Impact of Climate Change on Crop-cropland Coupling Relationship:A Case Study of the Loess Plateau in China

Climate change brings new challenges to the sustainable development of agriculture in the new era.Accurately grasping the patterns of climate change impacts on agricultural systems is crucial for ensuring agricultural sustainability and food security.Taking the Loess Plateau(LP),China as an example,this study used a coupling coordination degree model and spatial autocorrelation analysis to portray the spatial and temporal features of crop-cropland coupling relationship from 2000 to 2020 and explored the impact law of climate change through geographically and temporally weighted regression(GTWR).The results were as follows:1)the crop-cropland coupling coordination degree of the LP showed a gradual upward trend from 2000 to 2020,forming a spatial pattern with lower values in the central region and higher values in the surrounding areas.2)There was a positive correlation in the spatial distribution of cropcropland coupling coordination degree in the LP from 2000 to 2020,and the high value-low value(H-L)and low value-low value(L-L)agglomerations continued to expand eastward,while the spatial and temporal evolution of the high value-high value(H-H)and low value-high value(L-H)agglomerations was not obvious.3)The impacts of climatic elements on crop-cropland coupling coordination degree in the LP showed strong heterogeneity in time scales.The inhibitory impacts of summer days(SU)and frost days(FD)accounted for a higher proportion,while the annual average temperature(TEM)had both promoting and inhibiting impacts.The impacts proportion and intensity of extreme heavy precipitation day(R25),continuous drought days(CDD),and annual precipitation(PRE)all experienced significant changes.4)In space,the impacts of SU and FD on the crop-cropland coupling coordination degree varied with latitude and altitude.The adaptability of the LP to R25 gradually strengthened,and the extensions of CDD and increase of PRE led to the increasing inhibition beyond the eastern region of LP,and TEM showed a promoting impact in the Fenwei Plain.As an important grainproducing area in China,the LP should actively deal with the impacts of climate change on the crop-cropland coupling relationship,vigorously safeguard food security,and promote sustainable agricultural development. 展开更多

The spatial-temporal relationship between high-quality source rocks and reservoirs is a key factor when evaluating the formation,occurrence,and prospectivity of tight oil and gas reservoirs.In this study,we analyze the fundamental oil and gas accumulation processes occurring in the Songliao Basin,contrasting tight oil sand reservoirs in the south with tight gas sand reservoirs in the north.This is done using geochemical data,constant-rate and conventional mercury injection experiments,and fluid inclusion analyses.Our results demonstrate that as far as fluid mobility is concerned,the expulsion center coincides with the overpressure zone,and its boundary limits the occurrence of tight oil and gas accumulations.In addition,the lower permeability limit of high-quality reservoirs,controlled by pore-throat structures,is 0.1×10^-3μm^2 in the fourth member of the Lower Cretaceous Quantou Formation(K1q^4)in the southern Songliao Basin,and 0.05×10^-3μm^2 in the Lower Cretaceous Shahezi Formation(K1sh)in the northern Songliao Basin.Furthermore,the results indicate that the formation of tight oil and gas reservoirs requires the densification of reservoirs prior to the main phase of hydrocarbon expulsion from the source rocks.Reservoir“sweet spots”develop at the intersection of high-quality source rocks(with high pore pressure)and reservoirs(with high permeability). 展开更多

Based on combing the existing research on the production-living-ecological space,the paper quantitatively analyzes the evaluation system-development level-temporal and spatial evolution,future trend-influencing factors of the production-living-ecological functions coupling and coordination in the Yellow River Basin from 2009 to 2018.Through multi-scale analysis and comparison,the paper tries to identify problem areas and put forward corresponding measures.The research results show that:(1)The coupling and coordination degree of the production-living-ecological functions in the Yellow River Basin both show an upward trend,and its future growth trend is relatively slow.(2)The spatial-temporal differential characteristics of the coordinated development level of the production-living-ecological functions are obvious,and gradually develop towards the direction of benign resonance in time,showing a spatial distribution pattern of“high in the northeast and low in the southwest”.(3)There is a big difference in the level of coordinated development of the production-living-ecological functions,and the coordination degree of the“production-living”function is the lowest.(4)Scientific and technological investment,economic development level,government capacity,and urbanization level have a significant positive impact on the spatial effect of the coordinated development of the production-living-ecological functions of the Yellow River Basin,and the same factor has different effects on different regions. 展开更多

Purpose:We analyzed the structure of a community of authors working in the field of social network analysis(SNA)based on citation indicators:direct citation and bibliographic coupling metrics.We observed patterns at the micro,meso,and macro levels of analysis.Design/methodology/approach:We used bibliometric network analysis,including the“temporal quantities”approach proposed to study temporal networks.Using a two-mode network linking publications with authors and a one-mode network of citations between the works,we constructed and analyzed the networks of citation and bibliographic coupling among authors.We used an iterated saturation data collection approach.Findings:At the macro-level,we observed the global structural features of citations between authors,showing that 80%of authors have not more than 15 citations from other works.At the meso-level,we extracted the groups of authors citing each other and similar to each other according to their citation patterns.We have seen a division of authors in SNA into groups of social scientists and physicists,as well as into other groups of authors from different disciplines.We found some examples of brokerage between different groups that maintained the common identity of the field.At the micro-level,we extracted authors with extremely high values of received citations,who can be considered as the most prominent authors in the field.We examined the temporal properties of the most popular authors.Research limitations:The main challenge in this approach is the resolution of the author’s name(synonyms and homonyms).We faced the author disambiguation,or“multiple personalities”(Harzing,2015)problem.To remain consistent and comparable with our previously published articles,we used the same SNA data collected up to 2018.The analysis and conclusions on the activity,productivity,and visibility of the authors are relative only to the field of SNA.Practical implications:The proposed approach can be utilized for similar objectives and identifying key structures and characteristics in other disciplines.This may potentially inspire the application of network approaches in other research areas,creating more authors collaborating in the field of SNA.Originality/value:We identified and applied an innovative approach and methods to study the structure of scientific communities,which allowed us to get the findings going beyond those obtained with other methods.We used a new approach to temporal network analysis,which is an important addition to the analysis as it provides detailed information on different measures for the authors and pairs of authors over time. 展开更多

