The spatial offset of bridge has a significant impact on the safety,comfort,and durability of high-speed railway(HSR)operations,so it is crucial to rapidly and effectively detect the spatial offset of operational HSR ...The spatial offset of bridge has a significant impact on the safety,comfort,and durability of high-speed railway(HSR)operations,so it is crucial to rapidly and effectively detect the spatial offset of operational HSR bridges.Drive-by monitoring of bridge uneven settlement demonstrates significant potential due to its practicality,cost-effectiveness,and efficiency.However,existing drive-by methods for detecting bridge offset have limitations such as reliance on a single data source,low detection accuracy,and the inability to identify lateral deformations of bridges.This paper proposes a novel drive-by inspection method for spatial offset of HSR bridge based on multi-source data fusion of comprehensive inspection train.Firstly,dung beetle optimizer-variational mode decomposition was employed to achieve adaptive decomposition of non-stationary dynamic signals,and explore the hidden temporal relationships in the data.Subsequently,a long short-term memory neural network was developed to achieve feature fusion of multi-source signal and accurate prediction of spatial settlement of HSR bridge.A dataset of track irregularities and CRH380A high-speed train responses was generated using a 3D train-track-bridge interaction model,and the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed hybrid deep learning model were numerically validated.Finally,the reliability of the proposed drive-by inspection method was further validated by analyzing the actual measurement data obtained from comprehensive inspection train.The research findings indicate that the proposed approach enables rapid and accurate detection of spatial offset in HSR bridge,ensuring the long-term operational safety of HSR bridges.展开更多
Benthic habitat mapping is an emerging discipline in the international marine field in recent years,providing an effective tool for marine spatial planning,marine ecological management,and decision-making applications...Benthic habitat mapping is an emerging discipline in the international marine field in recent years,providing an effective tool for marine spatial planning,marine ecological management,and decision-making applications.Seabed sediment classification is one of the main contents of seabed habitat mapping.In response to the impact of remote sensing imaging quality and the limitations of acoustic measurement range,where a single data source does not fully reflect the substrate type,we proposed a high-precision seabed habitat sediment classification method that integrates data from multiple sources.Based on WorldView-2 multi-spectral remote sensing image data and multibeam bathymetry data,constructed a random forests(RF)classifier with optimal feature selection.A seabed sediment classification experiment integrating optical remote sensing and acoustic remote sensing data was carried out in the shallow water area of Wuzhizhou Island,Hainan,South China.Different seabed sediment types,such as sand,seagrass,and coral reefs were effectively identified,with an overall classification accuracy of 92%.Experimental results show that RF matrix optimized by fusing multi-source remote sensing data for feature selection were better than the classification results of simple combinations of data sources,which improved the accuracy of seabed sediment classification.Therefore,the method proposed in this paper can be effectively applied to high-precision seabed sediment classification and habitat mapping around islands and reefs.展开更多

