This approach consists of two phases, the spoofing detection phase which is accomplished by hypothesis test and the trajectory estimation phase which is carried out by applying the adapted particle filters to the integrated inertial navigation system (INS) and GPS. Due to nonlinearity and unfavorable impacts of spoofing signals on GPS receivers, deviation in position calculation is modeled as a cumulative uniform error. This paper also presents a procedure of applying adapted particle swarm optimization filter (PSOF) to the INS/GPS integration system as an estimator to compensate spoofing attacks. Due to memory based nature of PSOF and benefits of each particle's experiences, application of PSOF algorithm in the INS/GPS integ- ration system leads to more precise positioning compared with general particle filter (PF) and adaptive unscented particle filer (AUPF) in the GPS spoofing attack scenarios. Simulation results show that the adapted PSOF algorithm is more reliable and accurate in estim- ating the true position of UAV in the condition of spoofing attacks. The validation of the proposed method is done by root mean square error (RMSE) test.展开更多

The techniques are synchronization control of multi-sensor, space-time benchmark for sensor data, and multi-sensor data fusion and mining. Firstly, synchronization control of multi-sensor is achieved through a synchronization control system which is composed of a time synchronization controller and some synchronization sub-controllers. The time synchronization controller can receive GPS time information from GPS satellites, relative distance information from distance measuring instrument and send space-time information to the synchronization sub-controller. The latter can work at three types of synchronization mode, i.e. active synchronization, passive synchronization and time service synchronization. Secondly, space-time benchmark can be established based on GPS time and global reference coordinate system, and can be obtained through position and azimuth determining system and synchronization control system. Thirdly, there are many types of data fusion and mining, e.g. GPS/Gyro/DMI data fusion, data fusion between stereophotogrammetry and PADS, data fusion between laser scanner and PADS, and data fusion between CCD camera and laser scanner. Finally, all these solutions presented in paper have been applied to two areas, i.e. land-bone intelligent road detection and measurement system and 3D measurement system based on unmanned helicopter. The former has equipped some highway engineering Co. , Ltd. and has been successfully put into use. The latter is an ongoing resealch.展开更多

In order to compensate the disadvantage, wireless sensor network(WSN) associated with the INS was applied to estimate the mobile target positioning. Taking traditional Kalman filter(KF) as the framework, the system equation of KF was established by the INS and the observation equation of position errors was built by the WSN. Meanwhile, the observation equation of velocity errors was established by the velocity difference between the INS and WSN, then the covariance matrix of Kalman filter measurement noise was adjusted with fuzzy inference system(FIS), and the fuzzy adaptive Kalman filter(FAKF) based on the INS/WSN was proposed. The algorithm describes the motion mode of vehicle by using three state spacemode]s. At first, the parallel filter of each model is realized by using multiple nonlinear filters. Then the weight integration of filtering result is carried out by using the model matching likelihood function so as to get the system positioning information. The method has advantages of nonlinear system filter and overcomes disadvantages of single model of filtering algorithm that has poor effects on positioning the maneuvering target. At last, the paper uses IMM and EKF methods to simulate the global positioning system (OPS)/inertial navigation system (INS)/dead reckoning (DR) integrated positioning system, respectively. The results indicate that the IMM algorithm is obviously superior to EKF filter used in the integrated positioning system at present. Moreover, it can greatly enhance the stability and positioning precision of integrated positioning system.展开更多

A new double position servo synchronous driving scheme based on semi-closed-loop cross- coupling integrated feedforward control is proposed. The scheme comprises a position error cross-coupling feedfor-ward control and a load torque identification with feed- forward control. A digital integrated simulation system for the dual servo synchronous drive system is established. Using a 20 t servo broacher, performance analysis of the scheme is conducted based on this simulation system and the simulation results show that systems with traditional parallel or single control have problems when the work- table works with an unbalanced load. However, the system with proposed scheme shows good synchronous perfor- mance and positional accuracy. Broaching tests are performed and the experimental results show that the maximum dual axis synchronization error of the system is only 8μm during acceleration and deceleration processes and the error between the actual running position and the given position is almost zero. A double position servo synchronous driving scheme is presented based on crosscoupled integrated feedforward compensation control, which can improve the synchronization precision.展开更多

文摘To solve low precision and poor stability of the extended Kalman filter (EKF) in the vehicle integrated positioning system owing to acceleration, deceleration and turning (hereinafter referred to as maneuvering) , the paper presents an adaptive filter algorithm that combines interacting multiple model (IMM) and non linear Kalman filter. Moreover, it can greatly enhance the stability and positioning precision of integrated positioning system.

