However, studying the effect of film thickness on LFHDPs optoelectronic properties has not yet been investigated. Herein, we synthesized two new Ruddlesden–Popper LFHDPs, namely(C_(5)H_(12)N)_(4)AgBiI_(8)(CAB-1) and(C_(6)H_(14)N)_(4)Ag Bi I8(CAB-2) using cyclopentylamine and cyclohexylamine as monoamine ligands. Indeed, these two Ag(Ⅰ)-Bi(Ⅲ) LFHDPs form smooth and uniform films ranging in thickness from 250 nm to 1 μm, with preferred orientations. Notably, the studies on the optical properties showed that the direct band gap value decreased from 2.17 e V to 1.91 e V for CAB-1 and from 2.05 e V to 1.86 e V for CAB-2 with increasing thickness. Accordingly, photo-current response using a xenon lamp revealed a significant difference of over 1000 n A between light and dark conditions for1 μm-thickness films, suggesting potential for light harvesting. Other than that, thicker films of CAB-1and CAB-2 exhibit high stability for 90 days in a relatively humid environment(RH of 55%), paving the way for promising optoelectronic applications.展开更多

文摘We investigate a class of non-integrable two-particle Calogero-Moser systems modulated by a power-law external potential. The local well-posedness of the Cauchy problem is established under the strict initial separation condition for the particles. For suitably prepared initial configurations, local solutions can be extended globally via energy conservation;conversely, negative energy conditions induce(in)finite-time blowup. The linear(in)stability of stationary solutions is analyzed, with their energy serving as a threshold.Numerical investigations employ a fourth-order Runge-Kutta scheme with adaptive step-size control.Simulations demonstrate that the trajectories either converge to steady states or exhibit blowup, depending on the power exponent α and initial conditions.Increasingαaccelerates the convergence rate and dampens oscillatory dynamics, promoting a transition from periodic behavior to static equilibrium.
文摘Quantitative real-time PCR(qPCR)is widely used for gene expression analysis, but its accuracy critically depends on stable internal reference genes for normalization. In marine invertebrates, especially non-model taxa such as cephalopods, systematic evaluation of reference genes is limited, leading to potential bias. The cuttlefish Sepiella japonica is ecologically and economically important in China, yet previous molecular studies have often relied on single unvalidated reference genes, which may compromise data reliability. This study aimed to systematically evaluate the stability of five commonly used reference genes(18S,ef-1α,ef-1γ,gapdh,andβ-actin)across multiple tissues and sexes of S.japonica, and to identify the most suitable reference genes and optimal number for qPCR normalization.Fifteen to sixteen tissue types were collected from ten healthy adults(five males and five females).Total RNA was extracted,reverse-transcribed,and analyzed by qPCR.Gene stability was assessed using four algorithms(geNorm,NormFinder,BestKeeper, andΔCt)integrated with RefFinder, and the optimal gene number was determined using geNorm pairwise variation(V_(n/n+1)<0.15).Four transcriptome-derived genes(creld2,cd109,acy1,and miox)were used for validation. The C_(t)values of the five genes ranged from 15.47 to 20.83.β-actin and gapdh showed pronounced variability in expression stability among tissues and sexes, indicating their limited suitability for normalization.18S exhibited the highest expression(mean C_(t):15.47-16.29)and lowest variability but displayed sex-biased expression, whereas ef-1αand ef-1γremained consistently stable across most tissues in both sexes, with ef-1αbeing the most robust and showing no sex-related bias.Although specific rankings varied among tissues and sexes, the comprehensive results indicated that ef-1αand ef-1γpossessed the highest overall stability, followed by 18S,whileβ-actin and gapdh were the least stable. The final comprehensive rankings were ef-1γ>ef-1α>18S>gapdh>β-actin(male)and ef-1α>ef-1γ>18S>gapdh>β-actin(female).geNorm analysis(V2/3<0.15)indicated that two genes, mainly ef-1αand ef-1γ,were generally sufficient for reliable normalization in most tissues.Validation confirmed that normalization using the stable ef-1αand ef-1γaccurately reflected the expression differences among tissues,whereasβ-actin and gapdh can bias or confound statistical analyses.ef-1αand ef-1γare identified as the most reliable reference gene combination for qPCR analysis in S.japonica, while 18S can serve as an auxiliary gene for within-sex comparisons. The use ofβ-actin or gapdh alone is not recommended. This study establishes a systematic framework for selecting reliable reference genes in S.japonica, thereby facilitating robust qPCR normalization and providing a foundation for future gene expression research in S.japonica and other cephalopods.

