To achieve these aims the 56Fe and 90Zr nuclei were chosen and the results showed that the difference between one and two-components formulae was too small which can be neglected. Furthermore, the results strongly recommended that for cross section calculations of the nuclear reaction, one must use Comprehensive formula rather than Pauli formula. 展开更多

Propagation properties of spatially pseudo-partially coherent Gaussian Schell-model beams through the atmo- spheric turbulence over a long-distance uplink path are studied by numerical simulation. A linear coordination trans- formation is introduced to overcome the window effect and the loss-of-resolution problem. The beam spreading, beam wandering, and intensity scintillation as functions of turbulence strength, source correlation length, and change fre- quency of random phase that models the partial coherence of the source are analyzed. It is found that the beam spreading and the intensity scintillation of the partially coherent beam are less affected by the turbulence than those of the coherent one, but it suffers from a more severe diffractive effect, and the change frequency of random phase has no evident influence on it. The beam wandering is insensitive to the variation of source correlation length, and decreases firstly then goes to a fixed value as the change frequency increases. 展开更多

In response to the lack of reliable physical parameters in the process simulation of the butadiene extraction,a large amount of phase equilibrium data were collected in the context of the actual process of butadiene production by acetonitrile.The accuracy of five prediction methods,UNIFAC(UNIQUAC Functional-group Activity Coefficients),UNIFAC-LL,UNIFAC-LBY,UNIFAC-DMD and COSMO-RS,applied to the butadiene extraction process was verified using partial phase equilibrium data.The results showed that the UNIFAC-DMD method had the highest accuracy in predicting phase equilibrium data for the missing system.COSMO-RS-predicted multiple systems showed good accuracy,and a large number of missing phase equilibrium data were estimated using the UNIFAC-DMD method and COSMO-RS method.The predicted phase equilibrium data were checked for consistency.The NRTL-RK(non-Random Two Liquid-Redlich-Kwong Equation of State)and UNIQUAC thermodynamic models were used to correlate the phase equilibrium data.Industrial device simulations were used to verify the accuracy of the thermodynamic model applied to the butadiene extraction process.The simulation results showed that the average deviations of the simulated results using the correlated thermodynamic model from the actual values were less than 2%compared to that using the commercial simulation software,Aspen Plus and its database.The average deviation was much smaller than that of the simulations using the Aspen Plus database(>10%),indicating that the obtained phase equilibrium data are highly accurate and reliable.The best phase equilibrium data and thermodynamic model parameters for butadiene extraction are provided.This improves the accuracy and reliability of the design,optimization and control of the process,and provides a basis and guarantee for developing a more environmentally friendly and economical butadiene extraction process. 展开更多

The Yelapa-Chimo Metamorphic Complex forms part of the Jalisco Block in western Mexico and exposes a wide range of Early Cretaceous metamorphic rocks;such as paragneiss,orthogneiss,amphibolites,and migmatites.However,the pressure-temperature(P-T)conditions of metamorphism and partial melting remain poorly studied in the region.To elucidate metamorphic P-T conditions,phase equilibrium modelling was applied to two sillimanite-garnet paragneisses,one amphibole-orthogneiss,and one amphibolite.Sillimanite-garnet paragneisses exhibit a lepidoblastic texture with a biotite+sillimanite+kyanite+garnet+quartz+plagioclase+K-feldspar mineral assemblage.Amphibole-orthogneiss and amphibolite display a nematoblastic texture with an amphibole+(1)plagioclase+quartz+(1)titanite assemblage and an amphibole+(2)plagioclase+(2)titanite+ilmenite retrograde mineral assemblage.Pseudosections calculated for the two sillimanite-garnet paragneiss samples show P-T peak conditions at~6-7.5 kbar and~725-740℃.The results for amphibole-orthogneiss and the amphibolite yield P-T peak conditions at~8.5-10 kbar and~690-710℃.The mode models imply that metasedimentary and metaigneous units can produce up to~20 vol%and~10 vol%of melt,respectively.Modelling within a closed system during isobaric heating suggests that melt compositions of metasedimentary and metaigneous units are likely to have direct implications for the petrogenesis of the Puerto Vallarta Batholith.Our new data indicate that the Yelapa-Chimo Metamorphic Complex evolved through a metamorphic gradient between~23-33℃km^-1and the metamorphic rocks formed at depths between~22 km and~30 km with a burial rate of~2.0 km Ma^-1.Finally,the P-T data for both metasedimentary and metaigneous rocks provide new constraints on an accretionary framework,which is responsible for generating metamorphism and partial melting in the YelapaChimo Metamorphic Complex during the Early Cretaceous. 展开更多

