Hierarchical Task Network(HTN)planning is a powerful technique in artificial intelligence for handling complex problems by decomposing them into hierarchical task structures.However,achieving optimal solutions in HTN ...Hierarchical Task Network(HTN)planning is a powerful technique in artificial intelligence for handling complex problems by decomposing them into hierarchical task structures.However,achieving optimal solutions in HTN planning remains a challenge,especially in scenarios where traditional search algorithms struggle to navigate the vast solution space efficiently.This research proposes a novel technique to enhance HTN planning by integrating the Ant Colony Optimization(ACO)algorithm into the refinement process.The Ant System algorithm,inspired by the foraging behavior of ants,is well-suited for addressing optimization problems by efficiently exploring solution spaces.By incorporating ACO into the refinement phase of HTN planning,the authors aim to leverage its adaptive nature and decentralized decision-making to improve plan generation.This paper involves the development of a hybrid strategy called ACO-HTN,which combines HTN planning with ACO-based plan selection.This technique enables the system to adaptively refine plans by guiding the search towards optimal solutions.To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed technique,this paper conducts empirical experiments on various domains and benchmark datasets.Our results demonstrate that the ACO-HTN strategy enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of HTN planning,outperforming traditional methods in terms of solution quality and computational performance.展开更多

The adoption of 5G for Railways(5G-R)is expanding,particularly in high-speed trains,due to the benefits offered by 5G technology.High-speed trains must provide seamless connectivity and Quality of Service(QoS)to ensur...The adoption of 5G for Railways(5G-R)is expanding,particularly in high-speed trains,due to the benefits offered by 5G technology.High-speed trains must provide seamless connectivity and Quality of Service(QoS)to ensure passengers have a satisfactory experience throughout their journey.Installing base stations along urban environments can improve coverage but can dramatically reduce the experience of users due to interference.In particular,when a user with a mobile phone is a passenger in a high speed train traversing between urban centres,the coverage and the 5G resources in general need to be adequate not to diminish her experience of the service.The utilization of macro,pico,and femto cells may optimize the utilization of 5G resources.In this paper,a Genetic Algorithm(GA)-based approach to address the challenges of 5G network planning for 5G-R services is presented.The network is divided into three cell types,macro,pico,and femto cells—and the optimization process is designed to achieve a balance between key objectives:providing comprehensive coverage,minimizing interference,and maximizing energy efficiency.The study focuses on environments with high user density,such as high-speed trains,where reliable and high-quality connectivity is critical.Through simulations,the effectiveness of the GA-driven framework in optimizing coverage and performance in such scenarios is demonstrated.The algorithm is compared with the Particle Swarm Optimisation(PSO)and the Simulated Annealing(SA)methods and interesting insights emerged.The GA offers a strong balance between coverage and efficiency,achieving significantly higher coverage than PSO while maintaining competitive energy efficiency and interference levels.Its steady fitness improvement and adaptability make it well-suited for scenarios where wide coverage is a priority alongside acceptable performance trade-offs.展开更多
Active distribution network(ADN)planning is crucial for achieving a cost-effective transition to modern power systems,yet it poses significant challenges as the system scale increases.The advent of quantum computing o...Active distribution network(ADN)planning is crucial for achieving a cost-effective transition to modern power systems,yet it poses significant challenges as the system scale increases.The advent of quantum computing offers a transformative approach to solve ADN planning.To fully leverage the potential of quantum computing,this paper proposes a photonic quantum acceleration algorithm.First,a quantum-accelerated framework for ADN planning is proposed on the basis of coherent photonic quantum computers.The ADN planning model is then formulated and decomposed into discrete master problems and continuous subproblems to facilitate the quantum optimization process.The photonic quantum-embedded adaptive alternating direction method of multipliers(PQA-ADMM)algorithm is subsequently proposed to equivalently map the discrete master problem onto a quantum-interpretable model,enabling its deployment on a photonic quantum computer.Finally,a comparative analysis with various solvers,including Gurobi,demonstrates that the proposed PQA-ADMM algorithm achieves significant speedup on the modified IEEE 33-node and IEEE 123-node systems,highlighting its effectiveness.展开更多

Traditional distribution network planning relies on the professional knowledge of planners,especially when analyzing the correlations between the problems existing in the network and the crucial influencing factors.Th...Traditional distribution network planning relies on the professional knowledge of planners,especially when analyzing the correlations between the problems existing in the network and the crucial influencing factors.The inherent laws reflected by the historical data of the distribution network are ignored,which affects the objectivity of the planning scheme.In this study,to improve the efficiency and accuracy of distribution network planning,the characteristics of distribution network data were extracted using a data-mining technique,and correlation knowledge of existing problems in the network was obtained.A data-mining model based on correlation rules was established.The inputs of the model were the electrical characteristic indices screened using the gray correlation method.The Apriori algorithm was used to extract correlation knowledge from the operational data of the distribution network and obtain strong correlation rules.Degree of promotion and chi-square tests were used to verify the rationality of the strong correlation rules of the model output.In this study,the correlation relationship between heavy load or overload problems of distribution network feeders in different regions and related characteristic indices was determined,and the confidence of the correlation rules was obtained.These results can provide an effective basis for the formulation of a distribution network planning scheme.展开更多

