An analysis method based on the fuzzy Lyapunov functions is presented to analyze the stability of the continuous affine fuzzy systems. First, a method is introduced to deal with the consequent part of the fuzzy local model. Thus, the stability analysis method of the homogeneous fuzzy system can be used for reference. Stability conditions are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities based on the fuzzy Lyapunov functions and the modified common Lyapunov functions, respectively. The results demonstrate that the stability result based on the fuzzy Lyapunov functions is less conservative than that based on the modified common Lyapunov functions via numerical examples. Compared with the method which does not expand the consequent part, the proposed method is simpler but its feasible region is reduced. Finally, in order to expand the application of the fuzzy Lyapunov functions, the piecewise fuzzy Lyapunov function is proposed, which can be used to analyze the stability for triangular or trapezoidal membership functions and obtain the stability conditions. A numerical example validates the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 展开更多

By constructing the Lyapunov function, the general incidence function f must satisfy certain assumptions, under which, we establish the global stability of endemic equilibrium when R0 >1. The global stability of diseases-free equilibrium is also established when R0 ≤1. 相比于工频和直流输电方式,分频输电方式凭借其在输电损耗、建设成本等方面的优势,成为大规模远距离海上风电汇集送出的重要解决方案。但是,分频海上风电系统的稳定性研究,尤其是在系统运行典型大干扰背景下的分析较为欠缺。通过建立分... 相比于工频和直流输电方式,分频输电方式凭借其在输电损耗、建设成本等方面的优势,成为大规模远距离海上风电汇集送出的重要解决方案。但是,分频海上风电系统的稳定性研究,尤其是在系统运行典型大干扰背景下的分析较为欠缺。通过建立分频海上风电系统高阶非线性的状态空间模型,采用扇区非线性方法处理模型中的高阶非线性部分,构建了系统的Lyapunov能量函数,计算了相应的稳定区域。在此基础上,基于Lyapunov稳定性定理,分析了多种典型大扰动工况下永磁直驱风机和陆上模块化多电平矩阵式换流器(modular multilevel matrix converter,M3C)之间的交互稳定性问题,并基于稳定区域的比较,分析了系统主电路和控制部分参数对大干扰稳定性的影响规律,给出了系统参数优化和稳定性提升策略。最后,通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真算例对Lyapunov能量函数和稳定区域的正确性进行了验证。 展开更多

To cope with it,a stability control algorithm is proposed,utilizing the stability theory of switched systems,which is specifically applicable for multi-parameter adaptive WCS with spectrum sensing ability,and it is capable of stabilizing BER within a reasonable range. Firstly,WCS is modeled as a switched system. Then,based on the multi-Lyapunov function,controlling rules are presented to enable the switched system to satisfy stable condition asymptotically. Finally,analysis and numerical simulation results demonstrate that the switched WCS with the proposed controlling rules is superior to conventional power-controlled WCS with or without state feedback control in terms of stability performance. 展开更多

Due to the increasing interests in using functionally graded piezoelectric materials(FGPMs) in the design of advanced micro-electro-mechanical systems, it is important to understand the stability behaviors of the FGPM beams. In this study, considering the effects of geometrical nonlinearity, temperature, and electricity in the constitutive relations and the effect of the magnetic field on the FGPM beam, the Euler-Bernoulli beam model is adopted, and the nonlinear governing equation of motion is derived via Hamilton's principle. A perturbation method, which can decompose the deflection into static and dynamic components, is utilized to linearize the nonlinear governing equation. Then,a dynamic stability analysis is carried out, and the approximate analytical solutions for the nonlinear frequency and boundary frequencies of the unstable region are obtained.Numerical examples are performed to verify the present analysis. The effects of the static deflection, the static load factor, the temperature change, and the magnetic field flux on the stability behaviors of the FGPM beam are discussed. From the proposed analytical solutions and numerical results, one can easily and clearly find the effects of various controlled parameters, such as geometric and physical properties of the system, on the mechanical behaviors of structures, and the conclusions are very important and useful for the design of micro-devices. 展开更多

The proposed stabilizi... In this paper, we introduce a non-linear torque control for an interior permanent-magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM). The nonlinear control is based on a Control Lyapunov Function (CLF) technique. The proposed stabilizing feedback law for the IPMSM drive is a damping control method and is shown to be globally asymptotically stable. The CLF method takes the system nonlinearities into account in the control system design stage. Such nonlinearities are due to the cross coupling between the q and the q currents in addition to the system parameters like the inductances and the flux linkages. The complete IPMSM drive incorporating the proposed CLF has been successfully simulated in a plant model for both motor and inverter. The performance of the proposed drive is investigated in simulation at different operating conditions. It is found that the proposed control technique provides a good torque control performance for the IPMSM drive ensuring the global stability. In later work, we are planning to investigate other phenomena such as magnetic saturation, nonlinear loads, mechanical friction and flexibilities. 展开更多

Moreover, if the equilibrium of the closed-loop system is unique, the existence of such a robust control Lyapunnv function will also imply robustly globally asymptotical stabilization.