Multi-source data fusion provides high-precision spatial situational awareness essential for analyzing granular urban social activities.This study used Shanghai’s catering industry as a case study,leveraging electron...Multi-source data fusion provides high-precision spatial situational awareness essential for analyzing granular urban social activities.This study used Shanghai’s catering industry as a case study,leveraging electronic reviews and consumer data sourced from third-party restaurant platforms collected in 2021.By performing weighted processing on two-dimensional point-of-interest(POI)data,clustering hotspots of high-dimensional restaurant data were identified.A hierarchical network of restaurant hotspots was constructed following the Central Place Theory(CPT)framework,while the Geo-Informatic Tupu method was employed to resolve the challenges posed by network deformation in multi-scale processes.These findings suggest the necessity of enhancing the spatial balance of Shanghai’s urban centers by moderately increasing the number and service capacity of suburban centers at the urban periphery.Such measures would contribute to a more optimized urban structure and facilitate the outward dispersion of comfort-oriented facilities such as the restaurant industry.At a finer spatial scale,the distribution of restaurant hotspots demonstrates a polycentric and symmetric spatial pattern,with a developmental trend radiating outward along the city’s ring roads.This trend can be attributed to the efforts of restaurants to establish connections with other urban functional spaces,leading to the reconfiguration of urban spaces,expansion of restaurant-dedicated land use,and the reorganization of associated commercial activities.The results validate the existence of a polycentric urban structure in Shanghai but also highlight the instability of the restaurant hotspot network during cross-scale transitions.展开更多
With the acceleration of intelligent transformation of energy system,the monitoring of equipment operation status and optimization of production process in thermal power plants face the challenge of multi-source heter...With the acceleration of intelligent transformation of energy system,the monitoring of equipment operation status and optimization of production process in thermal power plants face the challenge of multi-source heterogeneous data integration.In view of the heterogeneous characteristics of physical sensor data,including temperature,vibration and pressure that generated by boilers,steam turbines and other key equipment and real-time working condition data of SCADA system,this paper proposes a multi-source heterogeneous data fusion and analysis platform for thermal power plants based on edge computing and deep learning.By constructing a multi-level fusion architecture,the platform adopts dynamic weight allocation strategy and 5D digital twin model to realize the collaborative analysis of physical sensor data,simulation calculation results and expert knowledge.The data fusion module combines Kalman filter,wavelet transform and Bayesian estimation method to solve the problem of data time series alignment and dimension difference.Simulation results show that the data fusion accuracy can be improved to more than 98%,and the calculation delay can be controlled within 500 ms.The data analysis module integrates Dymola simulation model and AERMOD pollutant diffusion model,supports the cascade analysis of boiler combustion efficiency prediction and flue gas emission monitoring,system response time is less than 2 seconds,and data consistency verification accuracy reaches 99.5%.展开更多
Taking the Ming Tombs Forest Farm in Beijing as the research object,this research applied multi-source data fusion and GIS heat-map overlay analysis techniques,systematically collected bird observation point data from...Taking the Ming Tombs Forest Farm in Beijing as the research object,this research applied multi-source data fusion and GIS heat-map overlay analysis techniques,systematically collected bird observation point data from the Global Biodiversity Information Facility(GBIF),population distribution data from the Oak Ridge National Laboratory(ORNL)in the United States,as well as information on the composition of tree species in suitable forest areas for birds and the forest geographical information of the Ming Tombs Forest Farm,which is based on literature research and field investigations.By using GIS technology,spatial processing was carried out on bird observation points and population distribution data to identify suitable bird-watching areas in different seasons.Then,according to the suitability value range,these areas were classified into different grades(from unsuitable to highly suitable).The research findings indicated that there was significant spatial heterogeneity in the bird-watching suitability of the Ming Tombs Forest Farm.The north side of the reservoir was generally a core area with high suitability in all seasons.The deep-aged broad-leaved mixed forests supported the overlapping co-existence of the ecological niches of various bird species,such as the Zosterops simplex and Urocissa erythrorhyncha.In contrast,the shallow forest-edge coniferous pure forests and mixed forests were more suitable for specialized species like Carduelis sinica.The southern urban area and the core area of the mausoleums had relatively low suitability due to ecological fragmentation or human interference.Based on these results,this paper proposed a three-level protection framework of“core area conservation—buffer zone management—isolation zone construction”and a spatio-temporal coordinated human-bird co-existence strategy.It was also suggested that the human-bird co-existence space could be optimized through measures such as constructing sound and light buffer interfaces,restoring ecological corridors,and integrating cultural heritage elements.This research provided an operational technical approach and decision-making support for the scientific planning of bird-watching sites and the coordination of ecological protection and tourism development.展开更多

In multiple Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAV)systems,achieving efficient navigation is essential for executing complex tasks and enhancing autonomy.Traditional navigation methods depend on predefined control strategies an...In multiple Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAV)systems,achieving efficient navigation is essential for executing complex tasks and enhancing autonomy.Traditional navigation methods depend on predefined control strategies and trajectory planning and often perform poorly in complex environments.To improve the UAV-environment interaction efficiency,this study proposes a multi-UAV integrated navigation algorithm based on Deep Reinforcement Learning(DRL).This algorithm integrates the Inertial Navigation System(INS),Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS),and Visual Navigation System(VNS)for comprehensive information fusion.Specifically,an improved multi-UAV integrated navigation algorithm called Information Fusion with MultiAgent Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient(IF-MADDPG)was developed.This algorithm enables UAVs to learn collaboratively and optimize their flight trajectories in real time.Through simulations and experiments,test scenarios in GNSS-denied environments were constructed to evaluate the effectiveness of the algorithm.The experimental results demonstrate that the IF-MADDPG algorithm significantly enhances the collaborative navigation capabilities of multiple UAVs in formation maintenance and GNSS-denied environments.Additionally,it has advantages in terms of mission completion time.This study provides a novel approach for efficient collaboration in multi-UAV systems,which significantly improves the robustness and adaptability of navigation systems.展开更多

