Iranian Nuclear Program and Turkey's Nuclear Nonproliferation Policy

Turkey is a member of several international nonproliferation treaties and organizations. It has supported to prevent proliferation of nuclear weapons and furthermore suggested to establish a nuclear-weapon free zone i... Turkey is a member of several international nonproliferation treaties and organizations. It has supported to prevent proliferation of nuclear weapons and furthermore suggested to establish a nuclear-weapon free zone in the Middle East. In contrast to its nonproliferation policies, it is hosting US tactical nuclear warheads in its own territory. In addition, Turkey's positive stance towards Iranian nuclear program was questioned. Despite the West's warnings and concerns over the Iranian nuclear program, Turkey has supported Iran's right to have a peaceful nuclear program as suggested in the Nonproliferation Treaty. It also opposed to further economic sanctions and military intervention against Iran and endorsed diplomatic solution as the only viable option for convincing Iran to respond fully to the concerns of the international community. Therefore, Turkey welcomed the Geneva Agreement reached by Iran and P5+l. This article argues that the current uncertainties about the Geneva Accord and the comprehensive treaty necessitates Turkey to revise its nonproliferation policies, which should be based on the norm of nonproliferation, rather than the non-use and deterrence norms, in order to suggest long-term and permanent solution to the proliferation of nuclear weapons. 展开更多

Iran’s nuclear program has been one of the most challenging international issues since the beginning of the 2010s.As an emerging superpower,China has sought to play an active role in international crises,including the Iranian nuclear case.China’s mainly focus was not whether to engage,but how to engage,and what proposals should be made when engaging to solve the dilemma in order to benefit multiple interests.This research tries to answer the question of what the components of China’s foreign policy towards Iran’s nuclear program are and how it is constructed within the framework of holistic constructivist theory.The methodology of this research is historical analysis as well as descriptive analytical methods.This paper proposes a categorisation of the six identity discourses that China exhibits on the Iranian nuclear issue.In this vein,the role of the international normative environment,which might have either aggressive or modifying impacts,should not be neglected.So China has sought to deal with Iran’s nuclear program peacefully through the framework of the Non-Proliferation Treaty in cooperation with the United States. 展开更多

A dynamic food chain model and program, DYFOM 95, for predicting the radiological consequences of nuclear accident has been developed, which is not only suitable to the West food chain but also to Chinese food chain. The following processes, caused by accident release which will make an impact on radionuclide concentration in the edible parts of vegetable were considered: dry and wet deposition interception and initial retention, translocation, percolation, root uptake and tillage. Activity intake rate of animals, effects of processing and activity intake of human through ingestion pathway ware also considered in calculations. The effects of leaf area index LAI of vegetable were considered in dry deposition model. A method for calculating the contribution of rain with different period and different intensity to total wet deposition was established. The program contains 1 main code and 5 sub codes to calculate dry and wet deposition on surface of vegetable and soil, translocation of nuclides in vegetable, nuclide concentration in the edible parts of vegetable and in animal products and activity intake of human and so on. 展开更多

CN-85 detector which covered with boric acid H3Bo3 pellete has been irradiated by thermal neutrons from (241Am-9Be) source with activity 12 Ci and neutron flux 105 n. cm-2. s-1. The irradiation times-TD for detector were 4 h, 8 h, 16 h and 24 h. The track detector has been etched with sodium hydroxide. After chemical etching of the irradiated CN-85 detector, the images have been taken from a digital camera connected to the optical microscope. Image processing for the output images has been performed using MATALB program, and these images were analyzed and we had found the following relations: a) The relation between summation of opened track or surface density for tracks (intensity-IT) varies with radius of opening (track radius-RT). b) The relation between the tracks number-NT varies with the tracks diameter-DT (in micrometer) and tracks area-AT. That analysis of image processing was obtained, and the track intensity-IT was decreased with increase of track radius-RT at all of the irradiation time-TD. And the track intensity-IT was increased with increasing irradiation time-TD (h) for different track radius-RT (0.4225, 0.845, 1.2675 and 1.69 μm). The study indicates the possibility of using the analysis of image processing to CN-85 detector for classification of α-particle emitters through limitation of radius of track-RT, in addition to the contribution of these techniques in preparation of nano-filters and nono-membrane in nanotechnology fields. 展开更多

