How to deal with the collaboration between task decomposition and task scheduling is the key problem of the integrated manufacturing system for complex products. With the development of manufacturing technology, we can probe a new way to solve this problem. Firstly, a new method for task granularity quantitative analysis is put forward, which can precisely evaluate the task granularity of complex product cooperation workflow in the integrated manufacturing system, on the above basis; this method is used to guide the coarse-grained task decomposition and recombine the subtasks with low cohesion coefficient. Then, a multi-objective optimieation model and an algorithm are set up for the scheduling optimization of task scheduling. Finally, the application feasibility of the model and algorithm is ultimately validated through an application case study. 展开更多

In the acoustic detection process of buried non-metallic pipelines,the echo signal is often interfered by a large amount of noise,which makes it extremely difficult to effectively extract useful signals.An denoising algorithm based on empirical mode decomposition(EMD)and wavelet thresholding was proposed.This method fully considered the nonlinear and non-stationary characteristics of the echo signal,making the denoising effect more significant.Its feasibility and effectiveness were verified through numerical simulation.When the input SNR(SNRin)is between-10 dB and 10 dB,the output SNR(SNRout)of the combined denoising algorithm increases by 12.0%-34.1%compared to the wavelet thresholding method and by 19.60%-56.8%compared to the EMD denoising method.Additionally,the RMSE of the combined denoising algorithm decreases by 18.1%-48.0%compared to the wavelet thresholding method and by 22.1%-48.8%compared to the EMD denoising method.These results indicated that this joint denoising algorithm could not only effectively reduce noise interference,but also significantly improve the positioning accuracy of acoustic detection.The research results could provide technical support for denoising the echo signals of buried non-metallic pipelines,which was conducive to improving the acoustic detection and positioning accuracy of underground non-metallic pipelines. 展开更多

Each mode has a pair of cyclonic - anticyclonic gyres. The difference is the location of the cyclonic gyre. The cyclonic gyre stretches from southeast to northwest in the first mode and from the southwest to the northeast in the second mode. The observed modes strongly affect the heat and salt transport in the North Atlantic. In particular, the second mode slows down the westward transport of the warm and saline water from the Mediterranean Sea. 展开更多

In this paper, we focus on energy-efficient transceiver and relay beamforming design for multi-pair two-way relay system. The multi-antenna users and the multi-antenna relay are considered in this work. Different from the existing works, the proposed algorithm is energy-efficient which is more applicable to the future green network. It considers both the sum-MSE problem and the power consumption problem for the users under the relay power constraint. Based on the optimal condition decomposition(OCD) method, the energy-efficient precoders at the users can be designed separately with limited information exchanged. The proposed relay beamforming algorithm is based on the alternative direction method of multipliers(ADMM) which has simpler iterative solution and enjoys good convergence. Simulation results demonstrate the performance of the proposed algorithms in terms of power consumption and MSE performance. 展开更多

A signal pre-processing method based on optimal variational mode decomposition(OVMD)is proposed to improve the efficiency and accuracy of local data filtering and analysis of edge nodes in distributed electromechanical systems.Firstly,the singular points of original signals are eliminated effectively by using the first-order difference method.Then the OVMD method is applied for signal modal decomposition.Furthermore,correlation analysis is conducted to determine the degree of correlation between each mode and the original signal,so as to accurately separate the real operating signal from noise signal.On the basis of theoretical analysis and simulation,an edge node pre-processing system for distributed electromechanical system is designed.Finally,by virtue of the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and root-mean-square error(RMSE)indicators,the signal pre-processing effect is evaluated.The experimental results show that the OVMD-based edge node pre-processing system can extract signals with different characteristics and improve the SNR of reconstructed signals.Due to its high fidelity and reliability,this system can also provide data quality assurance for subsequent system health monitoring and fault diagnosis. 展开更多

The condition number of the preconditioned system is estimated by some characteristic numbers related to global and local subproblems. In this paper, we give a simple analysis of this phenomenon for a model elliptic problem and a variant of Smith's vertex space domain decomposition method [11, 3]. We derive the optimal value Hopt which asymptotically minimises the total cost of method (number of floating point operations in the sequential case and execution time in the parallel case), for subdomain solvers with different complekities. Trade-off Optimization for Scalable Video Coding Streaming in Relay-Based OFDMA Networks