The proposed algorithm is evaluated on numerous multi-source remote sensor images with noise and illumination changes. Extensive experimental studies prove that our proposed method is capable of receiving stable and even distribution of key points as well as obtaining robust and accurate correspondence matches. Terrain Aided Navigation(TAN)technology has become increasingly important due to its effectiveness in environments where Global Positioning System(GPS)is unavailable.In recent years,TAN systems have been extensively r...Terrain Aided Navigation(TAN)technology has become increasingly important due to its effectiveness in environments where Global Positioning System(GPS)is unavailable.In recent years,TAN systems have been extensively researched for both aerial and underwater navigation applications.However,many TAN systems that rely on recursive Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)position estimation methods,such as Extended Kalman Filters(EKF),often face challenges with divergence and instability,particularly in highly non-linear systems.To address these issues,this paper proposes and investigates a hybrid two-stage TAN positioning system for UAVs that utilizes Particle Filter.To enhance the system’s robustness against uncertainties caused by noise and to estimate additional system states,a Fuzzy Particle Filter(FPF)is employed in the first stage.This approach introduces a novel terrain composite feature that enables a fuzzy expert system to analyze terrain non-linearities and dynamically adjust the number of particles in real-time.This design allows the UAV to be efficiently localized in GPS-denied environments while also reducing the computational complexity of the particle filter in real-time applications.In the second stage,an Error State Kalman Filter(ESKF)is implemented to estimate the UAV’s altitude.The ESKF is chosen over the conventional EKF method because it is more suitable for non-linear systems.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed fuzzy-based terrain composite method achieves high positional accuracy while reducing computational time and memory usage.展开更多

We present a novel sea-ice classification framework based on locality preserving fusion of multi-source images information.The locality preserving fusion arises from two-fold,i.e.,the local characterization in both sp...We present a novel sea-ice classification framework based on locality preserving fusion of multi-source images information.The locality preserving fusion arises from two-fold,i.e.,the local characterization in both spatial and feature domains.We commence by simultaneously learning a projection matrix,which preserves spatial localities,and a similarity matrix,which encodes feature similarities.We map the pixels of multi-source images by the projection matrix to a set fusion vectors that preserve spatial localities of the image.On the other hand,by applying the Laplacian eigen-decomposition to the similarity matrix,we obtain another set of fusion vectors that preserve the feature local similarities.We concatenate the fusion vectors for both spatial and feature locality preservation and obtain the fusion image.Finally,we classify the fusion image pixels by a novel sliding ensemble strategy,which enhances the locality preservation in classification.Our locality preserving fusion framework is effective in classifying multi-source sea-ice images(e.g.,multi-spectral and synthetic aperture radar(SAR)images)because it not only comprehensively captures the spatial neighboring relationships but also intrinsically characterizes the feature associations between different types of sea-ices.Experimental evaluations validate the effectiveness of our framework.展开更多
When employing penetration ammunition to strike multi-story buildings,the detection methods using acceleration sensors suffer from signal aliasing,while magnetic detection methods are susceptible to interference from ...When employing penetration ammunition to strike multi-story buildings,the detection methods using acceleration sensors suffer from signal aliasing,while magnetic detection methods are susceptible to interference from ferromagnetic materials,thereby posing challenges in accurately determining the number of layers.To address this issue,this research proposes a layer counting method for penetration fuze that incorporates multi-source information fusion,utilizing both the temporal convolutional network(TCN)and the long short-term memory(LSTM)recurrent network.By leveraging the strengths of these two network structures,the method extracts temporal and high-dimensional features from the multi-source physical field during the penetration process,establishing a relationship between the multi-source physical field and the distance between the fuze and the target plate.A simulation model is developed to simulate the overload and magnetic field of a projectile penetrating multiple layers of target plates,capturing the multi-source physical field signals and their patterns during the penetration process.The analysis reveals that the proposed multi-source fusion layer counting method reduces errors by 60% and 50% compared to single overload layer counting and single magnetic anomaly signal layer counting,respectively.The model's predictive performance is evaluated under various operating conditions,including different ratios of added noise to random sample positions,penetration speeds,and spacing between target plates.The maximum errors in fuze penetration time predicted by the three modes are 0.08 ms,0.12 ms,and 0.16 ms,respectively,confirming the robustness of the proposed model.Moreover,the model's predictions indicate that the fitting degree for large interlayer spacings is superior to that for small interlayer spacings due to the influence of stress waves.展开更多

