Taking the Ming Tombs Forest Farm in Beijing as the research object,this research applied multi-source data fusion and GIS heat-map overlay analysis techniques,systematically collected bird observation point data from...Taking the Ming Tombs Forest Farm in Beijing as the research object,this research applied multi-source data fusion and GIS heat-map overlay analysis techniques,systematically collected bird observation point data from the Global Biodiversity Information Facility(GBIF),population distribution data from the Oak Ridge National Laboratory(ORNL)in the United States,as well as information on the composition of tree species in suitable forest areas for birds and the forest geographical information of the Ming Tombs Forest Farm,which is based on literature research and field investigations.By using GIS technology,spatial processing was carried out on bird observation points and population distribution data to identify suitable bird-watching areas in different seasons.Then,according to the suitability value range,these areas were classified into different grades(from unsuitable to highly suitable).The research findings indicated that there was significant spatial heterogeneity in the bird-watching suitability of the Ming Tombs Forest Farm.The north side of the reservoir was generally a core area with high suitability in all seasons.The deep-aged broad-leaved mixed forests supported the overlapping co-existence of the ecological niches of various bird species,such as the Zosterops simplex and Urocissa erythrorhyncha.In contrast,the shallow forest-edge coniferous pure forests and mixed forests were more suitable for specialized species like Carduelis sinica.The southern urban area and the core area of the mausoleums had relatively low suitability due to ecological fragmentation or human interference.Based on these results,this paper proposed a three-level protection framework of“core area conservation—buffer zone management—isolation zone construction”and a spatio-temporal coordinated human-bird co-existence strategy.It was also suggested that the human-bird co-existence space could be optimized through measures such as constructing sound and light buffer interfaces,restoring ecological corridors,and integrating cultural heritage elements.This research provided an operational technical approach and decision-making support for the scientific planning of bird-watching sites and the coordination of ecological protection and tourism development.展开更多
Wireless sensor network deployment optimization is a classic NP-hard problem and a popular topic in academic research.However,the current research on wireless sensor network deployment problems uses overly simplistic ...Wireless sensor network deployment optimization is a classic NP-hard problem and a popular topic in academic research.However,the current research on wireless sensor network deployment problems uses overly simplistic models,and there is a significant gap between the research results and actual wireless sensor networks.Some scholars have now modeled data fusion networks to make them more suitable for practical applications.This paper will explore the deployment problem of a stochastic data fusion wireless sensor network(SDFWSN),a model that reflects the randomness of environmental monitoring and uses data fusion techniques widely used in actual sensor networks for information collection.The deployment problem of SDFWSN is modeled as a multi-objective optimization problem.The network life cycle,spatiotemporal coverage,detection rate,and false alarm rate of SDFWSN are used as optimization objectives to optimize the deployment of network nodes.This paper proposes an enhanced multi-objective mongoose optimization algorithm(EMODMOA)to solve the deployment problem of SDFWSN.First,to overcome the shortcomings of the DMOA algorithm,such as its low convergence and tendency to get stuck in a local optimum,an encircling and hunting strategy is introduced into the original algorithm to propose the EDMOA algorithm.The EDMOA algorithm is designed as the EMODMOA algorithm by selecting reference points using the K-Nearest Neighbor(KNN)algorithm.To verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm,the EMODMOA algorithm was tested at CEC 2020 and achieved good results.In the SDFWSN deployment problem,the algorithm was compared with the Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II(NSGAII),Multiple Objective Particle Swarm Optimization(MOPSO),Multi-Objective Evolutionary Algorithm based on Decomposition(MOEA/D),and Multi-Objective Grey Wolf Optimizer(MOGWO).By comparing and analyzing the performance evaluation metrics and optimization results of the objective functions of the multi-objective algorithms,the algorithm outperforms the other algorithms in the SDFWSN deployment results.To better demonstrate the superiority of the algorithm,simulations of diverse test cases were also performed,and good results were obtained.展开更多

