Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Fuzheng Quxie tea drinking package in the treatment of Zhengxu Xielian type cancer.Methods:In this study,50 cases of Zhengxu Xielian type canc...Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Fuzheng Quxie tea drinking package in the treatment of Zhengxu Xielian type cancer.Methods:In this study,50 cases of Zhengxu Xielian type cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected.They were divided into a control group(n=25)and a treatment group(n=25)according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment plus adjuvant therapy for cancer while the treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine Fuzheng Quxie tea drinking package plus conventional symptomatic treatment and adjuvant cancer therapy.Tumor marker indexes,quality of life scores,and fatigue scores before and after treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the CEA,CA125,and NSE indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the treatment group were better,and the data between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fatigue score of the observation group was significantly lower at 67.56±4.69 compared to 110.59±10.59 in the control group(t=18.576,P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Zhengxu Xielian type cancer patients with traditional Chinese medicine Fuzheng Quxie tea drinking package can significantly reduce tumor marker indexes,improve patients’quality of life,and reduce fatigue,which has clinical significance.展开更多

Six failure modes were identified, i.e., short FR-4 cracks and complete FR-4 cracks at the printing circuit board (PCB) side, split between redistribution layer (RDL) and Cu under bump metallization (UBM), RDL fracture, bulk cracks and partial bulk and intermetallic compound (IMC) cracks at the chip side. For the outmost solder joints, complete FR-4 cracks tended to occur, due to large deformation of PCB and low strength of FR-4 dielectric layer. The formation of complete FR-4 cracks largely absorbed the impact energy, resulting in the absence of other failure modes. For the inner solder joints, the absorption of impact energy by the short FR-4 cracks was limited, resulting in other failure modes at the chip side.展开更多

A three- dimensional packaged half bridge-IPEM (HB-...High performance can be obtained for the integrated power electronics module(IPEM) by using a three-dimensional packaging structure instead of a planar structure. A three- dimensional packaged half bridge-IPEM (HB-IPEM), consisting of two chip scale packaged MOSFETs and the corresponding gate driver and protection circuits, is fabricated at the laboratory. The reliability of the IPEM is controlled from the shape design of solder joints and the control of assembly process parameters. The parasitic parameters are extracted using Agilent 4395A impedance analyzer for building the parasitic parameter model of the HB- IPEM. A 12 V/3 A output synchronous rectifier Buck converter using the HB-IPEM is built to test the electrical performance of the HB-IPEM. Low voltage spikes on two MOSFETs illustrate that the three-dimensional package of the HB-IPEM can decrease parasitic inductance. Temperature distribution simulation results of the HB-IPEM using FLOTHERM are given. Heat dissipation of the solder joints makes the peak junction temperature of the chip drop obviously. The package realizes three-dimensional heat dissipation and has better thermal management.展开更多

The semi-soft threshold wavelet package filtering method is applied in the filtering of the FOG output signal. Experiments of the stationary and dynamic FOG output signals filtered with the wavelet package analysis are carried out in a lab environment, respectively. Experiments done with the real-time measured FOG signal show that the method of semi-soft threshold wavelet package filtering reduces the mean square error from 5 (°)/h to 1 (°)/h, so it is effective in eliminating the white noises and the fractal noises existing in the FOG. The novel method proposed here is proved valid in reducing the FOG drift error, satisfying the technical demands of high precision and realtime processing.展开更多