微型核反应堆电源研发进展及关键技术分析

[目的]为加快实现“双碳”战略目标,推动微型核反应堆(简称“微堆”)技术研发,需要综合分析微堆概念方案和现有能力基础,更好地服务于微堆系统总体设计论证。[方法]通过全面调研美国及其他主要国家在微堆方面的研发概况,重点介绍了Holos-Quad、Xe-Mobile、Pele、Aalo-1等微堆项目进展。按照气冷微堆、液态金属微堆、热管微堆的分类方式,各自选择一种代表性的微堆设计方案,总结了Holos-Quad、MARVEL、eVinci这3种微堆的主要设计特点和技术参数。[结果]其中,Holos-Quad微堆采用“TRISO燃料、氦气冷却剂、氦气布雷顿循环”的技术路线,典型发电功率为10 MWe;MARVEL微堆采用“铀氢锆燃料、钠钾合金冷却剂、斯特林循环”的技术路线,典型发电功率为20 kWe;eVinci微堆采用“TRISO燃料、钠热管冷却、空气布雷顿循环”的技术路线,典型发电功率为5 MWe。目前,微堆技术成熟度并未达到商业应用条件,在核燃料、堆芯冷却、反应性控制等方面存在着明显的关键技术挑战,因此需要进一步开展科研攻关和技术验证,为示范工程建设奠定技术基础。[结论]作为先进核能技术的重要发展方向,微堆系统简单小巧、部署灵活、安全性高,在偏远地区、高原极地、海上岛屿等孤网条件下具有很好的应用前景,要重点开展关键技术攻关,提高技术成熟度,尽早实现演示验证和工程应用。 展开更多

目的探究土木香内酯(ALT)调节核因子-κB(NF-κB)/程序性死亡配体1(PD-L1)通路对宫颈癌细胞增殖、迁移和血管生成的影响。方法选择人宫颈癌HeLa细胞为研究对象,随机分为对照组(Control组)、ALT-L组(2.5μmol/L)、ALT-M组(5μmol/L)、AL... 目的探究土木香内酯(ALT)调节核因子-κB(NF-κB)/程序性死亡配体1(PD-L1)通路对宫颈癌细胞增殖、迁移和血管生成的影响。方法选择人宫颈癌HeLa细胞为研究对象,随机分为对照组(Control组)、ALT-L组(2.5μmol/L)、ALT-M组(5μmol/L)、ALT-H组(10μmol/L)、PMA组(10μmol/L ALT+1μmol/L NF-κB/PD-L1通路激活剂PMA)。CCK-8和克隆形成实验检测细胞的增殖;划痕实验检测细胞的迁移;Transwell实验检测细胞的侵袭;流式细胞仪检测细胞的凋亡率;Matrigel体外成管实验检测细胞中血管形成能力;Western blot检测细胞中MMP-2、Bcl-2、NF-κB、PD-L1蛋白的表达。结果与Control组相比,ALT-L组、ALT-M组、ALT-H组细胞存活率、克隆数、划痕愈合率、侵袭数、管腔形成数以及MMP-2、Bcl-2、NF-κB、PD-L1蛋白的表达降低(P<0.05),细胞凋亡率升高(P<0.05);与ALT-H组相比,PMA组细胞存活率、克隆数、划痕愈合率、侵袭数、管腔形成数以及MMP-2、Bcl-2、NF-κB、PD-L1蛋白的表达升高(P<0.05),细胞凋亡率降低(P<0.05)。结论ALT可抑制宫颈癌细胞的增殖、迁移和血管生成,可能通过抑制NF-κB/PD-L1通路发挥作用。 展开更多

核级阀门现场使用可靠性水平与设计、制造等过程息息相关,通过可靠性鉴定与验收试验的产品通常具有较高的使用可靠性水平。因此,本文以核级阀门为研究对象,对核级阀门及其试验进行总结,并基于已开展的阀门可靠性鉴定试验进行故障率趋势... 核级阀门现场使用可靠性水平与设计、制造等过程息息相关,通过可靠性鉴定与验收试验的产品通常具有较高的使用可靠性水平。因此,本文以核级阀门为研究对象,对核级阀门及其试验进行总结,并基于已开展的阀门可靠性鉴定试验进行故障率趋势分析和故障原因分析。结果表明,阀门可靠性鉴定试验大致可分为早期、中期、末期三个阶段,且试验早期的故障率最大,早期故障对试验的影响也最大。最后,基于分析结果和阀门可靠性鉴定试验现状,针对如何提升核级阀门质量与可靠性进行探讨,以达到降低现场使用故障率、提高现场使用可靠性的目标。本文成果可应用于核级阀门可靠性鉴定与验收试验方案设计。 展开更多

Based on the development and application of maintenance template in developed countries,and combining with reliability-centered maintenance( RCM) analysis results and maintenance experience data over the past ten years in domestic NPPs, the development process of maintenance template was presented for Chinese pressurized water reactor( PWR) NPP,and the application of maintenance template to maintenance program development and maintenance optimization combined with cases were demonstrated. A shortcut was provided for improving the efficiency of maintenance optimization in domestic PWR NPP,and help to realize a safe,reliable,and economic operation for domestic NPPs. 展开更多