With the advent of the Global Position System (GPS) we have now the ability to determine the absolute position anywhere on the globe. The problem is that the GPS systems work well only in open environments with no overhead obstructions and they are subject to large unavoidable errors when the reception from some of the satellites are blocked. This occurs frequently in urban environments, forests and tunnels. GPS systems require at least four “visible” satellites to maintain a good position fix. In many situations in which higher level of accuracy is required, the navigation cannot be achieved by GPS alone. This paper discusses the design of a reliable multisensor fusion algorithm using GPS and Inertial Navigation System in order to decrease the implementation cost of such systems on land vehicles. Depending on the system of measurement, the alignment process can be divided into measurement-assisted assembly(MAA) and force-driven assembly. In MAA,relative pose between components is directly measured to guide assembly, while in force-driven assembly, only contact state can be recognized according to measured six-dimensional force and torque(6 D F/T) and the process is completed based on preset assembly strategy. Aiming to improve the efficiency of force-driven cabin-type component alignment, this paper proposed a heuristic alignment method based on multi-source data fusion. In this method, measured 6 D F/T, pose data and geometric information of components are fused to calculate the relative pose between components and guide the movement of pose adjustment platform. Among these data types, pose data and measured 6 D F/T are combined as data set. To collect the data sets needed for data fusion, dynamic gravity compensation method and hybrid motion control method are designed. Then the relative pose calculation method is elaborated, which transforms collected data sets into discrete geometric elements and calculates the relative poses based on the geometric information of components.Finally, experiments are conducted in simulation environment and the results show that the proposed alignment method is feasible and effective.展开更多

The problem of selecting the optimal set for participating in the fusion process is nondeterministic-polynomial-time-...Accurate multi-source fusion is based on the reliability, quantity, and fusion mode of the sources. The problem of selecting the optimal set for participating in the fusion process is nondeterministic-polynomial-time-hard and is neither sub-modular nor super-modular. Furthermore, in the case of the Kalman filter(KF) fusion algorithm, accurate statistical characteristics of noise are difficult to obtain, and this leads to an unsatisfactory fusion result. To settle the referred cases, a distributed and adaptive weighted fusion algorithm based on KF has been proposed in this paper. In this method, on the basis of the pseudo prior probability of the estimated state of each source, the reliability of the sources is evaluated and the optimal set is selected on a certain threshold. Experiments were performed on multi-source pedestrian dead reckoning for verifying the proposed algorithm. The results obtained from these experiments indicate that the optimal set can be selected accurately with minimal computation, and the fusion error is reduced by 16.6% as compared to the corresponding value resulting from the algorithm without improvements.The proposed adaptive source reliability and fusion weight evaluation is effective against the varied-noise multi-source fusion system, and the fusion error caused by inaccurate statistical characteristics of the noise is reduced by the adaptive weight evaluation.The proposed algorithm exhibits good robustness, adaptability,and value on applications.展开更多

文摘Benthic habitat mapping is an emerging discipline in the international marine field in recent years,providing an effective tool for marine spatial planning,marine ecological management,and decision-making applications.Seabed sediment classification is one of the main contents of seabed habitat mapping.In response to the impact of remote sensing imaging quality and the limitations of acoustic measurement range,where a single data source does not fully reflect the substrate type,we proposed a high-precision seabed habitat sediment classification method that integrates data from multiple sources.Based on WorldView-2 multi-spectral remote sensing image data and multibeam bathymetry data,constructed a random forests(RF)classifier with optimal feature selection.A seabed sediment classification experiment integrating optical remote sensing and acoustic remote sensing data was carried out in the shallow water area of Wuzhizhou Island,Hainan,South China.Different seabed sediment types,such as sand,seagrass,and coral reefs were effectively identified,with an overall classification accuracy of 92%.Experimental results show that RF matrix optimized by fusing multi-source remote sensing data for feature selection were better than the classification results of simple combinations of data sources,which improved the accuracy of seabed sediment classification.Therefore,the method proposed in this paper can be effectively applied to high-precision seabed sediment classification and habitat mapping around islands and reefs.