Operating Lithium-ion batteries at their temperature limits is a challenging design task due to explosion risk at high temperatures and rapid degradation at low temperatures.Depending on the battery package design,tho...Operating Lithium-ion batteries at their temperature limits is a challenging design task due to explosion risk at high temperatures and rapid degradation at low temperatures.Depending on the battery package design,those risks can be solved with passive solutions,which require no active cooling or heating.Thecurrentwork aims to optimize the pack design and materials of the type-NCR18650B battery based on a wide range of operation temperature.The lower limit was denoted by cold case while the maximum limit was expressed by hot case.A combined analyticalnumerical approach was developed to model the heat generation inside the battery.A thermal resistance analysis was used to determine the boundary conditions of the numerical model.The governing differential equations for the 1-D heat generation model were solved analytically.The numerical analysis was considered to determine the best battery pack design based on material parameters,number of batteries,and geometrical arrangement.The analytical results revealedthat the cold case canbe selectedas theworst case and thebestmodel wasobtainedusing thehexagonal-shaped 10-battery pack that was covered with Delrin of 1.8 mm in thickness.The numerical results showed that the best model was the hexagonal-shaped 10-battery pack with Delrin of 2 mm in thickness that achieved the largest temperature of−20.6℃ in the cold case.展开更多
The photothermal effect enhances the antibacterial activity by generating localized heat that disrupts microbial cells,leading to increased bacterial inactivation.The objective of this study was to develop and evaluat...The photothermal effect enhances the antibacterial activity by generating localized heat that disrupts microbial cells,leading to increased bacterial inactivation.The objective of this study was to develop and evaluate the antibacterial and photothermal applications of polydopamine-berberine nanoparticles(PDA-BBR-NPs),incorporating them into a sodium alginate matrix for food preservation.The self-assembled PDA-BBR-NPs were synthesized using a solution oxidation method and characterized by scanning electron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and nanoparticle size analysis.The results demonstrated that PDA-BBR-NPs were uniform spheres with an average diameter of 177.1 nm.Drug loading and encapsulation efficiency tests showed that the optimal formulation had a drug loading capacity of 48.4%and an encapsulation efficiency of 84.70%.Antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was evaluated using the dilution coating plate method,showing an inhibition rate of over 98%.Photothermal testing under 808 nm near-infrared irradiation revealed a maximum photothermal conversion efficiency of 32.65%.To assess the practical application of the nanoparticles,they were incorporated into a sodium alginate-based coating for the preservation of Kyoho grapes.Key parameters such as weight loss rate,pH,titratable acidity,and soluble solids content were monitored over a 12-day storage period at room temperature.The PDA-BBR-near-infrared spectroscopy-treated group exhibited significantly reduced weight loss rate(6.08%lower than the control group)and a slower decrease in pH.The coating effectively inhibited microbial activity and extended the shelf life of the grapes by 3-6 days compared to the control group.These findings demonstrated the potential of PDA-BBR-NPs to enhance the preservation of fresh produce through their combined antibacterial and photothermal effects,offering a promising method for extending fruit shelf life.展开更多

The finite element method(FEM)is used to analyze the effects of lead widths and pitches on reliability of soldered joints.The optimum simulation for QFP devices is also researched.The results indicate that when the le...The finite element method(FEM)is used to analyze the effects of lead widths and pitches on reliability of soldered joints.The optimum simulation for QFP devices is also researched.The results indicate that when the lead pitches are the same,the maximum equivalent stress of the soldered joints increases with the increasing of lead widths,while the reliability of the soldered joints reduces.When the lead widths are the same,the maximum equivalent stress of the soldered joints doesn't decrease completely with the increasing of lead pitches,a minimum value of the maximum equivalent stress values exists in all the curves.Under this condition the maximum equivalent stress of the soldewed joints is relatively the least,the reliability of soldered joints is high and the assembly is excellent.The simulating results indicate the best parameter:The lead width is 0.2 mm and lead pitch is 0.3 mm(the distance between two leads is 0.1 mm),which are benefited for the micromation of QFP devices now.The minimum value of the maximum equivalent stress of soldered joints exists while lead width is 0.25 mm and lead pitch is 0.35 mm(the distance between two leads is 0.1 mm),the devices can serve for a long time and the reliability is the highest,the assembly is excellent.The simulating results also indicate the fact that the lead width is 0.15 mm and lead pitch is 0.2 mm maybe the limit of QFP,which is significant for the high lead count and micromation of assembly.展开更多