文摘Backfill is routinely adopted as a ground support measure for underground mines. However, ground stability enhancement by backfill has received limited research attention. This is likely to be because of the conventional assumption that the fill material exhibits a significantly lower stiffness than the host rocks.Significantly,a recent pioneering work revealed the time-dependent ground stability around a backfilled stope with vertical walls through numerical modeling. In practice, underground stopes typically exhibit a higher or lower degree of inclination. This alters the stress state in peripheral rocks and may induce severe instability and dilution, particularly in stope-hanging walls.Hence,it is imperative to analyze the time-dependent ground stability of inclined backfilled stopes for backfill structure design. Therefore, comprehensive numerical simulations were performed using FLAC3D to address this knowledge deficiency by incorporating a coupled analysis of the backfill consolidation behavior and long-term creep deformation in surrounding rocks. The ground stability was evaluated based on the confinement effectiveness,strength-stress ratio, stress path relative to the yield surface, and time-dependent stress redistribution in the rocks.A parametric study revealed that the inclination angle of the backfilled stope reduced the confinement effectiveness in the host rocks when the wall creep was minor. This exacerbated the rock mass sloughing potential. However,a backfilled stope with a shallower dip angle achieved superior ground stability enhancement when the creep deformation was substantial,by applying a more significant compression on the backfill and effectively mobilizing its passive support performance during consolidation.Additional simulations were conducted to analyze the effects of stope height and width, mine depth, mechanical properties of rocks, backfill compressibility, and filling gap on the time-dependent stress redistribution and stability around the inclined backfilled stope.

文摘Single-atom nanozymes(SAzymes)exhibit exceptional catalytic efficiency due to their maximized atom utilization and precisely modulated metalcarrier interactions, which have attracted significant attention in the biomedical field. However, stability issues may impede the clinical translation of SAzymes. This review provides a comprehensive overview of the applications of SAzymes in various biomedical fields, including disease diagnosis(e.g.,biosensors and diagnostic imaging),antitumor therapy(e.g.,photothermal therapy, photodynamic therapy, sonodynamic therapy, and immunotherapy),antimicrobial therapy, and anti-oxidative stress therapy.More importantly, the existing challenges of SAzymes are discussed, such as metal atom clustering and active site loss, ligand bond breakage at high temperature, insufficient environment tolerance, biosecurity risks, and limited catalytic long-term stability. Finally, several innovative strategies to address these stability concerns are proposed—synthesis process optimization(space-limited strategy, coordination site design, bimetallic synergistic strategy, defect engineering strategy, atom stripping-capture),surface modification, and dynamic responsive design—that collectively pave the way for robust, clinically viable SAzymes.

文摘Selective catalytic reduction with NH3(NH3-SCR)is an important means of NO_(x) abatement from stationary and mobile sources, and the key element is efficient and stable NH3-SCR catalysts. In this study,we propose a method to construct superior Fe-Beta catalysts based on Al-rich zeolites. This strategy successfully promotes the formation of NH3-SCR-active isolated Fe^(3+)species,thus effectively improving the low-temperature activity of the Fe-Beta catalysts. Thanks to the abundant Brønsted acid sites of the Al-rich zeolite, the Fe_(2)O_(3) particles are redispersed and anchored as isolated Fe^(3+)during hydrothermal aging. This dynamic evolution of Fe species makes up for the adverse effect of dealumination of the Al-rich zeolite framework and achieves high stability for the Al-rich Fe-Beta catalyst. This study may promote the understanding of highly efficient and stable catalyst design using Al-rich zeolites.

