In this article, principle and mathematical method of determining the phase fractions of multiphase flows by using a dual-energy γ -ray system have been described. The dual-energy γ -ray device is composed of radioactive isotopes of 241Am and 137Cs with γ -ray energies of 59.5 and 662 keV, respectively. A rational method to calibrate the absorption coefficient was introduced in detail. The modified arithmetic is beneficial to removing the extra Compton scattering from the measured value. The result shows that the dual-energy γ -ray technique can be used in three-phase flow with average accuracy greater than 95%, which enables us to determine phase fractions almost independent of the flow regime. Improvement has been achieved on measurement accuracy of phase fractions. 展开更多

By means of a logarithm law for the velocity profile, a corrected formula of bed resistance coefficient, which involves many factors such as gradient of still water depth, variation of surface elevation, flow direction, and so on, is derived from the 3D governing equations of tidal current by averaging over the whole water depth. Theoretical analysis and application have shown that the 2D plane tidal current numerical model would be more reasonable and could be applied to steep bottom topography when the corrected bed resistance coefficient is used, therefore the results of reproduction simulation and engineering calculation would be more scientific and reasonable. 展开更多

Monitoring various internal parameters plays a core role in ensuring the safety of lithium-ion batteries in power supply applications.It also influences the sustainability effect and online state of charge prediction.An improved multiple feature-electrochemical thermal coupling modeling method is proposed considering low-temperature performance degradation for the complete characteristic expression of multi-dimensional information.This is to obtain the parameter influence mechanism with a multi-variable coupling relationship.An optimized decoupled deviation strategy is constructed for accurate state of charge prediction with real-time correction of time-varying current and temperature effects.The innovative decoupling method is combined with the functional relationships of state of charge and open-circuit voltage to capture energy management ef-fectively.Then,an adaptive equivalent-prediction model is constructed using the state-space equation and iterative feedback correction,making the proposed model adaptive to fractional calculation.The maximum state of charge estimation errors of the proposed method are 4.57%and 0.223%under the Beijing bus dynamic stress test and dynamic stress test conditions,respectively.The improved multiple feature-electrochemical thermal coupling modeling realizes the effective correction of the current and temperature variations with noise influencing coefficient,and provides an efficient state of charge prediction method adaptive to complex conditions. 展开更多

The accuracy of attenuation correction in positron emission tomography scanners depends mainly on deriving the reliable 511-keV linear attenuation coefficient distribution in the scanned objects. In the PET/CT system, the linear attenu- ation distribution is usually obtained from the intensities of the CT image. However, the intensities of the CT image relate to the attenuation of photons in an energy range of 40 keV-140 keV. Before implementing PET attenuation correction, the intensities of CT images must be transformed into the PET 511-keV linear attenuation coefficients. However, the CT scan parameters can affect the effective energy of CT X-ray photons and thus affect the intensities of the CT image. Therefore, for PET/CT attenuation correction, it is crucial to determine the conversion curve with a given set of CT scan parameters and convert the CT image into a PET linear attenuation coefficient distribution. A generalized method is proposed for con- verting a CT image into a PET linear attenuation coefficient distribution. Instead of some parameter-dependent phantom calibration experiments, the conversion curve is calculated directly by employing the consistency conditions to yield the most consistent attenuation map with the measured PET data. The method is evaluated with phantom experiments and small animal experiments. In phantom studies, the estimated conversion curve fits the true attenuation coefficients accurately, and accurate PET attenuation maps are obtained by the estimated conversion curves and provide nearly the same correction results as the true attenuation map. In small animal studies, a more complicated attenuation distribution of the mouse is obtained successfully to remove the attenuation artifact and improve the PET image contrast efficiently. 展开更多

The heat transfer coefficient in a multidimensional heat conduction problem is obtained from the solution of the inverse heat conduction problem based on the thermographic temperature measurement. The modified one-dimensional correction method (MODCM), along with the finite volume method, is employed for both two- and three-dimensional inverse problems. A series of numerical experiments are conducted in order to verify the effectiveness of the method. In addition, the effect of the temperature measurement error, the ending criterion of the iteration, etc. on the result of the inverse problem is investigated. It is proved that the method is a simple, stable and accurate one that can solve successfully the inverse heat conduction problem. 展开更多