文摘In order to address the challenges encountered in visual navigation for asteroid landing using traditional point features,such as significant recognition and extraction errors,low computational efficiency,and limited navigation accuracy,a novel approach for multi-type fusion visual navigation is proposed.This method aims to overcome the limitations of single-type features and enhance navigation accuracy.Analytical criteria for selecting multi-type features are introduced,which simultaneously improve computational efficiency and system navigation accuracy.Concerning pose estimation,both absolute and relative pose estimation methods based on multi-type feature fusion are proposed,and multi-type feature normalization is established,which significantly improves system navigation accuracy and lays the groundwork for flexible application of joint absolute-relative estimation.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are validated through simulation experiments through 4769 Castalia.

文摘Multi-source data fusion provides high-precision spatial situational awareness essential for analyzing granular urban social activities.This study used Shanghai’s catering industry as a case study,leveraging electronic reviews and consumer data sourced from third-party restaurant platforms collected in 2021.By performing weighted processing on two-dimensional point-of-interest(POI)data,clustering hotspots of high-dimensional restaurant data were identified.A hierarchical network of restaurant hotspots was constructed following the Central Place Theory(CPT)framework,while the Geo-Informatic Tupu method was employed to resolve the challenges posed by network deformation in multi-scale processes.These findings suggest the necessity of enhancing the spatial balance of Shanghai’s urban centers by moderately increasing the number and service capacity of suburban centers at the urban periphery.Such measures would contribute to a more optimized urban structure and facilitate the outward dispersion of comfort-oriented facilities such as the restaurant industry.At a finer spatial scale,the distribution of restaurant hotspots demonstrates a polycentric and symmetric spatial pattern,with a developmental trend radiating outward along the city’s ring roads.This trend can be attributed to the efforts of restaurants to establish connections with other urban functional spaces,leading to the reconfiguration of urban spaces,expansion of restaurant-dedicated land use,and the reorganization of associated commercial activities.The results validate the existence of a polycentric urban structure in Shanghai but also highlight the instability of the restaurant hotspot network during cross-scale transitions.
文摘With the acceleration of intelligent transformation of energy system,the monitoring of equipment operation status and optimization of production process in thermal power plants face the challenge of multi-source heterogeneous data integration.In view of the heterogeneous characteristics of physical sensor data,including temperature,vibration and pressure that generated by boilers,steam turbines and other key equipment and real-time working condition data of SCADA system,this paper proposes a multi-source heterogeneous data fusion and analysis platform for thermal power plants based on edge computing and deep learning.By constructing a multi-level fusion architecture,the platform adopts dynamic weight allocation strategy and 5D digital twin model to realize the collaborative analysis of physical sensor data,simulation calculation results and expert knowledge.The data fusion module combines Kalman filter,wavelet transform and Bayesian estimation method to solve the problem of data time series alignment and dimension difference.Simulation results show that the data fusion accuracy can be improved to more than 98%,and the calculation delay can be controlled within 500 ms.The data analysis module integrates Dymola simulation model and AERMOD pollutant diffusion model,supports the cascade analysis of boiler combustion efficiency prediction and flue gas emission monitoring,system response time is less than 2 seconds,and data consistency verification accuracy reaches 99.5%.

文摘Taking the Ming Tombs Forest Farm in Beijing as the research object,this research applied multi-source data fusion and GIS heat-map overlay analysis techniques,systematically collected bird observation point data from the Global Biodiversity Information Facility(GBIF),population distribution data from the Oak Ridge National Laboratory(ORNL)in the United States,as well as information on the composition of tree species in suitable forest areas for birds and the forest geographical information of the Ming Tombs Forest Farm,which is based on literature research and field investigations.By using GIS technology,spatial processing was carried out on bird observation points and population distribution data to identify suitable bird-watching areas in different seasons.Then,according to the suitability value range,these areas were classified into different grades(from unsuitable to highly suitable).The research findings indicated that there was significant spatial heterogeneity in the bird-watching suitability of the Ming Tombs Forest Farm.The north side of the reservoir was generally a core area with high suitability in all seasons.The deep-aged broad-leaved mixed forests supported the overlapping co-existence of the ecological niches of various bird species,such as the Zosterops simplex and Urocissa erythrorhyncha.In contrast,the shallow forest-edge coniferous pure forests and mixed forests were more suitable for specialized species like Carduelis sinica.The southern urban area and the core area of the mausoleums had relatively low suitability due to ecological fragmentation or human interference.Based on these results,this paper proposed a three-level protection framework of“core area conservation—buffer zone management—isolation zone construction”and a spatio-temporal coordinated human-bird co-existence strategy.It was also suggested that the human-bird co-existence space could be optimized through measures such as constructing sound and light buffer interfaces,restoring ecological corridors,and integrating cultural heritage elements.This research provided an operational technical approach and decision-making support for the scientific planning of bird-watching sites and the coordination of ecological protection and tourism development.
文摘This paper presents a new information fusion filter in integrated navigation. The method can improve the fault-tolerant performance and make well fault detection, isolation and reconfiguration of the integrated navigation system exist. Based on three sensors'(strapdown system, GPS receiver, Doppler radar) information fusion, a fault-tolerant navigation system is designed with this information fusion filter and two-ellipsoid overlap test. Simulation results show that the design is efficient with the soft-failure of gyro, accelerator, GPS receiver and Doppler radar.