Based on wavelet packet decomposition, the ultrasonic echo signal has been analyzed deeply in time - frequency domain, which can easily distinguish the nugget from the corona bond. The 2D C-scan images produced by ultrasonic C scan which contribute to quantitatively calculate the nugget diameter for the computer are further analyzed. The spot welding nugget diameter can be automatically obtained by image enhancement, edge detection and equivalent diameter algorithm procedure. The ultrasonic detection values in this paper show good agreement with the metallographic measured values. The mean value of normal distribution curve is 0.006 67, and the standard deviation is 0.087 11. Ultrasonic C-scan test based on wavelet packet signal analysis is of high accuracy and stability.展开更多

Refactoring is regarded as an effective way to address this problem. Many refactoring approaches at the method and class level have been proposed. But the research on software refactoring at the package level is very little. This paper presents a novel approach to refactor the package structures of object oriented software. It uses software networks to represent classes and their dependencies. It proposes a constrained community detection algorithm to obtain the optimized community structures in software networks, which also correspond to the optimized package structures. And it finally provides a list of classes as refactoring candidates by comparing the optimized package structures with the real package structures. The empirical evaluation of the proposed approach has been performed in two open source Java projects, and the benefits of our approach are illustrated in comparison with the other three approaches.展开更多

Today modelling these dynamical processes entails the solving of the governing equations involving the mass, momentum, energy and chemical transport. These equations represent partial differential equations and must be solved on powerful enough computers because they require sufficient spatial and temporal resolution to be useful. We describe here the salient and outstanding features of the SEPRAN software package, developed in the Netherlands, as a case study for a robust and user-friendly soft- ware, which the geological community can utilize in handling many thermal-mechanical-chemical problems found in geology, which will include geothermal situations, where many types of partial differential equations must be solved at the same time with thermodynamical input parameters.展开更多
The physics package of a chip-scale atomic clock (CSAC) has been successfully realized by integrating vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL), neutral density (ND) filter, λ/4 wave plate, 87Rb vapor cell...The physics package of a chip-scale atomic clock (CSAC) has been successfully realized by integrating vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL), neutral density (ND) filter, λ/4 wave plate, 87Rb vapor cell, photodiode (PD), and magnetic coil into a cuboid metal package with a volume of about 2.8 cm3. In this physics package, the critical component, 87Rb vapor cell, is batch-fabricated based on MEMS technology and in-situ chemical reaction method. Pt heater and thermistors are integrated in the physics package. A PTFE pillar is used to support the optical elements in the physics package, in order to reduce the power dissipation. The optical absorption spectrum of 87Rb D1 line and the microwave frequency correction signal are successfully observed while connecting the package with the servo circuit system. Using the above mentioned packaging solution, a CSAC with short-term frequency stability of about 7 × 10^-10τ-1/2 has been successfully achieved, which demonstrates that this physics package would become one promising solution for the CSAC.展开更多
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect differences among five-knee-point acupuncture combined with Chinese medication package warm compress therapy of Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction(身痛逐瘀汤 generalized p...Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect differences among five-knee-point acupuncture combined with Chinese medication package warm compress therapy of Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction(身痛逐瘀汤 generalized pain stasis-expelling decoction),simple five-knee-point acupuncture and simple Chinese medication package warm compress therapy of Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction in treating knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 126 KOA patients were randomized into a five-knee-point acupuncture combined with Chinese medication package warm compress therapy group(combined treatment group),where there were 42 cases,including 28 cases of unilateral KOA and 14 cases of bilateral KOA,totally 56 affected knees involved,a Chinese medication package warm compress therapy group(medication package group,42 cases,including 22 cases of unilateral KOA,20 cases of bilateral KOA,totally 62 affected knees involved)and a five-knee-point acupuncture group(five-knee-point group,42 cases,including 27 cases of unilateral KOA,15 cases of bilateral KOA,totally 57 affected knees involved).The basic health education was provided in all of the groups.Additionally,in the combined treatment group,acupuncture was applied to the five knee points on the affected side for 30 min.The warm compress with herbal package of Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction was given for 10 to 15 min.In the medication package group,the warm compress with Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction was exerted on the affected area for 10 to 15 min.In the fiveknee-point group,acupuncture was applied to SP 10,ST 34,EX-LE 2,EX-LE 4 and ST 35 and the needles were retained for 30 min.The treatment in each group was given once a day,consecutively for 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)and Lysholm knee scale were adopted to evaluate the pain degree and knee joint motor function in KOA patients.The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated too.Results:A total of 121 cases accomplished the final observation and 5 cases were dropped out in the three groups,in which,2 cases(2 affected knees)were dropped out in the combined treatment group,1 case(2 affected knees)in the medication package group and 2 cases(3 affected knees)in the fiveknee-point group.VAS scores after treatment were all lower than those before treatment in the three groups and the scores of Lysholm knee scale were all higher than those before treatment,indicating the significant differences(all P<0.05).The total effective rate was 98.1%(53/54)in the combined treatment group,which was higher than 86.7%(52/60)in the medication package group and 92.6%(50/54)in the five-knee-point group,indicating the significant differences(all P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score(2.24±1.24)in the combined medication group was lower than(2.48±1.08)in the medication package group and(2.63 ± 1.44)in the five-knee-point group,presenting the significant difference(all P<0.05).The score of Lysholm knee scale was(60.50±13.76)in the combined medication group,higher than(52.23±11.65)in the medication package group and(52.14±11.77)in the five-knee-point group,indicting the significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the simple application of Chinese medication package warm compress therapy of Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction or the five-knee-point acupuncture therapy,five-knee-point acupuncture combined with Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction relieves the clinical symptoms of KOA patients more effectively and achieves a better clinical therapeutic effect.展开更多

