The surrounding rock of the soft rock roadway is seriously deformed and damaged under the superposition of mining stress and fault tectonic stress.In this paper,taking the No.232206 intake roadway in Meihuajing Coal M...The surrounding rock of the soft rock roadway is seriously deformed and damaged under the superposition of mining stress and fault tectonic stress.In this paper,taking the No.232206 intake roadway in Meihuajing Coal Mine as the engineering background,the deformation and failure law of the surrounding rock of the roadway in different fault protection pillar widths were obtained by numerical simulation method.On this basis,the mechanical model of the roadway under the action of hanging wall overburden migration and fault slip in normal faults was established,and the energy-driven mechanism of large deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway was revealed.The ratio T of the energy applying on anchoring surrounding rock to the resistant energy of the anchored surrounding rock was defined as the criterion for the deformation of the roadway.Finally,it was calculated according to the actual working conditions on site,and the control method of“stress relief-support reinforcement”was used to support the roadway with the risk of large deformation.The on-site monitoring results show that the control effect of the surrounding rock of the roadway is obvious.展开更多

It also expounds on the HAPAC principle and structural...This paper proposes a compensation method for using the Harmonic Amplitude-Phase Adaptive Control(HAPAC)to increase the precision of sinusoidal motion simulators. It also expounds on the HAPAC principle and structural disposition, develops the HAPAC control laws and analyzes the system stability in the HAPAC. A method for further improving the precision using online identification of the system’s frequency-response models is presented. The tested data and tracking errors of the simulator demonstrate that the HAPAC makes the sinusoidal motions achieve higher precision than the common classical controls. The HAPAC can also be used in other tracking systems of precision sinusoidal motions.展开更多

There is a lack of systematic research on the expression of internal control genes used for gene expression normalization in real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction in spinal cord injury research.In ...There is a lack of systematic research on the expression of internal control genes used for gene expression normalization in real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction in spinal cord injury research.In this study,we used rat models of spinal cord hemisection to analyze the expression stability of 13 commonly applied reference genes:Actb,Ankrd27,CypA,Gapdh,Hprt1,Mrpl10,Pgk1,Rictor,Rn18s,Tbp,Ubc,Ubxn11,and Ywhaz.Our results show that the expression of Ankrd27,Ubc,and Tbp were stable after spinal cord injury,while Actb was the most unstable internal control gene.Ankrd27,Ubc,Tbp,and Actb were consequently used to investigate the effects of internal control genes with differing stabilities on the normalization of target gene expression.Target gene expression levels and changes over time were similar when Ankrd27,Ubc,and Tbp were used as internal controls but different when Actb was used as an internal control.We recommend that Ankrd27,Ubc,and Tbp are used as internal control genes for real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction in spinal cord injury research.This study was approved by the Administration Committee of Experimental Animals,Jiangsu Province,China(approval No.20180304-008)on March 4,2018.展开更多
Objective:To assess the stability of 10 candidate internal control genes(ICGs),namely GAPDH,ACTB,RPL23,RPS15A,ATPSF1,GLUT5,HMBS,ATP2B4,PPIA,and BRP to normalize the transcriptional data from testes samples of Zebu and...Objective:To assess the stability of 10 candidate internal control genes(ICGs),namely GAPDH,ACTB,RPL23,RPS15A,ATPSF1,GLUT5,HMBS,ATP2B4,PPIA,and BRP to normalize the transcriptional data from testes samples of Zebu and crossbred bulls.Methods:Total RNA was isolated from testicular tissue of Zebu and crossbred bulls(n=6 each)between 2-8 years of age.cDNA was synthesized,and the quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR)was performed.The cycle threshold values were used for the analysis of the stability of ICGs.Four different statistical algorithms:geNorm,Normfinder,BestKeeper,and RefFinder,were used to assess the stability of these genes.Results:ATPSF1,HMBS,PPIA,and RPS15A were the most reliable and stable ICGs for Zebu testes,and ATPSF1,RPL23,and PPIA for crossbred testes.Conclusions:A panel of stable ICGs(ATPSF1,HMBS,PPIA,RPS15A for Zebu and ATPSF1,RPL23,and PPIA for crossbred)for normalization of gene expression data in testes samples can be helpful for researchers to conduct functional genomics studies at the testicular level in cattle bulls.展开更多

The Vrancea subcrustal earthquakes of August 30,1986 and May 30,1990 are the two most recent seismic events that have occurred in Romania with moment magnitudes M W ≥ 6.9.The spectral analysis of the strong ground mo...The Vrancea subcrustal earthquakes of August 30,1986 and May 30,1990 are the two most recent seismic events that have occurred in Romania with moment magnitudes M W ≥ 6.9.The spectral analysis of the strong ground motions recorded in Bucharest reveals that despite small differences in magnitude between the 1986 and 1990 earthquakes,their frequency contents are very different,sometimes even opposing.The main focus of this study is to conduct a comparative analysis of the response spectra in terms of the bi-normalized response spectra(BNRS) proposed by Xu and Xie(2004 and 2007) for strong ground motions recorded in Bucharest during these two seismic events.The mean absolute acceleration and relative velocity response spectra for the two earthquakes are discussed and compared.Furthermore,the mean bi-normalized absolute acceleration and normalized relative velocity response spectra with respect to the control period T C are computed for the ground motions recorded in Bucharest in 1986 and 1990.The predominant period T P is also used in this study for the normalization of the spectral period axis.Subsequently,the methodology proposed by Martinez-Perreira and Bommer(1998) is applied in order to estimate the seismic intensity of the two events.The results are discussed and several conclusions regarding the possibility of using the bi-normalized response spectra(BNRS) are given.展开更多
甲醇制烯烃(methanol to olefins,MTO)工艺中催化剂积炭过程关联因素多且存在复杂交互作用,难以有效调控积炭量。本研究构建基于归一化互信息(NMI)、梯度提升回归(GBR)与SHAP的集成分析框架对催化剂积炭的主要影响因素进行解释性研究,...甲醇制烯烃(methanol to olefins,MTO)工艺中催化剂积炭过程关联因素多且存在复杂交互作用,难以有效调控积炭量。本研究构建基于归一化互信息(NMI)、梯度提升回归(GBR)与SHAP的集成分析框架对催化剂积炭的主要影响因素进行解释性研究,发现当再生一旋入口线速维持在16.0~18.5 m/s,同时配合9~11 t/h的反应器保护蒸汽,将再生器烧焦总风量控制在26000~30000 m^(3)/h且再生滑阀阀位保持在34%~36%,并且蒸汽配入率不低于34%时,能够对催化剂的积炭情况进行有效调控(6.5%~7.3%)。基于上述工艺指标构建基准限,一旦运行工况超出该监测限,通过对交互特征进行SHAP分析,能够对相应的积炭趋势(变化率)作出解释,为工艺过程的平稳运行提供必要的监测信息,为MTO过程催化剂积炭监测提供兼具预测精度和机理解释性的技术方案。展开更多
