With the rise of new business forms,the traditional industrial-era model of binding social insurance to labor relations is facing unprecedented challenges.In the context of these new business forms,whether the protect...With the rise of new business forms,the traditional industrial-era model of binding social insurance to labor relations is facing unprecedented challenges.In the context of these new business forms,whether the protection of workers’social insurance rights and interests can be“decoupled from labor relations”has become a hotly debated topic in academia,with“the ability to establish labor relations”emerging as a key variable influencing government departments’policy choices on classified social insurance coverage.Based on this,the paper constructs a theoretical model of the correlation between social insurance and labor relations to analyze cases concerning the protection of social insurance rights and interests of workers in new business forms.It examines the advantages and disadvantages of binding social insurance to labor relations and suggests promoting social insurance policy innovation by transcending labor relations.The paper advocates abandoning the path dependency that starts with labor relations and clarifying the theoretical basis that workers’access to social insurance rights should be based on labor rather than employment.To adapt to the profit model of new business forms,it proposes establishing a rule of“proportional responsibility for commissions,”where the social insurance contribution base is determined by the proportion and amount of corporate commissions.By reasonably setting rates,it will protect the healthy development of new business forms in a balanced manner.In this way,enterprises can share social insurance responsibilities according to unified rules without worrying about being classified as having a labor relationship,which helps fully protect workers’social insurance rights and interests and promotes fair competition and healthy development among enterprises.展开更多

In the typical air polluted city of Shijiazhuang, single inhalable particle samples in non-heating period, heating period, dust storm days, and snowy days were collected and detected by SEM/EDS (scanning electron mic...In the typical air polluted city of Shijiazhuang, single inhalable particle samples in non-heating period, heating period, dust storm days, and snowy days were collected and detected by SEM/EDS (scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry). The particle morphology was characterized by the 6 shape clusters, which are: irregular square, agglomerate, sphere, floccule, column or stick, and unknown, by quantitative order. The irregular square particles are common in all kinds of samples; sphere particles are more, and column or stick are less in winter samples; in the wet deposit samples, agglomerate and floccule particles are not found. The surface of most particles is coarse with fractal edge, which can provide suitable chemical reaction bed in the polluted atmospheric environment. New formed calcium crystal is found to demonstrate the existence of neutralized reaction, explaining the reason for the high SO2 emission and low acid rain frequency in Shijiazhuang. The three sorts of surface patterns of spheres are smooth, semi-smooth, and coarse, corresponding to the element of Si-dominant, Si-Al-dominant, and Fe-dominant, The soot particle is present as floccule with average size around 10 μm, considerably larger than the former reported results, but wrapped or captured with other fine particles to make its appearance unique and enhance its toxicity potentially. The new formed calcium crystal, the 3 sorts of sphere surface patterns, and the unique soot appearance represent the single inhalable particle's morphology characteristics in Shijiazhuang City.展开更多
The paper reported on a small-scale qualitative study on EFL (English as a Foreign Language) teacher education with a two-fold objective, investigating the possibility of integrating the Internet for academic purpos...The paper reported on a small-scale qualitative study on EFL (English as a Foreign Language) teacher education with a two-fold objective, investigating the possibility of integrating the Internet for academic purposes in the context of a pre-service English teacher education programme in Egypt, and suggesting some guidelines based on the specific context of Assiut University College of Education. Semi-structured interviews were conducted online with some student teachers (n = 10) and teacher educators (n = 10) at the university to identify their personal viewpoints, experiences and concerns regarding integrating the Internet into this teacher education context. For triangulation purposes, content analysis was conducted on 12 online documents. Results reveal some difficulties, challenges and concerns related to the process and some new forms of literacy needed for this context. Based on this, some guidelines are suggested for integrating the Internet into pre-service EFL teacher education programmes with special reference to the Egyptian context.展开更多