Near real-time maize phenology monitoring is crucial for field management,cropping system adjustments,and yield estimation.Most phenological monitoring methods are post-seasonal and heavily rely on high-frequency time...Near real-time maize phenology monitoring is crucial for field management,cropping system adjustments,and yield estimation.Most phenological monitoring methods are post-seasonal and heavily rely on high-frequency time-series data.These methods are not applicable on the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)platform due to the high cost of acquiring time-series UAV images and the shortage of UAV-based phenological monitoring methods.To address these challenges,we employed the Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique(SMOTE)for sample augmentation,aiming to resolve the small sample modelling problem.Moreover,we utilized enhanced"separation"and"compactness"feature selection methods to identify input features from multiple data sources.In this process,we incorporated dynamic multi-source data fusion strategies,involving Vegetation index(VI),Color index(CI),and Texture features(TF).A two-stage neural network that combines Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)and Long Short-Term Memory Network(LSTM)is proposed to identify maize phenological stages(including sowing,seedling,jointing,trumpet,tasseling,maturity,and harvesting)on UAV platforms.The results indicate that the dataset generated by SMOTE closely resembles the measured dataset.Among dynamic data fusion strategies,the VI-TF combination proves to be most effective,with CI-TF and VI-CI combinations following behind.Notably,as more data sources are integrated,the model's demand for input features experiences a significant decline.In particular,the CNN-LSTM model,based on the fusion of three data sources,exhibited remarkable reliability when validating the three datasets.For Dataset 1(Beijing Xiaotangshan,2023:Data from 12 UAV Flight Missions),the model achieved an overall accuracy(OA)of 86.53%.Additionally,its precision(Pre),recall(Rec),F1 score(F1),false acceptance rate(FAR),and false rejection rate(FRR)were 0.89,0.89,0.87,0.11,and 0.11,respectively.The model also showed strong generalizability in Dataset 2(Beijing Xiaotangshan,2023:Data from 6 UAV Flight Missions)and Dataset 3(Beijing Xiaotangshan,2022:Data from 4 UAV Flight Missions),with OAs of 89.4%and 85%,respectively.Meanwhile,the model has a low demand for input featu res,requiring only 54.55%(99 of all featu res).The findings of this study not only offer novel insights into near real-time crop phenology monitoring,but also provide technical support for agricultural field management and cropping system adaptation.展开更多
During drilling operations,the low resolution of seismic data often limits the accurate characterization of small-scale geological bodies near the borehole and ahead of the drill bit.This study investigates high-resol...During drilling operations,the low resolution of seismic data often limits the accurate characterization of small-scale geological bodies near the borehole and ahead of the drill bit.This study investigates high-resolution seismic data processing technologies and methods tailored for drilling scenarios.The high-resolution processing of seismic data is divided into three stages:pre-drilling processing,post-drilling correction,and while-drilling updating.By integrating seismic data from different stages,spatial ranges,and frequencies,together with information from drilled wells and while-drilling data,and applying artificial intelligence modeling techniques,a progressive high-resolution processing technology of seismic data based on multi-source information fusion is developed,which performs simple and efficient seismic information updates during drilling.Case studies show that,with the gradual integration of multi-source information,the resolution and accuracy of seismic data are significantly improved,and thin-bed weak reflections are more clearly imaged.The updated seismic information while-drilling demonstrates high value in predicting geological bodies ahead of the drill bit.Validation using logging,mud logging,and drilling engineering data ensures the fidelity of the processing results of high-resolution seismic data.This provides clearer and more accurate stratigraphic information for drilling operations,enhancing both drilling safety and efficiency.展开更多

The focus is on scenarios where the correlations among Measurement Noises(MNs) from different sensors are unknown. Firstly, a non-augmented local estimator that applies to sampling cases is designed to provide unbiased Local Estimates(LEs) at the fusion points. Subsequently, a measurement-equivalent approach is then developed to parameterize the correlation structure between LEs and reformulate LEs into a unified form, thereby constraining the correlations arising from MNs to an admissible range. Simultaneously, a family of upper bounds on the joint error covariance matrix of LEs is derived based on the constrained correlations, avoiding the need to calculate the exact error cross-covariance matrix of LEs. Finally, a sequential fusion estimator is proposed in the sense of Weighted Minimum Mean Square Error(WMMSE), and it is proven to be unbiased, consistent, and more accurate than the well-known covariance intersection method. Simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm by highlighting improvements in consistency and accuracy.展开更多

