Multi-criteria decision-making(MCDM)is essential for handling complex decision problems under uncertainty,especially in fields such as criminal justice,healthcare,and environmental management.Traditional fuzzy MCDM techniques have failed to deal with problems where uncertainty or vagueness is involved.To address this issue,we propose a novel framework that integrates group and overlap functions with Aczel-Alsina(AA)operational laws in the intuitionistic fuzzy set(IFS)environment.Overlap functions capture the degree to which two inputs share common features and are used to find how closely two values or criteria match in uncertain environments,while the Group functions are used to combine different expert opinions into a single collective result.This study introduces four new aggregation operators:Group Overlap function-based intuitionistic fuzzy Aczel-Alsina(GOF-IFAA)Weighted Averaging(GOF-IFAAWA)operator,intuitionistic fuzzy Aczel-Alsina(GOF-IFAA)Weighted Geometric(GOF-IFAAWG),intuitionistic fuzzy Aczel-Alsina(GOF-IFAA)OrderedWeighted Averaging(GOF-IFAAOWA),and intuitionistic fuzzy Aczel-Alsina(GOF-IFAA)Ordered Weighted Geometric(GOF-IFAAOWG),which are rigorously defined and mathematically analyzed and offer improved flexibility in managing overlapping,uncertain,and hesitant information.The properties of these operators are discussed in detail.Further,the effectiveness,validity,activeness,and ability to capture the uncertain information,the developed operators are applied to the AI-based Criminal Justice Policy Selection problem.At last,the comparison analysis between prior and proposed studies has been displayed,and then followed by the conclusion of the result. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Autoimmune liver diseases,including primary biliary cholangitis(PBC),autoi-mmune hepatitis(AIH),and their overlap syndrome(OS),involve immune-mediated liver injury,with OS occurring in 1.2%-25%of PBC patients.OS carries a higher risk of cirrhosis,hepatocellular carcinoma,and reduced survival.While its pathogenesis remains unclear,gut microbiota dysbiosis and serum metabolite alterations may play key roles.This study uses 16S rRNA sequencing and liquid chromatography-mass spec-trometry(LC-MS)metabolomics to compare gut microbiota and serum metabolites among PBC,AIH,and OS patients,and explores their associations with liver function.AIM To differentiate OS from PBC and AIH based on gut microbiota,serum metabolites,and liver function.METHODS Gut microbiota profiles were analyzed using 16S rRNA sequencing,while untargeted serum metabolomics was conducted via LC-MS.Comparative analyses were performed to identify differences in microbial composition and serum metabolite levels among PBC,AIH,and OS groups.Correlation analyses and network visualization tech-niques were applied to elucidate the interactions among liver function parameters,gut microbiota,and serum metabolites in OS patients.RESULTS Compared to patients with PBC or AIH,OS patients demonstrated significantly reduced microbial diversity and richness.Notable taxonomic shifts included decreased abundances of Firmicutes,Bacteroidetes,and Actinobacteria,alongside increased levels of Proteobacteria and Verrucomicrobia.Distinct serum metabolites,such as pentadecanoic acid and aminoimidazole carboxamide ribonucleotide,were identified in OS patients.Correlation analysis revealed that aspartate aminotransferase(AST)levels were negatively associated with the bacterial genus Fusicatenibacter and the metabolite L-Tyrosine.A microbial-metabolite network diagram further confirmed a strong association between Fusicatenibacter and L-Tyrosine in OS patients.CONCLUSION OS patients show decreased gut microbiota diversity and unique serum metabolites.Multi-omics linked AST,Fusicatenibacter,and L-Tyrosine,revealing OS mechanisms and diagnostic potential. 展开更多

One of these open problems is “to search the construction of <em>n</em>-dimensional overlapping functions based on bi-dimensional overlapping functions”. To answer this open problem, in this paper, we mainly introduce one construction method of <em>n</em>-dimensional overlap functions based on bivariate overlap functions. Pseudo-Semi-Overlap Functions-Based Fuzzy Rough Sets Applied to Image Edge Extraction