文摘An effective autonomous navigation system for the integration of star sensor,infrared horizon sensor,magnetometer,radar altimeter and ultraviolet sensor is developed.The requirements of the integrated navigation system manager make optimum use of the various navigation sensors and allow rapid fault detection,isolation and recovery.The normal full fusion feedback method of federated unscented Kalman filter(UKF) cannot meet the needs of it.So a no-reset feedback federated Kalman filter architecture is developed and used in the autonomous navigation system.The minimal skew sigma points are chosen to improve the calculation speed.Simulation results are presented to demonstrate the advantages of the algorithm.These advantages include improved failure detection and correction,improved computational efficiency,and reliability.Additionally,its' accuracy is higher than that of the full fusion feedback method.

文摘In multiple Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAV)systems,achieving efficient navigation is essential for executing complex tasks and enhancing autonomy.Traditional navigation methods depend on predefined control strategies and trajectory planning and often perform poorly in complex environments.To improve the UAV-environment interaction efficiency,this study proposes a multi-UAV integrated navigation algorithm based on Deep Reinforcement Learning(DRL).This algorithm integrates the Inertial Navigation System(INS),Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS),and Visual Navigation System(VNS)for comprehensive information fusion.Specifically,an improved multi-UAV integrated navigation algorithm called Information Fusion with MultiAgent Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient(IF-MADDPG)was developed.This algorithm enables UAVs to learn collaboratively and optimize their flight trajectories in real time.Through simulations and experiments,test scenarios in GNSS-denied environments were constructed to evaluate the effectiveness of the algorithm.The experimental results demonstrate that the IF-MADDPG algorithm significantly enhances the collaborative navigation capabilities of multiple UAVs in formation maintenance and GNSS-denied environments.Additionally,it has advantages in terms of mission completion time.This study provides a novel approach for efficient collaboration in multi-UAV systems,which significantly improves the robustness and adaptability of navigation systems.

文摘Image registration is an indispensable component in multi-source remote sensing image processing. In this paper, we put forward a remote sensing image registration method by including an improved multi-scale and multi-direction Harris algorithm and a novel compound feature. Multi-scale circle Gaussian combined invariant moments and multi-direction gray level co-occurrence matrix are extracted as features for image matching. The proposed algorithm is evaluated on numerous multi-source remote sensor images with noise and illumination changes. Extensive experimental studies prove that our proposed method is capable of receiving stable and even distribution of key points as well as obtaining robust and accurate correspondence matches. It is a promising scheme in multi-source remote sensing image registration.

文摘Data fusion can effectively process multi-sensor information to obtain more accurate and reliable results than a single sensor.The data of water quality in the environment comes from different sensors,thus the data must be fused.In our research,self-adaptive weighted data fusion method is used to respectively integrate the data from the PH value,temperature,oxygen dissolved and NH3 concentration of water quality environment.Based on the fusion,the Grubbs method is used to detect the abnormal data so as to provide data support for estimation,prediction and early warning of the water quality.

文摘This paper addresses the challenge of accurately and timely determining the position of a train,with specific consideration given to the integration of the global navigation satellite system(GNSS)and inertial navigation system(INS).To overcome the increasing errors in the INS during interruptions in GNSS signals,as well as the uncertainty associated with process and measurement noise,a deep learning-based method for train positioning is proposed.This method combines convolutional neural networks(CNN),long short-term memory(LSTM),and the invariant extended Kalman filter(IEKF)to enhance the perception of train positions.It effectively handles GNSS signal interruptions and mitigates the impact of noise.Experimental evaluation and comparisons with existing approaches are provided to illustrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method.

