The demand for flexible electric heating devices has increased due to technology advancement and improved living standards.These devices have various applications including personal thermal management,hyperthermia,defrosting,agricultural heating film,and oil-water separation.Joule heat,generated by electric currents,is commonly used in electrical appliances.To incorporate Joule heating into flexible electronics,new materials with excellent mechanical properties are necessary.Traditional polymers,used as reinforcements,limit the continuity of conductive networks in composites.Therefore,there is a need to develop flexible Joule thermal composite materials with enhanced mechanical strength and conductivity.Cellulose,a widely available renewable resource,is attracting attention for its excellent mechanical properties.It can be used as a dispersant and reinforcing agent for conductive fillers in cellulose-based composites,creating highly conductive networks.Various forms of cellulose,such as wood,nanocellulose,pulp fiber,bacterial cellulose,cellulose paper,textile clothing,and aramid fiber,have been utilized to achieve high-performance Joule thermal composites.Researchers have achieved excellent mechanical properties and developed efficient electric heating devices by designing cellulose-based composites with different structures.The scalable production methods enable large-scale application of cellulose-based devices,each with unique advantages in 1D,2D,and 3D structures.This review summarizes recent advancements in cellulose-based Joule thermal composites,providing insights into different structural devices,and discussing prospects and challenges in the field. 展开更多

Unpacking Societal Stigma toward Schizophrenia:Development of a Multidimensional Scale with Sociodemographic Insights

Objectives:Schizophrenia is a profoundly stigmatized mental health condition,characterized by misconceptions that affect societal attitudes,policy development,and the lived experiences of individuals with the condition.This study aimed to develop and validate a multidimensional scale for assessing societal stigma towards schizophrenia,while exploring how demographic factors influence such attitudes.Methods:Drawing on an extensive literature review and consultations,the study identified five domains of stigma:Workplace Capability,Intimate Relationships,Autonomy,Risk Perception,and Recovery.Using a two-phase methodology,a preliminary 38-itemscale was administered to 729 participants from the general Spanish population,refining the measure through descriptive and exploratory factor analysis.Subsequently,a revised 34-item scale was validated through confirmatory factor analysis with an independent sample of 417 participants.Results:The final model showed good fit(RMSEA=0.056,CFI=0.938,TLI=0.933)and strong internal consistency(α=0.73–0.86).Findings revealed that stigma was most pronounced in the domain of Autonomy(Mean=2.83,SD=0.91),reflecting pervasive doubts about individuals’ability to live independently and achieve meaningful integration into society.Stigma varied significantly across demographic variables,with higher levels reported among men,older individuals,married participants,and those outside health professions(p<0.01).Conversely,healthcare professionals,younger individuals,and those familiar with someone with schizophrenia generally reported less stigma(p<0.01).Conclusion:This study developed and validated a robust multidimensional scale for assessing societal stigma toward schizophrenia.The five-factor model—Workplace Capability,Intimate Relationships,Autonomy,Risk Perception,and Recovery—was empirically supported.Autonomy and Recovery emerged as themost stigmatized domains across the Spanish general population.The scale demonstrated strong psychometric properties and effectively captured stigma patterns linked to key sociodemographic variables. 展开更多

Weakly-coupled mode division multiplexing(MDM)technique is considered a promising candidate to enhance the capacity of an optical transmission system,in which mode multiplexers/demultiplexers(MMUX/MDEMUX)with low insertion loss and modal crosstalk are the key components.In this paper,a low-modal-crosstalk 4-mode MMUX/MDEMUX for the weakly-coupled triple-ring-core few-mode fiber(TRC-FMF)is designed and fabricated with side-polishing processing.The measurement results show that a pair of MMUX/MDEMUX and 25 km weakly-coupled TRC-FMF MDM link achieve low modal crosstalk of lower than−17.5 dB and insertion loss of lower than 11.56 dB for all the four modes.Based on the TRC-FMF and all-fiber MMUX/MDEMUX,an experiment for 25 km real-time 4-mode 3-λwavelength division multiplexing(WDM)-MDM transmission is conducted using commercial 400G optical transport network(OTN)transceivers.The experimental results prove weakly-coupled MDM techniques facilitate a smooth upgrade of the optical transmission system. 展开更多

