文摘As the complexity of scientific satellite missions increases, the requirements for their magnetic fields, magnetic field fluctuations, and even magnetic field gradients and variations become increasingly stringent.Additionally, there is a growing need to address the alternating magnetic fields produced by the spacecraft itself. This paper introduces a novel modeling method for spacecraft magnetic dipoles using an integrated self-attention mechanism and a transformer combined with Kolmogorov-Arnold Networks. The self-attention mechanism captures correlations among globally sparse data, establishing dependencies b.etween sparse magnetometer readings.Concurrently, the Kolmogorov-Arnold Network, proficient in modeling implicit numerical relationships between data features, enhances the ability to learn subtle patterns.Comparative experiments validate the capability of the proposed method to precisely model magnetic dipoles, achieving maximum Root Mean Square Errors of 24.06 mA·m^(2)and 0.32 cm for size and location modeling, respectively. The spacecraft magnetic model established using this method accurately computes magnetic fields and alternating magnetic fields at designated surfaces or points. This approach facilitates the rapid and precise construction of individual and complete spacecraft magnetic models, enabling the verification of magnetic specifications from the spacecraft design phase.
文摘In Saharan climates, greenhouses face extreme diurnal temperature fluctuations that generate thermal stress, reduce crop productivity, and hinder sustainable agricultural practices.Passive thermal storage using Phase Change Materials(PCM)is a promising solution to stabilize microclimatic conditions. This study aims to evaluate experimentally and numerically the effectiveness of PCM integration for moderating greenhouse temperature fluctuations under Saharan climatic conditions. Two identical greenhouse prototypes were constructed in Ghardaia,Algeria:a reference greenhouse and a PCM-integrated greenhouse using calcium chloride hexahydrate(CaCl_(2)⋅6H_(2)O).Thermal performance was assessed during a five-day experimental period(7–11May 2025)under severe ambient conditions. To complement this,a Nonlinear Auto-Regressive with eXogenous inputs(NARX)neural network model was developed and trained using a larger dataset(7–25 May 2025)to predict greenhouse thermal dynamics. The PCM greenhouse reduced peak daytime air temperature by an average of 8.14℃and decreased the diurnal temperature amplitude by 53.6%compared to the reference greenhouse. The NARX model achieved high predictive accuracy(R^(2)=0.990,RMSE=0.425℃,MAE=0.223℃,MBE=0.008℃),capturing both sensible and latent heat transfer mechanisms, including PCM melting and solidification. The combined experimental and predictive modeling results confirm the potential of PCM integration as an effective passive thermal regulation strategy for greenhouses in arid regions. This approach enhances microclimatic stability, improves energy efficiency, and supports the sustainability of protected agriculture under extreme climatic conditions.

文摘Fractures are typically characterized by roughness that significantlyaffects the mechanical and hydraulic characteristics of reservoirs. However, hydraulic fracturing mechanisms under the influenceof fracture morphology remain largely unexplored.Leveraging the advantages of the finite-discrete element method(FDEM)for explicitly simulating fracture propagation and the strengths of the unifiedpipe model(UPM)for efficientlymodeling dual-permeability seepage,we propose a new hydromechanical(HM)coupling approach for modeling hydraulic fracturing.Validated against benchmark examples, the proposed FDEM-UPM model is further augmented by incorporating a Fourier-based methodology for reconstructing non-planar fractures, enabling quantitative analysis of hydraulic fracturing behavior within rough discrete fracture networks(DFNs).The FDEM-UPM model demonstrates computational advantages in accurately capturing transient hydraulic seepage phenomena, while the asynchronous time-stepping schemes between hydraulic and mechanical analyses substantially enhanced computational efficiencywithout compromising computational accuracy. Our results show that fracture morphology can affect both macroscopic fracture networks and microscopic interaction types between hydraulic fractures(HFs)and natural fractures(NFs).In an isotropic stress field, the initiation azimuth, propagation direction and microcracking mechanism are significantly influencedby fracture roughness. In an anisotropic stress field,HFs invariably propagate parallel to the direction of the maximum principal stress, reducing the overall complexity of the stimulated fracture networks.Additionally, stress concentration and perturbation attributed to fracture morphology tend to be compromised as the leak-off increases, while the breakdown and propagation pressures remain insensitive to fracture morphology. These findingsprovide new insights into the hydraulic fracturing mechanisms of fractured reservoirs containing complex rough DFNs.

