Assessing the impact of anthropogenic volatile organic compounds(VOCs)on ozone(O_(3))formation is vital for themanagement of emission reduction and pollution control.Continuousmeasurement of O_(3)and the major precursorswas conducted in a typical light industrial city in the YRD region from 1 May to 25 July in 2021.Alkanes were the most abundant VOC group,contributing to 55.0%of TVOCs concentration(56.43±21.10 ppb).OVOCs,aromatics,halides,alkenes,and alkynes contributed 18.7%,9.6%,9.3%,5.2%and 1.9%,respectively.The observational site shifted from a typical VOC control regime to a mixed regime from May to July,which can be explained by the significant increase of RO_(x)production,resulting in the transition of environment from NOx saturation to radical saturation with respect to O_(3)production.The optimal O_(3)control strategy should be dynamically changed depending on the transition of control regime.Under NOx saturation condition,minimizing the proportion of NOx in reduction could lead to better achievement of O_(3)alleviation.Under mixed control regime,the cut percentage gets the top priority for the effectiveness of O_(3)control.Five VOCs sources were identified:temperature dependent source(28.1%),vehicular exhausts(19.9%),petrochemical industries(7.2%),solvent&gasoline usage(32.3%)and manufacturing industries(12.6%).The increase of temperature and radiation would enhance the evaporation related VOC emissions,resulting in the increase of VOC concentration and the change of RO_(x)circulation.Our results highlight determination of the optimal control strategies for O_(3)pollution in a typical YRD industrial city. 展开更多

This paper proposes the Leg Dimensional Synergistic Optimization Strategy(LDSOS)for humanoid robotic legs based on mechanism decoupling and performance assignment.The proposed method addresses the interdependent effects of dimensional parameters on the local and whole mechanisms in the design of hybrid humanoid robotic legs.It sequentially optimizes the dimensional parameters of the local and whole mechanism,thereby balancing the motion performance requirements of both.Additionally,it considers the assignment of efficient performance resources between the Local Functional Workspace(LFW)and the Whole Available Workspace(WAW).To facilitate the modeling and optimization process,a local/whole Equivalent Configuration Framework(ECF)is introduced.By decoupling the hybrid mechanism into a whole mechanism and multiple local mechanisms,the ECF enhances the efficiency of design,modeling,and performance evaluation.Prototype experiments are conducted to validate the effectiveness of LDSOS.This research provides an effective configuration framework for humanoid robotic leg design,establishing a theoretical and practical foundation for future optimized designs of humanoid robotic legs and pioneering novel approaches to the design of complex hybrid humanoid robotic legs. 展开更多

With this increase in production, there has been a parallel demand for continuously improving strategies of hybrid electric vehicle control. The goal of an ideal control strategy is to maximize fuel economy while minimizing emissions. Methods exist by which the globally optimal control strategy may be found. However, these methods are not applicable in real-world driving applications since these methods require </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">a</span></i> <i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">priori</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> knowledge of the upcoming drive cycle. Real-time control strategies use the global optimal as a benchmark against which performance can be evaluated. The goal of this work is to use a previously defined strategy that has been shown to closely approximate the global optimal and implement a radial basis function (RBF) artificial neural network (ANN) that dynamically adapts the strategy based on past driving conditions. The strate</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">gy used is the Equivalent Consumption Minimization Strategy (ECMS),</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> which uses an equivalence factor to define the control strategy and the power train </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">component torque split. An equivalence factor that is optimal for a single</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> drive cycle can be found offline</span></span><span style="font-family:;" "=""> </span><span style="font-family:;" "=""><span style="font-family:Verdana;">with </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">a</span></i> <i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">priori</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> knowledge of the drive cycle. The RBF-ANN is used to dynamically update the equivalence factor by examining a past time window of driving characteristics. A total of 30 sets of training data (drive cycles) are used to train the RBF-ANN. For the majority of drive cycles examined, the RBF-ANN implementation is shown to produce fuel economy values that are within ±2.5% of the fuel economy obtained with the optimal equivalence factor. The advantage of the RBF-ANN is that it does not require </span><i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">a</span></i> <i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">priori</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> drive cycle knowledge and is able to be implemented in real-time while meeting or exceeding the performance of the optimal ECMS. The quantization algorithm compresses the original network by reducing the numerical bit width of the model,which improves the computation speed. Because different layers have different redundancy and sensitivity to databit width. Reducing the data bit width will result in a loss of accuracy. Therefore, it is difficult to determinethe optimal bit width for different parts of the network with guaranteed accuracy. Mixed precision quantizationcan effectively reduce the amount of computation while keeping the model accuracy basically unchanged. In thispaper, a hardware-aware mixed precision quantization strategy optimal assignment algorithm adapted to low bitwidth is proposed, and reinforcement learning is used to automatically predict the mixed precision that meets theconstraints of hardware resources. In the state-space design, the standard deviation of weights is used to measurethe distribution difference of data, the execution speed feedback of simulated neural network accelerator inferenceis used as the environment to limit the action space of the agent, and the accuracy of the quantization model afterretraining is used as the reward function to guide the agent to carry out deep reinforcement learning training. Theexperimental results show that the proposed method obtains a suitable model layer-by-layer quantization strategyunder the condition that the computational resources are satisfied, and themodel accuracy is effectively improved.The proposed method has strong intelligence and certain universality and has strong application potential in thefield of mixed precision quantization and embedded neural network model deployment. 展开更多

Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)(NVP)has garnered great attentions as a prospective cathode material for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)by virtue of its decent theoretical capacity,superior ion conductivity and high structural stability.However,the inherently poor electronic conductivity and sluggish sodium-ion diffusion kinetics of NVP material give rise to inferior rate performance and unsatisfactory energy density,which strictly confine its further application in SIBs.Thus,it is of significance to boost the sodium storage performance of NVP cathode material.Up to now,many methods have been developed to optimize the electrochemical performance of NVP cathode material.In this review,the latest advances in optimization strategies for improving the electrochemical performance of NVP cathode material are well summarized and discussed,including carbon coating or modification,foreign-ion doping or substitution and nanostructure and morphology design.The foreign-ion doping or substitution is highlighted,involving Na,V,and PO_(4)^(3−)sites,which include single-site doping,multiple-site doping,single-ion doping,multiple-ion doping and so on.Furthermore,the challenges and prospects of high-performance NVP cathode material are also put forward.It is believed that this review can provide a useful reference for designing and developing high-performance NVP cathode material toward the large-scale application in SIBs. 展开更多

Proton exchange membrane water electrolysis(PEMWE)is a favorable technology for producing highpurity hydrogen under high current density using intermittent renewable energy.The performance of PEMWE is largely determined by the oxygen evolution reaction(OER),a sluggish four-electron reaction with a high reaction barrier.Nowadays,iridium(Ir)-based catalysts are the catalysts of choice for OER due to their excellent activity and durability in acidic solution.However,its high price and unsatisfactory electrochemical performance severely restrict the PEMWE’s practical application.In this review,we initiate by introducing the current OER reaction mechanisms,namely adsorbate evolution mechanism and lattice oxygen mechanism,with degradation mechanisms discussed.Optimized strategies in the preparation of advanced Ir-based catalysts are further introduced,with merits and potential problems also discussed.The parameters that determine the performance of PEMWE are then introduced,with unsolved issues and related outlooks summarized in the end. 展开更多

Background:Lipemia,characterized by elevated triglyceride levels in blood samples,is a prevalent preanalytical interferent in clinical hematology.It leads to erroneous measurements of key complete blood count(CBC)parameters,including falsely elevated hemoglobin(Hgb)and platelet(PLT)counts.These inaccuracies can compromise diagnostic reliability and patient management.Objective:This review systematically evaluates existing correction methods for lipemic interference in CBC analysis,comparing their efficacy,limitations,and applicability in clinical settings.Methods:We analyze saline replacement,formula-based correction,instrument-specific algorithms,and emerging technologies,supported by experimental and clinical validation data.Conclusion:An optimized,context-dependent strategy is proposed,integrating multiple correction approaches based on lipemia severity.Future research directions,including artificial intelligence(AI)-enhanced corrections and standardized protocols,are discussed to advance hematology testing accuracy. 展开更多