Depending on the system of measurement, the alignment process can be divided into measurement-assisted assembly(MAA) and force-driven assembly. In MAA,relative pose between components is directly measured to guide assembly, while in force-driven assembly, only contact state can be recognized according to measured six-dimensional force and torque(6 D F/T) and the process is completed based on preset assembly strategy. Aiming to improve the efficiency of force-driven cabin-type component alignment, this paper proposed a heuristic alignment method based on multi-source data fusion. In this method, measured 6 D F/T, pose data and geometric information of components are fused to calculate the relative pose between components and guide the movement of pose adjustment platform. Among these data types, pose data and measured 6 D F/T are combined as data set. To collect the data sets needed for data fusion, dynamic gravity compensation method and hybrid motion control method are designed. Then the relative pose calculation method is elaborated, which transforms collected data sets into discrete geometric elements and calculates the relative poses based on the geometric information of components.Finally, experiments are conducted in simulation environment and the results show that the proposed alignment method is feasible and effective.展开更多

The result shows that image fusion can express different intensities effectively and visualize the structure characters in 2 dimensions. Iced transmission line galloping poses a significant threat to the safety and reliability of power systems,leading directly to line tripping,disconnections,and power outages.Existing early warning methods of iced tran...Iced transmission line galloping poses a significant threat to the safety and reliability of power systems,leading directly to line tripping,disconnections,and power outages.Existing early warning methods of iced transmission line galloping suffer from issues such as reliance on a single data source,neglect of irregular time series,and lack of attention-based closed-loop feedback,resulting in high rates of missed and false alarms.To address these challenges,we propose an Internet of Things(IoT)empowered early warning method of transmission line galloping that integrates time series data from optical fiber sensing and weather forecast.Initially,the method applies a primary adaptive weighted fusion to the IoT empowered optical fiber real-time sensing data and weather forecast data,followed by a secondary fusion based on a Back Propagation(BP)neural network,and uses the K-medoids algorithm for clustering the fused data.Furthermore,an adaptive irregular time series perception adjustment module is introduced into the traditional Gated Recurrent Unit(GRU)network,and closed-loop feedback based on attentionmechanism is employed to update network parameters through gradient feedback of the loss function,enabling closed-loop training and time series data prediction of the GRU network model.Subsequently,considering various types of prediction data and the duration of icing,an iced transmission line galloping risk coefficient is established,and warnings are categorized based on this coefficient.Finally,using an IoT-driven realistic dataset of iced transmission line galloping,the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated through multi-dimensional simulation scenarios.展开更多
As the differences of sensor's precision and some random factors are difficult to control,the actual measurement signals are far from the target signals that affect the reliability and precision of rotating machinery...As the differences of sensor's precision and some random factors are difficult to control,the actual measurement signals are far from the target signals that affect the reliability and precision of rotating machinery fault diagnosis.The traditional signal processing methods,such as classical inference and weighted averaging algorithm usually lack dynamic adaptability that is easy for trends to cause the faults to be misjudged or left out.To enhance the measuring veracity and precision of vibration signal in rotary machine multi-sensor vibration signal fault diagnosis,a novel data level fusion approach is presented on the basis of correlation function analysis to fast determine the weighted value of multi-sensor vibration signals.The approach doesn't require knowing the prior information about sensors,and the weighted value of sensors can be confirmed depending on the correlation measure of real-time data tested in the data level fusion process.It gives greater weighted value to the greater correlation measure of sensor signals,and vice versa.The approach can effectively suppress large errors and even can still fuse data in the case of sensor failures because it takes full advantage of sensor's own-information to determine the weighted value.Moreover,it has good performance of anti-jamming due to the correlation measures between noise and effective signals are usually small.Through the simulation of typical signal collected from multi-sensors,the comparative analysis of dynamic adaptability and fault tolerance between the proposed approach and traditional weighted averaging approach is taken.Finally,the rotor dynamics and integrated fault simulator is taken as an example to verify the feasibility and advantages of the proposed approach,it is shown that the multi-sensor data level fusion based on correlation function weighted approach is better than the traditional weighted average approach with respect to fusion precision and dynamic adaptability.Meantime,the approach is adaptable and easy to use,can be applied to other areas of vibration measurement.展开更多

