It exhibited rapidly characteristic morphological and biochemical alterations related to repli-cative senescence when being cultured in 32℃. We suggested that the overexpression of p53 activated probably the onset of senescence in NIH3T3 cells, which induced a rapid cellular senescence.展开更多