Low voltage spikes on two MOSFETs illustrate that the three-dimensional package of the HB-IPEM can decrease parasitic inductance. Temperature distribution simulation results of the HB-IPEM using FLOTHERM are given. Heat dissipation of the solder joints makes the peak junction temperature of the chip drop obviously. The package realizes three-dimensional heat dissipation and has better thermal management.

文摘To reduce the drift error existing in the output signal of fiber optic gyroscopes (FOG), a mathematical model of the FOG output signal is set up; the error characteristics of the FOG output signal are analyzed, and semi-soft threshold filtering is chosen based on the comparison of hard threshold and soft threshold filtering. The semi-soft threshold wavelet package filtering method is applied in the filtering of the FOG output signal. Experiments of the stationary and dynamic FOG output signals filtered with the wavelet package analysis are carried out in a lab environment, respectively. Experiments done with the real-time measured FOG signal show that the method of semi-soft threshold wavelet package filtering reduces the mean square error from 5 (°)/h to 1 (°)/h, so it is effective in eliminating the white noises and the fractal noises existing in the FOG. The novel method proposed here is proved valid in reducing the FOG drift error, satisfying the technical demands of high precision and realtime processing.

文摘The effect of freshness protection package on Chinese cabbage placed in the self-made shelf in ventilated storage was investigated, and the physiological-qual-ity indexes change were determined during the storage period. The results showed that the losses of weight and vitamin C were significantly reduced. The accumula-tion of crude fiber was effectively inhibited. But protein content was maintained at a low level and the rotting more serious of Chinese cabbage at the end of the stor-age packaged with the fresh keeping bags.