文摘In this paper,we are concerned with the stability of traveling wavefronts of a Belousov-Zhabotinsky model with mixed nonlocal and degenerate diffusions.Such a system can be used to study the competition among nonlocally diffusive species and degenerately diffusive species. We prove that the traveling wavefronts are exponentially stable, when the initial perturbation around the traveling waves decays exponentially as x→-∞,but in other locations, the initial data can be arbitrarily large. The adopted methods are the weighted energy with the comparison principle and squeezing technique.
文摘[Objectives]To investigate the clinical efficacy of core stability training combined with conventional rehabilitation in the functional recovery of patients suffering from chronic low back pain.[Methods]A randomized controlled trial design was employed in this study.Ninety patients with chronic low back pain were recruited and randomly assigned to either a control group(n=45),which received conventional rehabilitation,or an experimental group(n=45),which received conventional rehabilitation combined with core stability training. Both groups underwent treatment for 6 weeks.Assessments were conducted using the visual analogue scale(VAS),Oswestry disability index(ODI),and finger-to-floor test prior to treatment,6 weeks following treatment, and during the follow-up period, respectively.[Results]Prior to treatment,no statistically significant differences were observed between the two patient groups in terms of general information and various baseline measurements(P>0.05).Following 6 weeks of treatment and throughout the follow-up period, both groups demonstrated significant improvements in VAS scores,ODI scores, and lumbar anteflexion range of motion compared to baseline measurements(P<0.05).Notably,the magnitude of improvement in the experimental group exceeded that of the control group, with this inter-group difference reaching statistical significance(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were reported during the treatment process.[Conclusions]Core stability training combined with conventional rehabilitation can significantly enhance the alleviation of pain and functional impairments in patients suffering from chronic low back pain. This approach holds valuable implications for the optimization of rehabilitation treatment protocols.

文摘MnO_(x)-CeO_(2)catalysts for the low-temperature selective catalytic reduction(SCR)of NO remain vulnerable to water and sulfur poisoning, limting their practical applications.Herein,we report a hydrophobic-modified MnO_(x)-CeO_(2)catalyst that achieves enhanced NO conversion rate and stability under harsh conditions. The catalyst was synthesized by decorating MnOx crystals with amorphous CeO_(2),followed by loading hydrophobic silica on the external surfaces. The hydrophobic silica allowed the adsorption of NH_(3)and NO and diffusion of H,suppressed the adsorption of H_(2)O,and prevented SO_(2)interaction with the Mn active sites, achieving selective molecular discrimination at the catalyst surface. At 120℃,under H_(2)O and SO_(2)exposure,the optimal hydrophobic catalyst maintains 82%NO conversion rate compared with 69%for the unmodified catalyst. The average adsorption energies of NH_(3),H_(2)O,and SO_(2)decreased by 0.05,0.43,and 0.52 eV,respectively. The NO reduction pathway follows the Eley-Rideal mechanism,NH_(3)^(*)+*→NH_(2)^(*)+H^(*)followed by NH_(2)^(*)+NO^(*)→N_(2)^(*)+H_(2)O^(*),with NH_(3)dehydrogenation being the rate determining step.Hydrophobic modification increased the activation energy for H atom transfer, leading to a minor decrease in the NO conversion rate at 120℃.This work demonstrates a viable strategy for developing robust NH_(3)-S CR catalysts capable of efficient operation in water-and sulfur-rich environments.
文摘AIM:To investigate age-related differences in the irislens angle(ILA)among patients with age-related cortical cataracts and elucidate the impact of age on lens stability.METHODS:A prospective observational study was conducted on patients with age-related cortical cataracts scheduled for phacoemulsification surgery.Preoperative ultrasound biomicroscopy(UBM)images were collected and analyzed.Initially, patients were stratified into two age groups:<60y and≥60y,with no significant intergroup differences in sex or eye laterality. For further analysis, participants were subdivided into three age strata:<60y,60-75y,and>75y.The ILA was measured in four quadrants(superior, inferior, nasal, and temporal).Intergroup differences in ILA were compared, and correlations between age and ILA parameters were analyzed using statistical methods.RESULTS:The sample data were categorized into three groups according to age,<60y(113 patients;55.8%female),60–75y(245 patients;61.0%female),and>75y(70 patients;50.2%female).The superior quadrant ILA increased progressively with age stratification(P=0.02),and the maximum ILA difference(ΔILA)was significantly higher in patients over 75y(P<0.01).Simple linear regression analysis demonstrated a positive correlation between age and ILA in the superior(Y=7.487+0.096X,R=0.191,P<0.001)and temporal(Y=10.254+0.052X,R=0.104,P=0.032)quadrants.Additionally,the mean ILA across all quadrants(ILAmean)andΔILA were positively correlated with age(ILAmean:Y=9.721+0.055X,R=0.138,P=0.004;ΔILA:Y=3.267+0.044X,R=0.006,P<0.05).CONCLUSION:In patients with age-related cortical cataracts,ILA increases with age, particularly in the superior and temporal quadrants, suggesting that advanced age is associated with greater lens deviation and decreased lens stability.UBM imaging can effectively evaluate the status of the zonule and lens stability, providing crucial evidence for personalized surgical planning based on patients’age.

