This paper focuses on the core challenges of the smart home enterprise ecological collaboration platform,and deeply discusses the absence of a governance mechanism and the inefficiency of the supply chain.The purpose is to improve the overall efficiency by constructing an effective collaborative governance framework and optimizing the supply chain process.It is found that the implementation of multi-agent dynamic contract governance,the construction of an open data sharing middle platform,the introduction of AI-driven elastic supply chain planning,and the establishment of a distributed cloud manufacturing network are the key paths.From the research conclusion,these measures can significantly improve the transparency of cross-agent collaboration,break the data barriers,and achieve the accurate matching of supply and demand,and finally promote the ecological collaboration efficiency of the smart home industry to achieve a substantial leap. 展开更多

The allocation of health resources in our country is generally unbalanced, but it is currently showing an improvement trend. The acceleration of the aging population puts forward further requirements for deepening the medical reform and the construction of medical services. Through the analysis of the allocation of urban health resources under the background of the aging population, it provides the basis and feasible suggestions for actively coping with the aging population and optimizing the allocation of health resources. It considers that the investment in health resources is insufficient and the geographical distribution is poor. It puts forward some suggestions such as paying attention to the training of health personnel, increasing the investment in health human resources, introducing social capital and increasing the government financial investment. 展开更多

Construction and optimization of traditional Chinese medicine constitution prediction models based on deep learning

Objective To cater to the demands for personalized health services from a deep learning per-spective by investigating the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitu-tion data and constructing models to explore new prediction methods.Methods Data from students at Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and organized according to the 24 solar terms from January 21,2020,to April 6,2022.The data were used to identify nine TCM constitutions,including balanced constitution,Qi deficiency constitution,Yang deficiency constitution,Yin deficiency constitution,phlegm dampness constitution,damp heat constitution,stagnant blood constitution,Qi stagnation constitution,and specific-inherited predisposition constitution.Deep learning algorithms were employed to construct multi-layer perceptron(MLP),long short-term memory(LSTM),and deep belief network(DBN)models for the prediction of TCM constitutions based on the nine constitution types.To optimize these TCM constitution prediction models,this study in-troduced the attention mechanism(AM),grey wolf optimizer(GWO),and particle swarm op-timization(PSO).The models’performance was evaluated before and after optimization us-ing the F1-score,accuracy,precision,and recall.Results The research analyzed a total of 31655 pieces of data.(i)Before optimization,the MLP model achieved more than 90%prediction accuracy for all constitution types except the balanced and Qi deficiency constitutions.The LSTM model's prediction accuracies exceeded 60%,indicating that their potential in TCM constitutional prediction may not have been fully realized due to the absence of pronounced temporal features in the data.Regarding the DBN model,the binary classification analysis showed that,apart from slightly underperforming in predicting the Qi deficiency constitution and damp heat constitution,with accuracies of 65%and 60%,respectively.The DBN model demonstrated considerable discriminative power for other constitution types,achieving prediction accuracy rates and area under the receiver op-erating characteristic(ROC)curve(AUC)values exceeding 70%and 0.78,respectively.This indicates that while the model possesses a certain level of constitutional differentiation abili-ty,it encounters limitations in processing specific constitutional features,leaving room for further improvement in its performance.For multi-class classification problem,the DBN model’s prediction accuracy rate fell short of 50%.(ii)After optimization,the LSTM model,enhanced with the AM,typically achieved a prediction accuracy rate above 75%,with lower performance for the Qi deficiency constitution,stagnant blood constitution,and Qi stagna-tion constitution.The GWO-optimized DBN model for multi-class classification showed an increased prediction accuracy rate of 56%,while the PSO-optimized model had a decreased accuracy rate to 37%.The GWO-PSO-DBN model,optimized with both algorithms,demon-strated an improved prediction accuracy rate of 54%.Conclusion This study constructed MLP,LSTM,and DBN models for predicting TCM consti-tution and improved them based on different optimisation algorithms.The results showed that the MLP model performs well,the LSTM and DBN models were effective in prediction but with certain limitations.This study also provided a new technology reference for the es-tablishment and optimisation strategies of TCM constitution prediction models,and a novel idea for the treatment of non-disease. 展开更多

