The Khondalite Belt within the Inner Mongolia Suture Zone (IMSZ) in the North China Craton is a classic example for Paleoproterozoic ultrahigh-temperature (UHT) metamorphism. Here we report new spinel-bearing metapelitic granulites from a new locality at Xumayao within the southern domain of the IMSZ. Petrological studies and thermodynamic modeling of the spinel -- quartz-bearing assemblage shows that these rocks experienced extreme metamorphism at UHT conditions. Spinel occurs in two textural settings:(1) high Xzn(Zn/(Mg + FeH -- Zn) = 0.071--0.232) spinel with perthitic K-feld- spar, sillimanite and quartz in the rock matrix; and (2)low Xzn (0.045-0.070) spinel as inclusions within garnet porphyroblasts in association with quartz and sillimanite. Our phase equilibria modeling indicates two main stages during the metamorphic evolution of these rocks:(l) near-isobaric cooling from 975 ℃ to 875 ℃ around 8 kbar, represented by the formation of garnet porphyroblasts from spinel and quartz; and(2)cooling and decompression from 850 ℃, 8 kbar to below 750 ℃- 6.5 kbar, represented by the break-down of garnet. The spinel + quartz assemblage is considered to have been stable at peak metamorphism, formed through the break-down of cordierite, indi- caring a near isothermal compression process. Our study confirms the regional extent of UHT metamor- phism within the IMSZ associated with the Paleoproterozoic subduction-collision process. 展开更多

P-T Paths Derived from Garnet Growth Zoning in Danba Domal Metamorphic Terrain, Sichuan Province, West China 被引量:7

Danba (丹巴) domal metamorphic terrain belongs to Songpan (松潘)-Ganze (甘孜) orogenic belt, where typical Barrovian and Buchan metamorphic zones are preserved. The former included chlorite, biotite, garnet, staurolite, kyanite and sillimanite zones, while the latter only developed silimanite+muscovite and sillimanite+K-feldspar zones. Integrated study has been carried on metamorphic reactions of garnet production and consumption, P-T paths and P-T-X-M phase relation and thermal tectonic model for Danba metamorphic zones. Petrological textures in thin sections show that garnet production and consumption in kyanite-sillimanite zone is mainly attributed to ChI+Ms+PI+Q= Grt+Bt+H20 and kyanite=sillimanite respectively. Based on mineral compositions, the geothermo- barometry gives an average P, T condition of (4.9±0.3)×10^8 Pa, 543±30 ℃ for the first growth stage of the garnet and (5.8±0.3)×10^8 Pa, 534±29 ℃ for the second stage of garnet growth respectively. Anti-counter clockwise P-T paths were drawn using Gibbs method by NCMnKFMASH system for sample G98686 in the kyanite zone. The P-T-X-M modeling for the first mineral assemblages shows that the prediction is similar to the measured values in gossular, almandine and spessartine but mole fraction of pyrope and Fe/(Fe+Mg) deviated far from the contours; while that for the second mineral assemblages exhibits that the prediction is consistent with the measured value of pyrope, grossular content and Fe/(Fe+Mg) of garnet. A thermal tectonic model that there are at least three structure levels across the thrust-decollement zones is presented according to the P-T paths, metamorphic grades and deformation styles for the staurolite-kyanite zone of the Barrovian type metamorphism, which will provide some constraints for the evolution of the nappe complex. 展开更多

Integrated P-T Paths of the High-Pressure Rocks and Their Tectonic Implications for the Mountain-Building of the North Qilian, China

After the integration of petrographic study, geothermobarometry and Gibbs method, the synthetic P-T paths for the rocks from different geological profiles in the North Qilian, China, have been derived. The composite P-T paths from different methods indicate that all the high-pressure rocks in the Qilian area recorded P-T paths with clockwise loops starting at the blueschist facies, later reaching peak metamorphism at the blueschist facies, eclogite fades or epidote-amphibolite facies and ending up with the greenschist facies. The incremental Ar-Ar dating shows that the plateau ages for the high-pressure rocks range from 410 to 443 Ma. The plateau ages could be used as a minimum age constraint for the subduction that resulted in the formation of these high-pressure rocks in the Qilian area. It is proposed that the late-stage decompressional and cooling P-T paths with ends at the greenschist facies for these high-pressure rocks probably reflect the uplift process which could occur after shifting the arc-trench tectonic system to the system of continental orogenic belts. The retrograde paths for the high-pressure rocks in the North Qilian tectonic belt are characterized by dramatic decompression with slight cooling, which suggests very rapid exhumation. Petrography supports that the mountain-building for the Qilian mountain range could undergo a very fast process which caused rapid uplift and denudation. 展开更多