文摘A model for modified-atmosphere packaging (MAP) systems containing fruits and vegetables was developed.The computer simulation was performed to predict the gas mass concentrations inside the packages and was successfully verified by experiments with yellow peaches at 5,15 and 25 ℃ using two types of packaging films.A Michaelis-Menten type respiration model with noncompetitive inhibition mechanism due to CO2 was adopted while the respiration rates were measured with an improved permeable system method suitable for either steady or unsteady state.The applicability of the model in the design of MAP systems was demonstrated with a calculation to evaluate film specification and equilibrium concentrations of O2 and CO2 in the package containing yellow peaches.
文摘Operating Lithium-ion batteries at their temperature limits is a challenging design task due to explosion risk at high temperatures and rapid degradation at low temperatures.Depending on the battery package design,those risks can be solved with passive solutions,which require no active cooling or heating.Thecurrentwork aims to optimize the pack design and materials of the type-NCR18650B battery based on a wide range of operation temperature.The lower limit was denoted by cold case while the maximum limit was expressed by hot case.A combined analyticalnumerical approach was developed to model the heat generation inside the battery.A thermal resistance analysis was used to determine the boundary conditions of the numerical model.The governing differential equations for the 1-D heat generation model were solved analytically.The numerical analysis was considered to determine the best battery pack design based on material parameters,number of batteries,and geometrical arrangement.The analytical results revealedthat the cold case canbe selectedas theworst case and thebestmodel wasobtainedusing thehexagonal-shaped 10-battery pack that was covered with Delrin of 1.8 mm in thickness.The numerical results showed that the best model was the hexagonal-shaped 10-battery pack with Delrin of 2 mm in thickness that achieved the largest temperature of−20.6℃ in the cold case.

文摘The photothermal effect enhances the antibacterial activity by generating localized heat that disrupts microbial cells,leading to increased bacterial inactivation.The objective of this study was to develop and evaluate the antibacterial and photothermal applications of polydopamine-berberine nanoparticles(PDA-BBR-NPs),incorporating them into a sodium alginate matrix for food preservation.The self-assembled PDA-BBR-NPs were synthesized using a solution oxidation method and characterized by scanning electron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,and nanoparticle size analysis.The results demonstrated that PDA-BBR-NPs were uniform spheres with an average diameter of 177.1 nm.Drug loading and encapsulation efficiency tests showed that the optimal formulation had a drug loading capacity of 48.4%and an encapsulation efficiency of 84.70%.Antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was evaluated using the dilution coating plate method,showing an inhibition rate of over 98%.Photothermal testing under 808 nm near-infrared irradiation revealed a maximum photothermal conversion efficiency of 32.65%.To assess the practical application of the nanoparticles,they were incorporated into a sodium alginate-based coating for the preservation of Kyoho grapes.Key parameters such as weight loss rate,pH,titratable acidity,and soluble solids content were monitored over a 12-day storage period at room temperature.The PDA-BBR-near-infrared spectroscopy-treated group exhibited significantly reduced weight loss rate(6.08%lower than the control group)and a slower decrease in pH.The coating effectively inhibited microbial activity and extended the shelf life of the grapes by 3-6 days compared to the control group.These findings demonstrated the potential of PDA-BBR-NPs to enhance the preservation of fresh produce through their combined antibacterial and photothermal effects,offering a promising method for extending fruit shelf life.

文摘This review draws attention to the innovative use of arrowroot(Maranta arundinacea)fiber as a unique and underutilized biomass source for nanocrystalline cellulose(NCC)-based nanocomposites,presenting a noteworthy alternative to extensively researched materials like wood pulp,bacterial cellulose,and chemically modified NCCs.In contrast to traditional sources,arrowroot possesses a naturally elevated cellulose and diminished lignin content,facilitating more effective NCC extraction requiring reduced chemical input and enabling environmentally friendly processing techniques.The review evaluates the performance of arrowroot-derived nanocomposites against systems documented in the literature,including NCC-based shape memory composites and nanoparticle-reinforced films,demonstrating enhanced tensile strength,improved moisture barrier properties,and thermal stability,as well as potential piezoelectric response.This study recognizes arrowroot as a viable option in the biomass-based nanocellulose sector,providing ecological and functional benefits while tackling significant issues such as process scalability and feedstock variability,thereby offering important insights for the advancement of sustainable materials.