Many digital innovations are developed not within organizations, but in innovation-driven entrepreneurial ecosystems, where various entreprene...Digital innovation is becoming increasingly important in today's economy. Many digital innovations are developed not within organizations, but in innovation-driven entrepreneurial ecosystems, where various entrepreneurship related stakeholders collaborate and cooperate. Despite its significance, studies on digital entrepreneurship ecosystems (DEEs) are limited and the concept is largely undertheorized. This study intends to fill that gap by studying how a DEE organizes. This organizing issue is challenging, because stakeholders of a DEE are self-organizing and are not governed by any formal authority. To answer that question, we adopt forms of organizing as a theoretical lens, which provides structure to examine organizing issues. Through an in-depth case study of Zhongguancun, the Silicon Valley of China, we unveil eight processes around the themes of division of labor and integration of efforts. We further show that the forms of organizing feature a balance of centralized design and de-centralized emergence. This balanced view extends the forms of organizing literature, which takes an either/or perspective. Ecosystem architects and policy makers who intend to build entrepreneurship ecosystems to promote local economies can derive practical implications from our findings.展开更多
Nuclear radiation exposure events and tumor radiotherapy are highly susceptible to a range of psychological,physiological and other health problems,which can seriously affect patients'quality of life.It has been s...Nuclear radiation exposure events and tumor radiotherapy are highly susceptible to a range of psychological,physiological and other health problems,which can seriously affect patients'quality of life.It has been shown that 87.5%of tumor patients are exposed to varying degrees of radiation injury during radiotherapy.The treatment of radiation injury(RI)in modern medicine is limited to drug therapy,cell therapy,etc.Among them,the most chemical drugs cause many adverse reactions including fatigue,nausea,vomiting,etc.,and there are very few drugs dedicated to the treatment of RI.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is a rich natural medicinal resource,which has a wide range of pharmacological activities,multiple targets of action and minimal toxic side effects.Many studies have demonstrated that TCM and its compound preparations have enormous potential in the treatment of radiation induced comprehensive diseases.However,TCM is limited in clinical application due to its slow onset of action,complex active ingredients,and low bioavailability.Therefore,the article reviews the application,molecular mechanisms,and new dosage forms of TCM in the prevention and treatment of RI.On this basis,we will focus on discussing the development advantages and application prospects of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to achieve highly efficient treatment of RI.This review aims to provide scientific and effective drug delivery strategies and basic theoretical support for the clinical effective treatment of RI with TCM,and further promote the innovative development of TCM.展开更多

Focusing on “the leadership of the CPC and human rights development”, “adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of our times and human rights theories in contemporary China”, “the Chinese path to modernization and the new form of human rights civilization”, “Chinese human rights solutions and global human rights governance”, “making a better China’s story of advancing human rights and constructing human rights discourse system”, and other topics, the participants reached broad consensus after discussion, and the symposium achieved fruitful results.
文摘In the typical air polluted city of Shijiazhuang, single inhalable particle samples in non-heating period, heating period, dust storm days, and snowy days were collected and detected by SEM/EDS (scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry). The particle morphology was characterized by the 6 shape clusters, which are: irregular square, agglomerate, sphere, floccule, column or stick, and unknown, by quantitative order. The irregular square particles are common in all kinds of samples; sphere particles are more, and column or stick are less in winter samples; in the wet deposit samples, agglomerate and floccule particles are not found. The surface of most particles is coarse with fractal edge, which can provide suitable chemical reaction bed in the polluted atmospheric environment. New formed calcium crystal is found to demonstrate the existence of neutralized reaction, explaining the reason for the high SO2 emission and low acid rain frequency in Shijiazhuang. The three sorts of surface patterns of spheres are smooth, semi-smooth, and coarse, corresponding to the element of Si-dominant, Si-Al-dominant, and Fe-dominant, The soot particle is present as floccule with average size around 10 μm, considerably larger than the former reported results, but wrapped or captured with other fine particles to make its appearance unique and enhance its toxicity potentially. The new formed calcium crystal, the 3 sorts of sphere surface patterns, and the unique soot appearance represent the single inhalable particle's morphology characteristics in Shijiazhuang City.
文摘The paper reported on a small-scale qualitative study on EFL (English as a Foreign Language) teacher education with a two-fold objective, investigating the possibility of integrating the Internet for academic purposes in the context of a pre-service English teacher education programme in Egypt, and suggesting some guidelines based on the specific context of Assiut University College of Education. Semi-structured interviews were conducted online with some student teachers (n = 10) and teacher educators (n = 10) at the university to identify their personal viewpoints, experiences and concerns regarding integrating the Internet into this teacher education context. For triangulation purposes, content analysis was conducted on 12 online documents. Results reveal some difficulties, challenges and concerns related to the process and some new forms of literacy needed for this context. Based on this, some guidelines are suggested for integrating the Internet into pre-service EFL teacher education programmes with special reference to the Egyptian context.

