Objective:To determine the application value of emergency nursing in improving the efficiency and outcomes of first aid for comatose patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Forty comatose patients with cerebral hemo...Objective:To determine the application value of emergency nursing in improving the efficiency and outcomes of first aid for comatose patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Forty comatose patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects in this study;the patients were divided into two groups,a control group and a study group,by lot;the patients in the control group received nursing by conventional means,while emergency nursing procedures were provided to the patients in the study group;the efficiency of first aid and the outcomes of the two groups were compared;the application value of emergency nursing procedures was analyzed.Results:The first aid efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the condition evaluation,reception time,triage time,and rescue time of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group;the treatment outcomes of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the results,compared with conventional nursing methods,the implementation of emergency nursing procedures for comatose patients with cerebral hemorrhage helps to improve the efficiency of first aid and the outcomes of the treatment;it has high clinical application value and is worthy of popularization as well as application in clinical practice.展开更多

Methods: this study is implemented in 2021.3-2022.3, discuss samples for our fundus disease of patients in hospital, a total of 88 cases, according to the system sampling form selected patients are divided into two groups (comparison and analysis group), 44 cases / group, routine mode care care fundus disease patients, on this basis, the nursing care fundus disease analysis group patients, for the two groups of patients awareness, nursing rate, the quality of life and patient satisfaction evaluation. Results: observe the clinical effect of two groups of fundus disease patients, the analysis group of fundus disease patients to rehabilitation exercise, medication, disease knowledge, visit requirements of high awareness score and contrast group, clinical nursing effect is better than comparison group, physiological function, mental state, emotional function and social function dimensions of quality of life score higher comparison group, patient satisfaction than comparison group, group control results show P < 0.05. Conclusion: when implementing clinical holistic nursing intervention for patients with fundus diseases, quoting nursing procedures can promote the quality and efficiency of clinical nursing, improve patient awareness, and improve the quality of life, which is highly praised by the majority of medical staff and patients.展开更多

Methods: The hospital implemented the ordinary care management model in each department before August 2020 and implemented the nursing procedure management model after August 2020. The clinical nursing management level before and after the implementation was compared. Results: Compared with before implementation, the scores of nurses' work enthusiasm, work responsibility, risk management level, degree of cooperation between doctors and nurses, and communication effect with patients was greatly improved after implementation, and the difference between before and after implementation was outstanding, with statistical advantage (P < 0.05). In addition, the patient's clinical satisfaction and doctor's satisfaction were also greatly improved, with significant difference between before and after the comparison, and there was a statistical advantage (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of nursing procedures in the current clinical nursing management has certain positive effects. It can effectively control the occurrence of some unexpected risks and greatly improve patient satisfaction, which has positive significance in enhancing the quality of hospital nursing management.展开更多

Methods: A total of 85 elderly pa...Objective: To explore the clinical application effect of formulating the operating room nursing work procedure sheet for elderly lung cancer patients in thoracoscopic radical surgery. Methods: A total of 85 elderly patients with lung cancer treated in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were included as the study population for this research. They were divided into a study group of 42 cases and a regular group of 43 cases. The regular group of elderly patients received routine nursing care, while the study group of elderly patients was provided with the operating room nursing care work procedure sheet. The surgical duration, intraoperative blood loss, time to mobilization, and postoperative complication rate were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results: Compared to the regular group, the study group had significantly shorter surgical duration and time to mobilization, as well as less intraoperative blood loss (P < 0.05). The overall incidence of postoperative complications in the study group (4.76%) was significantly lower than that in the regular group (19.05%) (P Conclusion: Formulating the operating room nursing work procedure sheet for elderly lung cancer patients can effectively improve surgical efficiency, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and promote patient prognosis in thoracoscopic radical surgery.