The determination of non-linear corrections to the nuclear distribution functions due to the HIJING parameterization within the framework of perturbative QCD,specifically the GLR-MQ equations,is discussed.We analyze the possibility of constraining the non-linear corrections present in the distribution functions using the inclusive observables that will be measured in future electron-ion colliders.The results show that non-linear corrections play an important role in heavy nuclear reduced cross sections at low x and low Q^(2)values.We find that the non-linear corrections provide the correct behavior of the extracted nuclear cross sections and that our results align with data from the nCETQ15 parameterization group.We discuss a satisfactory description of the non-linear corrections to the shadowing effect at small x. 展开更多

The absorption coefficient of water is an important bio-optical parameter for water optics and water color remote sensing. However, scattering correction is essential to obtain accurate absorption coefficient values in situ using the nine-wavelength absorption and attenuation meter AC9. Establishing the correction always fails in Case 2 water when the correction assumes zero absorption in the near-infrared(NIR) region and underestimates the absorption coefficient in the red region, which affect processes such as semi-analytical remote sensing inversion. In this study, the scattering contribution was evaluated by an exponential fitting approach using AC9 measurements at seven wavelengths(412, 440, 488, 510, 532, 555, and 715 nm) and by applying scattering correction. The correction was applied to representative in situ data of moderately turbid coastal water, highly turbid coastal water, eutrophic inland water, and turbid inland water. The results suggest that the absorption levels in the red and NIR regions are significantly higher than those obtained using standard scattering error correction procedures. Knowledge of the deviation between this method and the commonly used scattering correction methods will facilitate the evaluation of the effect on satellite remote sensing of water constituents and general optical research using different scatteringcorrection methods. 展开更多

In order to solve the linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) displacement sensor nonlinearity of overall range and extend its working range, a novel line-element based adaptively seg- menting method for piecewise compensating correction was proposed. According to the mechanical structure of LVDT, the output equation was calculated, and then the theoretic nonlinear source of output was analyzed. By the proposed line-element adaptive segmentation method, the nonlinear output of LVDT was divided into linear and nonlinear regions with a given threshold. Then the com- pensating correction function was designed for nonlinear parts employing polynomial regression tech- nique. The simulation of LVDT validates the feasibility of proposed scheme, and the results of cali- bration and testing experiments fully prove that the proposed method has higher accuracy than the state-of-art correction algorithms. 展开更多

北美Appalachian盆地泥盆系油页岩资源评价新方法

针对中—低勘探程度盆地的油页岩资源评价,传统的体积法与类比法存在局限性,利用间接参数体积法更适用于北美Appalachian盆地的资源评价。基于泥页岩总有机碳(TOC)含量与含油率的良好正相关性,确定油页岩阈值及含油率区间,并计算校正系... 针对中—低勘探程度盆地的油页岩资源评价,传统的体积法与类比法存在局限性,利用间接参数体积法更适用于北美Appalachian盆地的资源评价。基于泥页岩总有机碳(TOC)含量与含油率的良好正相关性,确定油页岩阈值及含油率区间,并计算校正系数,再进一步应用校正系数获得油页岩厚度、面积及热解烃量(S_(2)),进而估算油页岩的资源量。研究结果表明:①北美Appalachian盆地的油页岩资源主要分布在西部Ohio地区,Ohio地区主力层位为上泥盆统Ohio油页岩段,自下而上可细分为Huron、Chagrin和Cleveland等3个亚段。总体上岩性以深灰色—黑色页岩为主,夹薄层粉砂岩。②研究区Ohio泥页岩TOC为1%~12%,含油率为0.33%~9.31%,油页岩含油率为3.50%~9.31%,S2为35.2~95.7 mg/g,校正系数为0.647。③泥页岩厚度乘以校正系数可获得研究区油页岩厚度为10~80 m。将TOC等值线转换为含油率等值线,以含油率3.50%圈定为油页岩面积(4.612×10^(4) km^(2))。④应用间接参数体积法计算出研究区地面干馏和原位转化油页岩的油资源量分别为202×10^(8) t和173×10^(8) t,相应可采资源量分别为86×10^(8) t和39×10^(8) t。 展开更多