文摘A software package to be used in high-speed oscilloscope-basedthree-dimensionalbunch-by-bunch charge and position measurement is presented.The software package takes the pick-up electrode signal waveform recorded by the high-speed oscilloscope as input,and it calculates and outputs the bunch-by-bunch charge and position.In addition to enabling a three-dimensional observation of the motion of each passing bunch on all beam position monitor pick-up electrodes,it offers many additional features such as injection analysis,bunch response function reconstruction,and turn-by-turn beam analysis.The software package has an easy-to-understand graphical user interface and convenient interactive operation,which has been verified on the Windows 10 system.

文摘The finite element method(FEM)is used to analyze the effects of lead widths and pitches on reliability of soldered joints.The optimum simulation for QFP devices is also researched.The results indicate that when the lead pitches are the same,the maximum equivalent stress of the soldered joints increases with the increasing of lead widths,while the reliability of the soldered joints reduces.When the lead widths are the same,the maximum equivalent stress of the soldered joints doesn't decrease completely with the increasing of lead pitches,a minimum value of the maximum equivalent stress values exists in all the curves.Under this condition the maximum equivalent stress of the soldewed joints is relatively the least,the reliability of soldered joints is high and the assembly is excellent.The simulating results indicate the best parameter:The lead width is 0.2 mm and lead pitch is 0.3 mm(the distance between two leads is 0.1 mm),which are benefited for the micromation of QFP devices now.The minimum value of the maximum equivalent stress of soldered joints exists while lead width is 0.25 mm and lead pitch is 0.35 mm(the distance between two leads is 0.1 mm),the devices can serve for a long time and the reliability is the highest,the assembly is excellent.The simulating results also indicate the fact that the lead width is 0.15 mm and lead pitch is 0.2 mm maybe the limit of QFP,which is significant for the high lead count and micromation of assembly.

文摘An ultrasonic test of spot welding for stainless steel is conducted. Based on wavelet packet decomposition, the ultrasonic echo signal has been analyzed deeply in time - frequency domain, which can easily distinguish the nugget from the corona bond. The 2D C-scan images produced by ultrasonic C scan which contribute to quantitatively calculate the nugget diameter for the computer are further analyzed. The spot welding nugget diameter can be automatically obtained by image enhancement, edge detection and equivalent diameter algorithm procedure. The ultrasonic detection values in this paper show good agreement with the metallographic measured values. The mean value of normal distribution curve is 0.006 67, and the standard deviation is 0.087 11. Ultrasonic C-scan test based on wavelet packet signal analysis is of high accuracy and stability.

文摘An intrinsic property of software in a real-world environment is its need to evolve, which is usually accompanied by the increase of software complexity and deterioration of software quality, making software maintenance a tough problem. Refactoring is regarded as an effective way to address this problem. Many refactoring approaches at the method and class level have been proposed. But the research on software refactoring at the package level is very little. This paper presents a novel approach to refactor the package structures of object oriented software. It uses software networks to represent classes and their dependencies. It proposes a constrained community detection algorithm to obtain the optimized community structures in software networks, which also correspond to the optimized package structures. And it finally provides a list of classes as refactoring candidates by comparing the optimized package structures with the real package structures. The empirical evaluation of the proposed approach has been performed in two open source Java projects, and the benefits of our approach are illustrated in comparison with the other three approaches.

文摘Numerical modelling of geological processes, such as mantle convection, flow in porous media, and geothermal heat transfer, has become quite common with the increase in computing and the availability of usable software. Today modelling these dynamical processes entails the solving of the governing equations involving the mass, momentum, energy and chemical transport. These equations represent partial differential equations and must be solved on powerful enough computers because they require sufficient spatial and temporal resolution to be useful. We describe here the salient and outstanding features of the SEPRAN software package, developed in the Netherlands, as a case study for a robust and user-friendly soft- ware, which the geological community can utilize in handling many thermal-mechanical-chemical problems found in geology, which will include geothermal situations, where many types of partial differential equations must be solved at the same time with thermodynamical input parameters.