Existing specific emitter identification(SEI)methods based on hand-crafted features have drawbacks of losing feature information and involving multiple processing stages,which reduce the identification accuracy of emitters and complicate the procedures of identification.In this paper,we propose a deep SEI approach via multidimensional feature extraction for radio frequency fingerprints(RFFs),namely,RFFsNet-SEI.Particularly,we extract multidimensional physical RFFs from the received signal by virtue of variational mode decomposition(VMD)and Hilbert transform(HT).The physical RFFs and I-Q data are formed into the balanced-RFFs,which are then used to train RFFsNet-SEI.As introducing model-aided RFFs into neural network,the hybrid-driven scheme including physical features and I-Q data is constructed.It improves physical interpretability of RFFsNet-SEI.Meanwhile,since RFFsNet-SEI identifies individual of emitters from received raw data in end-to-end,it accelerates SEI implementation and simplifies procedures of identification.Moreover,as the temporal features and spectral features of the received signal are both extracted by RFFsNet-SEI,identification accuracy is improved.Finally,we compare RFFsNet-SEI with the counterparts in terms of identification accuracy,computational complexity,and prediction speed.Experimental results illustrate that the proposed method outperforms the counterparts on the basis of simulation dataset and real dataset collected in the anechoic chamber. 展开更多

Mode-division multiplexers(MDMUXs)play a pivotal role in enabling the manipulation of an arbitrary optical state within few-mode fibers,offering extensive utility in the fields of mode-division multiplexing and structured optical field engineering.The exploration of MDMUXs employing cascaded resonant couplers has garnered significant attention owing to their scalability,exceptional integration capabilities,and the anticipated low insertion loss.In this work,we present the successful realization of high-quality orbital angular momentum MDMUX corresponding to topological charges 0,±1,and±2,achieved through the utilization of cascaded fused-biconical tapered couplers.Notably,the measured insertion losses at 1550 nm exhibit remarkable minimal values:0.31,0.10,and 0.64 dB,respectively.Furthermore,the 80%efficiency bandwidths exceed 106,174,and 174 nm for these respective modes.The MDMUX is composed of precisionmanufactured high-quality mode selective couplers(MSCs).Utilizing a proposed supermode propagation method based on mode composition analysis,we precisely describe the operational characteristics of MSCs.Building upon this comprehensive understanding,we embark on a pioneering analysis elucidating the influence of MSC cascading order on the performance of MDMUXs.Our theoretical investigation substantiates that when constructing MDMUXs,MSCs should adhere to a specific cascading sequence. 展开更多

As a key node of modern transportation network,the informationization management of road tunnels is crucial to ensure the operation safety and traffic efficiency.However,the existing tunnel vehicle modeling methods generally have problems such as insufficient 3D scene description capability and low dynamic update efficiency,which are difficult to meet the demand of real-time accurate management.For this reason,this paper proposes a vehicle twin modeling method for road tunnels.This approach starts from the actual management needs,and supports multi-level dynamic modeling from vehicle type,size to color by constructing a vehicle model library that can be flexibly invoked;at the same time,semantic constraint rules with geometric layout,behavioral attributes,and spatial relationships are designed to ensure that the virtual model matches with the real model with a high degree of similarity;ultimately,the prototype system is constructed and the case region is selected for the case study,and the dynamic vehicle status in the tunnel is realized by integrating real-time monitoring data with semantic constraints for precise virtual-real mapping.Finally,the prototype system is constructed and case experiments are conducted in selected case areas,which are combined with real-time monitoring data to realize dynamic updating and three-dimensional visualization of vehicle states in tunnels.The experiments show that the proposed method can run smoothly with an average rendering efficiency of 17.70 ms while guaranteeing the modeling accuracy(composite similarity of 0.867),which significantly improves the real-time and intuitive tunnel management.The research results provide reliable technical support for intelligent operation and emergency response of road tunnels,and offer new ideas for digital twin modeling of complex scenes. 展开更多

