In the X-C linkage grinding of non-circular parts,the computation and control method of contour error in polar coordinates platform is different with that in the XY coordinates platform.To solve this problem,the analysis of the definition and computation methods for contour error and track error in polar coordinates platform will be made.Through the relative lead-lag relation of the linkage axes in the grinding process,the range of the estimation contour error is narrowed and a contour error calculation model is constructed.Then the contour compensation controllers along contour error direction and trajectory tracking error direction are designed respectively,and the error compensation decoupling matrix of the X-C linkage axes is given as well.In the end of this paper,we take the machining of the cylinder contour in Wankel rotary piston engine as an example.A simulation experiment of contour error compensation control based on relative lead-lag quantity is made.The result shows that the designed contour compensation controller can increase the contour machining accuracy effectively. 展开更多

Form error measurement is a critical exercise in providing measures for the quality control in the precision manufacturing industry.Coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is one of the automated systems used in the accurate and precise dimensional measurements and geometrical form.This paper aims to study the effect of dynamic original unforeseeable errors at different undulations per revolution (UPR) of standard artifact measurement using selected two types of CMM touchtriggering stylus.Stylus-type and stylus-speed parameters were adopted and utilized throughout the course of experiment.The results are analyzed using fast Fourier transformation to obtain foreseeable geometrical errors due to CMM machine structure and stylus scanning speeds.The results of experiment successfully indicate that the number of UPR plays an important role in determining the CMM accuracy level of the roundness measurement result.Some specific error equations for stylus system and machine structure responses have been postulated and analysed to empirically predict the accuracy of PRISMOBridge-CMM-type at National Institute for Standards (NIS) in egypt. 展开更多

The main factors affecting the dynamic errors of coordinate measuring machines are analyzed. It is pointed out that there are two main contributors to the dynamic errors: One is the rotation of the elements around the joints connected with air bearings and the other is the bending of the elements caused by the dynamic inertial forces. A method for obtaining the displacement errors at the probe position from dynamic rotational errors is presented. The dynamic rotational errors are measured with inductive position sensors and a laser interferometer. The theoretical and experimental results both show that during the process of fast probing, due to the dynamic inertial forces, there are not only large rotation of the elements around the joints connected with air bearings but also large bending of the weak elements themselves. 展开更多

[Objective] The aim was to explore the measurement of coordinate parameter by multi-baseline digital close-range photogrammetry system.[Method] The 3-dimensional coordinate of 8-year-old Jujube was measured by using Lensphoto multi-baseline digital close-range photogrammetry system,and through comparing with measured data of Total Station,the error and accuracy of photogrammetry data were analyzed.[Result] The absolute error of X,Y and Z coordinate was 0-0.014,0-0.018 and 0-0.004 m respectively,and the relative error of X,Y and Z coordinate was less than 0.145%.The significance test of pairs for the photogrammetry data and measured data of Total Station indicated that the space coordinate data of stumpage were accurately measured by using the multi-baseline digital close-range photogrammetry method,and the photogrammetry data meet the need of space coordinate measurement for virtual plant growth simulation.[Conclusion] This study had provided theoretical basis for the growth measurement of virtual plant growth simulation. 展开更多

A “Dressed” Ensemble Kalman Filter Using the Hybrid Coordinate Ocean Model in the Pacific 被引量:4

The computational cost required by the Ensemble Kalman Filter (EnKF) is much larger than that of some simpler assimilation schemes, such as Optimal Interpolation (OI) or three-dimension variational as- similation (3DVAR). Ensemble optimal interpolation (EnOI), a crudely simplified implementation of EnKF, is sometimes used as a substitute in some oceanic applications and requires much less computational time than EnKF. In this paper, to compromise between computational cost and dynamic covariance, we use the idea of "dressing" a small size dynamical ensemble with a larger number of static ensembles in order to form an approximate dynamic covariance. The term "dressing" means that a dynamical ensemble seed from model runs is perturbed by adding the anomalies of some static ensembles. This dressing EnKF (DrEnKF for short) scheme is tested in assimilation of real altimetry data in the Pacific using the HYbrid Coordinate Ocean Model (HYCOM) over a four-year period. Ten dynamical ensemble seeds are each dressed by 10 static ensemble members selected from a 100-member static ensemble. Results are compared to two EnKF assimilation runs that use 10 and 100 dynamical ensemble members. Both temperature and salinity fields from the DrEnKF and the EnKF are compared to observations from Argo floats and an OI SST dataset. The results show that the DrEnKF and the 100-member EnKF yield similar root mean square errors (RMSE) at every model level. Error covariance matrices from the DrEnKF and the 100-member EnKF are also compared and show good agreement. 展开更多