文摘The physics package of a chip-scale atomic clock (CSAC) has been successfully realized by integrating vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL), neutral density (ND) filter, λ/4 wave plate, 87Rb vapor cell, photodiode (PD), and magnetic coil into a cuboid metal package with a volume of about 2.8 cm3. In this physics package, the critical component, 87Rb vapor cell, is batch-fabricated based on MEMS technology and in-situ chemical reaction method. Pt heater and thermistors are integrated in the physics package. A PTFE pillar is used to support the optical elements in the physics package, in order to reduce the power dissipation. The optical absorption spectrum of 87Rb D1 line and the microwave frequency correction signal are successfully observed while connecting the package with the servo circuit system. Using the above mentioned packaging solution, a CSAC with short-term frequency stability of about 7 × 10^-10τ-1/2 has been successfully achieved, which demonstrates that this physics package would become one promising solution for the CSAC.
文摘Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect differences among five-knee-point acupuncture combined with Chinese medication package warm compress therapy of Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction(身痛逐瘀汤 generalized pain stasis-expelling decoction),simple five-knee-point acupuncture and simple Chinese medication package warm compress therapy of Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction in treating knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 126 KOA patients were randomized into a five-knee-point acupuncture combined with Chinese medication package warm compress therapy group(combined treatment group),where there were 42 cases,including 28 cases of unilateral KOA and 14 cases of bilateral KOA,totally 56 affected knees involved,a Chinese medication package warm compress therapy group(medication package group,42 cases,including 22 cases of unilateral KOA,20 cases of bilateral KOA,totally 62 affected knees involved)and a five-knee-point acupuncture group(five-knee-point group,42 cases,including 27 cases of unilateral KOA,15 cases of bilateral KOA,totally 57 affected knees involved).The basic health education was provided in all of the groups.Additionally,in the combined treatment group,acupuncture was applied to the five knee points on the affected side for 30 min.The warm compress with herbal package of Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction was given for 10 to 15 min.In the medication package group,the warm compress with Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction was exerted on the affected area for 10 to 15 min.In the fiveknee-point group,acupuncture was applied to SP 10,ST 34,EX-LE 2,EX-LE 4 and ST 35 and the needles were retained for 30 min.The treatment in each group was given once a day,consecutively for 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)and Lysholm knee scale were adopted to evaluate the pain degree and knee joint motor function in KOA patients.The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated too.Results:A total of 121 cases accomplished the final observation and 5 cases were dropped out in the three groups,in which,2 cases(2 affected knees)were dropped out in the combined treatment group,1 case(2 affected knees)in the medication package group and 2 cases(3 affected knees)in the fiveknee-point group.VAS scores after treatment were all lower than those before treatment in the three groups and the scores of Lysholm knee scale were all higher than those before treatment,indicating the significant differences(all P<0.05).The total effective rate was 98.1%(53/54)in the combined treatment group,which was higher than 86.7%(52/60)in the medication package group and 92.6%(50/54)in the five-knee-point group,indicating the significant differences(all P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score(2.24±1.24)in the combined medication group was lower than(2.48±1.08)in the medication package group and(2.63 ± 1.44)in the five-knee-point group,presenting the significant difference(all P<0.05).The score of Lysholm knee scale was(60.50±13.76)in the combined medication group,higher than(52.23±11.65)in the medication package group and(52.14±11.77)in the five-knee-point group,indicting the significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the simple application of Chinese medication package warm compress therapy of Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction or the five-knee-point acupuncture therapy,five-knee-point acupuncture combined with Shēntòng Zhúyū Decoction relieves the clinical symptoms of KOA patients more effectively and achieves a better clinical therapeutic effect.