文摘In this paper,we propose a new privacy-aware transmission scheduling algorithm for 6G ad hoc networks. This system enables end nodes to select the optimum time and scheme to transmit private data safely. In 6G dynamic heterogeneous infrastructures, unstable links and non-uniform hardware capabilities create critical issues regarding security and privacy.Traditional protocols are often too computationally heavy to allow 6G services to achieve their expected Quality-of-Service(QoS).As the transport network is built of ad hoc nodes, there is no guarantee about their trustworthiness or behavior, and transversal functionalities are delegated to the extreme nodes. However, while security can be guaranteed in extreme-to-extreme solutions, privacy cannot,as all intermediate nodes still have to handle the data packets they are transporting.Besides, traditional schemes for private anonymous ad hoc communications are vulnerable against modern intelligent attacks based on learning models. The proposed scheme fulfills this gap.Findings show the probability of a successful intelligent attack reduces by up to 65%compared to ad hoc networks with no privacy protection strategy when used the proposed technology. While congestion probability can remain below 0.001%,as required in 6G services.

文摘Graph neural networks(GNN)have shown strong performance in node classification tasks, yet most existing models rely on uniform or shared weight aggregation, lacking flexibility in modeling the varying strength of relationships among nodes. This paper proposes a novel graph coupling convolutional model that introduces an adaptive weighting mechanism to assign distinct importance to neighboring nodes based on their similarity to the central node.Unlike traditional methods, the proposed coupling strategy enhances the interpretability of node interactions while maintaining competitive classification performance. The model operates in the spatial domain, utilizing adjacency list structures for efficient convolution and addressing the limitations of weight sharing through a coupling-based similarity computation.Extensive experiments are conducted on five graph-structured datasets, including Cora,Citeseer,PubMed,Reddit, and BlogCatalog,as well as a custom topology dataset constructed from the Open University Learning Analytics Dataset(OULAD)educational platform. Results demonstrate that the proposed model achieves good classification accuracy, while significantly reducing training time through direct second-order neighbor fusion and data preprocessing. Moreover, analysis of neighborhood order reveals that considering third-order neighbors offers limited accuracy gains but introduces considerable computational overhead, confirming the efficiency of first-and second-order convolution in practical applications.Overall, the proposed graph coupling model offers a lightweight, interpretable, and effective framework for multi-label node classification in complex networks.

文摘The regulation of signal transmission speed is one of the most important capabilities of the biological nervous system. This study explores the mechanisms and methods for regulating signal transmission speed among nonmyelinated neurons within the same brain region, starting from spike-timing-dependent plasticity(STDP)of synapses.Building upon the Hodgkin-Huxley model, the dynamic behavior of synapses is incorporated, and the adaptive growth neuron(AGN)model is proposed.Artificial synaptic structures and neuronal physical nodes are also designed. The artificial synaptic structure exhibits unidirectionality, memory capacity, and STDP,enabling it to connect neuronal physical nodes through branching and merging structures.Furthermore, the artificial synapse can adjust signal transmission speed, regulate functional competition between different regions of the neuromorphic network, and promote information interaction. The findings of this study endow neuromorphic networks with the ability to regulate signal transmission speed over the long term, providing new insights into the development of neuromorphic networks.

文摘Background:Wenqing Yin(WQY)is a classic prescription used to treat skin diseases like atopic dermatitis(AD)in China, and the aim of this study is to investigate the therapeutic effects and molecular mechanisms of WQY on AD.Methods:The DNFB-induced mouse models of AD were established to investigate the therapeutic effects of WQY on AD.The symptoms of AD in the ears and backs of the mice were assessed, while inflammatory factors in the ear were quantified using quantitative real-time-polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR),and the percentages of CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)cells in the spleen were analyzed through flow cytometry. The compounds in WQY were identified using ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)analysis and the key targets and pathways of WQY to treat AD were predicted by network pharmacology.Subsequently, the key genes were tested and verified by qRT-PCR,and the potential active components and target proteins were verified by molecular docking. Results:WQY relieved the AD symptoms and histopathological injuries in the ear and back skin of mice with AD.Meanwhile,WQY significantly reduced the levels of inflammatory factors IL-6 and IL-1βin ear tissue,as well as the ratio of CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)cells in spleen.Additionally,a total of 142 compounds were identified from the water extract of WQY by UPLC-Orbitrap-MS/MS.39 key targets related to AD were screened out by network pharmacology methods. The KEGG analysis indicated that the effects of WQY were primarily mediated through pathways associated with Toll-like receptor signaling and T cell receptor signaling. Moreover, the results of qRT-PCR demonstrated that WQY significantly reduced the mRNA expressions of IL-4,IL-10,GATA3 and FOXP3,and molecular docking simulation verified that the active components of WQY had excellent binding abilities with IL-4,IL-10,GATA3 and FOXP3 proteins. Conclusion:The present study demonstrated that WQY effectively relieved AD symptoms in mice, decreased the inflammatory factors levels, regulated the balance of CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)cells,and the mechanism may be associated with the suppression of Th2 and Treg cell immune responses.