As an extension of overlap functions, pseudo-semi-overlap functions are a crucial class of aggregation functions. Therefore, (I, PSO)-fuzzy rough sets are introduced, utilizing pseudo-semi-overlap functions, and further extended for applications in image edge extraction. Firstly, a new clustering function, the pseudo-semi-overlap function, is introduced by eliminating the symmetry and right continuity present in the overlap function. The relaxed nature of this function enhances its applicability in image edge extraction. Secondly, the definitions of (I, PSO)-fuzzy rough sets are provided, using (I, PSO)-fuzzy rough sets, a pair of new fuzzy mathematical morphological operators (IPSOFMM operators) is proposed. Finally, by combining the fuzzy C-means algorithm and IPSOFMM operators, a novel image edge extraction algorithm (FCM-IPSO algorithm) is proposed and implemented. Compared to existing algorithms, the FCM-IPSO algorithm exhibits more image edges and a 73.81% decrease in the noise introduction rate. The outstanding performance of (I, PSO)-fuzzy rough sets in image edge extraction demonstrates their practical application value. 展开更多

There are many risk factors of FD-IBS. Mental illness of FD-IBS patients is more serious. Functional dyspepsia and irritable bowel syndrome have some similarities in the aspects of pathophysiology, pathogenesis, and treatment. We should pay attention to two aspects of the treatment of overlap syndrome, one is simplifying medications, the other is using gastrointestinal motility drug with bidirectional regulative function when necessary. Traditional Chinese medicine in this respect shows some advantages. This review addresses the epidemiology, risk factors, clinical features, pathogenesis and management of FD-IBS. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the feasibility of tiotropium bromide therapy and its effect on the lung function of patients with asthma-COPD overlap syndrome(ACOS).Method:The 58 subjects selected in this study were all ACOS patients admitted to our hospital(Hohhot First Hospital)from October 2020 to October 2022.They were grouped according to the random number table method and divided into a control group(29 cases)and an observation group(29 cases).The control group received routine treatment plus salmeterol-fluticasone powder inhalation treatment,and the observation group received tiotropium bromide treatment.The relevant indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Besides,the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1)levels,and ACT scores of the two groups increased after treatment,with the observation group having better results than the control group.The residual volume-total lung capacity ratio(RV/TLC),acute exacerbation frequency,and CAT scores all decreased,with the observation group showing smaller values than the control group.The difference between the results of both groups were significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:Tiotropium bromide has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of ACOS patients and can effectively improve the lung function of patients. 展开更多

功能性胃肠病(FGIDs)常呈现症状重叠,可同时表现出上下消化道多种不适,增加诊疗难度。中医药以整体观和辨证论治为核心,通过以证统病、异病同治整合复杂症状,在FGIDs症状重叠中展现独特优势。近年来相关研究在中医病因病机阐释、证候分... 功能性胃肠病(FGIDs)常呈现症状重叠,可同时表现出上下消化道多种不适,增加诊疗难度。中医药以整体观和辨证论治为核心,通过以证统病、异病同治整合复杂症状,在FGIDs症状重叠中展现独特优势。近年来相关研究在中医病因病机阐释、证候分布规律及临床疗效评价等方面取得进展。现有研究对FGIDs症状重叠的病因病机核心观点集中在脾胃虚弱、肝郁气滞、气机失调及形神失和等方面,围绕FGIDs症状重叠的中医药治疗研究涉及药物主要集中于中药复方、中西药联合应用及中医外治法等,但研究数量较少,存在样本量小、循证证据不足及疗效评价不规范等问题。提出FGIDs症状重叠中医诊疗策略为异病同治的整体观诊疗、辨证论治的个体化诊疗及生物-社会-心理的诊疗模式。未来应加强共性病理机制解析,推进中药复方疗效与作用机制研究,建立规范化、多维度的疗效评价体系,并借助组学与人工智能揭示中医药整体调节的科学依据。 展开更多

基于传递函数法的地铁交叠隧道列车环境振动响应分析

为研究交叠隧道情况下上层隧道对下层隧道列车振动传播的影响问题;利用列车-轨道耦合解析模型获得作用于隧道基底的轨下支点反力,采用有限元模型获得隧道基底至地表预测点的传递函数,通过传递函数法计算得到多种工况下地铁列车运行引起... 为研究交叠隧道情况下上层隧道对下层隧道列车振动传播的影响问题;利用列车-轨道耦合解析模型获得作用于隧道基底的轨下支点反力,采用有限元模型获得隧道基底至地表预测点的传递函数,通过传递函数法计算得到多种工况下地铁列车运行引起的地表振动响应,分析多种交叠隧道的布置方式对传递函数及地表振动响应的影响规律。研究结果表明:交叠隧道的相互位置关系对隧道-土层传递函数以及地表振动响应均具有较大的影响;在频域内,上层隧道对10 Hz以下低频段的列车振动基本上没有衰减效果,有时甚至有放大作用,而对于10~100 Hz频段,上层隧道对下层隧道的列车振动有较好的减振作用;在紧邻上层隧道的地表可以形成局部振动衰减区,随着上下层隧道水平距离的增大,振动衰减区范围变大且最大Z振级的减振量也随之增大。在进行地铁环境振动预测分析时,若项目场地存在平行隧道结构,应结合实际工况考虑其可能对振动传播产生的抑制作用。 展开更多