This segmental chain enables the derivation of both conscious perception and sensory control of action in space. This applied systems analysis approach involves the measurements of the complex motor behavior in order to elucidate the fusion of multiple sensor data for the reliable and efficient acquisition of the kinetic, kinematics and electromyographic data of the human spatial behavior. The acquired kinematic and related kinetic signals represent attributive features of the internal recon-struction of the physical links between the superimposed body segments. In-deed, this reconstruction of the physical links was established as a result of the fusion of the multiple sensor data. Furthermore, this acquired kinematics, kinetics and electromyographic data provided detailed means to record, annotate, process, transmit, and display pertinent information derived from the musculoskeletal system to quantify and differentiate between subjects with mobility-related disabilities and able-bodied subjects, and enabled an inference into the active neural processes underlying balance reactions. To gain insight into the basis for this long-term dependence, the authors have applied the fusion of multiple sensor data to investigate the effects of Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis and Diabetic Neuropathy conditions, on biomechanical/neurophysiological changes that may alter the ability of the human loco-motor system to generate ambulation, balance and posture.展开更多

Here the measurements from radar are transformed from the polar coordinate system to the Cartesian coordinate through a BP neural network. With this approach, the systematic errors are removed as well as the coordinate is transformed. Based on the spatial and temporal correlation of water regime monitoring information, this paper addresses this issue and proposes an information fusion method to implement data rectification. An improved Back Propagation (BP) neural network is used to perform data fusion on the hardware platform of a stantion unit, which takes Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) as the core component. In order to verify the effectiveness, five measurements including water level, discharge and velocity are selected from three different points in a water regime monitoring station. The simulation results show that this method can recitify random errors as well as gross errors significantly.展开更多

Based on probabilistic grids representation, the uncertainty regions of all the measurements are numerically combined in a general framework. The NP-hard multi-sensor data fusion problem has been converted to a peak picking problem in the grids map. Unlike most of the existing data fusion methods, the JPDM method does not need association processing, and will not lead to combinatorial explosion. Its convergence to the CRB with a diminishing grid size has been proved. Simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed technique.展开更多

Firstly, polynomials used to predict target motion states are constructed. Secondly, a set of discriminants for detecting target maneuver are established by comparing the predicted values with the observations from IRST. Thirdly, a set of decisions are presented. 文摘Wireless sensor network deployment optimization is a classic NP-hard problem and a popular topic in academic research.However,the current research on wireless sensor network deployment problems uses overly simplistic models,and there is a significant gap between the research results and actual wireless sensor networks.Some scholars have now modeled data fusion networks to make them more suitable for practical applications.This paper will explore the deployment problem of a stochastic data fusion wireless sensor network(SDFWSN),a model that reflects the randomness of environmental monitoring and uses data fusion techniques widely used in actual sensor networks for information collection.The deployment problem of SDFWSN is modeled as a multi-objective optimization problem.The network life cycle,spatiotemporal coverage,detection rate,and false alarm rate of SDFWSN are used as optimization objectives to optimize the deployment of network nodes.This paper proposes an enhanced multi-objective mongoose optimization algorithm(EMODMOA)to solve the deployment problem of SDFWSN.First,to overcome the shortcomings of the DMOA algorithm,such as its low convergence and tendency to get stuck in a local optimum,an encircling and hunting strategy is introduced into the original algorithm to propose the EDMOA algorithm.The EDMOA algorithm is designed as the EMODMOA algorithm by selecting reference points using the K-Nearest Neighbor(KNN)algorithm.To verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm,the EMODMOA algorithm was tested at CEC 2020 and achieved good results.In the SDFWSN deployment problem,the algorithm was compared with the Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II(NSGAII),Multiple Objective Particle Swarm Optimization(MOPSO),Multi-Objective Evolutionary Algorithm based on Decomposition(MOEA/D),and Multi-Objective Grey Wolf Optimizer(MOGWO).By comparing and analyzing the performance evaluation metrics and optimization results of the objective functions of the multi-objective algorithms,the algorithm outperforms the other algorithms in the SDFWSN deployment results.To better demonstrate the superiority of the algorithm,simulations of diverse test cases were also performed,and good results were obtained.