In recent years,managing rural living environments has become a vital component of the rural revitalization strategy.Jiangsu Province,rich in economic and cultural resources,has accumulated valuable experience in exploring rural environmental governance by integrating culture and tourism.This research analyzes the practical logic of rural environmental governance in Jiangsu from both theoretical and practical perspectives.It emphasizes the importance of integrating culture and tourism to enhance environmental governance while addressing the associated challenges.The results show that the integration of culture and tourism not only enhances rural ecological environments and living facilities but also boosts regional economic development and the preservation of cultural resources.Nevertheless,there are still challenges in aspects such as the collaboration of stakeholders,the establishment of long-term mechanisms,and the application of digital technologies.Based on real cases in Jiangsu,this study suggests optimization strategies and policy recommendations to improve rural environmental governance within the framework of cultural and tourism integration. 展开更多

With the global advancement of the circular economy,integrating reverse osmosis(RO)or forward osmosis(FO)with anaerobic membrane bioreactor(AnMBR)offers a promising approach to simultaneously generate high-grade reclaimed water,produce energy,and preserve valuable nutrients from municipal wastewater.However,the selectivity of these osmotic membranes towards ammonia nitrogen,a major component in municipal wastewater and anaerobic effluent,remains unsatisfactory due to its similar polarity and hydraulic radius to water molecules.Therefore,enhancing the ammonia nitrogen rejection of osmotic membranes is imperative to maximize the quality of reclaimed water and minimize the loss of ammonia nitrogen resources.Unfortunately,the current understanding of the mapping relationship between ammonia nitrogen transmembrane diffusion and the micro/nano-structure of osmotic membranes is not systematic,making precise optimization of the membranes challenging.Hence,this review comprehensively analyzed the diffusion behavior of ammonia nitrogen through osmotic membranes to lay the foundation for targeted regulation of membrane fine structure.Initially,the desire for ammonia/ammonium-rejecting membranes was highlighted by introducing current and promising osmotic membrane-based applications in municipal wastewater reclamation processes.Subsequently,the connection between the micro/nano-structure of osmotic membranes and the transmembrane diffusion behavior of ammonia nitrogen was explored by analyzing the effects of membrane characteristics on ammonia nitrogen transport using the DSPM-DE model.Finally,precise methods for modifying membranes to enhance ammonia nitrogen rejection were proposed.This review aims to offer theoretical insights guiding the development of RO and FO membranes with superior ammonia nitrogen rejection for efficient reclamation of municipal wastewater. 展开更多

The issues of fossil energy shortage and environmental pollution caused by the excessive consumption of conventional fossil fuels necessitates the exploration of renewable and clean energy sources such as hydrogen,which is viable alternative to traditional energy sources in view of its high energy density and nonpolluting nature.In this regard,photocatalytic technology powered by inexhaustible solar energy is an ideal hydrogen production method.The recently developed copper-and zinc-based multinary metal sulfide(MMS)semiconductor photocatalysts exhibit the advantages of suitable bandgap,wide light-harvesting range,and flexible elemental composition,thus possessing great potential for achieving considerable photocatalytic hydrogen evolution(PHE)performance.Despite great progress has been achieved,the current photocatalysts still cannot meet the commercial application demands,which highlights the mechanisms understanding and optimization strategies for efficient PHE.Herein,the basic mechanisms of PHE,and effective optimization strategies are firstly introduced.Afterwards,the research process and the performance of copper-and zinc-based MMS photocatalysts,are thoroughly reviewed.Finally,the unresolved issues,and challenges hindering the achievement of overall water splitting have been discussed. 展开更多

As functional materials capable of direct thermoelectric energy conversion,thermoelectric materials hold immense promise for waste heat recovery and sustainable energy utilization.Through development in recent decades,many thermoelectric material systems with excellent performance have been developed.In alignment with the principles of circular economy and sustainable development,the search for new and efficient thermoelectric materials has become one of the most important directions of current research.SnSe has received much attention as an environmentally friendly and cost-effective thermoelectric material system.In particular,polycrystalline SnSe,with the advantages of facile preparation and stable mechanical properties,is suitable for large-scale industrial production.Here,we summarize the common preparation methods of polycrystalline SnSe in the decade of melting,mechanical alloying,and liquid-phase methods,as well as the strategies of property optimization such as microstructure design,grain boundary engineering,and band engineering.Finally,we provide perspectives on future research directions for polycrystalline SnSe to further improve thermoelectric performance and accelerate its practical applications. 展开更多