文摘In recent years, the rapid development of mega-constellations has significantly exacerbated the deterioration of the space debris environment, posing substantial and escalating threats to the safety of spacecraft. This study aims to explore the complex evolution of the space debris environment and assess the collision risks associated with spacecraft.First,a space debris environment topological network model is proposed, which incorporates interdisciplinary methods from topological networks, fluid mechanics, and spacecraft dynamics. This model enables a structured representation of the relationships among space objects and provides rapid predictions of the space debris environment. Then,a collision probability algorithm based on the topological network model is introduced. This algorithm inherits the efficiency advantages of the topological network model and has been validated for reliability through comparison with the classical ESA’s DRAMA software. Finally, based on the above models, the collision risks of constellation satellites in Low Earth Orbit(LEO)are analyzed, including both operational and deorbit processes. The study reveals that constellation satellites face a much higher risk of internal collisions with satellites from the same constellation during operations than that with other space objects.Additionally, during the satellite deorbit process, the collision risk peaks when satellites traverse the operational region of Starlink satellites.
文摘Community detection is one of the most fundamental applications in understanding the structure of complicated networks.Furthermore,it is an important approach to identifying closely linked clusters of nodes that may represent underlying patterns and relationships.Networking structures are highly sensitive in social networks, requiring advanced techniques to accurately identify the structure of these communities. Most conventional algorithms for detecting communities perform inadequately with complicated networks. In addition, they miss out on accurately identifying clusters.Since single-objective optimization cannot always generate accurate and comprehensive results,as multi-objective optimization can. Therefore,we utilized two objective functions that enable strong connections between communities and weak connections between them.In this study,we utilized the intra function, which has proven effective in state-of-the-art research studies. We proposed a new inter-function that has demonstrated its effectiveness by making the objective of detecting external connections between communities is to make them more distinct and sparse.Furthermore,we proposed a Multi-Objective community strength enhancement algorithm(MOCSE).The proposed algorithm is based on the framework of the Multi-Objective Evolutionary Algorithm with Decomposition(MOEA/D),integrated with a new heuristic mutation strategy, community strength enhancement(CSE).The results demonstrate that the model is effective in accurately identifying community structures while also being computationally efficient. The performance measures used to evaluate the MOEA/D algorithm in our work are normalized mutual information(NMI)and modularity(Q).It was tested using five state-of-the-art algorithms on social networks, comprising real datasets(Zachary,Dolphin,Football,Krebs,SFI,Jazz, and Netscience),as well as twenty synthetic datasets. These results provide the robustness and practical value of the proposed algorithm in multi-objective community identification.
文摘Deep learning has been recognized as an effective method for indoor positioning. However, most existing real-valued neural networks(RVNNs)treat the two constituent components of complex-valued channel state information(CSI)as real-valued inputs, potentially discarding useful information embedded in the original CSI.In addition, existing positioning models generally face the contradiction between computational complexity and positioning accuracy. To address these issues,we combine graph neural network(GNN)with complex-valued neural network(CVNN)to construct a lightweight indoor positioning model named CGNet.CGNet employs complexvalued convolution operation to directly process the original CSI data, fully exploiting the correlation between real and imaginary parts of CSI while extracting local features.Subsequently, the feature values are treated as nodes, and conditional position encoding(CPE)module is applied to add positional information. To reduce the number of connections in the graph structure and lower themodel complexity, feature information is mapped to an efficient graph structure through a dynamic axial graph construction(DAGC)method, with global features extracted usingmaximum relative graph convolution(MRConv).Experimental results show that,on the CTW dataset,CGNet achieves a 10%improvement in positioning accuracy compared to existing methods, while the number of model parameters is only 0.8 M.CGNet achieves excellent positioning accuracy with very few parameters.

文摘Long-term traffic flow prediction is a crucial component of intelligent transportation systems within intelligent networks, requiring predictive models that balance accuracy with low-latency and lightweight computation to optimize trafficmanagement and enhance urban mobility and sustainability. However, traditional predictivemodels struggle to capture long-term temporal dependencies and are computationally intensive, limiting their practicality in real-time.Moreover,many approaches overlook the periodic characteristics inherent in traffic data, further impacting performance. To address these challenges,we introduce ST-MambaGCN,a State-Space-Based Spatio-Temporal Graph Convolution Network.Unlike conventionalmodels,ST-MambaGCN replaces the temporal attention layer withMamba,a state-space model that efficiently captures long-term dependencies with near-linear computational complexity. The model combines Chebyshev polynomial-based graph convolutional networks(GCN)to explore spatial correlations.Additionally,we incorporate a multi-temporal feature capture mechanism, where the final integrated features are generated through the Hadamard product based on learnable parameters. This mechanism explicitly models shortterm, daily, and weekly traffic patterns to enhance the network’s awareness of traffic periodicity.Extensive experiments on the PeMS04 and PeMS08 datasets demonstrate that ST-MambaGCN significantly outperforms existing benchmarks, offering substantial improvements in both prediction accuracy and computational efficiency for long-term traffic flow prediction.