To achieve an optimal trade-off between video quality and energy efficiency in the uplink streaming of multi-user Scalable Video Coding (SVC) videos in relay-based Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) cellular networks, a cross-layer design framework that jointly selects the Transmission Policy (TP) for SVC video frames, assigns OFDMA subcarriers, and allocates power for each subcarrier is proposed. We apply the dual decomposition method to the problem, and obtain a TP selection subproblem for each SVC video adaptation and a resource allocation subproblem of Joint Subcarrier, Relay and Power Allocation (JSRPA). A second level of dual decomposition is used to divide the JSRPA problem into independent subcarrier subproblems. The proposed Crosslayer Trade-off Optimization (CTO) algorithm is sub-distributed with significantly low complexity. A performance evaluation with typical SVC video traces demonstrates that the proposed algorithm is able to converge and efficiently achieve the optimal trade-off between the video quality and energy consumption at the MSs for uplink SVC streaming. 展开更多

Mobilized energy storage(MES)can provide a variety of services for power systems,including peak shaving,frequency regulation,and congestion alleviation.In this paper,we develop an MES sharing approach based on temporal-spatial network(TSN)toward systemwide temporal-spatial flexibility enhancement,specifically in which the heavy-duty vehicles can exchange batteries at the energy storage stations connected with power grids.To achieve the temporal-spatial coordination of transportation and power systems,we propose a coordinated scheduling model.A decentralized algorithm based on the improved optimality condition decomposition(OCD)algorithm is proposed to address the information asymmetry between transportation and power systems while enhancing computational efficiency.Case studies based on IEEE 30-/118-bus and transportation systems demonstrate that MESs using the proposed approach can significantly improve the utilization of batteries while reducing operating costs by over 40%compared with stationary energy storages(SESs). 展开更多

An accurate assessment of the state of health(SOH)is the cornerstone for guaranteeing the long-term stable operation of electrical equipment.However,the noise the data carries during cyclic aging poses a severe challenge to the accuracy of SOH estimation and the generalization ability of the model.To this end,this paper proposed a novel SOH estimation model for lithium-ion batteries that incorporates advanced signal-processing techniques and optimized machine-learning strategies.The model employs a whale optimization algorithm(WOA)to seek the optimal parameter combination(K,α)for the variational modal decomposition(VMD)method to ensure that the signals are accurately decomposed into different modes representing the SOH of batteries.Then,the excellent local feature extraction capability of the convolutional neural network(CNN)was utilized to obtain the critical features of each modal of SOH.Finally,the support vector machine(SVM)was selected as the final SOH estimation regressor based on its generalization ability and efficient performance on small sample datasets.The method proposed was validated on a two-class publicly available aging dataset of lithium-ion batteries containing different temperatures,discharge rates,and discharge depths.The results show that the WOA-VMD-based data processing technique effectively solves the interference problem of cyclic aging data noise on SOH estimation.The CNN-SVM optimized machine learning method significantly improves the accuracy of SOH estimation.Compared with traditional techniques,the fused algorithm achieves significant results in solving the interference of data noise,improving the accuracy of SOH estimation,and enhancing the generalization ability. 展开更多

A mismatch between the rapid growth of grid-connected offshore wind farms(OWFs)and the de-lay of onshore transmission expansion(OTE)planning has caused significant wind curtailment in power systems.To alleviate this problem,a coordinated planning(CP)model of multiple inner networks of OWFs(INOWFs)and OTE is established in this paper.In the proposed CP model,the explicit connection topology constraints of a new double-sided ring topology for INOWFs are defined,and the connection topologies and electrical components of both INOWFs and OTE are coordinately optimized.In addition,a parallel random search method is proposed to obtain the set of feasible connection topology schemes of each INOWF,which can contract the feasible region of the CP model and reduce the difficulty in obtaining the optimal solution.Finally,a decomposition and coordina-tion planning algorithm is developed to decompose the original complex optimization model into two tractable sub-models for INOWF and OTE planning.This ap-proach efficiently obtains the optimal CP scheme for multiple INOWFs and OTE through alternating itera-tions.Case studies on the modified IEEE 39-bus system with two OWFs and an actual provincial power system with six OWFs demonstrate the correctness and efficiency of the proposed model and algorithm. 展开更多