The Central Qilian Block is a Precambrian block in the Qilian Orogen,which has long drawn international attention for the study of orogeny and continental dynamics.The Huangyuan Group in the Datong area is one of the Precambrian metamorphic basement units in the Central Qilian Block and reflects metamorphism in the Barrovian garnet zone and sillimanite zone from south to north.Based on detailed fieldwork,this study presents a systematic study of petrography,mineral chemistry and phase equilibria of schists and gneisses from the two metamorphic zones.The garnet metamorphic zone is composed of micaschist,garnet-bearing micaschist and felsic leptynite,with interlayered plagioclase amphibolite.The sillimanite metamorphic zone consists of garnet-bearing biotite micaschist,sillimanite-bearing biotite-plagioclase gneiss and felsic leptynite.Garnet from the garnet metamorphic zone shows growth zoning with increasing almandine and pyrope and decreasing spessartine from core to rim.Garnet from the sillimanite metamorphic zone is almost homogeneous.Towards the outer rim,the contents of almandine and pyrope slightly decrease and grossular slightly increase.Biotite in both metamorphic zones is ferro-biotite.Plagioclase is oligoclase in garnet metamorphic zone and andesine in sillimanite metamorphic zone.Phase equilibrium modeling of a sample from garnet metamorphic zone resulted in a clockwise P-T path with a prograde stage(4.5–5.0 kbar,520–530℃),a peak P stage(9.8–10.2 kbar,560–570℃),a stage of thermal relaxation(8.0–8.5 kbar,580–590℃)and finally a retrograde stage(6.8–7.0 kbar,560–580℃).Thermodynamic modeling of a sample from the sillimanite metamorphic zone indicates a prograde stage(5.5–6.0 kbar,540–550℃)and a peak stage(7.8–8.5 kbar,660–690℃).The results indicate that the Huangyuan Group experienced medium-pressure amphibolite-facies metamorphism,which resulted from continental-continental collision between the Qaidam Block and the Central Qilian Block. 展开更多

康滇地轴北缘下元古界河口群记录的众多岩浆活动和沉积信息能被用来反演区域变质特征与变质条件,是扬子西缘古元古代至新元古代地质演化过程研究的重要窗口。本研究开展了河口群新桥组石榴黑云片岩的岩相学和矿物化学测试,结果表明该变... 康滇地轴北缘下元古界河口群记录的众多岩浆活动和沉积信息能被用来反演区域变质特征与变质条件,是扬子西缘古元古代至新元古代地质演化过程研究的重要窗口。本研究开展了河口群新桥组石榴黑云片岩的岩相学和矿物化学测试,结果表明该变质岩系中变质石榴石化学通式为Alm71~79Gro12~20Sps5~13Pyr1~3,属铁铝榴石-钙铝榴石固溶体系列。黑云母富Si、Al、Fe和Mg,贫K、Na、Mn、Ca和Ti,属变质重结晶镁铁质黑云母。石榴石具有较明显的核-幔-边成分环带,反映其可能经历了三个变质阶段(Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ),利用GB-G温压计估算出三个变质阶段温压条件:t为484~497℃和p为0.53~0.58 GPa、t为496~538℃和p为0.56~0.72 GPa、t为500~571℃和p为0.62~0.74 GPa,核部至边部为进变质特征。新桥组石榴黑云片岩整体经历了绿帘角闪岩-低角闪岩的中级变质作用,显示了一个较完整的顺时针p-t变质轨迹。综合研究显示河口群可能经历了洋壳向陆缘缓俯冲的过程,俯冲深度>22 km。扬子西缘河口群变质岩在1000~850 Ma应处于挤压背景下的活动大陆边缘或陆缘火山弧环境,为格林威尔造山期的产物。 展开更多