文摘For Inertial Navigation System(INS)/Celestial Navigation System(CNS)/Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)integrated navigation system of the missile,the performance of data fusion algorithms based on the Cubature Kalman Filter(CKF)is seriously degraded when there are non-Gaussian noise and process-modeling errors in the system model.Therefore,a novel method is proposed,which is called Optimal Data Fusion algorithm based on the Adaptive Fading maximum Correntropy generalized high-degree CKF(AFCCKF-ODF).First,the Adaptive Fading maximum Correntropy generalized high-degree CKF(AFCCKF)is proposed and used as the local filter for the INS/GNSS and INS/CNS subsystems to improve the robustness of local state estimation.Then,the local state estimation is fused based on the minimum variance principle and highdegree cubature criterion to get the globally optimal state.Finally,the experimental results verify that the proposed algorithm can significantly improve the robustness of the missile-borne INS/CNS/GNSS integrated navigation system to non-Gaussian noise and process modeling error and obtain the global optimal navigation information.
文摘Terrain Aided Navigation(TAN)technology has become increasingly important due to its effectiveness in environments where Global Positioning System(GPS)is unavailable.In recent years,TAN systems have been extensively researched for both aerial and underwater navigation applications.However,many TAN systems that rely on recursive Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)position estimation methods,such as Extended Kalman Filters(EKF),often face challenges with divergence and instability,particularly in highly non-linear systems.To address these issues,this paper proposes and investigates a hybrid two-stage TAN positioning system for UAVs that utilizes Particle Filter.To enhance the system’s robustness against uncertainties caused by noise and to estimate additional system states,a Fuzzy Particle Filter(FPF)is employed in the first stage.This approach introduces a novel terrain composite feature that enables a fuzzy expert system to analyze terrain non-linearities and dynamically adjust the number of particles in real-time.This design allows the UAV to be efficiently localized in GPS-denied environments while also reducing the computational complexity of the particle filter in real-time applications.In the second stage,an Error State Kalman Filter(ESKF)is implemented to estimate the UAV’s altitude.The ESKF is chosen over the conventional EKF method because it is more suitable for non-linear systems.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed fuzzy-based terrain composite method achieves high positional accuracy while reducing computational time and memory usage.

文摘Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)can provide all-weather,all-time,high-precision positioning,navigation and timing services,which plays an important role in national security,national economy,public life and other aspects.However,in environments with limited satellite signals such as urban canyons,tunnels,and indoor spaces,it is difficult to provide accurate and reliable positioning services only by satellite navigation.Multi-source sensor integrated navigation can effectively overcome the limitations of single-sensor navigation through the fusion of different types of sensor data such as Inertial Measurement Unit(IMU),vision sensor,and LiDAR,and provide more accurate,stable and robust navigation information in complex environments.We summarizes the research status of multi-source sensor integrated navigation technology,and focuses on the representative innovations and applications of integrated navigation and positioning technology by major domestic scientific research institutions in China during 2019—2023.