Different from the other conventional radars, the over the horizon radar (OTHR) faces complicated nonlinear coordinate transform due to electromagnetic wave propagation and reflection in ionospheres. A significant problem is the phenomenon of multi-path propagation. Considering it, the coordinate registration algorithms of planar measurement model and spherical measurement model are respectively derived in detail. Noticeably, a new transforming expression of apparent azimuth and an integrated form of transforming expressions from measurement vector to ground state vector in coordinate registration algorithm of spherical measurement model are proposed. And then simulations are made to verify the correctness of the proposed algorithms and expression. Besides this, the transforming error rate of slant range, Doppler and apparent azimuth of the two kinds of models are given respectively. Then the quantitative analysis of error rate is also given. It can be drawn a conclusion that the coordinate registration algorithms of planar measurement model and spherical measurement model are both correct. 展开更多

随着北斗卫星导航系统(BDS)全球组网的完成,其区域服务性能得到显著提升,为基于BDS的区域连续运行参考站(CORS)大地测量应用提供了重要机遇。本文以昆明市及周边地区31个昆明市卫星定位综合服务系统(KMCORS)基准站2022—2024年的观测数... 随着北斗卫星导航系统(BDS)全球组网的完成,其区域服务性能得到显著提升,为基于BDS的区域连续运行参考站(CORS)大地测量应用提供了重要机遇。本文以昆明市及周边地区31个昆明市卫星定位综合服务系统(KMCORS)基准站2022—2024年的观测数据为基础,采用GAMIT/GLOBK软件进行BDS和GPS双系统的基线解算与坐标平差处理,通过对坐标时间序列分析重构,构建了高精度的三维速度场模型。结果表明:①在北(N)和东(E)方向上,BDS和GPS定位精度相当,但在垂直(U)方向上,BDS略逊于GPS;②根据皮尔逊相关系数值得出,BDS站点间表现出更强的空间相关性特征,主成分分析空间滤波方法能够显著提升BDS和GPS坐标时间序列精度;③共模误差改正后,BDS和GPS速度估值趋于一致,平均速率为14.92 mm/a(N)、32.87 mm/a(E)、8.05 mm/a(U)和15.23 mm/a(N)、32.62 mm/a(E)、4.96 mm/a(U)。研究证明,KMCORS的BDS定位精度与GPS持平,可有效应用于城市坐标框架维护和地壳形变监测等领域。 展开更多

为增强测震流式数据采集的容错纠错能力,提高数据处理的稳定性和可靠性,提出基于ZooKeeper的分布式测震实时流数据处理方法。构建ZooKeeper分布式服务架构;通过监听动作完成整个流程中的主备切换,并继续进行数据消费行为,实现服务注册... 为增强测震流式数据采集的容错纠错能力,提高数据处理的稳定性和可靠性,提出基于ZooKeeper的分布式测震实时流数据处理方法。构建ZooKeeper分布式服务架构;通过监听动作完成整个流程中的主备切换,并继续进行数据消费行为,实现服务注册、服务加载、服务容错、策略调度功能。测试结果表明该方法下系统平均每小时服务修复时间(MTTR)降低98.4%,平均每小时故障间隔时间(MTTF)提升33.5%,对于故障场景下数据完整率提升20%,能够较好解决测震流式数据面临的稳定性和可靠性困难,具备区域地震台网技术推广应用潜力。 展开更多

