Submergence increased amo...A thermostatic incubation experiment was carried out to estimate the effects of flooding periods, stalk application and P addition on Fe transformation and P availability in calcareous soils. Submergence increased amorphous Fe, especially in the case of stalk application. The newly formed amorphous Fe with a great surface area played an important role in P sorption; and submergence also stimulated the dissolution of inorganic P, thus increasing the availability of soil P in calcareous soils. Meanwhile, a part of soluble P was adsorbed and fixed again on the surface of newly formed amorphous Fe, thus resulting in a decrease of P availability. Soil rapidly available P increased after ISO-day incubation. There existed significantly negative correlations between soil amorphous Fe content and soil Fe-P and rapidly available P contents. Submerged conditions promoted the transformation of inorganic P added to-ward Fe-P in calcareous soils, especially in the case of stalk application.展开更多

Minocycline (90 mg/kg) was administered intraperitoneally into ...A rat model of acute ocular hypertension was established by enhancing the perfusion of balanced salt solution in the anterior chamber of the right eye. Minocycline (90 mg/kg) was administered intraperitoneally into rats immediately after the operation for 3 consecutive days. Immunofluorescence, western blot assay and PCR detection revealed that the expression of the precursor form of nerve growth factor, nerve growth factor and the p75 neurotrophin receptor, and the mRNA expression of nerve growth factor and the p75 neurotrophin receptor, increased after acute ocular hypertension. The number of double-labeled CD11B- and precursor form of nerve growth factor-positive cells, glial fibrillary acidic protein- and p75 neurotrophin receptor-positive cells glial fibrillary acidic protein- and caspase-3-positive cells in the retina markedly increased after acute ocular hypertension. The above-described expression decreased after minocycline treatment. These results suggested that minocycline inhibited the increased expression of the precursor form of nerve growth factor in microglia, the p75 neurotrophin receptor in astroglia, and protected cells from apoptosis.展开更多

Nitrogen(N)deficiency is a critical factor limiting natural regeneration in coastal shelterbelt forests,but the influence of different N forms on seedling establishment under varying light conditions remains poorly un...Nitrogen(N)deficiency is a critical factor limiting natural regeneration in coastal shelterbelt forests,but the influence of different N forms on seedling establishment under varying light conditions remains poorly understood.This study investigated the effects of N forms and N concentrations on Ligustrum compactum seedlings under simulated canopy gap conditions using a three-factor design:N form(NO_(3)^(-)-N,NH_(4)^(+)-N,mixed N),N concentration(30 and 60 kg ha^(-1)a^(-1)),and light intensity(30%,60%,and 90%full sunlight).Results showed that N addition significantly promoted seedling growth,net photosynthesis rate,and water use efficiency;however,the effects varied among N forms and concentrations.Overall,NO_(3)^(-)-N or mixed N were more favored by L.compactum seedlings;however,the N preference was altered by light intensity and N concentration.For instance,L.compactum showed greater NO_(3)^(-)-N or mixed N preference under low and medium light intensities,while displaying more NH_(4)^(+)-N preference under high light intensity.N concentration also affected the growth and N preference of L.compactum seedlings,but the variance explained by N concentration was lower than that of light intensity.Leaf C,N,P stoichiometry exhibited stronger correlations with seedling's morphological trait plasticity than those of leaf gas exchange,and further analysis demonstrated that leaf C:P and N:P were the top two critical factors affecting seedling growth,indicating that the coordination and balance among C,N,P elements were more important in explaining the seedling growth under N addition.Therefore,our results clarified that the N preference of L.compactum seedlings could be altered by light intensity and revealed that leaf C,N,P ratios were stronger predictors than leaf gas exchange parameters for explaining the N effects on seedling performance.These findings demonstrated the mechanisms of light-N interactions affecting seedling performance,providing practical guidance for optimizing N fertilization and improving natural regeneration in canopy gaps of degraded coastal shelterbelt forests.展开更多
Bulk metallic glass(BMG) rods Fe71Mo5-xNbxP12C10B2(x=1,2,3,4 and 5) with diameter of 1 or 2 mm were synthesized by copper mold casting.The effects of Nb substitution for Mo on the structure,thermal and mechanical ...Bulk metallic glass(BMG) rods Fe71Mo5-xNbxP12C10B2(x=1,2,3,4 and 5) with diameter of 1 or 2 mm were synthesized by copper mold casting.The effects of Nb substitution for Mo on the structure,thermal and mechanical properties of Fe71Mo5-xNbxP12C10B2 alloys were studied by X-ray diffraction,differential scanning calorimetry and compressive testing.The results show that the substitution of Nb for Mo leads to a decreased glass forming ability,but with plasticity of 1.0%,the fracture strength of Fe71Mo2Nb3P12C10B2 alloy increases up to 4.0 GPa.The improvement of the fracture strength is discussed in terms of the enhancement of atomic bonding nature and the favorite formation of a network-like structure due to the substitution of Nb for Mo.展开更多

文摘农田生态系统中土壤磷形态转化,影响土壤磷对作物的有效供应。土壤磷分为无机磷和有机磷两大部分。化学连续提取法(chemical sequential fractionation,CSF)研究土壤磷形态分级,采用不同的化学提取剂,分级提取土壤中组成或分解能力接近的有机无机含磷化合物,是目前表征土壤磷素形态的重要方法。但该方法虽历经改进,仍难以确切反映土壤磷的实际组成,提取的不同磷形态间存在重叠,有机磷和无机磷组分分级存在一定的误差;不同分级磷组分对作物的有效性,需谨慎评估。核磁共振波谱技术(nuclear magnetic resonance,NMR)根据核磁共振波谱图上共振峰的位置、强度和精细结构来研究土壤中含磷化合物的分子结构。液相31PNMR可以同吋检测出土壤中多种磷组分,如正磷酸盐、磷酸单酯、磷酸二酯、膦酸脂、焦磷酸盐和多聚磷酸盐,识别土壤提取物磷形态,可将有机磷与无机磷分开。本文综述了应用31P-NMR技术研究土壤磷形态组分的一些进展,总结了样品制备过程、NMR测试参数及在土壤磷形态转化研究中的应用。二维31P-NMR技术发展为鉴定分析土壤中更多种类的含磷化合物提供了契机。
