The question of whether an ideal network exists with global scalability in its full life cycle has always been a first-principles problem in the research of network systems and architectures.Thus far,it has not been p...The question of whether an ideal network exists with global scalability in its full life cycle has always been a first-principles problem in the research of network systems and architectures.Thus far,it has not been possible to scientifically practice the design criteria of an ideal network in a unimorphic network system,making it difficult to adapt to known services with clear application scenarios while supporting the ever-growing future services with unexpected characteristics.Here,we theoretically prove that no unimorphic network system can simultaneously meet the scalability requirement in a full cycle in three dimensions—the service-level agreement(S),multiplexity(M),and variousness(V)—which we name as the“impossible SMV triangle”dilemma.It is only by transforming the current network development paradigm that the contradiction between global scalability and a unified network infrastructure can be resolved from the perspectives of thinking,methodology,and practice norms.In this paper,we propose a theoretical framework called the polymorphic network environment(PNE),the first principle of which is to separate or decouple application network systems from the infrastructure environment and,under the given resource conditions,use core technologies such as the elementization of network baselines,the dynamic aggregation of resources,and collaborative software and hardware arrangements to generate the capability of the“network of networks.”This makes it possible to construct an ideal network system that is designed for change and capable of symbiosis and coexistence with the generative network morpha in the spatiotemporal dimensions.An environment test for principle verification shows that the generated representative application network modalities can not only coexist without mutual influence but also independently match well-defined multimedia services or custom services under the constraints of technical and economic indicators.展开更多

By employing random series which have Bernoulli distributions taking value of 0 or 1, the data transmission model is obtained. Based on state augmentation and stochastic theory, the sufficient condition for robust stability with H ∞ constraints is derived for the filtering error system. The robust filter is designed in terms of feasibility of one certain linear matrix inequality (LMI), which is formed by adopting matrix congruence transformations. A numerical example is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed filtering method.展开更多
Characteristic infrasound waves observed at Antarctic stations demonstrate physical interaction involving environmental changes in the Antarctic continent and the surrounding oceans. A Chaparraltype infrasound sensor ...Characteristic infrasound waves observed at Antarctic stations demonstrate physical interaction involving environmental changes in the Antarctic continent and the surrounding oceans. A Chaparraltype infrasound sensor was installed at Syowa Station (SYO; 39°E, 69°S), East Antarctica, as one of the projects of the International Polar Year (IPY2007-2008). Data continuously recorded during the three seasons in 2008-2010 clearly indicate a contamination of the background oceanic signals (microbaroms) with peaks between 4 and 10 s observed during a whole season. The peak amplitudes of the microbaroms have relatively lower values during austral winters, caused by a larger amount of sea-ice extending around the Lutzow-Holm Bay near SYO, with decreasing ocean wave loading effects. Micro- baroms measurements are useful tool for characterizing ocean wave climate, complementing other oceanographic and geophysical data. A continuous monitoring by infrasound sensors in the Antarctic firmly contributes to the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT) in the southern high latitude, together with the Pan-Antarctic Observations System (PAntOS) under the Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research (SCAR). Detailed measurements of the infrasound waves in Antarctica, consequently, could be a new proxy for monitoring regional environmental change as well as the temporal climate variations in the polar regions.展开更多

Rapid response manufacturing in the distributed network environment is a newly manufactory pattern that can be used to implement the conception of agile design and manufacturing, but there are some new problems coming with it, which will directly influence the enterprise’s ability of rapid response in the distributed network manufacturing pattern and lead to the failure of the league and the lost of the given orders. In this paper, we establish some approaches to solve these problems in product development process. The paper then presents the research on key application technologies and solutions includes: network safety strategy which guarantees data transferring among the leaguer members, production data management based on Web/DOT (Distributed Object Technology) and XML criteria which guarantees data exchange in structure-variance characteristic environments, the network platform which provides the conversion service of different types of CAD files each other. 文摘In the network environment, changes of resources structure, information technology and users requirements of standards library cause series of problems such as unobvious effect of services, low efficiency of resource utilization, poor innovation ability, etc. And we point out the problems and challenges faced by traditional standards library in the network environment. The standards library must redesign the organization structure and business process radically so that standards library could improve the service model, enhance the service quality and utilization rate of various document resources.

The internal accounting control system is the core part of internal control, which determines the extent of establishing the entire sound internal control system, With the progress of the time, the rapid development and wide application of Internet technology has changed the survival environment and management philosophy for business. The development of network technology achieves the online office, mobile office and decentralized offices, etc. Accounting entity is no longer subject to space limitations of traditional methods, thus a large number of accounting information is transmitted tbaough the network communication lines, so that accounting activities can be extended to every node in the world, which achieves the purpose of remote processing. Under the network environment, sources of information are of diversity and multi-channel. A large number of accounting information transmitted from the network communication lines is likely to be illegally intercepted, stolen and tampered by molecules or people with ulterior motives.
文摘The construction of archives in colleges and universities in China is in the process of development and improvement.With the development information technology,the informatization of college archives has been accelerated.Network technology is developing rapidly in our country,and the number of network users has increased significantly.The use of network technology in university archives management can improve the management efficiency and quality of archives,but the safety factor has dropped significantly.For example,the archival system may face many problems such as virus infection,system paralysis,or cyberattacks,which affects the security of the university archives.Therefore,this paper presents an analysis of these problems in detail,and proposes corresponding solutions,so as to optimize and improve the information security management of college archives.

文摘The Paris Agreement provides a global framework for sustainable development,and China has pledged to peak its carbon emissions by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060.The“dual-carbon”goals,announced by President Xi Jinping at the 75th United Nations General Assembly,underscore the country’s commitment to addressing climate change.However,thermal power still accounted for 67%of China’s energy mix as of 2022.Hydropower could play a pivotal role in China’s energy transition,acting as a cornerstone for achieving its ambitious green and low-carbon development goals.The rapid growth of hydropower has already been a game changer(Figures 1A and 1B).Over the past four decades,China’s installed hydropower capacity surged from a modest 20 GW to an impressive 368 GW(Figure 1B),making it the global leader.Nevertheless,with only 37%of its profitable hydropower potential developed(in terms of electricity generation),lower than that of Brazil,the United States,and Canada,China still has considerable room to expand.