为解决电网扰动引起的逆变器不稳定、传统锁相环(PLL)响应速度慢、锁相精度差所带来的电压频率偏移和相位误差等问题,提出了一种基于电压电流双闭环控制的双环惯性锁相环(DPLL)。首先,运用Clarke和Park坐标变换理论分析了三相电压型PWM... 为解决电网扰动引起的逆变器不稳定、传统锁相环(PLL)响应速度慢、锁相精度差所带来的电压频率偏移和相位误差等问题,提出了一种基于电压电流双闭环控制的双环惯性锁相环(DPLL)。首先,运用Clarke和Park坐标变换理论分析了三相电压型PWM逆变器的主电路以及控制电路的工作原理和特性,推导了基于该逆变器下的控制策略。其次,提出了新型DPLL的结构和其应用于PWM逆变器的参数整定策略。与传统锁相环相比,新型DPLL在电网扰动的情况下具有更好的电网同步性能,通过双环控制结构(频率锁定环和相位锁定环)实现对逆变器频率和相位的追踪,由于相位角的惯性控制,DPLL具有良好的抗干扰能力,能够有效减少逆变器的频率偏移和相位误差。最后,通过仿真分析验证了所设计的新型DPLL的可行性和有效性。 展开更多

针对全球导航卫星系统(GNSS)坐标时间序列成分复杂和信号、噪声与异常值分离困难的问题,采用完备集合经验模态分解(CEEMD)处理中国西北地区若干个GNSS测站坐标时间序列。通过CEEMD,实现趋势、周期及噪声成分的分离,并结合阿伦方差等指... 针对全球导航卫星系统(GNSS)坐标时间序列成分复杂和信号、噪声与异常值分离困难的问题,采用完备集合经验模态分解(CEEMD)处理中国西北地区若干个GNSS测站坐标时间序列。通过CEEMD,实现趋势、周期及噪声成分的分离,并结合阿伦方差等指标评估降噪效果;在含不同密度的模拟异常值的实测序列上,分别基于CEEMD和最小二乘(LSQ)提取残差序列,采用局部异常因子(LOF)、中位数绝对偏差法(MAD)和四分位间距(IQR)等方法识别异常值成分。结果表明,CEEMD能合理地分离GNSS坐标时序中的信号成分与噪声成分,有效降低原始序列中的噪声水平,显著提升基于残差序列的异常值识别效果。其中,联合CEEMD和LOF具有最佳的异常值识别效果,对不同异常值密度具有更强的鲁棒性。 展开更多

针对枕式包装机高速包装过程中,因切刀轴和送膜轴、送料轴协同控制不同步而导致的包装精度低的问题,课题组提出了基于模型预测控制(Model Predictive Control, MPC)的高速包装机柔顺运动控制算法。首先,建立的枕式包装机的柔顺性运动学... 针对枕式包装机高速包装过程中,因切刀轴和送膜轴、送料轴协同控制不同步而导致的包装精度低的问题,课题组提出了基于模型预测控制(Model Predictive Control, MPC)的高速包装机柔顺运动控制算法。首先,建立的枕式包装机的柔顺性运动学模型,并基于柔顺性运动模型采用速度控制方法控制送膜装置和送料装置,以及采用基于MPC算法的加速度控制方法控制切刀;接着,基于参考位置与当前位置的偏差,预测下一时刻包装机状态输出,从而实现期望的误差补偿;最后,进行了仿真实验和实机试验验证。研究结果表明:与传统PID控制算法相比,基于MPC的柔顺运动控制算法能够更快速、更稳定地到达期望位置;当送料轴和送膜轴完成速度匹配后,控制切刀进行剪切有效提高了剪切精度。基于MPC的柔顺运动控制算法的枕式包装机可根据给定的运动轨迹实现更高精度、更高速度的物品包装。 展开更多

针对机械摩擦与电气结构阻力等因素对轮廓跟踪精度的影响,提出一种采用MIMO-LPV控制器的数控机床精密轮廓控制方案,该方法适用于两轴机床和三轴机床的轮廓精密控制。采用基于任务框架坐标系的控制器设计方案,将MIMO-LPV反馈控制器构建... 针对机械摩擦与电气结构阻力等因素对轮廓跟踪精度的影响,提出一种采用MIMO-LPV控制器的数控机床精密轮廓控制方案,该方法适用于两轴机床和三轴机床的轮廓精密控制。采用基于任务框架坐标系的控制器设计方案,将MIMO-LPV反馈控制器构建为刀具轨迹方向和刀具速度的函数,利用坐标变换矩阵和基于线性矩阵不等式的增益调度控制技术对LPV控制器进行设计,从而获得极高的轮廓控制精度。对三轴数控机床系统进行简单介绍,并对跟踪误差和轮廓误差进行建模。提出一个随刀具路径方向和刀具速度变化的MIMO控制器用于补偿外部干扰力带来的轮廓误差,并基于LPV反馈控制器实现数控机床的精密轮廓控制。最后,通过时域仿真和数控机床实物控制验证的方式对所提方案进行验证。结果表明:所提方案在两轴机床中可成功将轮廓误差的最大值控制在12μm以下,在三轴机床中可控制在8μm以下,控制精度明显优于基于PID+交叉耦合轮廓控制方案。 展开更多