文摘Data fusion can effectively process multi-sensor information to obtain more accurate and reliable results than a single sensor.The data of water quality in the environment comes from different sensors,thus the data must be fused.In our research,self-adaptive weighted data fusion method is used to respectively integrate the data from the PH value,temperature,oxygen dissolved and NH3 concentration of water quality environment.Based on the fusion,the Grubbs method is used to detect the abnormal data so as to provide data support for estimation,prediction and early warning of the water quality.

文摘Near real-time maize phenology monitoring is crucial for field management,cropping system adjustments,and yield estimation.Most phenological monitoring methods are post-seasonal and heavily rely on high-frequency time-series data.These methods are not applicable on the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)platform due to the high cost of acquiring time-series UAV images and the shortage of UAV-based phenological monitoring methods.To address these challenges,we employed the Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique(SMOTE)for sample augmentation,aiming to resolve the small sample modelling problem.Moreover,we utilized enhanced"separation"and"compactness"feature selection methods to identify input features from multiple data sources.In this process,we incorporated dynamic multi-source data fusion strategies,involving Vegetation index(VI),Color index(CI),and Texture features(TF).A two-stage neural network that combines Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)and Long Short-Term Memory Network(LSTM)is proposed to identify maize phenological stages(including sowing,seedling,jointing,trumpet,tasseling,maturity,and harvesting)on UAV platforms.The results indicate that the dataset generated by SMOTE closely resembles the measured dataset.Among dynamic data fusion strategies,the VI-TF combination proves to be most effective,with CI-TF and VI-CI combinations following behind.Notably,as more data sources are integrated,the model's demand for input features experiences a significant decline.In particular,the CNN-LSTM model,based on the fusion of three data sources,exhibited remarkable reliability when validating the three datasets.For Dataset 1(Beijing Xiaotangshan,2023:Data from 12 UAV Flight Missions),the model achieved an overall accuracy(OA)of 86.53%.Additionally,its precision(Pre),recall(Rec),F1 score(F1),false acceptance rate(FAR),and false rejection rate(FRR)were 0.89,0.89,0.87,0.11,and 0.11,respectively.The model also showed strong generalizability in Dataset 2(Beijing Xiaotangshan,2023:Data from 6 UAV Flight Missions)and Dataset 3(Beijing Xiaotangshan,2022:Data from 4 UAV Flight Missions),with OAs of 89.4%and 85%,respectively.Meanwhile,the model has a low demand for input featu res,requiring only 54.55%(99 of all featu res).The findings of this study not only offer novel insights into near real-time crop phenology monitoring,but also provide technical support for agricultural field management and cropping system adaptation.

文摘During drilling operations,the low resolution of seismic data often limits the accurate characterization of small-scale geological bodies near the borehole and ahead of the drill bit.This study investigates high-resolution seismic data processing technologies and methods tailored for drilling scenarios.The high-resolution processing of seismic data is divided into three stages:pre-drilling processing,post-drilling correction,and while-drilling updating.By integrating seismic data from different stages,spatial ranges,and frequencies,together with information from drilled wells and while-drilling data,and applying artificial intelligence modeling techniques,a progressive high-resolution processing technology of seismic data based on multi-source information fusion is developed,which performs simple and efficient seismic information updates during drilling.Case studies show that,with the gradual integration of multi-source information,the resolution and accuracy of seismic data are significantly improved,and thin-bed weak reflections are more clearly imaged.The updated seismic information while-drilling demonstrates high value in predicting geological bodies ahead of the drill bit.Validation using logging,mud logging,and drilling engineering data ensures the fidelity of the processing results of high-resolution seismic data.This provides clearer and more accurate stratigraphic information for drilling operations,enhancing both drilling safety and efficiency.