Purpose-The purpose of this paper is to eliminate the fluctuations in train arrival and departure times caused by skewed distributions in interval operation times.These fluctuations arise from random origin and process factors during interval operations and can accumulate over multiple intervals.The aim is to enhance the robustness of high-speed rail station arrival and departure track utilization schemes.Design/methodologylapproach-To achieve this objective,the paper simulates actual train operations,incorporating the fluctuations in interval operation times into the utilization of arrival and departure tracks at the station.The Monte Carlo simulation method is adopted to solve this problem.This approach transforms a nonlinear model,which includes constraints from probability distribution functions and is difficult to solve directly,into a linear programming model that is easier to handle.The method then linearly weights two objectives to optimize the solution.Findings-Through the application of Monte Carlo simulation,the study successfully converts the complex nonlinear model with probability distribution function constraints into a manageable linear programming model.By continuously adjusting the weighting coefficients of the linear objectives,the method is able to optimize the Pareto solution.Notably,this approach does not require extensive scene data to obtain a satisfactory Pareto solution set.Originality/value-The paper contributes to the field by introducing a novel method for optimizing high-speed rail station arrival and departure track utilization in the presence of fluctuations in interval operation times.The use of Monte Carlo simulation to transform the problem into a tractable linear programming model represents a significant advancement.Furthermore,the method's ability to produce satisfactory Pareto solutions without relying on extensive data sets adds to its practical value and applicability in real-world scenarios. 展开更多

It is urgent to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions to actively deal with global warming.This paper investigates Shandong Province,a typical province of energy consumption,as the research object,aiming to optimize total energy consumption and consumption structure in the future planning year.This paper constructs a methodological system to optimize energy consumption structure in Shandong Province,using a scenario combination of system dynamics(SD)prediction and analysis based on the coupling of key scenario elements affecting different energy consumption from different perspectives.Structural equation modeling and SD sensitivity analysis indicate an overlap between key factors restricting energy consumption.Pairing the key scenario factors can better reflect the internal mechanism of energy consumption development.Based on this,21 scenarios based on different combinations of the key elements are constructed.Through SD prediction and analysis,the most suitable scenario mode for optimizing energy consumption structure in Shandong Province is selected.This paper provides a suitable development range for the average gross domestic product growth rate,the proportion of secondary industry,energy consumption intensity of secondary industry,and the urbanization rate for Shandong Province.This paper can provide a reference for similar research and the government in formulating the optimization scheme of energy consumption structure. 展开更多

Evaluation of the effectiveness of preventive nursing measures for pressure injuries in patients in the neurology intensive care unit 被引量:1

BACKGROUND Patients in neurology intensive care units(ICU)are prone to pressure injuries(PU)due to factors such as severe illness,long-term bed rest,and physiological dysfunction.PU not only causes pain and complications to patients,but also increases medical burden,prolongs hospitalization time,and affects the recovery process.AIM To evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of pressure injury prevention nursing measures in neurology ICU patients.METHODS A retrospective study was conducted,and 60 patients who were admitted to the ICU of the Department of Neurology were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the order of admission,with 30 people in each group.The observation group implemented pressure injury prevention and nursing measures,while the control group adopted routine care.RESULTS Comparison between observation and control groups following pressure injury prevention nursing intervention revealed significantly lower incidence rates in the observation group compared to the control group at 48 h(8.3%vs 26.7%),7 d(16.7%vs 43.3%),and 14 d(20.0%vs 50.0%).This suggests a substantial reduction in pressure injury incidence in the observation group,with the gap widening over time.Additionally,patients in the observation group exhibited quicker recovery,with a shorter average time to get out of bed(48 h vs 72 h)and a shorter average length of stay(12 d vs 15 d)compared to the control group.Furthermore,post-intervention,patients in the observation group reported significantly improved quality of life scores,including higher scores in body satisfaction,feeling and function,and comfort(both psychological and physiological),indicating enhanced overall well-being and comfort following the implementation of pressure injury prevention nursing measures.CONCLUSION Implementing pressure injury preventive care measures for neurology ICU patients will have better results. 展开更多