粮食综合生产能力的稳步提升,对加快建设农业强国和促进农业农村现代化发展具有重要意义。本文在量化分析1950—2022年粮食政策文件的基础上,构建中国粮食市场局部均衡模型,把握政策实施对粮食市场供需的既有影响,并模拟未来可能的政策... 粮食综合生产能力的稳步提升,对加快建设农业强国和促进农业农村现代化发展具有重要意义。本文在量化分析1950—2022年粮食政策文件的基础上,构建中国粮食市场局部均衡模型,把握政策实施对粮食市场供需的既有影响,并模拟未来可能的政策变化对粮食市场供需的影响。研究表明:1)中国粮食政策文件数量及政策指数呈现出波动增长的态势,且表现出较为明显的阶段特征。2)粮食安全问题的关注、管理和责任部门逐步呈现多元化,政策制定实施得到不断落实落细。3)粮食政策实施对粮食单位产量和价格具有显著正向影响;粮食政策指数增强助推播种面积和单位面积产量增加,提升粮食供给保障能力,并推动国内粮食食用、饲用及其他消费增长;粮食政策指数降低作用相反。粮食政策对单位面积产量的作用较对播种面积的作用更为明显,粮食增产重心应放在提高单产上;政策实施对粮食饲用消费的影响较食用消费影响更大,未来粮食用途重点应放在饲料粮上。基于此,建议加强粮食政策的法律法规建设,提高粮食政策的连续性、稳定性和协同性;强化粮食生产能力建设,筑牢粮食安全“压舱石”。 展开更多

局部放电是电力设备安全运行的严重隐患。超声法可以探测局部放电发出的声波并定位声源,是一种被广泛应用的检测手段。为了更加准确地描述局部放电产生超声波的机理和过程,该文针对电晕放电这一典型的局部放电现象在理论上分析了其产生... 局部放电是电力设备安全运行的严重隐患。超声法可以探测局部放电发出的声波并定位声源,是一种被广泛应用的检测手段。为了更加准确地描述局部放电产生超声波的机理和过程,该文针对电晕放电这一典型的局部放电现象在理论上分析了其产生声波的机理。该理论基于流体动力学理论,将带电粒子的连续性方程、电场泊松方程和有源声波方程进行耦合,并利用有限元仿真求解出了声场分布。结果表明:声源附近处的声波频率和放电电流脉冲频率保持一致;声波具有较强的指向性,针尖正下方的声场明显强于其他方向;随着传播距离的增大,声波出现明显衰减,且高频分量衰减更快,表现为峰值频率向低频漂移;放电电流脉冲幅值、声压大小和峰值频率均和外接电压幅值呈正相关。相关结果能较好地明晰电学量与声学量之间的关系,为局部放电超声检测法的定量化研究提供一定帮助。 展开更多

水动力模型具有物理意义明确、可靠性高等优点,但其计算量大、算力要求高。鉴于先进计算芯片进口遇阻,国外CUDA软件平台也被禁用,有必要基于国产CPU/GPU产业现状发展“多节点-多GPU”异构并行计算方案。本研究基于国产硬件平台研发“多... 水动力模型具有物理意义明确、可靠性高等优点,但其计算量大、算力要求高。鉴于先进计算芯片进口遇阻,国外CUDA软件平台也被禁用,有必要基于国产CPU/GPU产业现状发展“多节点-多GPU”异构并行计算方案。本研究基于国产硬件平台研发“多节点-多GPU”大规模分布式异构并行计算水动力模型,用于流域尺度二维浅水方程高效并行求解。通过三个算例检验了该模型的准确性、并行效率以及对亿级大模型的模拟能力。结果表明,该模型计算准确,并行加速效果显著,可模拟溃坝、大尺度复杂地形等条件下水动力过程,实现了对亿级网格洪水过程分钟级模拟。有望为我国洪水预报预警提供自主可靠的技术支撑,为流域大模型、区域地下水模型等其他大型水动力模型的异构并行计算提供借鉴。 展开更多