文摘This study investigates a consistent fusion algorithm for distributed multi-rate multi-sensor systems operating in feedback-memory configurations, where each sensor's sampling period is uniform and an integer multiple of the state update period. The focus is on scenarios where the correlations among Measurement Noises(MNs) from different sensors are unknown. Firstly, a non-augmented local estimator that applies to sampling cases is designed to provide unbiased Local Estimates(LEs) at the fusion points. Subsequently, a measurement-equivalent approach is then developed to parameterize the correlation structure between LEs and reformulate LEs into a unified form, thereby constraining the correlations arising from MNs to an admissible range. Simultaneously, a family of upper bounds on the joint error covariance matrix of LEs is derived based on the constrained correlations, avoiding the need to calculate the exact error cross-covariance matrix of LEs. Finally, a sequential fusion estimator is proposed in the sense of Weighted Minimum Mean Square Error(WMMSE), and it is proven to be unbiased, consistent, and more accurate than the well-known covariance intersection method. Simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm by highlighting improvements in consistency and accuracy.

文摘In cabin-type component alignment, digital measurement technology is usually adopted to provide guidance for assembly. Depending on the system of measurement, the alignment process can be divided into measurement-assisted assembly(MAA) and force-driven assembly. In MAA,relative pose between components is directly measured to guide assembly, while in force-driven assembly, only contact state can be recognized according to measured six-dimensional force and torque(6 D F/T) and the process is completed based on preset assembly strategy. Aiming to improve the efficiency of force-driven cabin-type component alignment, this paper proposed a heuristic alignment method based on multi-source data fusion. In this method, measured 6 D F/T, pose data and geometric information of components are fused to calculate the relative pose between components and guide the movement of pose adjustment platform. Among these data types, pose data and measured 6 D F/T are combined as data set. To collect the data sets needed for data fusion, dynamic gravity compensation method and hybrid motion control method are designed. Then the relative pose calculation method is elaborated, which transforms collected data sets into discrete geometric elements and calculates the relative poses based on the geometric information of components.Finally, experiments are conducted in simulation environment and the results show that the proposed alignment method is feasible and effective.
文摘The geological data are constructed in vector format in geographical information system (GIS) while other data such as remote sensing images, geographical data and geochemical data are saved in raster ones. This paper converts the vector data into 8 bit images according to their importance to mineralization each by programming. We can communicate the geological meaning with the raster images by this method. The paper also fuses geographical data and geochemical data with the programmed strata data. The result shows that image fusion can express different intensities effectively and visualize the structure characters in 2 dimensions. Furthermore, it also can produce optimized information from multi-source data and express them more directly.

文摘An algorithm is presented for fusion of tracks created by radar and IR sensor which have different dimensional measurement data. It’s assumed that these sensors are asynchronous and the measurement data are transmitted to a central station at different rates. By means of the technique of time matching, two sets of asynchronous data are fused and then the filter is updated according to the fused information. The results show that the accuracy of the filter effect has been improved.

文摘In traditional medicine and ethnomedicine,medicinal plants have long been recognized as the basis for materials in therapeutic applications worldwide.In particular,the remarkable curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine during corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has attracted extensive attention globally.Medicinal plants have,therefore,become increasingly popular among the public.However,with increasing demand for and profit with medicinal plants,commercial fraudulent events such as adulteration or counterfeits sometimes occur,which poses a serious threat to the clinical outcomes and interests of consumers.With rapid advances in artificial intelligence,machine learning can be used to mine information on various medicinal plants to establish an ideal resource database.We herein present a review that mainly introduces common machine learning algorithms and discusses their application in multi-source data analysis of medicinal plants.The combination of machine learning algorithms and multi-source data analysis facilitates a comprehensive analysis and aids in the effective evaluation of the quality of medicinal plants.The findings of this review provide new possibilities for promoting the development and utilization of medicinal plants.