为明确不同放牧强度对荒漠草原植物群落结构、物种多样性及种群生态位特征的调控效应,揭示群落物种替代规律与优势种生态位响应机制,提供科学放牧管理理论依据,本研究设置4个不同的放牧处理,分析群落物种组成、多样性、生态位特征的变... 为明确不同放牧强度对荒漠草原植物群落结构、物种多样性及种群生态位特征的调控效应,揭示群落物种替代规律与优势种生态位响应机制,提供科学放牧管理理论依据,本研究设置4个不同的放牧处理,分析群落物种组成、多样性、生态位特征的变化。结果显示,随放牧强度的增加,群落物种由多年生杂类草、灌木/半灌木向多年生禾草转变;放牧显著降低群落总地上生物量及各类功能群生物量,同时显著降低Shannon-Wiener指数、Simpson指数及物种丰富度指数;短花针茅(Stipa breviflora)、无芒隐子草(Cleistogenes songorica)、银灰旋花(Convolvulus ammannii)在各放牧处理下均保持较大生态位宽度,且生态位宽度较高的物种间重叠度普遍较高,其中短花针茅与无芒隐子草的生态位重叠度在HG下达到最高。放牧通过改变物种间资源竞争关系,显著影响荒漠草原群落结构,因此在荒漠草原管理中应控制放牧强度,以维持生态系统稳定。 展开更多

哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征患者病情严重程度的影响因素

目的 探讨哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征(ACOS)患者病情严重程度的影响因素。方法 选择2020年5月至2022年5月长安医院收治的157例ACOS患者为研究对象,根据病情严重程度将患者分为轻度组(n=64)和重度组(n=93)。比较2组患者的临床资料... 目的 探讨哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征(ACOS)患者病情严重程度的影响因素。方法 选择2020年5月至2022年5月长安医院收治的157例ACOS患者为研究对象,根据病情严重程度将患者分为轻度组(n=64)和重度组(n=93)。比较2组患者的临床资料、免疫抑制指标[嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)水平、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+) T淋巴细胞)比例]及肺功能指标,采用二元logistic回归分析ACOS患者病情严重程度的影响因素。结果 重度组患者男性、有吸烟史、有过敏史占比及体质量指数、白细胞计数、EOS水平、CD8^(+)T淋巴细胞比例显著高于轻度组,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞比例、用力肺活量占预计值百分比(FVC%Pred)、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%Pred)显著低于轻度组(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,EOS水平、CD8^(+)T淋巴细胞比例升高是ACOS患者病情加重的独立危险因素,CD3^(+)T淋巴细胞比例、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞比例升高为保护因素(P<0.05)。结论 EOS水平、CD8^(+)T淋巴细胞升高是ACOS患者病情加重的危险因素,临床应对此类患者加强监控管理,从而改善ACOS患者病情及预后。 展开更多

目的:探讨舒利迭、倍择瑞吸入治疗哮喘慢阻肺重叠综合征(ACOS)患者的疗效。方法:选取103例ACOS患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分为舒利迭组(n=52)和倍择瑞组(n=51)。舒利迭组患者给予舒利迭治疗;倍择瑞组患者给予倍择瑞治疗,疗程均为9... 目的:探讨舒利迭、倍择瑞吸入治疗哮喘慢阻肺重叠综合征(ACOS)患者的疗效。方法:选取103例ACOS患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分为舒利迭组(n=52)和倍择瑞组(n=51)。舒利迭组患者给予舒利迭治疗;倍择瑞组患者给予倍择瑞治疗,疗程均为90 d。比较两组患者临床疗效、病情控制情况[慢阻肺评分(CAT评分)、哮喘控制评分(ACT评分)]、肺功能改善情况[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、吸气分数(IC/TLC)]、T淋巴细胞免疫变化[辅助性T细胞17(Th17)、调节性T细胞(Treg)水平]、血清指标水平[白细胞介素17(IL-17)及嗜酸性粒细胞计数(EOS)]、不良反应发生情况及疾病进展情况。结果:倍择瑞组患者临床疗效优于舒利迭组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者CAT评分及FeNO、Th17、EOS、IL-17水平均降低(P<0.05),且倍择瑞组低于舒利迭组(P<0.05);ACT评分及FEV1、FVC、IC/TLC、Treg水平均升高,且倍择瑞组高于舒利迭组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);倍择瑞组患者急性加重率、急诊就诊率低于舒利迭组(P<0.05)。结论:倍择瑞可改善ACOS患者肺功能及免疫功能,且安全性好,值得推广应用。 展开更多

