Methods: 35 patients with senile dementia in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were taken as the cases of this study. In addition, the healthy elderly in our hospital were randomly screened, and 35 healthy elderly were selected as the control group, and then the causes of death of the two groups were summarized and analyzed. Results: after summarizing and analyzing the causes of death of the elderly in the two groups, it was found that the causes of death of the elderly were systemic organ failure, pulmonary disease infection, coronary heart disease, sudden emergency death, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and accidental death. Among them, elderly patients with Alzheimer's disease have multiple lung infections, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and accidental death. Conclusion: in clinical practice, the nursing needs of patients with Alzheimer's disease are different from those of healthy elderly patients. Due to the limited memory ability of patients with Alzheimer's disease, it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of taking drugs on time for patients with Alzheimer's disease complicated with basic diseases, so as to avoid the deterioration of basic diseases and death of patients;Alzheimer's patients also have the characteristics of low mobility, can not be clean and hygienic to themselves and the environment, and can easily cause lung infection and death due to infectious diseases. Finally, most elderly patients have physical coordination problems. If they are not taken care of at all times, they will also cause accidental death. Therefore, in the hospice nursing of patients with senile dementia, we should pay attention to health nursing, drug nursing, daily life and activity nursing.展开更多

Methods: the elderly patients suffering from the disease were screened, and 112 samples included in the study were randomly divided into groups, and nursing plans were formulated and compared among the groups. Results: after receiving comprehensive care for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the observation group carried out the comparison among the groups. It was found that there were significant differences in various indicators of pulmonary function and compliance of patients (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: for the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the implementation of comprehensive care while the patients are being treated can help the patients to restore their lung function to the maximum extent during the treatment process. On this basis, the patients can also be ensured to follow the doctor's advice more. Therefore, it is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.展开更多