文摘The outstanding performance of O3-type NaNi_(1/3)Fe_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_(2)(NFM111)at both high and low temperatures coupled with its impressive specific capacity makes it an excellent cathode material for sodium-ion batteries. However, its poor cycling, owing to highpressure phase transitions,is one of its disadvantages. In this study,Cu/Ti was introduced into NFM111 cathode material using a solidphase method.Through both theoretically and experimentally, this study found that Cu doping provides a higher redox potential in NFM111,improving its reversible capacity and charge compensation process. The introduction of Ti would enhance the cycling stability of the material, smooth its charge and discharge curves, and suppress its high-voltage phase transitions.Accordingly, the NaNi_(0.27)Fe_(0.28)Mn_(0.33)Cu_(0.05)Ti_(0.06)O_(2)sample used in the study exhibited a remarkable rate performance of 142.97 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1 C(2.0-4.2 V)and an excellent capacity retention of 72.81%after 300 cycles at 1C(1C=150 mA·g^(-1)).
文摘Fatty acids are the main constituents of vegetable oils.To determine the fatty acid compositions of small trade vegetable oils and some less well studied beneficial vegetable oils, and investigate their relationships with antioxidant activity and oxidative stability, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was performed to characterize the associated fatty acid profiles. The antioxidant activity of vegetable oils, based on their DPPH-scavenging capacity(expressed as IC_(50) values),was used to assess their impact on human health, and their oxidative stability was characterized by performing lipid oxidation analysis to determine the oxidative induction time of fats and oils.In addition, correlation analyses were performed to examine associations between the fatty acid composition of the oils and DPPH-scavenging capacity and oxidative stability. The results revealed that among the assessed oils, coffee seed oil has the highest saturated fatty acid content(355.10 mg/g),whereas Garddenia jaminoides oil has the highest unsaturated fatty acid content(844.84 mg/g).Coffee seed oil was also found have the lowest DPPH IC_(50) value(2.30 mg/mL)and the longest oxidation induction time(17.09 h).Correlation analysis revealed a significant linear relationship(P<0.05)between oxidative stability and unsaturated fatty acid content, with lower contents tending to be associated with better oxidative stability. The findings of this study provide reference data for the screening of functional edible vegetable oils.

文摘Lead-free hybrid double perovskites(LFHDPs) have received a lot of attention due to their environmental friendliness and promising attributes. Other than that, thicker films of CAB-1and CAB-2 exhibit high stability for 90 days in a relatively humid environment(RH of 55%), paving the way for promising optoelectronic applications.

文摘Backfill is often employed in mining operations for ground support, with its positive impact on ground stability acknowledged in many underground mines. However, existing studies have predominantly focused only on the stress development within the backfill material, leaving the influence of stope backfilling on stress distribution in surrounding rock mass and ground stability largely unexplored. Therefore, this paper presents numerical models in FLAC3D to investigate, for the first time, the time-dependent stress redistribution around a vertical backfilled stope and its implications on ground stability, considering the creep of surrounding rock mass.Using the Soft Soil constitutive model, the compressibility of backfill under large pressure was captured. It is found that the creep deformation of rock mass exercises compression on backfill and results in a less void ratio and increased modulus for fill material. The compacted backfill conversely influenced the stress distribution and ground stability of rock mass which was a combined effect of wall creep and compressibility of backfill. With the increase of time or/and creep deformation, the minimum principal stress in the rocks surrounding the backfilled stope increased towards the pre-mining stress state, while the deviatoric stress reduces leading to an increased factor of safety and improved ground stability. This improvement effect of backfill on ground stability increased with the increase of mine depth and stope height, while it is also more pronounced for the narrow stope, the backfill with a smaller compression index, and the soft rocks with a smaller viscosity coefficient.Furthermore, the results emphasize the importance of minimizing empty time and backfilling extracted stope as soon as possible for ground control.Reduction of filling gap height enhances the local stability around the roof of stope.