Functional redundancy in soil microbial communities seems to contradict the notion that individual species have distinct metabolic niches in multi-species communities.All soil microbiota have the metabolic capacity for"basic"functions(e.g.,respiration and nitrogen and phosphorus cycling),but only a few soil microbiota participate in"rare"functions(e.g.,methanogenesis and mineralization of recalcitrant organic pollutants).The objective of this perspective paper is to use the phylogenetic niche conservatism theory as an explanation for the functional redundancy of soil microbiota.Phylogenetic niche conservatism is defined as the tendency for lineages to retain ancestral functional characteristics through evolutionary time-scales.The present-day soil microbiota is the result of a community assembly process that started when prokaryotes first appeared on Earth.For billions of years,microbiota have retained a highly conserved set of core genes that control the essential redox and biogeochemical reactions for life on Earth.These genes are passed from microbe to microbe,which contributes to functional redundancy in soil microbiota at the planetary scale.The assembly of microbial communities during soil formation is consistent with phylogenetic niche conservatism.Within a specific soil,the heterogeneous matrix provides an infinite number of sets of diverse environmental conditions,i.e.,niches that lead to the divergence of microbial species.The phylogenetic niche conservatism theory predicts that two or more microbial species diverging from the same clade will have an overlap in their niches,implying that they are functionally redundant in some of their metabolic processes.The endogenous genetic factors that constrain the adaptation of individuals and,thus,populations to changing environmental conditions constitute the core process of phylogenetic niche conservatism.Furthermore,the degree of functional redundancy in a particular soil is proportional to the complexity of the considered function.We conclude with a conceptual model that identifies six patterns of functional redundancy in soil microbial communities,consistent with the phylogenetic niche conservatism theory. 展开更多

The influences of trait diversity(i.e.,the niche complementarity effect)and functional composition(i.e.,the mass ratio effect)on aboveground biomass(AGB)is a highly debated topic in forest ecology.Therefore,further studies are needed to explore these mechanisms in unstudied forest ecosystems to enhance our understanding,and to provide guidelines for specific forest management.Here,we hypothesized that functional composition would drive AGB better than trait diversity and stem size inequality in the(sub-)tropical forests of Nepal.Using data from 101 forest plots,we tested 25 structural equation models(SEMs)to link elevation,stem DBH inequality,trait diversity(i.e.,trait richness,evenness,dispersion and divergence),functional composition[i.e.,community-weighted of maximum height mean(CWM of Hmax),specific leaf area(CWM of SLA),leaf dry matter content(CWM of LDMC),and wood density(CWM of WD)]and AGB.The best-fitted SEMs indicated that CWM of Hmax promoted AGB while overruling the impacts of trait diversity indices on AGB.However,low trait diversity indices were linked with higher AGB while overruling the effects of CWM of SLA,LDMC and WD on AGB.In addition,AGB decreased with increasing elevation,whereas stem size inequality did not influence AGB.Our results suggest that divergent species’functional strategies could shape AGB along an altitudinal gradient in tropical forests.We argue that forest management practices should include plant functional traits in the management plan for the co-benefits of biodiversity conservation and carbon sequestration that underpins human wellbeing. 展开更多

The problems of stability and stabilization for the discrete Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy time-delay system are investigated.By constructing a discrete piecewise Lyapunov-Krasovskii function(PLKF) in each maximal overlapped-rules group(MORG),a new sufficient stability condition for the open-loop discrete T-S fuzzy time-delay system is proposed and proved.Then the systematic design of the fuzzy controller is investigated via the parallel distributed compensation control scheme,and a new stabilization condition for the closed-loop discrete T-S fuzzy time-delay system is proposed.The above two sufficient conditions only require finding common matrices in each MORG.Compared with the common Lyapunov-Krasovskii function(CLKF) approach and the fuzzy Lyapunov-Krasovskii function(FLKF) approach,these proposed sufficient conditions can not only overcome the defect of finding common matrices in the whole feasible region but also largely reduce the number of linear matrix inequalities to be solved.Finally,simulation examples show that the proposed PLKF approach is effective. 展开更多