文摘Accurate navigation is important for long-range rocket projectile's precise striking. To obtain stable and high-per- formance navigation result, a ultra-tight global positioning system/inertial navigation system (GPS/INS) integration based nav- igation approach is proposed. The accurate short-time output of INS is used by GPS receiver to assist in acquisition of signal, and output information of INS and GPS is fused based on federated filter. Meanwhile, the improved cubature Kalman filter with strong tracking ability is chosen to serve as the local filter, and then the federated filter is enhanced based on vector sharing theory. Finally, simulation results show that the navigation accuracy with the proposed method is higher than that with traditional methods. It provides reference for long-range rocket projectile navigation.

文摘Synchronization errors directly deteriorate the machining accuracy of metal parts and the existed method cannot keep high synchronization precision because of external disturbances. A double position servo synchronous driving scheme is presented based on crosscoupled integrated feedforward compensation control, which can improve the synchronization precision.
文摘This paper proposed and evaluated an estimation method for indoor positioning. The method combines location fingerprinting and dead reckoning differently from the conventional combinations. It uses compound location fingerprints, which are composed of radio fingerprints at multiple points of time, that is,at multiple positions, and displacements between them estimated by dead reckoning. To avoid errors accumulated from dead reckoning, the method uses short-range dead reckoning. The method was evaluated using 16 Bluetooth beacons installed in a student room with the dimensions of 11×5 m with furniture inside. The Received Signal Strength Indicator(RSSI)values of the beacons were collected at 30 measuring points, which were points at the intersections on a 1×1 m grid with no obstacles.A compound location fingerprint is composed of RSSI vectors at two points and a displacement vector between them.Random Forests(RF)was used to build regression models to estimate positions from location fingerprints. The root mean square error of position estimation was 0.87 m using 16 Bluetooth beacons. This error is lower than that received with a single-point baseline model, where a feature vector is composed of only RSSI values at one location. The results suggest that the proposed method is effective for indoor positioning.

文摘Strapdown inertial navigation system(SINS) requires an initialization process that establishes the relationship between the body frame and the local geographic reference. This process, called alignment,is generally used to estimate the initial attitude angles. This is possible because an accurate determination of the inertial measurement unit(IMU) motion is available based on the measurement obtained from global position system(GPS).But the update frequency of GPS is much lower than SINS.Due to the non-synchronous data streams from GPS and SINS,the initial attitude angles may not be computed accurately enough. In addition, the estimated initial attitude angles may have relatively large uncertainties that can affect the accuracy of other navigation parameters. This paper presents an effective approach of matching the velocities which are provided by GPS and SINS.In this approach,a digital high-pass filter, which implements a pre-filtering scheme of the measured signal,is used to filter the Schuler cycle of discrete velocity difference between the SINS and GPS.Simulation results show that this approach improves the accuracy greatly and makes the convergence time satisfy the required accuracy.
文摘In this study,a simple position synchronization control algorithm based on an integral sliding mode is developed for dualarm robotic manipulator systems.A first-order sliding surface is designed using cross-coupling error in order to ensure position synchronization of dual-arm manipulators. The design objective of the proposed controller is to ensure stability as well as to synchronize the movement of both arms while maintaining the trajectory as desired. The integral sliding mode eliminates the reaching phase and guarantees robustness throughout the whole operating period.Additionally,a low pass filter is used to smoothen the discontinuous element and minimize unwanted chattering.Lyapunov stability theory is utilized to prove the asymptotic stability of the controlled system.Simulation studies are performed to validate the proposed controller′s effectiveness. Also,to investigate the possibility of realizing the proposed dynamic control method in practical applications, experiments are conducted on a 14DoF coordinated links(COOL)dual-arm robotic manipulator system.Experimental evidence indicates adequate efficiency in trajectory tracking and guarantees robustness in the presence of parametric uncertainty and external disturbance.