On this basis of analysis of indeterminate effect factors of durations, the effect factors-based stochastic network planning (EFBSNP) model is proposed, which emphasizes on the effects of not only logistic and organizational relationships, but also the dependent relationships, due to indeterminate factors among activity durations on the project period. By virtue of indeterminate factor analysis the model extracts and describes the quantitatively indeterminate effect factors, and then takes into account the indeterminate factors effect schedule by using the Monte Carlo simulation technique. The method is flexible enough to deal with effect factors and is coincident with practice. A software has been developed to simplify the model-based calculation, in VisualStudio.NET language. Finally, a case study is included to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed model and comparison is made with some advantages over the existing models.展开更多

In the traditional power transmission network planning,deterministic analysis methods are widely used.In such methods,all contingencies are deemed to have the same occurrence probability,which is not reasonable.In thi...In the traditional power transmission network planning,deterministic analysis methods are widely used.In such methods,all contingencies are deemed to have the same occurrence probability,which is not reasonable.In this paper,risk assessment is introduced to the process of transmission network planning considering the probabilistic characteristics of contingencies.Risk indices are given to determine the weak points of the transmission network based on local information,such as bus risk,line overload risk,contingency severity.The indices are calculated by the optimal cost control method based on risk theory,which can help planners to quickly determine weak points in the planning and find solution to them.For simplification,only line overload violation is considered.Finally,the proposed method is validated by an IEEE-RTS test system and a real power system in China from two aspects.In the first case,the original system is evaluated by the proposed method to find the weak points,and then four planning schemes are established,among which the best scheme is selected.In the second case,four initial planning schemes are established by combining the experiences of planners,and after the evaluation by using the proposed method,the best planning scheme is improved based on the information of weak points in the initial schemes,and the risk of improved scheme is reduced from 42 531.86 MW·h per year to 4 431.26 MW·h per year.展开更多

Therefore, an optimizing rank system is urgently needed. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) models were used to rank the planning works of 30 urban wetland park based on four mainly factors, which included landscape ecological planning, landscape planning, ecological planning and economic planning. The study indicated that the AHP- TOPSIS model had good discrimination in the classification and ranking of landscape planning works of urban wetland park and it was also applicable to the planning works of other urban greenbelts.展开更多

In order to cope with the global environmental crisis caused by energy generation and achieve carbon neutrality,it is imperative to promote a new power system dominated by renewable energy sources(RESs).This paper foc...In order to cope with the global environmental crisis caused by energy generation and achieve carbon neutrality,it is imperative to promote a new power system dominated by renewable energy sources(RESs).This paper focuses on the uncertainty of RESs and the distribution characteristics of carbon emission flows(CEFs),and studies the low-carbon operation and power system planning problem.Firstly,this paper extends the uncertainty of RES to the meteorological field and establishes meteorological robust constraints of photovoltaic(PV)generation.Based on the CEF theory,the carbon transmission trajectory is accurately delineated to improve the operation of power system.Considering further constraints from the power flow,CEF,and component operation characteristics of the active distribution network(ADN),this paper formulates a low-carbon joint planning model of ADN with PV,battery energy storage system(BESS),and distributed gas generator(DGG),taking into account economy and carbon reduction.In the case study,the low-carbon planning and operation scheme are analyzed in detail across multiple dimensions including time and space.The solution results show that the planning model can effectively leverage the low-carbon performance of PV and BESS,and improve the distribution of CEF.Through case comparison,the model can also efficiently reduce the total cost of the system and enhance carbon emission reduction benefits by 35.10 to 41.04%.展开更多

In the optimization process, the line investment, networ...Transmission network planning (TNP) is a large-scale, complex, with more non-linear discrete variables and the multi-objective constrained optimization problem. In the optimization process, the line investment, network reliability and the network loss are the main objective of transmission network planning. Combined with set pair analysis (SPA), particle swarm optimization (PSO), neural network (NN), a hybrid particle swarm optimization model was established with neural network and set pair analysis for transmission network planning (HPNS). Firstly, the contact degree of set pair analysis was introduced, the traditional goal set was converted into the collection of the three indicators including the identity degree, difference agree and contrary degree. On this bases, using shi(H), the three objective optimization problem was converted into single objective optimization problem. Secondly, using the fast and efficient search capabilities of PSO, the transmission network planning model based on set pair analysis was optimized. In the process of optimization, by improving the BP neural network constantly training so that the value of the fitness function of PSO becomes smaller in order to obtain the optimization program fitting the three objectives better. Finally, compared HPNS with PSO algorithm and the classic genetic algorithm, HPNS increased about 23% efficiency than THA, raised about 3.7% than PSO and improved about 2.96% than GA.展开更多