文摘As the penetration rate of distributed energy increases, the transient power angle stability problem of the virtual synchronous generator(VSG)has gradually become prominent. In view of the situation that the grid impedance ratio(R/X)is high and affects the transient power angle stability of VSG,this paper proposes a VSG transient power angle stability control strategy based on the combination of frequency difference feedback and virtual impedance. To improve the transient power angle stability of the VSG,a virtual impedance is adopted in the voltage loop to adjust the impedance ratio R/X;and the PI control feedback of the VSG frequency difference is introduced in the reactive powervoltage link of theVSGto enhance the damping effect.Thesecond-orderVSGdynamic nonlinearmodel considering the reactive power-voltage loop is established and the influence of different proportional integral(PI)control parameters on the system balance stability is analyzed. Moreover, the impact of the impedance ratio R/X on the transient power angle stability is presented using the equal area criterion. In the simulations, during the voltage dips with the reduction of R/X from 1.6 to 0.8,Δδ_(1)is reduced from 0.194 rad to 0.072 rad,Δf_(1)is reduced from 0.170 to 0.093 Hz,which shows better transient power angle stability.Simulation results verify that compared with traditional VSG,the proposedmethod can effectively improve the transient power angle stability of the system.

文摘In recent years, rapid urbanization has had a profound impact on landscape stability. As a typical example of China's rapid urbanization,Hangzhou has also experienced significant landscape changes, which have profoundly affected its ecological stability.Taking Hangzhou as an example, this study integrates land use change data from 1980 to 2020,combines dynamic simulation and ecological modeling techniques, and carries out a comprehensive analysis of historical trends and future predictions,to provide valuable insights into the complex interactions between urban expansion and landscape stability. The results indicate that:1)between 1980 and2020,Hangzhou experienced a significant increase in construction land at the expense of arable land, leading to a gradual decline in landscape stability, though the downward trend has slowed in recent years.2)The spatial distribution of landscape stability shows clear aggregation patterns, with lower stability concentrated in economically active flatlands and higher stability in the mountainous western regions.3)By 2040,further urban expansion is predicted to occur alongside increased landscape integration, reflecting the positive effects of ecological protection strategies. This study highlights the universal challenges of balancing economic growth with ecological stability in rapidly urbanizing regions. The combination of advanced simulation models and spatiotemporal analysis demonstrates a replicable framework for assessing urban expansion's ecological impacts. These findings underscore the importance of tailoring urban planning and ecological policies to address regional disparities, providing valuable insights for sustainable urban development and landscape management globally.

文摘Employing multiple metals for synergistic electronic structure regulation emerges as a promising approach to develop highly efficient and robust electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution at ampere levels. In this study,a series of Schreibersite-type intermetallic compounds, particularly Mo_(2)Fe_(0.8)Ru_(0.2)P,are synthesized through high-temperature solid-phase synthesis.Experimental results demonstrate that the integration of Ru significantly improves the kinetics of proton adsorption and desorption during the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Additionally, density functional theory(DFT)calculations and X-ray absorption near edge structure(XANES)analyses effectively corroborate the pronounced d-orbital hybridization of Fe within the structure, which facilitates the transfer of hydroxide ions and the maintenance of material durability during alkaline HER processes.Remarkably,Mo_(2)Fe_(0.8)Ru_(0.2)P exhibits superior alkaline HER activity, characterized by an overpotential of merely 48 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2).After prolonged operation of 1000 h at high current densities(1.1 A cm^(-2)),the activity decline remains minimal, under 4%(with overpotential increasing from 258 mV to 268 mV).These results demonstrate the potential of strategically combining metallic elements to design high-performance industrial-grade electrocatalysts.