针对传统电力负荷预测模型在处理大规模、高维负荷数据时面临的非线性、非平稳及时空耦合特性捕捉不足的问题,这里提出SWT-MSGAT-MDEIF模型。该模型融合同步压缩小波变换(Synchronous Wavelet Transform,SWT)降噪算法、多尺度感知图注... 针对传统电力负荷预测模型在处理大规模、高维负荷数据时面临的非线性、非平稳及时空耦合特性捕捉不足的问题,这里提出SWT-MSGAT-MDEIF模型。该模型融合同步压缩小波变换(Synchronous Wavelet Transform,SWT)降噪算法、多尺度感知图注意力网络(Multi-Scale Perceptive Graph Attention Network,MSGAT)及多维增强型Informer网络(Multi-Dimensional Enhanced Informer,MDEIF)。首先,通过SWT算法对原始负荷数据进行降噪处理,提升数据质量;其次,MSGAT通过融合多头自注意力机制和关系注意力模块,有效捕捉负荷数据中的空间耦合信息;最后,MDEIF通过优化时间序列建模,引入相对位置编码、多尺度扩展因果卷积和直通机制,显著增强模型对长序列依赖和低细粒度特征的处理能力。实验结果显示,在SC数据集上,模型RMSE为760.2MW,MAE为449.7MW,MAPE低至0.014%,R2高达0.9885;在GEF数据集上,RMSE为412.8MW,MAE为367.7MW,MAPE为0.012%,R2为0.9931。相较于传统及现有模型,SWT-MSGAT-MDEIF在预测精度和稳定性上均表现出色,验证了其在短期负荷预测中的优越性。 展开更多

Wigner-Ville distribution(WVD)is widely used in the field of signal processing due to its excellent time-frequency(TF)concentration.However,WVD is severely limited by the cross-term when working with multicomponent signals.In this paper,we analyze the property differences between auto-term and cross-term in the one-dimensional sequence and the two-dimensional plane and approximate entropy and Rényi entropy are employed to describe them,respectively.Based on this information,we propose a new method to achieve adaptive cross-term removal by combining seeded region growing.Compared to other methods,the new method can achieve cross-term removal without decreasing the TF concentration of the auto-term.Simulation and experimental data processing results show that the method is adaptive and is not constrained by the type or distribution of signals.And it performs well in low signal-to-noise ratio environments. 展开更多

为建立能同时检测鸭瘟病毒(DEV)、鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)和鸭腺病毒3型(DAdV-3)的多重PCR检测方法,本研究通过比较DEV gE基因、DHBV P基因、DAdV-322K基因,选择各基因保守区域,设计并合成3对特异性引物。分别构建3种病毒的重组质粒并鉴... 为建立能同时检测鸭瘟病毒(DEV)、鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)和鸭腺病毒3型(DAdV-3)的多重PCR检测方法,本研究通过比较DEV gE基因、DHBV P基因、DAdV-322K基因,选择各基因保守区域,设计并合成3对特异性引物。分别构建3种病毒的重组质粒并鉴定正确后作为质粒标准品,混合后作为模板,分别以温度梯度PCR法确定最适退火温度(Tm),采用单一控制变量法优化各引物浓度,结果显示该方法的最佳退火温度为57℃,DHBV、DEV、DAdV-3引物最佳浓度分别为1.5μmol/L、0.5μmol/L、0.5μmol/L,初步建立检测这3种病毒的多重PCR方法。以禽流感病毒(AIV)、新城疫病毒(NDV)、鸭肝炎病毒(DHV)、鸭源巴氏杆菌(PM)、鸭疫里默氏杆菌(RA)、鹅细小病毒(GPV)等病原的DNA/cDNA为模板,采用本研究建立的多重PCR方法检测,评估该方法的特异性。结果显示,该方法仅对DHBV、DEV、DAdV-3有目的条带,其他病原均无扩增条带。对同一浓度1:1:1等体积混合的3种重组质粒标准品混合物10倍倍比稀释(10^(1)~10^(8))后作为模板,采用建立的多重PCR方法检测,评估该方法的敏感性,结果显示,该方法对重组质粒标准品pMD-DEV、pMD-DAdV-3和pMD-DHBV的检测限分别是10^(2)拷贝/μL、10^(2)拷贝/μL和10^(3)拷贝/μL。采用本研究建立的多重PCR检测方法,对同一浓度1:1:1等体积混合的重组质粒标准品混合物分别进行批内及批间重复性试验,结果显示,批内和批间重复性试验的检测结果均一致。对115份来自黑龙江省部分地区以及山东省招远市鸭场腹泻雏鸭粪便样品处理后,采用本研究建立的多重PCR方法与已报道的单一及多重PCR方法检测,结果显示DEV、DAdV-3和DHBV的阳性率分别为3.5%(4/115)、10.4%(12/115)和5.2%(6/115),DEV、DAdV-3和DHBV的混合感染率为0.8%(1/115),与已报道检测方法的检测结果一致。上述结果表明本研究建立的方法特异性强,敏感性高,重复性好,可用于临床样品的检测。本研究首次建立了能够同时快速检测DEV、DHBV和DAdV-3的多重PCR方法,为临床检测上述3种病毒提供了技术支撑。 展开更多