西伯利亚克拉通是全球著名的稳定克拉通之一,其下地壳的变质演化历史对于理解大陆动力学至关重要。关于该克拉通下地壳在古元古代时期的改造与重建,一直存在垂向构造和横向构造增生机制的争议。本研究聚焦于西伯利亚克拉通Udachnaya金... 西伯利亚克拉通是全球著名的稳定克拉通之一,其下地壳的变质演化历史对于理解大陆动力学至关重要。关于该克拉通下地壳在古元古代时期的改造与重建,一直存在垂向构造和横向构造增生机制的争议。本研究聚焦于西伯利亚克拉通Udachnaya金伯利岩筒中的古元古代麻粒岩捕虏体,通过岩相学观察、矿物化学分析、多种地质温压计和P-T视剖面图模拟等方法,限定了其不同变质阶段的温压条件。研究识别出麻粒岩保留的3个不同的变质阶段:(1)早期进变质阶段(M1),以石榴子石、单斜辉石、斜长石、金红石和石英包裹体为代表,温压条件为740~770℃和1.04~1.12GPa;(2)峰期变质阶段(M2),矿物组合为基质石榴子石、单斜辉石、角闪石、金红石、斜长石和熔体,变斑晶石榴子石中可见针状金红石出溶,温压条件为900~912℃和1.37~1.39GPa;(3)退变质阶段(M3),以石榴子石和单斜辉石边部发育的角闪石+石英后成合晶为特征,温压条件为832~850℃和0.9~0.95GPa。上述温压条件和相图模拟结果表明该麻粒岩经历了峰期高压-超高温变质作用,并具有一条峰期前升温升压、峰期后近等温降压(ITD)特征的顺时针P-T轨迹,记录了陆-陆碰撞引发的地壳加厚和碰撞后的快速折返过程。结合前人的年代学结果,表明古元古代西伯利亚克拉通下地壳的改造和重建可能与同时期Columbia超大陆聚合(1.9~1.8Ga)有关。这一结果为理解西伯利亚克拉通的构造演化历史和板块构造作用的启动时间具有启示意义。 展开更多

波罗斯坦庙杂岩是阿拉善地块东部高级变质杂岩之一,对研究阿拉善地块晚古生代构造演化具有重要的地质意义。本研究对阿拉善地块东部波罗斯坦庙杂岩中的长英质片麻岩进行了详细的野外地质调查、岩相学、LA-ICP-MS独居石U-Pb定年和变质相... 波罗斯坦庙杂岩是阿拉善地块东部高级变质杂岩之一,对研究阿拉善地块晚古生代构造演化具有重要的地质意义。本研究对阿拉善地块东部波罗斯坦庙杂岩中的长英质片麻岩进行了详细的野外地质调查、岩相学、LA-ICP-MS独居石U-Pb定年和变质相平衡模拟工作,用于揭示其变质演化特征,进而阐明其形成的构造背景。长英质片麻岩主要由含石榴子石黑云斜长片麻岩和黑云斜长片麻岩两类岩石组成,岩相学观察显示2个含石榴子石黑云斜长片麻岩样品ALS2202和ALS2204记录的峰期变质矿物组合为石榴子石+黑云母+白云母+钛铁矿+斜长石+钾长石+石英+熔体,结合相平衡模拟计算得到2个样品的峰期变质温压条件分别为727~751℃/820~1030 MPa和730~751℃/930~1070 MPa。通过石榴子石-黑云母-斜长石-石英(GBPQ)地质温压计计算得到退变质冷却阶段的温压条件为629~672℃/410~490 MPa和620~657℃/330~400 MPa。综合以上变质温压结果,2个样品均显示顺时针的p-t演化轨迹。LA-ICP-MS独居石U-Pb定年得到含石榴子石黑云斜长片麻岩样品ALS2207和黑云斜长片麻岩ALS2210样品的^(206)Pb/^(238)U加权平均年龄分别为268±4 Ma和255±2 Ma,代表峰期变质作用或深熔作用的时代。根据矿物组合推测波罗斯坦庙杂岩中长英质片麻岩应为副变质岩,结合该岩石记录的变质温压条件和顺时针轨迹,表明波罗斯坦庙杂岩在二叠纪中晚期经历了一次显著的地壳加厚过程,该过程可能与古亚洲洋的闭合有关。 展开更多