This paper presents a performance study of the distributed coordination function (DCF) of 802.11 networks considering erroneous channel and capture effects under non-saturated traffic conditions employing a basic access method.The aggregate throughput of a practical wireless local area network (WLAN) strongly depends on the channel conditions.In a real radio environment,the received signal power at the access point from a station is subjected to deterministic path loss,shadowing,and fast multipath fading.The binary exponential backoff (BEB) mechanism of IEEE 802.11 DCF severely suffers from more channel idle time under high bit error rate (BER).To alleviate the low performance of IEEE 802.11 DCF,a new mechanism is introduced,which greatly outperforms the existing methods under a high BER.A multidimensional Markov chain model is used to characterize the behavior of DCF in order to account both non-ideal channel conditions and capture effects. 展开更多

Optimal control of greenhouse climate is one of the key techniques in digital agriculture.Greenhouse climate,a nonlinear and uncertain system,consists of several major environmental factors such as temperature,humidity,light intensity,and CO 2 concentration.Due to the complex coupled correlations,it is a challenge to achieve coordination control of greenhouse environmental factors.This paper proposes a model-free coordination control approach for greenhouse environmental factors based on Q-learning.Coordination control policy is found through systematic interaction with the dynamic environment to achieve optimal control for greenhouse climate with the control cost constraints.In order to decrease systematic trial-and-error risk and reduce the computational complexity in Q-learning algorithm,case-based reasoning (CBR) is seamlessly incorporated into the Q-learning process.The experimental results demonstrate that this approach is practical,highly effective and efficient. 展开更多

Rotary tables are equipments in precision machinery applied in five-axis Machine Tools and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), offering rotational (C-axis) and tilting motion (A-axis), allowing the obtaining of several configurations for manufacturing or inspection of parts with complex geometries. The demand for high accuracy, high efficiency and fewer errors in the positioning of the part in precision machines increases every day, thus ensuring their high confidence and the use of aerostatic bearings enable constructive innovations to the equipment. In this context, this work presents the mechanical design, the development and error analysis of a prototype of an aerostatic rotary table. This study emphasizes the analysis of a prototype that uses the air as a working principle for reducing friction between moving parts, increasing the mechanical efficiency, and its influence of motion error is also discussed based on the experimental results. For the geometrical errors analysis, experimental tests were realized in laboratory using a DBB (Double Ballbar). The tests are performed with only one axis moving, observing the behavior of the system for different feedrate at the C-axis. 展开更多

为解决三维超精密测量中大行程运动与高精度测量之间的矛盾,研制了一种新型的跨尺度微纳米三坐标测量机(Cross-Scale Micro-Nano Coordinate Measuring Machine,CSMN-CMM),测量体积为100 mm×100 mm×100 mm。不同于传统坐标测... 为解决三维超精密测量中大行程运动与高精度测量之间的矛盾,研制了一种新型的跨尺度微纳米三坐标测量机(Cross-Scale Micro-Nano Coordinate Measuring Machine,CSMN-CMM),测量体积为100 mm×100 mm×100 mm。不同于传统坐标测量机的结构形式,CSMN-CMM采用独立的、三维方向都符合阿贝原则的计量系统布局,既消除了运动系统对计量系统的影响,又避免阿贝误差。其运动系统由三维气浮宏动台和六自由度微动台构成,宏微协同的运动模式在提高测量效率的同时完成高精度触发及测量任务。测头系统方面,采用高精度三维接触式测头或谐振式触发测头完成测量,谐振式触发测头的光纤探针测球直径可达70μm以下。针对测量机存在的主要误差来源,基于坐标转换建立空间误差补偿模型并完成误差分离。依据ISO 10360-2,对CSMN-CMM整机测量性能进行检验,得到其最大允许误差优于±(250 nm+3.6×10^(-6)×L)。实验结果表明,CSMN-CMM具有亚微米三维测量精度,可以实现低至100μm内尺寸的测量,其结构设计及关键技术对高精度三维测量具有重要意义。 展开更多