A high-performance silicon arrayed-waveguide grating(AWG)with 0.4-nm channel spacing for dense wavelength-division multiplexing systems is designed and realized successfully.The device design involves broadening the arrayed waveguides far beyond the single-mode regime,which minimizes random phase errors and propagation loss without requiring any additional fabrication steps.To further enhance performance,Euler bends have been incorporated into the arrayed waveguides to reduce the device’s physical footprint and suppress the excitation of higher modes.In addition,shallowly etched transition regions are introduced at the junctions between the free-propagation regions and the arrayed waveguides to minimize mode mismatch losses.As an example,a 32×32 AWG(de)multiplexer with a compact size of 900μm×2200μm is designed and demonstrated with a narrow channel spacing of 0.4 nm by utilizing 220-nm-thick silicon photonic waveguides.The measured excess loss for the central channel is∼0.65 dB,the channel nonuniformity is around 2.5 dB,while the adjacent-channel crosstalk of the central output port is−21.4 dB.To the best of our knowledge,this AWG(de)multiplexer is the best one among silicon-based implementations currently available,offering both dense channel spacing and a large number of channels. 展开更多

插入/缺失(InDel)标记具有遗传稳定性高、分布广、多态性强、通用性强等优点,广泛应用于遗传分析、物种进化研究和基因定位等领域。为挖掘InDel位点和开发分子标记,加快杂交玉米品种鉴定进程,本研究基于12个玉米品种的二代测序结果,分... 插入/缺失(InDel)标记具有遗传稳定性高、分布广、多态性强、通用性强等优点,广泛应用于遗传分析、物种进化研究和基因定位等领域。为挖掘InDel位点和开发分子标记,加快杂交玉米品种鉴定进程,本研究基于12个玉米品种的二代测序结果,分析其单核苷酸多态性(SNP)和InDel,开发InDel分子标记,并用于杭糯玉21杂交玉米品种鉴定。结果表明,在12份玉米样品的共同测序标签上筛选出19539984个SNP位点和2124876个InDel位点。经过筛选,共得到36个覆盖玉米10条染色体的高质量InDel分子标记,并建立了6个InDel引物的多重组合。上述标记在12份玉米材料中的扩增结果显示,不同标记的主要等位基因频率(MAF)变化范围为0.417~0.875,平均值为0.708;多态性信息含量(PIC)变化范围为0.195~0.583,平均值为0.327。基于二代测序和开发的InDel标记位点的聚类分析可以将杭糯玉21与其他品种分开。本研究将基于二代测序技术开发的InDel标记与多重PCR技术结合并应用到玉米品种鉴定中,不仅提高了玉米品种检测的效率,也为今后杭糯玉21种质资源的合理利用和玉米遗传改良提供了科学依据。 展开更多

针对频发的网络安全事件,异常访问检测被广泛应用于恶意行为的识别.然而,异常访问通常仅在部分属性字段上体现出显著的异常特性,检测结果易被异常特性不显著的字段所干扰.针对这一问题,提出MNDetector,将多层网络结构引入异常访问检测领... 针对频发的网络安全事件,异常访问检测被广泛应用于恶意行为的识别.然而,异常访问通常仅在部分属性字段上体现出显著的异常特性,检测结果易被异常特性不显著的字段所干扰.针对这一问题,提出MNDetector,将多层网络结构引入异常访问检测领域,基于关联紧密的属性字段构建单层网络,并添加层间关联以形成多层网络.随后利用适应多层网络的跨层游走获得同层及跨层节点序列以计算节点表示.最终利用分层生成对抗网络(GAN)融合各层重构损失与判别结果,实现异常检测.实验结果表明,MNDetector在多个公开数据集上的检测效果超过了最优方法,相较于常用方法实现了约8%的F1分数提升.进一步的案例研究通过分析异常特性在属性字段上的分布解释了不同场景的检测效果差异,并从网络结构的角度解释了各层检测结果差异,验证了MNDetector能够解决异常特性不显著的属性字段造成的属性干扰问题. 展开更多