大厚度人工填土地基中桩基的水平承载特性

为探究大厚度人工填土地基桩基水平承载特性及m法在实际工程中的适用性,进行了单桩水平承载现场试验与m法理论计算,得到了桩基在水平荷载作用下的位移和弯矩变化规律、水平荷载作用下的桩-土变形规律,并进一步得到了地基土水平抗力系数... 为探究大厚度人工填土地基桩基水平承载特性及m法在实际工程中的适用性,进行了单桩水平承载现场试验与m法理论计算,得到了桩基在水平荷载作用下的位移和弯矩变化规律、水平荷载作用下的桩-土变形规律,并进一步得到了地基土水平抗力系数的比例系数m随荷载与位移的变化情况。结果表明:随着荷载的增加,水平位移不断增大,达到临界荷载480 kN后,桩基的水平位移和位移梯度均发生突变;在同一荷载下,桩基弯矩随深度的增加出现先增大后减小的规律,弯矩图呈现“两头小,中间大”的分布模式;同一深度时,随着荷载的增大,在一定深度处出现负弯矩,弯矩沿深度的影响范围约10 m;水平抗力系数的比例系数m值随荷载和位移的增大呈幂级数减小,且当荷载与位移较小时,两桩m值相差较大,荷载与位移增大到一定值后,两桩m值接近,且最后稳定在一特定值附近。通过试验数据对m法计算结果进行验证与改进:对比发现m法计算最大位移与实测结果接近;当荷载较小时,计算最大弯矩与实测结果接近,超过临界荷载后,相差较大,说明荷载达到临界值时最大弯矩发生了突变,需要通过修正系数β对弯矩计算结果进行修正,修正后的弯矩与实测值更吻合,m法更加符合工程实际。 展开更多

针对现行腹板弯剪屈曲计算中未考虑弯拉应力有利影响的问题,首先通过力学机理分析,阐释了弯拉应力抑制剪切屈曲的原因。随后将航空领域中轴拉-剪切共同作用下的相关方程与弯拉-剪切共同作用下的相关方程进行类比,并引入修正系数以反映... 针对现行腹板弯剪屈曲计算中未考虑弯拉应力有利影响的问题,首先通过力学机理分析,阐释了弯拉应力抑制剪切屈曲的原因。随后将航空领域中轴拉-剪切共同作用下的相关方程与弯拉-剪切共同作用下的相关方程进行类比,并引入修正系数以反映轴拉应力向弯拉应力转换的差异,从而对现有弯剪相关方程进行修正。结合数值模拟探讨了应力梯度和弯剪比对弯剪屈曲的影响规律。基于计算结果,对修正系数进行了拟合,并对其分布特征进行了讨论。结果表明:现行计算方法仅适用于特定应力梯度的弯压-剪切工况;所提修正公式与有限元计算结果变化趋势高度一致,可准确反映不同应力梯度、弯剪比下的弯剪屈曲规律;修正系数拟合效果良好,能有效量化弯拉应力的有利影响,且其值围绕1.00小幅波动,近似服从正态分布,可通过简化适配工程应用;算例验证显示,简化修正系数具备合理性,两种典型工况下临界应力限值大幅放宽,材料用量显著节省;该方法可精准体现弯拉应力的有利效应,为钢箱梁、大跨简支组合结构的安全、经济与精细化设计提供可靠的理论依据。 展开更多

在使用涡相关法计算通量时,为确保测量平面与水平面平行,需要对观测数据进行倾斜校正。常用的倾斜校正方法有二次旋转、三次旋转和平面拟合法。本文利用南海海上平台的观测数据,探讨了倾斜校正方法对海-气界面动量通量计算结果的影响。... 在使用涡相关法计算通量时,为确保测量平面与水平面平行,需要对观测数据进行倾斜校正。常用的倾斜校正方法有二次旋转、三次旋转和平面拟合法。本文利用南海海上平台的观测数据,探讨了倾斜校正方法对海-气界面动量通量计算结果的影响。研究发现,当大气层结处于中性稳定情形时,二次旋转方法与平面拟合法下动量通量计算结果基本一致,但当大气层结趋于稳定时,平面拟合法展现出了更好的适应性。而三次旋转方法并未在二次旋转的基础上有效改进通量计算。进一步研究表明,不同倾斜校正方法对湍动能谱、风应力方向以及风应力方向和风向夹角的影响差异可以忽略。在稳定情形下,风应力方向偏向风向左侧;在中性稳定情形下,偏向角接近0;在不稳定情形下,偏向角分布则较为分散。此外,在稳定情形下,拖曳系数会减小。本文得到的拖曳系数与风速的关系与前人的研究结果基本一致。 展开更多

