Advancements in Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning techniques have significantly pro-pelled the automation of Legal Judgment Prediction,achieving remarkable progress in legal research.Most of the existing r...Advancements in Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning techniques have significantly pro-pelled the automation of Legal Judgment Prediction,achieving remarkable progress in legal research.Most of the existing research works on Legal Judgment Prediction(LJP)use traditional optimization algorithms in deep learning techniques falling into local optimization.This research article focuses on using the modified Pelican Optimization method which mimics the collective behavior of Pelicans in the exploration and exploitation phase during cooperative food searching.Typically,the selection of search agents within a boundary is done randomly,which increases the time required to achieve global optimization.To address this,the proposed Chaotic Opposition Learning-based Pelican Optimization(COLPO)method incorporates the concept of Opposition-Based Learning combined with a chaotic cubic function,enabling deterministic selection of random numbers and reducing the number of iterations needed to reach global optimization.Also,the LJP approach in this work uses improved semantic similarity and entropy features to train a hybrid classifier combining Bi-GRU and Deep Maxout.The output scores are fused using improved score level fusion to boost prediction accuracy.The proposed COLPO method experiments with real-time Madras High Court criminal cases(Dataset 1)and the Supreme Court of India database(Dataset 2),and its performance is compared with nature-inspired algorithms such as Sparrow Search Algorithm(SSA),COOT,Spider Monkey Optimization(SMO),Pelican Optimization Algorithm(POA),as well as baseline classifier models and transformer neural networks.The results show that the proposed hybrid classifier with COLPO outperforms other cutting-edge LJP algorithms achieving 93.4%and 94.24%accuracy,respectively.展开更多

The unique wave-manipulation capabilities of zero-index metamaterials(ZIMs)offer a new opportunity for realizing bound states in the continuum(BICs).However,the relationship between anomalous scattering and BICs remai...The unique wave-manipulation capabilities of zero-index metamaterials(ZIMs)offer a new opportunity for realizing bound states in the continuum(BICs).However,the relationship between anomalous scattering and BICs remains underexplored when parity–time(PT)symmetry is introduced.In this work,we demonstrate that a BIC splits into a pair of lasing modes carrying opposite topological charges by introducing PT symmetry through gain-loss cylinders embedded in ZIM layers.Theoretical analysis and numerical simulations reveal that lasing and unidirectional transparency phenomena result from the singularities and exceptional points of the scattering matrix.Moreover,exceptional points can be tuned via propagation phase modulation in the air gap,and their coalescence produces quasi-BICs with symmetric responses.This work provides a framework for manipulating BICs and topological lasing modes in non-Hermitian systems,offering new insights for designing non-Hermitian photonic devices.展开更多
[Objective] This study was to explore the effect of purple yam on the nutritional and physiological functions of rats.[Method] Forty SD rats were randomly divided into four groups with ten rats in each group which wer...[Objective] This study was to explore the effect of purple yam on the nutritional and physiological functions of rats.[Method] Forty SD rats were randomly divided into four groups with ten rats in each group which were reared with artificial semisynthetic feed added with 10% steamed yam powder.The four groups,the casein(CK) group which was used as the control,the purple yam(PY) group,the Tiegun yam(TY) group and common Huai yam(HY) group,were supplied with feed of equal content of energy,protein and fat.The rats were pair-fed for 56 days to observe changes of relevant nutritional and physiological indices.[Result] There were no significant differences of body weight,food conversion rate and organ indices between rats in PY group and CK group.Mean corpuscular hemoglobin in PY group was significantly lower than that in CK group;hemoglobin showed no significant difference with that in CK group;eosnophils was lower than that in CK group.Low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,total cholesterol and atherogenic index in PY group were lower than that in the other three groups;anti-atherogenic index was the highest among the four groups,while showing no significant difference;triglyceride content was lower than that in CK group.Among the antioxidant indices,the activity of catalase and superoxide dismutase were higher than that in CK group,while malondialdehyde content was lower than that in CK group.[Conclusion] Purple yam showed the trend of reducing the content of blood glucose,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,triglyceride,malondialdehyde,and raising the activity of glutathione peroxidase,superoxide dismutase and catalase,thus having certain antioxidative function.展开更多