文摘In this article,we suggest a new form of modified Kudryashov’s method(NMK)to study the Dual-mode Sawada Kotera model.We know very well that the more the solutions depend on many constants,the easier it is to study the model better by observing the change in the constants and what their impact is on the solutions.From this point of view,we developed the modified Kudryashov method and put it in a general form that contains more than one controllable constant.We have studied the model in this way and presented figures showing the correctness of what we hoped to reach from the proposed method.In addition to the results we reached,they were not sufficient,so we presented an extensive numerical study of this model using the finite differences method.We also came up with the local truncation error for the difference scheme is h^(6) k^(2)(1+k^(2)).In addition,the analytical solutions we reached were compared with the numerical solutions,and we presented many forms that show that the results we reached are a clear contribution to this field.

文摘Digital innovation is becoming increasingly important in today's economy. Many digital innovations are developed not within organizations, but in innovation-driven entrepreneurial ecosystems, where various entrepreneurship related stakeholders collaborate and cooperate. Despite its significance, studies on digital entrepreneurship ecosystems (DEEs) are limited and the concept is largely undertheorized. This study intends to fill that gap by studying how a DEE organizes. This organizing issue is challenging, because stakeholders of a DEE are self-organizing and are not governed by any formal authority. To answer that question, we adopt forms of organizing as a theoretical lens, which provides structure to examine organizing issues. Through an in-depth case study of Zhongguancun, the Silicon Valley of China, we unveil eight processes around the themes of division of labor and integration of efforts. We further show that the forms of organizing feature a balance of centralized design and de-centralized emergence. This balanced view extends the forms of organizing literature, which takes an either/or perspective. Ecosystem architects and policy makers who intend to build entrepreneurship ecosystems to promote local economies can derive practical implications from our findings.

文摘Nuclear radiation exposure events and tumor radiotherapy are highly susceptible to a range of psychological,physiological and other health problems,which can seriously affect patients'quality of life.It has been shown that 87.5%of tumor patients are exposed to varying degrees of radiation injury during radiotherapy.The treatment of radiation injury(RI)in modern medicine is limited to drug therapy,cell therapy,etc.Among them,the most chemical drugs cause many adverse reactions including fatigue,nausea,vomiting,etc.,and there are very few drugs dedicated to the treatment of RI.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is a rich natural medicinal resource,which has a wide range of pharmacological activities,multiple targets of action and minimal toxic side effects.Many studies have demonstrated that TCM and its compound preparations have enormous potential in the treatment of radiation induced comprehensive diseases.However,TCM is limited in clinical application due to its slow onset of action,complex active ingredients,and low bioavailability.Therefore,the article reviews the application,molecular mechanisms,and new dosage forms of TCM in the prevention and treatment of RI.On this basis,we will focus on discussing the development advantages and application prospects of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to achieve highly efficient treatment of RI.This review aims to provide scientific and effective drug delivery strategies and basic theoretical support for the clinical effective treatment of RI with TCM,and further promote the innovative development of TCM.

文摘Dear Editor,Angiogenesis,the process of forming new blood vessels,is closely linked to osteogenesis,the formation of new bone tissue,which is important for bone development and homeostasis(Kusumbe et al.,2014).Recent studies have established that Endothelial-to-Osteoblast Conversion(EC-to-OSB),mediated by Endothelial-to-Mesenchymal Transition and subsequent osteogenesis,plays a crucial role ectopic ossification during cancer bone metastasis(Lin et al.,2017;Medici et al.,2010).Moreover,research suggests that endothelial cells are one of the sources of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)which contribute to the reconstruction of the bone marrow niche during bone marrow transplantation(Kenswil et al.,2021).However,this view remains controversial,as other studies(Cao et al.,2023).Since it remains unclear whether and how EC-to-OSB regulates bone formation and homeostasis under physiological or aged conditions.Therefore,further research on the pathogenesis of osteoporosis(OP)is urgent.