35 MPa高压直产氢PEM水电解压力对开路电压的影响机理与建模研究

针对超高压运行下电压变化机理尚不清晰的问题,探讨了压力对PEM电解槽开路电压的影响。首先,基于能斯特方程推导了开路电压(Open-circuit voltage,OCV)与压力的关系;然后,在不同温度(40℃、60℃、80℃)和阴阳两极反应压力(0.1 MPa、3.5 ... 针对超高压运行下电压变化机理尚不清晰的问题,探讨了压力对PEM电解槽开路电压的影响。首先,基于能斯特方程推导了开路电压(Open-circuit voltage,OCV)与压力的关系;然后,在不同温度(40℃、60℃、80℃)和阴阳两极反应压力(0.1 MPa、3.5 MPa、35 MPa)下开展极化曲线测试,分析电解压力对电压变化的规律;最后,对比实验得到的平均电压增量与理论电压增量,提出了与温度有关的经验修正系数γ,并建立二次多项式经验模型。结果表明,压力升高使极化曲线整体上移,且电压增量与压力比呈对数关系;此外,温度升高会使电压水平整体降低。修正模型有效弥合了实验与理论的偏差,拟合优度R^(2)=0.93195。在35 MPa下进行的200 h恒电流运行实验表明高压下电解槽运行稳定,平均产氢电耗为4.04(kW·h)/Nm^(3);同时,高压运行还能显著降低接触电阻老化率。研究结果揭示了超高压运行对开路电压的作用机制,为高压直产氢系统的工况设计与能效提升提供了参考依据。 展开更多

永磁同步电机由于效率高、功率密度大、动态响应快等优点在飞轮储能、电动汽车、新能源发电等场合得到广泛关注。为了能够实现永磁同步电机电磁性能的迅速预测,本文将标量磁位法和实数磁导法相结合,提出了一种考虑定子齿槽效应的永磁同... 永磁同步电机由于效率高、功率密度大、动态响应快等优点在飞轮储能、电动汽车、新能源发电等场合得到广泛关注。为了能够实现永磁同步电机电磁性能的迅速预测,本文将标量磁位法和实数磁导法相结合,提出了一种考虑定子齿槽效应的永磁同步电机解析计算方法。首先,基于标量磁位法建立了等效无槽永磁同步电机的磁密解析分析模型;然后,考虑定子齿槽的影响,采用实数磁导法引入修正系数对模型进行修正,得到齿槽影响下的数学模型;最后,以一台24槽10极永磁电机为案例进行分析,通过实验测试了理论和仿真分析的合理性。该解析模型直观解释电机中电磁场的变化规律和分布,极大地提高电机的设计与优化效率。 展开更多

针对止回阀在工作及试验中无法确定实际开度的问题,提出了一种基于数值模拟修正的止回阀流量系数预测模型。以DN100蝶式止回阀为研究对象,利用计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)方法计算出不同开度的流量系数Kv。采用相... 针对止回阀在工作及试验中无法确定实际开度的问题,提出了一种基于数值模拟修正的止回阀流量系数预测模型。以DN100蝶式止回阀为研究对象,利用计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)方法计算出不同开度的流量系数Kv。采用相同的模拟方法和试验方法计算DN100孔板的Kv,得出试验结果与模拟结果存在15.5%偏差。以此偏差经验为依据得到修正后的止回阀流量系数。经过全开试验结果进行精度验证发现:修正后的止回阀在全开时,Kv模拟结果与试验结果误差为4.03%,精度满足要求,证明了修正后的流量系数更符合实际结果,对止回阀流量系数的预测提供参考。 展开更多

In this article, we report the derivation of high accuracy finite difference method based on arithmetic average discretization for the solution of Un=F(x,u,u′)+∫K(x,s)ds , 0 x s < 1 subject to natural boundary conditions on a non-uniform mesh. The proposed variable mesh approximation is directly applicable to the integro-differential equation with singular coefficients. We need not require any special discretization to obtain the solution near the singular point. The convergence analysis of a difference scheme for the diffusion convection equation is briefly discussed. The presented variable mesh strategy is applicable when the internal grid points of the solution space are both even and odd in number as compared to the method discussed by authors in their previous work in which the internal grid points are strictly odd in number. The advantage of using this new variable mesh strategy is highlighted computationally. 展开更多