[ Method ] Using HV medium, actinomycete strains were isolated from the rhizesphere soil of frangipani (Plumeria rubra L. ). The active antagonistic actinomycetes were selected by using confrontation culture method and antifimgal test of fermentation products. Ac- cording to morphology, combined with 16S rRNA gene analysis, the taxonomic status of active actinomycetes was identified. [ Result] Twelve strains of actinomyce- tes were isolated from the rhizosphere soil of medicinal plant frangipani. Strain 51173 showed significant antifungal activity against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, which was identified to be a member of Streptomyces violaceusniger 16S rRNA gene clade. Under high light conditions or UV radiation,tea plant leaves produce more flavonols,which contribute to the bitter taste of tea;however,neither the flavonol biosynthesis pathways nor the regulation of their production...Under high light conditions or UV radiation,tea plant leaves produce more flavonols,which contribute to the bitter taste of tea;however,neither the flavonol biosynthesis pathways nor the regulation of their production are well understood.Intriguingly,tea leaf flavonols are enhanced by UV-B but reduced by shading treatment.CsFLS,CsUGT78A14,CsMYB12,and CsbZIP1 were upregulated by UV-B radiation and downregulated by shading.CsMYB12 and CsbZIP1 bound to the promoters of CsFLS and CsUGT78A14,respectively,and activated their expression individually.CsbZIP1 positively regulated CsMYB12 and interacted with CsMYB12,which specifically activated flavonol biosynthesis.Meanwhile,CsPIF3 and two MYB repressor genes,CsMYB4 and CsMYB7,displayed expression patterns opposite to that of CsMYB12.CsMYB4 and CsMYB7 bound to CsFLS and CsUGT78A14 and repressed their CsMYB12-activated expression.While CsbZIP1 and CsMYB12 regulated neither CsMYB4 nor CsMYB7,CsMYB12 interacted with CsbZIP1,CsMYB4,and CsMYB7,but CsbZIP1 did not physically interact with CsMYB4 or CsMYB7.Finally,CsPIF3 bound to and activated CsMYB7 under shading to repress flavonol biosynthesis.These combined results suggest that UV activation and shading repression of flavonol biosynthesis in tea leaves are coordinated through a complex network involving CsbZIP1 and CsPIF3 as positive MYB activators and negative MYB repressors,respectively.The study thus provides insight into the regulatory mechanism underlying the production of bitter-tasting flavonols in tea plants.展开更多

We defined generalized relations and generalized reasoning, introduced the concept of steady multilateral systems with two non-compatibility relations, and discussed its energy properties. Later based on the intervention principle in image mathematics of TCMath and treated the research object of the image mathematics as a steady multilateral system, it has been proved that the mathematical intervening principle is true. The kernel of this paper is the existence and reasoning of the non-compatibility relations in steady multilateral systems, and it accords with the oriental thinking model.展开更多

文摘Under high light conditions or UV radiation,tea plant leaves produce more flavonols,which contribute to the bitter taste of tea;however,neither the flavonol biosynthesis pathways nor the regulation of their production are well understood.Intriguingly,tea leaf flavonols are enhanced by UV-B but reduced by shading treatment.CsFLS,CsUGT78A14,CsMYB12,and CsbZIP1 were upregulated by UV-B radiation and downregulated by shading.CsMYB12 and CsbZIP1 bound to the promoters of CsFLS and CsUGT78A14,respectively,and activated their expression individually.CsbZIP1 positively regulated CsMYB12 and interacted with CsMYB12,which specifically activated flavonol biosynthesis.Meanwhile,CsPIF3 and two MYB repressor genes,CsMYB4 and CsMYB7,displayed expression patterns opposite to that of CsMYB12.CsMYB4 and CsMYB7 bound to CsFLS and CsUGT78A14 and repressed their CsMYB12-activated expression.While CsbZIP1 and CsMYB12 regulated neither CsMYB4 nor CsMYB7,CsMYB12 interacted with CsbZIP1,CsMYB4,and CsMYB7,but CsbZIP1 did not physically interact with CsMYB4 or CsMYB7.Finally,CsPIF3 bound to and activated CsMYB7 under shading to repress flavonol biosynthesis.These combined results suggest that UV activation and shading repression of flavonol biosynthesis in tea leaves are coordinated through a complex network involving CsbZIP1 and CsPIF3 as positive MYB activators and negative MYB repressors,respectively.The study thus provides insight into the regulatory mechanism underlying the production of bitter-tasting flavonols in tea plants.
文摘By using mathematical reasoning, this paper demonstrates the mathematical intervening principle: “Virtual disease is to fill his mother but real disease is to rush down his son” (虚则补其母, 实则泄其子) and “Strong inhibition of the same time, support the weak” (抑强扶弱) based on “Yin Yang Wu Xing” Theory in image mathematics of Traditional Chinese Mathematics (TCMath). We defined generalized relations and generalized reasoning, introduced the concept of steady multilateral systems with two non-compatibility relations, and discussed its energy properties. Later based on the intervention principle in image mathematics of TCMath and treated the research object of the image mathematics as a steady multilateral system, it has been proved that the mathematical intervening principle is true. The kernel of this paper is the existence and reasoning of the non-compatibility relations in steady multilateral systems, and it accords with the oriental thinking model.