The implicit large... The present paper focuses on the erosive cavitation behavior around a plane convex hydrofoil. The Zwart-Gerber-Belamri cavitation model is implemented in a library form to be used with the OpenFOAM. The implicit large eddy simulation (ILES) is app- lied to analyze the three-dimensional unsteady cavitating flow around a plane convex hydrofoil. The numerical results in the cases under the hydrodynamic conditions, which were experimentally tested at the high speed cavitation tunnel of the l^cole Polytechnique F6d&ale de Lausanne (EPFL), clearly show the sheet cavitation development, the shedding and the collapse of vapor clouds. It is noted that the cavitation evolutions including the maximum vapor length, the detachment and the oscillation frequency, are captured fairly well. Furthermore, the pressure pulses due to the cavitation development as well as the complex vortex structures are reasona- bly well predicted. Consequently, it may be concluded that the present numerical method can be used to investigate the unsteady cavitation around hydrofoils with a satisfactory accuracy. 展开更多

Coal bed methane has been considered as an important energy resource.One major difficulty of purifying coal bed methane comes from the similar physical properties of CH_4 and N_2.The ZIF-8/water-glycol slurry was used as a medium to separate coal bed methane by fluidifying the solid adsorbent material.The sorption equilibrium experiment of binary mixture(CH_4/N_2)and slurry was conducted.The selectivity of CH_4 to N_2 is within the range of 2-6,which proved the feasibility of the slurry separation method.The modified Langmuir equation was used to describe the gas-slurry phase equilibrium behavior,and the calculated results were in good agreement with the experimental data.A continuous absorption-adsorption and desorption process on the separation of CH_4/N_2 in slurry is proposed and its mathematical model is also developed.Sensitivity analysis is conducted to determine the operation conditions and the energy performance of the proposed process was also evaluated.Feed gas contains 30 mol%of methane and the methane concentration in product gas is 95.46 mol%with the methane recovery ratio of 90.74%.The total energy consumption for per unit volume of product gas is determined as 1.846 kWh Nm^(-3).Experimental results and process simulation provide basic data for the design and operation of pilot and industrial plant. 展开更多

The Intalox metal tower packing was used to simulate an industrial relevant extractive distillation column for purifying azeotropic multicomponent mixture.In order to explain the inconsistencies in the modeling of transfer process in nonideal multicomponent distillation column,a method was developed with equilibrium stage models(EQ)and non-equilibrium model(NEQ)incorporated with Maxwell-Stefan diffusion equations in the framework of AspenONE simulator.Dortmund Modified UNIFAC(UNIFAC-DMD)thermodynamic model was employed to estimate activity coefficients.In addition,to understand the reason for the diffusion against driving force and the different results by EQ and NEQ models,explicit investigations were made on diffusion coefficients, component Murphree efficiency and mass transfer coefficients.The results provide valuable information for basic design and applications associated with extractive distillation. 展开更多

RCEP关税减让的贸易与福利效应——基于汽车制造业产业链的局部均衡分析 被引量:2

本文基于汽车制造业产业链视角,采用可计算的局部均衡GSIM模型前瞻性评估RCEP关税减让对汽车上游零部件、下游整车产品的贸易与福利效应。模拟结果表明:对于贸易环节而言,RCEP关税减让安排通过削减进口成本扩大区域内汽车产业贸易规模,... 本文基于汽车制造业产业链视角,采用可计算的局部均衡GSIM模型前瞻性评估RCEP关税减让对汽车上游零部件、下游整车产品的贸易与福利效应。模拟结果表明:对于贸易环节而言,RCEP关税减让安排通过削减进口成本扩大区域内汽车产业贸易规模,优化RCEP域内汽车制造业产业链的生产布局以构建“链式”创新汽车生产体系;对于生产环节而言,无论是产业链上游零部件产品还是下游整车产品,RCEP成员国日本、韩国的国内产量均有所增加,澳大利亚、新西兰的国内产量均有所下降,而中国汽车整车产品的产出将会增加0.02%,东盟汽车整车产品的产量将会下降0.09%;对于福利效应水平而言,RCEP关税减让将显著提升日本、韩国、东盟的社会福利总水平,而中国在上游零部件环节因降税幅度较大,消费者福利难以弥补关税损失,零部件制造环节的社会福利效应将会减少13.9亿美元。本文认为,要充分利用RCEP关税减让安排,推动区域汽车产业链、供应链深度融合;予以汽车关键零部件政策支持,推进汽车产业链上下游对接合作模式;防范关税减让对关税收入的冲击,最大限度提升汽车产业链的福利效应水平。 展开更多