Recent progress in the study of the UHP metamorphic belt in southwestern Tianshan,China,is summarized in this paper.This about 80-km-long and over 10-km-wide UHP belt has been recognized by the discovery of coesite,coesite pseudomorphs and other UHP minerals.It is the largest oceanic-type UHP metamorphic belt reported so far.It has formed due to northward subduction of the Tianshan Paleo-Ocean.U-Pb dating of metamorphic rims of zircons from a coesite-bearing garnet-phengite schist yields a peak UHP metamorphic ages of 320±3.7 Ma.Combined with ages of 233–226 Ma obtained from rims of zircons from retrograded eclogites,a long retrograde metamorphic evolution(>70 Ma)has been revealed.According to phase equilibria modeling,the P-T paths of both coesite-bearing eclogites and garnet-phengite schists are characterized by thermal relaxation,i.e.,the metamorphic temperature peak lags behind the pressure peak,indicating that the UHP rocks experienced slow and long heating and decompression during exhumation in the subduction channel.On the basis of the field observation that a small amount of eclogite lenses is wrapped in large volumes of metapelites,and the similar P-T paths of both rock types,we propose that the exhumation of the UHP eclogites from southwestern Tianshan,China,may have resulted from the exhumation of large volumes of low-density metapelites,which carried the denser eclogites to the Earth’s surface. 展开更多

P-T-t Path of Mafic Granulite Metamorphism in Northern Tibet and Its Geodynamical Implications 被引量:8

Mafic granulites have been found as structural lenses within the huge thrust system outcropping about 10 km west of Nam Co of the northern Lhasa Terrane, Tibetan Plateau. Petrological evidence from these rocks indicates four distinct metamorphic assemblages. The early metamorphic assemblage (M1) is preserved only in the granulites and represented by plagioclase+hornblende inclusions within the cores of garnet porphyroblasts. The peak assemblage (M2) consists of garnet+clinopyroxene+hornblende+plagioclase in the mafic granulites. The peak metamorphism was followed by near-isothermal decompression (M3), which resulted in the development of hornblende+plagioclase symplectites surrounding embayed garnet porphyroblasts, and decompression-cooling (M4) is represented by minerals of hornblende+plagioclase recrystallized during mylonization. The peak (M2) P-T conditions of garnet+ clinopyroxene+plagioclase+hornblende were estimated at 769-905℃ and 0.86-1.02 GPa based on the geothermometers and geobarometers. The P-T conditions of plagioclase+hornblende symplectites (M3) were estimated at 720-800℃ and 0.55-0.68 GPa, and recrystallized hornblende+plagioclase (M4) at 594-708℃ and 0.26-0.47 GPa. It is impossible to estimate the P-T conditions of the early metamorphic assemblage (M1) because of the absence of modal minerals. The combination of petrographic textures, metamorphic reaction history, thermobarometric data and corresponding isotopic ages defines a clockwise near-isothermal decompression metamorphic path, suggesting that the mafic granulites had undergone initial crustal thickening, subsequent exhumation, and cooling and retrogression. This tectonothermal path is considered to record two major phases of collision which resulted in both the assemblage of Gondwanaland during the Pan-African orogeny at 531 Ma and the collision of the Qiangtang and Lhasa Terranes at 174 Ma, respectively. 展开更多