文摘In order to form an algorithm for distribution network routing,an automatic routing method of distribution network planning was proposed based on the shortest path.The problem of automatic routing was divided into two steps in the method:the first step was that the shortest paths along streets between substation and load points were found by the basic ant colony algorithm to form a preliminary radial distribution network,and the second step was that the result of the shortest path was used to initialize pheromone concentration and pheromone updating rules to generate globally optimal distribution network.Cases studies show that the proposed method is effective and can meet the planning requirements.It is verified that the proposed method has better solution and utility than planning method based on the ant colony algorithm.
文摘Looking at all the indeterminate factors as a whole and regarding activity durations as independent random variables, the traditional stochastic network planning models ignore the inevitable relationship and dependence among activity durations when more than one activity is possibly affected by the same indeterminate factors. On this basis of analysis of indeterminate effect factors of durations, the effect factors-based stochastic network planning (EFBSNP) model is proposed, which emphasizes on the effects of not only logistic and organizational relationships, but also the dependent relationships, due to indeterminate factors among activity durations on the project period. By virtue of indeterminate factor analysis the model extracts and describes the quantitatively indeterminate effect factors, and then takes into account the indeterminate factors effect schedule by using the Monte Carlo simulation technique. The method is flexible enough to deal with effect factors and is coincident with practice. A software has been developed to simplify the model-based calculation, in VisualStudio.NET language. Finally, a case study is included to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed model and comparison is made with some advantages over the existing models.

文摘In the traditional power transmission network planning,deterministic analysis methods are widely used.In such methods,all contingencies are deemed to have the same occurrence probability,which is not reasonable.In this paper,risk assessment is introduced to the process of transmission network planning considering the probabilistic characteristics of contingencies.Risk indices are given to determine the weak points of the transmission network based on local information,such as bus risk,line overload risk,contingency severity.The indices are calculated by the optimal cost control method based on risk theory,which can help planners to quickly determine weak points in the planning and find solution to them.For simplification,only line overload violation is considered.Finally,the proposed method is validated by an IEEE-RTS test system and a real power system in China from two aspects.In the first case,the original system is evaluated by the proposed method to find the weak points,and then four planning schemes are established,among which the best scheme is selected.In the second case,four initial planning schemes are established by combining the experiences of planners,and after the evaluation by using the proposed method,the best planning scheme is improved based on the information of weak points in the initial schemes,and the risk of improved scheme is reduced from 42 531.86 MW·h per year to 4 431.26 MW·h per year.

文摘Classifying and ranking the huge amounts of landscape planning works of urban wetland park is always difficult due to the multi-functions (ecological, leisure, educational and disaster prevention) of the urban wetland park. Therefore, an optimizing rank system is urgently needed. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) models were used to rank the planning works of 30 urban wetland park based on four mainly factors, which included landscape ecological planning, landscape planning, ecological planning and economic planning. The study indicated that the AHP- TOPSIS model had good discrimination in the classification and ranking of landscape planning works of urban wetland park and it was also applicable to the planning works of other urban greenbelts.
文摘The models, methods and their application experiences of a practical GIS(geographic information system)-based computer decision-making support system of urban power distribution network planning with seven subsystems,termed CNP,are described.In each subsystem there is at least one or one set of practical mathematical methobs.Some new models and mathematical methods have been introduced.In the development of CNP the idea of cognitive system engineering has been insisted on,which claims that human and computer intelligence should be combined together to solve the complex engineering problems cooperatively.Practical applications have shown that not only the optimal plan can be automatically reached with many complicated factors considered, but also the computation,analysis and graphic drawing burden can be released considerably.

文摘The paper mainly focuses on the network planning and optimization problem in the 5G telecommunication system based on the numerical investigation.There have been two portions of this work,such as network planning for efficient network models and optimization of power allocation in the 5G network.The radio network planning process has been completed based on a specific area.The data rate requirement can be solved by allowing the densification of the system by deploying small cells.The radio network planning scheme is the indispensable platform in arranging a wireless network that encounters convinced coverage method,capacity,and Quality of Service necessities.In this study,the eighty micro base stations and two-hundred mobile stations are deployed in the-15km×15km wide selected area in the Yangon downtown area.The optimization processes were also analyzed based on the source and destination nodes in the 5G network.The base stations’location is minimized and optimized in a selected geographical area with the linear programming technique and analyzed in this study.