文摘The future large-scale application of sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)is inseparable from their excellent electrochemical performance and reliable safety characteristics. At present, there are few studies focusing on their safety performance. The analysis of thermal stability and structural changes within a single material cannot systematically describe the complex interplay of components within the battery system during the thermal runaway process.Furthermore, the reaction between the battery materials themselves and their counterparts within the system can stimulate more intense exothermic behavior, thereby affecting the safety of the entire battery system. Therefore, this study delved into the thermal generation and gas evolution characteristics of the positive electrode(Na_(x)Ni_(1/3)Fe_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_(2),NFM111)and the negative electrode(hard carbon,HC)in SIBs,utilizing various material combinations.Through the integration of microscopic and macroscopic characterization techniques, the underlying reaction mechanisms of the positive and negative electrode materials within the battery during the heating process were elucidated.Three important results are derived from this study:(Ⅰ)The instability of the solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)leads to its decomposition at temperatures below 100℃,followed by extensive decomposition within the range of 100-150℃,yielding heat and the formation of inorganic compounds, such as Na_(2)CO_(3)and Na_(2)O;(Ⅱ)The reaction between NFM111 and the electrolyte constitutes the primary exothermic event during thermal abuse, with a discernible reaction also occurring between sodium metal and the electrolyte throughout the heating process;(Ⅲ)The heat production and gas generation behaviors of multi-component reactions do not exhibit complete correlation, and the occurrence of gas production does not necessarily coincide with thermal behavior. The results presented in this study can provide useful guidance for the safety improvement of SIBs.

文摘Designing catalysts with high catalytic activity and stability is the key to achieve the commercial application of MgH_(2).Herein,the sulfur doped Ti_(3)C_(2)(S-Ti_(3)C_(2))was successfully prepared by heat treatment of Ti_(3)C_(2)MXene under Ar/H_(2)S atmosphere to facilitate the hydrogen release and uptake from MgH_(2).The S-Ti_(3)C_(2)exhibited pleasant catalytic effect on the hydriding/dehydriding kinetics and cyclic stability of MgH_(2).The addition of 5 wt%S-Ti_(3)C_(2)into MgH_(2)resulted in a reduction of 114℃in the starting dehydriding temperature compared to pure MgH_(2).MgH_(2)+5 wt%S-Ti_(3)C_(2)sample could quickly release 6.6 wt%hydrogen in 17 min at 220℃,and 6.8 wt%H_(2)was absorbed in 25 min at 200℃.Cyclic testing revealed that MgH_(2)+5 wt%S-Ti_(3)C_(2)system achieved a reversible hydrogen capacity of 6.5 wt%.Characterization analysis demonstrated that Ti-species(Ti0,Ti^(2+),Ti-S,and Ti^(3+))as active species significantly lowered the dehydrogenation temperature and promoted the re-/dehydrogenation kinetics of MgH_(2),and sulfur doping can effectively improve the stability of Ti0 and Ti^(3+),contributing to the improvement of cyclic stability of MgH_(2).This study provides strategy for the construction of catalysts for hydrogen storage materials.

文摘The traditional transient stability assessment(TSA)model for power systems has three disadvantages:capturing critical information during faults is difficult, aperiodic and oscillatory unstable conditions are not distinguished, and poor generalizability is exhibited by systems with high renewable energy penetration. To address these issues,a novel ResGRU architecture for TSA is proposed in this study.First,a residual neural network(ResNet)is used for deep feature extraction of transient information.Second,a bidirectional gated recurrent unit combined with a multi-attention mechanism(BiGRU-Attention)is used to establish temporal feature dependencies.Their combination constitutes a TSA framework based on the ResGRU architecture. This method predicts three transient conditions:oscillatory instability, aperiodic instability, and stability. The model was trained offline using stochastic gradient descent with a thermal restart(SGDR)optimization algorithm in the offline training phase. This significantly improves the generalizability of the model. Finally, simulation tests on IEEE 145-bus and 39-bus systems confirmed that the proposed method has higher adaptability, accuracy, scalability, and rapidity than the conventional TSA approach. The proposed model also has superior robustness for PMU incomplete configurations,PMU noisy data, and packet loss.
