基于Multiflash预测天然气水合物形成条件

天然气水合物形成后会造成堵塞等危害,严重影响安全生产,因此准确预测天然气水合物形成条件至关重要。目前,常见预测方法中,公式法计算较为繁琐;图像法针对性不强,误差较大;而软件模拟法操作较为简便且准确度高。通过使用多相流稳态模... 天然气水合物形成后会造成堵塞等危害,严重影响安全生产,因此准确预测天然气水合物形成条件至关重要。目前,常见预测方法中,公式法计算较为繁琐;图像法针对性不强,误差较大;而软件模拟法操作较为简便且准确度高。通过使用多相流稳态模拟软件PIPESIM中集成的Multiflash软件,通过已知压力计算温度和已知温度计算压力两种方式对天然气进行了水合物模拟计算。结果表明,定压计算温度时误差较小,定温计算压力时相对公式法误差较小,能基本满足工程实践的需要。 展开更多