A new kind of cutting movement trajectory is gi ven whose actual cutting efficiency is near to 100%. It can reduce the energy w earing greatly, and the surface quality of the product is improved to the utmost extent. The design mechanism of the optimal cutting movement trajectory system structure is analyzed incisively. At the same time, the principle of the complex movement of horizontal movement and swing is researched. The optimal design scheme of th e cutting movement trajectory system structure is set up. The choice method to g et the superior value of the movement system structure is found. The mathematics function formula is established which exhibits the relationship between the par ameter of the complex movement structure and that of the system movement structu re. By the formula, the precision value of the offset can be figured out. The r ule is adapted to different types of energy-saving stone-sawing machines. The complex movement structure of horizontal movement and swing is designed to f ulfill the cutting movement. It can make the saw frame move up with the hanging pod deviating from the vertical direction. At the same time, the saw frame have a down-movement. Then the sum of the two movements is near to zero, and the saw blade and the stone can keep in touch during the whole horizontal cutting. The result is that the actual cutting efficiency is 100%. Also, when the hanging pod moves to the limited position, the saw frame can keep the original inertia, and continue to swing up. It makes the back-cutting have high energy-storing. The optimal design of the eccentricity balance wheel is done. The mathematics fo rmula for expressing the movement system structure is deduced. The calculation m ethod and formula is set up which is used to get the value of important componen ts such as offset. The choice method and formula of elasticity distortion coeffi cient is set up when the saw frame moves smoothly. It is concluded that the offs et is the key dimension to actualize the optimal cutting movement trajectory. The resolving of the technical problems discussed above offers a theoretic and technical basis for optimal design of energy-saving stone-sawing machines. 展开更多

Optimization and experimental study of the auxiliary mechanism for organic fertilizer side throwing

To correct the working state of a throwing component and achieve an ideal narrow,far,and uniform material projectile flow for a side-throwing device for organic fertilizer with inclined opposing discs,a systematic optimization of the auxiliary mechanisms(baffle,upper deflector,and side deflector)was performed.Starting from a basic analysis of the working principles of each side-throwing device component,theoretical modeling and MATLAB numerical calculations were used to determine the departure angle providing the farthest fertilizer distance,as well as the maximum and minimum throwing angles required to achieve a target distance of 10 m.These calculations informed the optimization and configuration of the basic structures of each auxiliary mechanism component.The impact of the baffle on fertilizer movement was analyzed,leading to an optimization of the baffle’s height and its horizontal position in relation to the main throwing disc,guiding the design of the discharge port structure.Combining the theoretical analysis results,the surface of the upper deflector was fitted,and a side deflector was added to assist in limiting the scattering angle of the projectile flow.An EDEM simulation showed that the optimized auxiliary mechanisms worked well together,resulting in a narrower discharge width,a more concentrated projectile flow,and improved uniformity in spreading.Prototype testing confirmed that from the side projection angle between the spreading direction and vertically upward,the projectile flow angle domain was adjusted from 18°-45°to 23°-32°.With the optimization of other auxiliary mechanisms,the coefficient of variation in spreading uniformity decreased from 25.95%to 19.21%,the effective throwing distance increased from 10.1 to 11.2 m,and the scattering angle decreased from 12°to 4°,effectively enhancing the performance of the side-throwing device. 展开更多

In this paper, based upon the basic solution of sink, the approximate solution of single drain hole in finite elements is derived by use of the superposition principle. Then, the theoretical solution is extended to the case of some drain holes in one finite element, and the method is used in seepage control analysis with quick convergence and high accuracy. On the other hand, if the positions of the drain holes are changed, only some control factors of drain holes are changed, but the finite element grid need not to be reformed. Therefore, the method is more suitable in optimal research of seepage control. 展开更多