The polarization properties of light are widely applied in imaging,communications,materials analy⁃sis,and life sciences.Various methods have been developed that can measure the polarization information of a target.However,conventional polarization detection systems are often bulky and complex,limiting their poten⁃tial for broader applications.To address the challenges of miniaturization,integrated polarization detectors have been extensively explored in recent years,achieving significant advancements in performance and functionality.In this review,we focus mainly on integrated polarization detectors with innovative features,including infinitely high polarization discrimination,ultrahigh sensitivity to polarization state change,full Stokes parameters measure⁃ment,and simultaneous perception of polarization and other key properties of light.Lastly,we discuss the oppor⁃tunities and challenges for the future development of integrated polarization photodetectors. 展开更多

Introduction: Arbovirus diseases such as dengue and chikungunya threaten public health worldwide. Early and rapid diagnosis and surveillance of dengue virus (DENV) and chikungunya virus (CHIKV) infections are essential to the control of these diseases. In this study, we evaluate the diagnostic performance of our new in-house multiplex RT-qPCR method for detecting DENV serotypes and CHIKV in an external laboratory. Methodology: The evaluation study was conducted on 200 clinical samples of suspected patients for arbovirus disease infection, collected in Centre de Recherche Biomoléculaire Pietro Annigoni (CERBA), Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Our new multiplex RT-qPCR was compared to the commercial kit, the Zika, Dengue, and Chikungunya (ZDC) Real-Time PCR Assays kit (Bio-Rad, California, USA). Results and Conclusions: Among 200 samples, 21.5% (43/200) were DENV-positive by multiplex RT-qPCR, and 21.5% (43/200) were also DENV-positive by reference real-time RT-PCR. 157 (78.5%) samples tested negative for DENV by both tests (new mRT-qPCR and reference test). The sensitivity and specificity of mRT-qPCR were 100%. The DENV serotypes detected were DENV-1 60.5% (26/43) and DENV-3 39.5% (17/43). CHIKV was not detected in this study. Our new mRT-qPCR is sensitive, cost-effective, simple, and can be used in developing country laboratories. 展开更多

Global framework for nature management requires identifying areas of high priority for biodiversity conservation and restoration.The unique environments of Qinghai-Xizang Plateau(QXP) provide irreplaceable habitats for biodiversity which is prominent under future climate change.Despite the recent increase in research interest on conservation priorities,there is a lack of comprehensive and targeted protection strategies for pandemic species under climate change.Here,we compiled an exhaustive dataset with the variables of extinction risk and occurrence records of ectothermic lizards to investigate the conservation priorities in the QXP.We assessed the conservation status of the QXP lizards and identified the priority protected areas within the QXP under future climate scenarios using phylogenetic generalized least squares and ensemble species distribution models.Our analyses suggested nine lizard species to be prioritized for protection,with the most critical priority species being Dopasia gracilis,D.harti,and Phrynocephalus putjatai.Moreover,the priority protected areas covered~4.7%area of the QXP,mostly in the southern QXP and southeastern Hengduan Mountains.Protecting these regions would achieve a conservation effectiveness of≥95%for species richness,phylogenetic and functionaldiversity under climate change.Our findings provide realistic guidance for improving the conservation effectiveness of specific-lizard and-regions in the QXP under climate change.Our“bottom-up”approach could help the conservation efforts of other regions and species as an alternative to“top-down”global maps. 展开更多

A 16-channel arrayed waveguide grating(AWG)with an 800 GHz channel spacing in the O-band has been developed and fabricated based on silica planar lightwave circuit(PLC)technology.By extending the wave⁃length allocation from 8 channels to 16 channels as specified in IEEE 802.3bs,we increased the number of chan⁃nels and boosted transmission capacity to meet the 1.6 Tbps and higher-speed signal transmission requirements for future data centers.Through optimizing the AWG structure,it has achieved insertion loss(IL)better than-1.61 dB,loss uniformity below 0.35 dB,polarization-dependent loss(PDL)below 0.35 dB,adjacent channel cross⁃talk under-20.05 dB,ripple less than 0.75 dB,center wavelength offset under 0.22 nm and 1 dB bandwidth ex⁃ceeding 2.88 nm.The AWG has been successfully measured to transmit 53 Gbaud 4-level pulse amplitude modu⁃lation(PAM4)signal per channel and the total transmission speed can reach over 1.6 Tbps. 展开更多