文摘Iced transmission line galloping poses a significant threat to the safety and reliability of power systems,leading directly to line tripping,disconnections,and power outages.Existing early warning methods of iced transmission line galloping suffer from issues such as reliance on a single data source,neglect of irregular time series,and lack of attention-based closed-loop feedback,resulting in high rates of missed and false alarms.To address these challenges,we propose an Internet of Things(IoT)empowered early warning method of transmission line galloping that integrates time series data from optical fiber sensing and weather forecast.Initially,the method applies a primary adaptive weighted fusion to the IoT empowered optical fiber real-time sensing data and weather forecast data,followed by a secondary fusion based on a Back Propagation(BP)neural network,and uses the K-medoids algorithm for clustering the fused data.Furthermore,an adaptive irregular time series perception adjustment module is introduced into the traditional Gated Recurrent Unit(GRU)network,and closed-loop feedback based on attentionmechanism is employed to update network parameters through gradient feedback of the loss function,enabling closed-loop training and time series data prediction of the GRU network model.Subsequently,considering various types of prediction data and the duration of icing,an iced transmission line galloping risk coefficient is established,and warnings are categorized based on this coefficient.Finally,using an IoT-driven realistic dataset of iced transmission line galloping,the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated through multi-dimensional simulation scenarios.

文摘As the differences of sensor's precision and some random factors are difficult to control,the actual measurement signals are far from the target signals that affect the reliability and precision of rotating machinery fault diagnosis.The traditional signal processing methods,such as classical inference and weighted averaging algorithm usually lack dynamic adaptability that is easy for trends to cause the faults to be misjudged or left out.To enhance the measuring veracity and precision of vibration signal in rotary machine multi-sensor vibration signal fault diagnosis,a novel data level fusion approach is presented on the basis of correlation function analysis to fast determine the weighted value of multi-sensor vibration signals.The approach doesn't require knowing the prior information about sensors,and the weighted value of sensors can be confirmed depending on the correlation measure of real-time data tested in the data level fusion process.It gives greater weighted value to the greater correlation measure of sensor signals,and vice versa.The approach can effectively suppress large errors and even can still fuse data in the case of sensor failures because it takes full advantage of sensor's own-information to determine the weighted value.Moreover,it has good performance of anti-jamming due to the correlation measures between noise and effective signals are usually small.Through the simulation of typical signal collected from multi-sensors,the comparative analysis of dynamic adaptability and fault tolerance between the proposed approach and traditional weighted averaging approach is taken.Finally,the rotor dynamics and integrated fault simulator is taken as an example to verify the feasibility and advantages of the proposed approach,it is shown that the multi-sensor data level fusion based on correlation function weighted approach is better than the traditional weighted average approach with respect to fusion precision and dynamic adaptability.Meantime,the approach is adaptable and easy to use,can be applied to other areas of vibration measurement.

文摘The coal-rock interface recognition method based on multi-sensor data fusiontechnique is put forward because of the localization of single type sensor recognition method. Themeasuring theory based on multi-sensor data fusion technique is analyzed, and hereby the testplatform of recognition system is manufactured. The advantage of data fusion with the fuzzy neuralnetwork (FNN) technique has been probed. The two-level FNN is constructed and data fusion is carriedout. The experiments show that in various conditions the method can always acquire a much higherrecognition rate than normal ones.