秦岭杂岩位于秦岭造山带北秦岭构造带,是研究秦岭造山带早古生代构造演化的重要岩石构造单元。喂子坪地区发育有典型的秦岭杂岩,其中的混合岩是由变沉积岩经历了强烈的深熔作用形成的。本研究对其进行了岩相学、变质相平衡模拟和LA-ICP... 秦岭杂岩位于秦岭造山带北秦岭构造带,是研究秦岭造山带早古生代构造演化的重要岩石构造单元。喂子坪地区发育有典型的秦岭杂岩,其中的混合岩是由变沉积岩经历了强烈的深熔作用形成的。本研究对其进行了岩相学、变质相平衡模拟和LA-ICP-MS锆石U-Pb年代学研究,以深入揭示它们的变质温压演化特征,进而阐明它们指示的构造意义。混合岩的中色体由含石榴子石角闪黑云斜长片麻岩和含石榴子石黑云角闪斜长片麻岩组成。含石榴子石角闪黑云斜长片麻岩只记录了峰期变质矿物组合,为镁铁闪石+石榴子石+斜长石+石英+黑云母+钛铁矿+熔体,而含石榴子石黑云角闪斜长片麻岩记录了3个变质演化阶段,分别是早期进变质阶段(M1):黑云母+斜长石+石英;峰期变质阶段(M2):镁铁闪石+石榴子石+斜长石+石英+黑云母+钛铁矿+熔体;退变质阶段(M3):普通角闪石+斜长石+黑云母+石英+熔体。全岩成分视剖面图模拟计算显示含石榴子石角闪黑云斜长片麻岩和含石榴子石黑云角闪斜长片麻岩压力峰期的变质温压条件分别为790~810℃/990~1040 MPa和840~862℃/1000~1190 MPa。含石榴子石黑云角闪斜长片麻岩3组局部矿物组合域成分视剖面图模拟计算得到压力峰期后变质阶段的温压条件为735~814℃/400~810 MPa、721~794℃/430~700 MPa、740~810℃/470~780 MPa。因此,本研究揭示了喂子坪地区秦岭杂岩片麻岩记录了近等温降压的p-T轨迹。LA-ICP-MS锆石U-Pb定年得到含石榴子石角闪黑云斜长片麻岩和2个浅色体样品中的变质锆石206Pb/238U加权平均年龄分别为383.2±7.0 Ma、400±3.6 Ma和406.7±7.8 Ma。结合已发表的数据,喂子坪地区变沉积岩麻粒岩相峰期变质作用和强烈的混合岩化作用的时代约为410~390 Ma,而约380 Ma的年龄可能代表退变质冷却到固相线的时代。片麻岩近等温降压的变质演化轨迹指示喂子坪地区秦岭杂岩的变沉积岩在下地壳经历了麻粒岩相变质作用和随后的快速抬升,与碰撞造山引起的地壳增厚和随后的地壳伸展有关。 展开更多

Although zircon U-Pb geochronometer has been widely used for dating metamorphism in moderate- to high-grade metamorphic rocks, it is still difficult to link the zircon U-Pb age to pressure and temperature (P-T) conditions. In this study, zircon trace elements and Hf isotopes and REE partitioning between zircon and garnet are adopted to track the formation condition of zircon in the granu- lites from North Tongbai Orogen, Central China. Combined with previous metamorphic P-T path results, a quantitative integrated anticlockwise P-T-t path was established for Tongbai granulites. These grauulites recorded an early low-P heating followed by a dramatic pressure increase. Evidence for the prograde history (M1) is provided by cordierite, orthopyroxene and biotite inclusions in garnet. The prograde metamorphism occurred at around 443±3 Ma, with P-T conditions of ca. 730-820 ℃ and 〈6 kbar. The peak metamorphic (M2) condition is 〉920 ℃ and 8.5-10 kbar and the peak metamorphism age is ca. 432±4 Ma. At around 419 Ma, the granulites suffered an amphibolite-facies retrograde metamorphism (M3), represented by the replacement of garnet by biotite and plagioclase, and clinopyroxene by amphibole, with metamorphic condition of ca. 700℃ and ca. 7 kbar. The last retrograde metamorphism (M4) is a greenschist-facies overprint with an age of ca. 404 Ma. It is concluded that the meta- morphism of Tongbai granulite lasted for more than 40 Ma, including a stage of more than 20 Ma granulitc-facies metamorphism. The prolonged granulite-facies metamorphism resulted from the continuous northward subduction of the Shangdan oceanic crust beneath the North Qinling terrane. 展开更多