文摘In order to cope with the global environmental crisis caused by energy generation and achieve carbon neutrality,it is imperative to promote a new power system dominated by renewable energy sources(RESs).This paper focuses on the uncertainty of RESs and the distribution characteristics of carbon emission flows(CEFs),and studies the low-carbon operation and power system planning problem.Firstly,this paper extends the uncertainty of RES to the meteorological field and establishes meteorological robust constraints of photovoltaic(PV)generation.Based on the CEF theory,the carbon transmission trajectory is accurately delineated to improve the operation of power system.Considering further constraints from the power flow,CEF,and component operation characteristics of the active distribution network(ADN),this paper formulates a low-carbon joint planning model of ADN with PV,battery energy storage system(BESS),and distributed gas generator(DGG),taking into account economy and carbon reduction.In the case study,the low-carbon planning and operation scheme are analyzed in detail across multiple dimensions including time and space.The solution results show that the planning model can effectively leverage the low-carbon performance of PV and BESS,and improve the distribution of CEF.Through case comparison,the model can also efficiently reduce the total cost of the system and enhance carbon emission reduction benefits by 35.10 to 41.04%.

文摘This study addresses a new charging station network planning problem for smart connected electric vehicles.We embed a charging station choice model into a charging network planning model that explicitly considers the heterogeneity of the charging behavior in a data-driven manner.To cope with the deficiencies from a small size and sparse behavioral data,we propose a robust charging demand prediction method that can significantly reduce the impact of sample errors and missing data.On the basis of these two building blocks,we form and solve a new optimal charging station location and capacity problem by minimizing the construction and charging costs while considering the charging service level,construction budget,and limit to the number of chargers.We use a case study of planning charging stations in Shanghai to validate our contributions and provide managerial insight in this area.

文摘The spread and innovative application of MOOC in China has rapidly triggered a profound revolution in the curriculum construction and teaching reform of universities,promoting significant results in teaching and talent cultivation.Based on the practice of“MOOC teaching pilot colleges”carried out by the China University Computer Education MOOC Consortium in some universities in China,this paper proposes the overall plan of MOOC teaching pilot colleges construction through the analysis of typical cases,pointing out the purpose and significance of the reform of the pilot college and giving the relevant concepts and requirements.This thesis focuses on the reform of teaching methods,assessment methods,grade calculation and credit recognition,and stress assessment,emphasizing the need for a three-dimensional process management of teachers,students,and college teaching administrators,and the need to focus on institutional development to provide protection.MOOC teaching pilot colleges should reform and innovate in practice,and they should keep solving the problems they encounter and deepen the reform,so as to provide useful experiences and reference practices for the landing and high-quality development of MOOC teaching in more universities.
文摘The railway 5G-R network is ready for the engineering construction.In order to provide technical reserve for the preliminary engineering stage,it is necessary to study the characteristics of 5G-R network and network planning technology in advance.The 5G-R network,different from the operators'5G network,is mainly available for railway staff and covers the railway line.It is upgraded based on the previous generation of railway communication system-GSM-R technology.By comprehensively summarizing and reviewing the characteristics of 5G-R system architecture,network coverage,networking technology,business characteristics,equipment redundancy,network performance,etc.,we study the network planning technology with 5G-R characteristics based on the above characteristics,including frequency,coverage,capacity,parameters,indoor distribution,switching and other key technologies.On this basis,this paper puts forward 5G-R network planning suggestion,which can provide technical support for subsequent project deployment.

文摘Transmission network planning (TNP) is a large-scale, complex, with more non-linear discrete variables and the multi-objective constrained optimization problem. In the optimization process, the line investment, network reliability and the network loss are the main objective of transmission network planning. Combined with set pair analysis (SPA), particle swarm optimization (PSO), neural network (NN), a hybrid particle swarm optimization model was established with neural network and set pair analysis for transmission network planning (HPNS). Firstly, the contact degree of set pair analysis was introduced, the traditional goal set was converted into the collection of the three indicators including the identity degree, difference agree and contrary degree. On this bases, using shi(H), the three objective optimization problem was converted into single objective optimization problem. Secondly, using the fast and efficient search capabilities of PSO, the transmission network planning model based on set pair analysis was optimized. In the process of optimization, by improving the BP neural network constantly training so that the value of the fitness function of PSO becomes smaller in order to obtain the optimization program fitting the three objectives better. Finally, compared HPNS with PSO algorithm and the classic genetic algorithm, HPNS increased about 23% efficiency than THA, raised about 3.7% than PSO and improved about 2.96% than GA.
