Objective:To discuss the clinical application of the"seven,five and three"odd-numbered law theory and analyze the effect on serum sex hormone level.Methods:A total of 100 patients with early threatened abort...Objective:To discuss the clinical application of the"seven,five and three"odd-numbered law theory and analyze the effect on serum sex hormone level.Methods:A total of 100 patients with early threatened abortion admitted from January 2021 to October 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with dydrogesterone tablets,while patients in the study group were treated with Bushen JianpiGutai Decoction combined with dydrogesterone tablets.Clinical efficacy and progesterone level before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups,as well as clinical symptom relief time of the two groups,including hemostasis time,abdominal pain relief time and lumbar acid relief time,and sex hormone level of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The clinical efficacy was significantly better than control patients(P<0.05),no significant difference in progesterone level comparison before treatment(P>0.05),significantly better than control patients(P<0.05),hemostasis,abdominal pain remission and waist acid remission were significantly shorter than control patients(P<0.05),and both significantly better sex hormone levels after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of threatened abortion,odd-numbered law theoryguidesthe regulation of Yin and Yang in the female menstrual cycle and reproductive function is mainly the regular change of Yin and Yang.Under the guidance of"seven,five,three"odd-numbered law theoryof Traditional Chinese medicine master Xia Guicheng,master the key date and the best time of its transformation,regulate Yin and Yang in the female body,to prevent the occurrence and development of menstrual diseases and adverse childbirth.Bushen Jianpi Gutai decoction can effectively treat threatened abortion,significantly improve the clinical symptoms,improve the level of serum sex hormone,worthy of clinical promotion.展开更多
Barocaloric effect underlies a promising emission-free and highly efficient cooling technology.The current wisdom to design barocaloric materials is to find materials undergoing a temperature-induced phase transition ...Barocaloric effect underlies a promising emission-free and highly efficient cooling technology.The current wisdom to design barocaloric materials is to find materials undergoing a temperature-induced phase transition with huge latent heats and then to apply a pressure to harvest the heat.So far,the entropy change of the temperature-induced phase transition usually sets the upper limit for the barocaloric effect.Here we proposed and realized a large barocaloric effect at approaching a triple-phase point in odd-numbered n-alkanes.A low pressure can drive the phase transition from the liquid state to the disordered solid state and the phase transition from the disordered solid state to the ordered solid state to be merged at 297 K.These phase transition behaviors are well explained by in-situ Raman scattering and complementary molecular dynamics simulations.Around such a point,an adiabatic temperature change as large as~30 K has been achieved under 150 MPa.The high coefficient of phase transition temperature with respect to pressure makes the triple-phase-point temperature to be continuously tuned by pressure and a wide refrigeration temperature window of more than 50 K(280–335 K)was realized.The strategy could initiate a new research avenue and shed light on designing novel high-performance barocaloric materials.展开更多
Photofragmentation study of metal fullerides C60Mx (M=Sm, Pt, Ni and Rh) by excimer laser ablation-TOF mass spectrometry shows that metallofullerenes C2nM and C2n+1M formed in both the positive and negative ionic mode...Photofragmentation study of metal fullerides C60Mx (M=Sm, Pt, Ni and Rh) by excimer laser ablation-TOF mass spectrometry shows that metallofullerenes C2nM and C2n+1M formed in both the positive and negative ionic modes. The isotopic distributions of the metallofullerenes C2nM and C2n+1M are consistent with the calculated spectra based on the natural abundance of isotopes of C and M, confirming the formation of metallofullerenes. The metal atom is sup-posed to be incorporated into the network of the fullerene cage to replace one carbon atom of the cage forming substi-tutional metallofullerene. Odd-numbered high carbon clusters are observed in our laser ablation study of all the metal fullerides in the negative ion channel. Evolution of mass spectrum with irradiation laser shots shows that the formation of the substitutionally doped fullerenes is closely related to the production of metal carbide (MC).