These \%P_T\% paths indicate that the XMCC had experienced the following thermodynamics processes: firstly, near isobaric falling slightly in temperature in lower crust; secondly, fast decompression and rising in temperature during extensional uplifting to middle crust level; and finally, isobaric falling in temperature in middle crust. 南阿尔金构造带淡水泉一带出露的含石榴石蓝晶石黑云母片麻岩是一套典型的泥质高压麻粒岩,其峰期特征矿物组合为石榴子石+蓝晶石+钾长石+金红石+石英。根据矿物内部一致性热力学数据和Thermocalc 3.23程序计算,确定其峰期变质温压条件为... 南阿尔金构造带淡水泉一带出露的含石榴石蓝晶石黑云母片麻岩是一套典型的泥质高压麻粒岩,其峰期特征矿物组合为石榴子石+蓝晶石+钾长石+金红石+石英。根据矿物内部一致性热力学数据和Thermocalc 3.23程序计算,确定其峰期变质温压条件为T>850℃和P>11kbar。结合岩相学研究和P-T视剖面图计算,可识别出该岩石经历了4个阶段的变质演化,构成了一个早期快速等温降压,后期近等压降温的顺时针型的退变质P-T演化轨迹,为与陆壳俯冲碰撞有关的高压变质事件的产物。该岩石锆石阴极发光图像显示其内部具有明显的核-边结构,核部为残留的原岩碎屑锆石,边部则表现为面状或扇状生长的变质锆石的特征。微区原位LA-ICP-Ms微量元素分析表明,核部测点的重稀土含量较高,对应Th/U接近于0.4,具有岩浆锆石的特征;边部测点的重稀土相对亏损,重稀土配分曲线平坦,对应Th/U比值均小于0.1,显示与石榴子石平衡共生的变质锆石特征。LA-ICP-MS微区定年获得其变质年龄为486±5Ma,该年龄值与阿尔金江尕勒萨依和英格利萨依两地超高压变质岩石的变质年龄相近,进一步证明沿阿尔金构造带南缘断续存在一条早古生代的高压-超高压变质岩带。另外,本次研究在获得该泥质高压麻粒岩峰期变质时代的同时,还获得该岩石原岩的形成时代上限值约为719Ma,从而限定阿尔金构造带南缘阿尔金群的形成时代可能不属古元古代,而应属新元古代。 展开更多

太华变质杂岩广泛出露于华北克拉通南缘,总体呈SW-NE向展布。在河南洛宁地区,太华变质杂岩以TTG片麻岩、斜长角闪片麻岩和变泥质片麻岩为主。斜长角闪片麻岩中可识别出三个阶段的变质矿物组合:进变质阶段矿物组合(M1)为石榴子石变斑晶... 太华变质杂岩广泛出露于华北克拉通南缘,总体呈SW-NE向展布。在河南洛宁地区,太华变质杂岩以TTG片麻岩、斜长角闪片麻岩和变泥质片麻岩为主。斜长角闪片麻岩中可识别出三个阶段的变质矿物组合:进变质阶段矿物组合(M1)为石榴子石变斑晶内部的包裹体矿物组合(Amp1+Pl1+Qtz),变质高峰期矿物组合(M2)为石榴子石变斑晶边部和基质矿物组合(Grt2+Amp2+Pl2+Qtz),退变质阶段矿物组合(M3)为"白眼圈"状后成合晶组合(Amp3+Pl3+Qtz)。运用矿物温度计与压力计估算三个阶段的P-T条件分别为:进变质阶段约600~680℃/7.0~7.6kbar,变质高峰期为680~790℃/9.5~10.7kbar,退变质阶段为580~720℃/6.5~7.6kbar。变泥质片麻岩中保留了进变质阶段(M1)包裹体矿物组合(Bt1+Pl1+Qtz)和峰期变质阶段(M2)矿物组合(Grt2+Bt2+Pl2+Qtz)两个阶段。其中未发现后期退变质反应结构,石榴子石中也未发现成分环带。P-T条件估算结果分别为:M1阶段620~710℃/4.9~5.6kbar,M2阶段710~760℃/7.3~8.3kbar。洛宁地区太华变质杂岩记录了顺时针的近等温降压型的P-T轨迹,可能经历了与华北中部造山带其它杂岩类似的变质演化过程,推测其形成于华北克拉通东部陆块和西部陆块沿中部造山带的拼合过程中。SIMS与ICP-MS锆石U-Pb定年表明,斜长角闪片麻岩记录了1938~1967Ma的变质事件,比华北中部造山带其它变质杂岩区所广泛记录的~1850Ma变质事件早了约100Ma,暗示中部造山带的拼合可能是一个长期的、复杂的过程。 展开更多