In the pilot project,the RCMbased maintenance decision methodology had been applied to determining the maintenance strategies for two systems. Both the decision process and the results were described in this paper. The achievements of this project promoted the introduction and routinization of an advanced and effective maintenance decision mode in nuclear power field,which could provide valuable reference for new NPPs in China. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE To evaluate whether the IDO1 inhibitor 1-methyl-L-tryptophan(1-MT)combine calcium influx inhibitor carboxyamidotriazole(CAI)could further enhance the suppression of programmed death 1(PD-1)in CD8^+T cells and investigate the curative effect of the combined use.METHODS CD8^+T cells were isolated from normal mice spleen by negative selection using magnetic cell separation.The isolated CD8^+T cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 medium containing 10%FBS and 100 U·mL^(-1)IL-2 and activated by the addition of anti-CD3 and anti-CD28(1 g·L^(-1) each mabs).CD8^+T cells were pretreated for 48 h with drug and the fluo-3 as a marker of intracellular calcium concentration was detected by flow cytometry.The calcineurin(Ca N)levels were assayed with ELISA in CD8^+T cells after 48 h incubation with 10μm CAI.The nuclear translocations of NFAT and AHR were detected by immunofluorescent staining after 48 h of drug treatment.The expression of PD-1 in CD8^+T cells was analyzed by flow cytometry.RESULTS Intracellular fluorescent intensity was markedly debase due to CAI treatment(P<0.01).Meanwhile,the changes of CaN content had a resembled correlation(P<0.01).Immunofluorescence experiment showed that after combination therapy the transfer of NFAT and AHR in nuclear substantially reduced.Flow cytometry revealed that after the combination caused a significant decrease in PD-1 expression in CD8^+T cells.CONCLUSION CAI and 1-MT could inhibit markedly the expression of PD-1 in CD8^+T cells by inhibiting the nuclear translocation of NFAT and AHR,respectively and the combination of them has synergetic effect. 展开更多

为探讨长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,LncRNA)核富集转录本1(nuclear paraspeckle assembly transcript 1,NEAT1)在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)免疫逃逸中的作用及机制,采集96例NSCLC患者的肿瘤及邻近正常组织... 为探讨长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,LncRNA)核富集转录本1(nuclear paraspeckle assembly transcript 1,NEAT1)在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)免疫逃逸中的作用及机制,采集96例NSCLC患者的肿瘤及邻近正常组织,应用qRT-PCR检测NEAT1表达并分析其与NSCLC患者临床病理特征的相关性。以qRT-PCR检测人支气管上皮细胞16HBE和NSCLC细胞系中NEAT1、miR-128-3p、异质性胞核核糖核蛋白L(heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein L,HNRNPL)和PD-L1 mRNA表达。将NEAT1干扰质粒(si-NEAT1)、miR-128-3p inhibitor及其对照(si-NC、inhibitor-NC)转染A549细胞,分为正常对照组、si-NC组、si-NEAT1组、si-NEAT1+anti-NC组和si-NEAT1+anti-miR-128-3p组,随后检测HNRNPL、PD-L1 mRNA和蛋白表达,以RNA沉降等法验证NEAT1、miR-128-3p和HNRNPL的调控机制。A549与CD8^(+)T细胞共培养,验证敲低NEAT1在NSCLC免疫逃逸中的作用,并以ELISA检测PD-L1和IFN-γ水平。结果显示,NEAT1在NSCLC组织中高表达,且与NSCLC肿瘤大小、TNM分期和淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05)。NSCLC细胞中,NEAT1、HNRNPL和PD-L1显著过表达,而miR-128-3p显著低表达(均P<0.05)。敲低NEAT1可上调miR-128-3p,抑制HNRNPL和PD-L1表达,降低NSCLC细胞活力并诱导其凋亡(均P<0.05),而NEAT1可靶向结合NSCLC细胞中的miR-128-3p。共培养发现敲低NEAT1的A549细胞可激活CD8^(+)T细胞,抑制其凋亡并降低PD-L1和IFN-γ水平(均P<0.05),而下调miR-128-3p可增加HNRNPL和PD-L1表达,减弱NEAT1敲低对NSCLC细胞增殖、凋亡及CD8^(+)T细胞活化的影响(均P<0.05)。由此,NEAT1可能通过miR-128-3p/HNRNPL轴促进PD-L1表达,从而导致NSCLC的免疫逃逸。 展开更多

核热推进(NTP)系统具有高比冲、大推力和工作时间长等特点,在深空探测和轨道机动等方面具有明显的优势。系统性能分析是NTP系统研发与设计的重要内容。结合对国际历史上已开发程序的分析以及现阶段的研发需求,将系统性能分析划分为稳态... 核热推进(NTP)系统具有高比冲、大推力和工作时间长等特点,在深空探测和轨道机动等方面具有明显的优势。系统性能分析是NTP系统研发与设计的重要内容。结合对国际历史上已开发程序的分析以及现阶段的研发需求,将系统性能分析划分为稳态设计点性能分析与优化、稳态非设计点性能分析以及瞬态性能分析3个主要环节。在清华大学核能与新能源技术研究院自主开发的核动力发动机系统分析程序PANES基础上,提出了基于“流网-热网”的系统分析程序框架,并建立了反应堆中子动力学与涡轮泵动态特性等数学模型,提出了对应的计算分析方法,拓展了原程序的功能。该工作为NTP系统设计方法的进一步研究和应用提供了重要基础。 展开更多