文摘The authors have applied a systems analysis approach to describe the musculoskeletal system as consisting of a stack of superimposed kinematic hier-archical segments in which each lower segment tends to transfer its motion to the other superimposed segments. This segmental chain enables the derivation of both conscious perception and sensory control of action in space. This applied systems analysis approach involves the measurements of the complex motor behavior in order to elucidate the fusion of multiple sensor data for the reliable and efficient acquisition of the kinetic, kinematics and electromyographic data of the human spatial behavior. The acquired kinematic and related kinetic signals represent attributive features of the internal recon-struction of the physical links between the superimposed body segments. In-deed, this reconstruction of the physical links was established as a result of the fusion of the multiple sensor data. Furthermore, this acquired kinematics, kinetics and electromyographic data provided detailed means to record, annotate, process, transmit, and display pertinent information derived from the musculoskeletal system to quantify and differentiate between subjects with mobility-related disabilities and able-bodied subjects, and enabled an inference into the active neural processes underlying balance reactions. To gain insight into the basis for this long-term dependence, the authors have applied the fusion of multiple sensor data to investigate the effects of Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis and Diabetic Neuropathy conditions, on biomechanical/neurophysiological changes that may alter the ability of the human loco-motor system to generate ambulation, balance and posture.
文摘The contents of sensor registration in the multi-sensor data fusion system are introduced, and some existing methods are analyzed. Then, one approach to sensor registration based on BP neural network is proposed. Here the measurements from radar are transformed from the polar coordinate system to the Cartesian coordinate through a BP neural network. With this approach, the systematic errors are removed as well as the coordinate is transformed. The efficiency of this method is demonstrated by simulation, and the result show that this approach could remove the systematic errors effectively and the DAR are closer to real position than DBR.

文摘In the applications of water regime monitoring, incompleteness, and inaccuracy of sensor data may directly affect the reliability of acquired monitoring information. Based on the spatial and temporal correlation of water regime monitoring information, this paper addresses this issue and proposes an information fusion method to implement data rectification. An improved Back Propagation (BP) neural network is used to perform data fusion on the hardware platform of a stantion unit, which takes Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) as the core component. In order to verify the effectiveness, five measurements including water level, discharge and velocity are selected from three different points in a water regime monitoring station. The simulation results show that this method can recitify random errors as well as gross errors significantly.

文摘The multi-sensor multi-target localization and data fusion problem is discussed, and a new data fusion method called joint probability density matrix (JPDM) has been proposed, which can associate with and fuse measurements from spatially distributed heterogeneous sensors to produce good estimates of the targets. Based on probabilistic grids representation, the uncertainty regions of all the measurements are numerically combined in a general framework. The NP-hard multi-sensor data fusion problem has been converted to a peak picking problem in the grids map. Unlike most of the existing data fusion methods, the JPDM method does not need association processing, and will not lead to combinatorial explosion. Its convergence to the CRB with a diminishing grid size has been proved. Simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed technique.
文摘For complementarity and redundancy of multi-sensor data fusion (MSDF) system,it is an effective approach for multiple components measurement.In order to measure nutrient solution on-line,a dynamic and complex system under greenhouse environment,sensors should have intelligent properties including self-calibration and self-compensation. Meanwhile,it is necessary for multiple sensors to cooperate and interact for enhancing reliability of multi-sensor system. Because of the properties of multi-agent system (MAS),it is an appropriate tool to study MSDF system.This paper proposed an architecture of MSDF system based on MAS for the multiple components measurement of nutrient solution.The sensor agent's structure and function modules are analyzed and described in detail,the formal definitions are given,too.The relations of the sensors are modeled to implement reliability diagnosis of the multi-sensor system,so that the reliability of nutrient control system is enhanced.This study offers an effective approach for the study of MSDF.
文摘A new synergy decision method for radar and infrared search and track (IRST) data fusion is proposed, to solve such problems as how to decrease opportunities for radar suffering from being locked on by adverse electronic support measures (ESM), how to retrieve range information of the target during radar off, and how to detect the maneuver of the target. Firstly, polynomials used to predict target motion states are constructed. Secondly, a set of discriminants for detecting target maneuver are established by comparing the predicted values with the observations from IRST. Thirdly, a set of decisions are presented. Lastly, simulation is performed on the given scenario to test the validity of the method.