桐柏山地区发育南、北两条低温高压榴辉岩带,中间被桐柏山高级变质杂岩所分隔。本文对两条带内的4个保存完好的榴辉岩体及其退变产物进行了详细的岩石学研究和 P-T 条件估算。结果表明,北带榴辉岩的形成温压条件较高,为530~610℃、1.7... 桐柏山地区发育南、北两条低温高压榴辉岩带,中间被桐柏山高级变质杂岩所分隔。本文对两条带内的4个保存完好的榴辉岩体及其退变产物进行了详细的岩石学研究和 P-T 条件估算。结果表明,北带榴辉岩的形成温压条件较高,为530~610℃、1.7~2.0GPa,南带榴辉岩较低,为470~520℃、1.3~1.7GPa,说明两条榴辉岩带不属于同一个高压岩片。实际上,二者分别对应于西大别地区的浒湾榴辉岩带(I 带)和七角山榴辉岩带(V 带)。电子探针分析发现,所有榴辉岩中的石榴石都展示了进变质环带,而退变榴辉岩的成分环带更为复杂,即保留了早期的进变环带,也显示了晚期的低温取代以及后期相对高温条件下的再生长,由此为榴辉宕的变质作用推导出一个“发卡式”演化轨迹。这种轨迹表明,榴辉岩先是在降温条件下缓慢向上回返的,这与目前已建立的多数高压、超高压岩石的快速抬升模式有所差异,而后在其进入到中地壳后又在相对较高的地温梯度下遭受退变质作用的改造。 展开更多

西南天山哈布腾苏河沿岸的含石墨的石榴石多硅白云母石英片岩中出露一套若干大小不等的布丁状变基性岩块,产状与区域面理一致。本文对其中保存完好的榴辉岩体进行了较为细致的岩石学研究和温压演化条件计算。根据主要矿物的含量,将该套... 西南天山哈布腾苏河沿岸的含石墨的石榴石多硅白云母石英片岩中出露一套若干大小不等的布丁状变基性岩块,产状与区域面理一致。本文对其中保存完好的榴辉岩体进行了较为细致的岩石学研究和温压演化条件计算。根据主要矿物的含量,将该套榴辉岩大致分为两类—角闪榴辉岩和钠云母榴辉岩,二者的主要矿物均为 Grt+Omp+Na-Ca-Amp+Pg+Dol/Cal+Rt±Qtz。石榴石变斑晶两阶段生长明显,从核部到边部 X_(Mn)和X_(Fe)降低,X_(Mg)和 X_(Ca)升高,指示了升温降压的变质过程。根据石榴石核部和边部的包体组合特征,确立了两期榴辉岩相变质作用:前一阶段经历了高压但较低温的硬柱石-硬绿泥石(仅见假象)榴辉岩相,变质温度为400~500℃,压力不低于1.8~1.9GPa,表明早期经历了快速俯冲过程;后一阶段的变质温度为570±30℃,压力为2.0~2.5GPa。在退变质绿帘角闪岩相阶段,形成低压脉体(矿物组合为 Ab+Di+Na-Ca-Amp+Ep/Czo+Cal)和一系列退变质反应结构,如 Dol 的 Cal 增生边,Omp 的 Di+Ab 后成合晶结构。利用 Dol-Cal 分溶温度计和 Di的 Jd 分子含量得到该阶段的温度约500~530℃,压力小于0.9~1.1GPa,表明其退变质经历的是降温降压过程。这与利用Thermocalc 3.1在 NCFMASH 体系下计算的 PT 视剖面图是一致的。 展开更多