文摘We present a novel sea-ice classification framework based on locality preserving fusion of multi-source images information.The locality preserving fusion arises from two-fold,i.e.,the local characterization in both spatial and feature domains.We commence by simultaneously learning a projection matrix,which preserves spatial localities,and a similarity matrix,which encodes feature similarities.We map the pixels of multi-source images by the projection matrix to a set fusion vectors that preserve spatial localities of the image.On the other hand,by applying the Laplacian eigen-decomposition to the similarity matrix,we obtain another set of fusion vectors that preserve the feature local similarities.We concatenate the fusion vectors for both spatial and feature locality preservation and obtain the fusion image.Finally,we classify the fusion image pixels by a novel sliding ensemble strategy,which enhances the locality preservation in classification.Our locality preserving fusion framework is effective in classifying multi-source sea-ice images(e.g.,multi-spectral and synthetic aperture radar(SAR)images)because it not only comprehensively captures the spatial neighboring relationships but also intrinsically characterizes the feature associations between different types of sea-ices.Experimental evaluations validate the effectiveness of our framework.
文摘When employing penetration ammunition to strike multi-story buildings,the detection methods using acceleration sensors suffer from signal aliasing,while magnetic detection methods are susceptible to interference from ferromagnetic materials,thereby posing challenges in accurately determining the number of layers.To address this issue,this research proposes a layer counting method for penetration fuze that incorporates multi-source information fusion,utilizing both the temporal convolutional network(TCN)and the long short-term memory(LSTM)recurrent network.By leveraging the strengths of these two network structures,the method extracts temporal and high-dimensional features from the multi-source physical field during the penetration process,establishing a relationship between the multi-source physical field and the distance between the fuze and the target plate.A simulation model is developed to simulate the overload and magnetic field of a projectile penetrating multiple layers of target plates,capturing the multi-source physical field signals and their patterns during the penetration process.The analysis reveals that the proposed multi-source fusion layer counting method reduces errors by 60% and 50% compared to single overload layer counting and single magnetic anomaly signal layer counting,respectively.The model's predictive performance is evaluated under various operating conditions,including different ratios of added noise to random sample positions,penetration speeds,and spacing between target plates.The maximum errors in fuze penetration time predicted by the three modes are 0.08 ms,0.12 ms,and 0.16 ms,respectively,confirming the robustness of the proposed model.Moreover,the model's predictions indicate that the fitting degree for large interlayer spacings is superior to that for small interlayer spacings due to the influence of stress waves.
文摘The interest for land navigation has increased for the recent years. With the advent of the Global Position System (GPS) we have now the ability to determine the absolute position anywhere on the globe. The problem is that the GPS systems work well only in open environments with no overhead obstructions and they are subject to large unavoidable errors when the reception from some of the satellites are blocked. This occurs frequently in urban environments, forests and tunnels. GPS systems require at least four “visible” satellites to maintain a good position fix. In many situations in which higher level of accuracy is required, the navigation cannot be achieved by GPS alone. This paper discusses the design of a reliable multisensor fusion algorithm using GPS and Inertial Navigation System in order to decrease the implementation cost of such systems on land vehicles. The major contribution of this paper is in the definition of the possible developments and research axes in land navigation.

文摘In cabin-type component alignment, digital measurement technology is usually adopted to provide guidance for assembly. Depending on the system of measurement, the alignment process can be divided into measurement-assisted assembly(MAA) and force-driven assembly. In MAA,relative pose between components is directly measured to guide assembly, while in force-driven assembly, only contact state can be recognized according to measured six-dimensional force and torque(6 D F/T) and the process is completed based on preset assembly strategy. Aiming to improve the efficiency of force-driven cabin-type component alignment, this paper proposed a heuristic alignment method based on multi-source data fusion. In this method, measured 6 D F/T, pose data and geometric information of components are fused to calculate the relative pose between components and guide the movement of pose adjustment platform. Among these data types, pose data and measured 6 D F/T are combined as data set. To collect the data sets needed for data fusion, dynamic gravity compensation method and hybrid motion control method are designed. Then the relative pose calculation method is elaborated, which transforms collected data sets into discrete geometric elements and calculates the relative poses based on the geometric information of components.Finally, experiments are conducted in simulation environment and the results show that the proposed alignment method is feasible and effective.
文摘Accurate multi-source fusion is based on the reliability, quantity, and fusion mode of the sources. The problem of selecting the optimal set for participating in the fusion process is nondeterministic-polynomial-time-hard and is neither sub-modular nor super-modular. Furthermore, in the case of the Kalman filter(KF) fusion algorithm, accurate statistical characteristics of noise are difficult to obtain, and this leads to an unsatisfactory fusion result. To settle the referred cases, a distributed and adaptive weighted fusion algorithm based on KF has been proposed in this paper. In this method, on the basis of the pseudo prior probability of the estimated state of each source, the reliability of the sources is evaluated and the optimal set is selected on a certain threshold. Experiments were performed on multi-source pedestrian dead reckoning for verifying the proposed algorithm. The results obtained from these experiments indicate that the optimal set can be selected accurately with minimal computation, and the fusion error is reduced by 16.6% as compared to the corresponding value resulting from the algorithm without improvements.The proposed adaptive source reliability and fusion weight evaluation is effective against the varied-noise multi-source fusion system, and the fusion error caused by inaccurate statistical characteristics of the noise is reduced by the adaptive weight evaluation.The proposed algorithm exhibits good robustness, adaptability,and value on applications.