To comprehensively understand the law of urban-rural relationship and propose scientific measures of urban-rural coordinated development in Northeast China,this study uses the coupling coordination degree model and geographically and temporally weighted regression(GTWR)model to analyze the spatial-temporal patterns and the corresponding driving mechanisms of its urban-rural coordination since 1990.The results are as follows.First,the urban-rural coupling coordination degree in Northeast China was very low and improved slowly,but its stages of evolution is a good interpretation of the strategic arrangements of China's urbanization.Second,the urban-rural coupling coordination degree in Northeast China had spatial differences and was characterized by central polarization,converging on urban agglomeration,which was high in the south and low in the north.Moreover,the gap between the north and south weakened.Third,the spatial-temporal evolution of the urban-rural coordination relationship in Northeast China was influenced by pulling from the central cities,pushing from rural transformation,and government regulations.The influence intensity of the three mechanisms was weak,but the pulling from the central cities was stronger than that of the other two mechanisms.Furthermore,the spatial difference between the three mechanisms determines the spatial pattern and its evolution of the urban-rural coordination relationship in Northeast China.Fourth,to promote the development of urban-rural coordination in Northeast China,it is essential to advance urban-rural economic correlation,enhance the government^role in regulating and guiding,and adopt different policies for each region in Northeast China. 展开更多

The spatio-temporal variability of Northern Hemisphere Sea Level Pressure (SLP) and precipitation over the mid-to-low reaches of the Yangtze River (PMLY) is analyzed jointly using the multi-taper/singular value decomposition method (MTM-SVD). Statistically significant narrow frequency bands are obtained from the local fractional variance (LFV) spectrum. Significant interdecadal (i.e., 16-to-18-year periods) and interannual (i.e., 3-to-6-year periods) signals are identified. Moreover, a significant quasi-biennial signal is identified but only for PMLY data. The spatial joint evolution of patterns obtained for peaks in the LFV spectrum sheds light on relationships between SLP and PMLY: the Arctic Oscillation (AO) modulates the variability of the PMLY while the interannual variability of PMLY is in phase with the Northern Atlantic Oscillation (NAO) and the Northern Pacific Oscillation (NPO). 展开更多

The construction of a livable environment for the elderly is an important measure to address the challenges of aging and improve their livelihood and well-being.Based on China’s national conditions and combined with the actual development needs of the cities,it is of great significance to explore the coupling and coordination characteristics and influencing factors within the livable environment system for the elderly for the coordination and stable development.This article was based on the three subsystems of’living service environment,socioeconomic environment and ecological livable environment’,following the research framework of’process-pattern-trend-impact’,constructs an evaluation index system for the livable environment for the elderly.Entropy weight-TOPSIS evaluation model,coupling coordination degree model,center of gravity and standard deviation ellipse model and the geographic detector model were used starting from the evolution of coupling coordination types to study the spatial and temporal pattern and dynamic trend characteristics and influencing factors of internal coupling coordination types in the livable environment system for the elderly from2010 to 2019.The results showed that:1)The coordinated development of life service environment system and ecological livable environment system(LE)and socioeconomic environment system and ecological livable environment system(SE)in the livable environment for the elderly decreased from the intermediate coordination level coordination areas to the low-level quality improvement and optimization areas:coordinated transition type.The overall development level of life service environment system and socioeconomic environment system(LS)was low,and it was always at a low level.2)The coupling degree of livable environment system for the elderly was high,the coupling coordination type shown a gradually decreasing layer structure with Zhejiang,Beijing and Guangdong high-level leading demonstration areas as the axis belt.3)The coupling coordination center of the elderly livable environment system was located in Henan,and the standard deviation ellipse was distributed in the northeast-southwest direction.The development center and the ellipse of the high-level leading demonstration areas and the intermediate coordination level areas were concentrated in the central and eastern regions,while the low-level coordination areas for improving quality and efficiency are mainly located in the western region.4)Urban development,green facilities,infrastructure,government macroscopic regulation and control,economic stimulus,and housing construction were all important factors affecting the coordinated development of the livable environment system for the elderly,exerting a varying degree of effect on the level of coordinated development of various types of systems. 展开更多

针对流程生产由于变量间耦合复杂、时序特征显著而导致工艺质量精准预测困难问题,提出了一种融合多通道CNN-BiGRU与时间模式注意力机制的多工序工艺质量预测方法。首先,搭建由卷积神经网络(CNN)与双向门控循环单元(BiGRU)组成的门控卷... 针对流程生产由于变量间耦合复杂、时序特征显著而导致工艺质量精准预测困难问题,提出了一种融合多通道CNN-BiGRU与时间模式注意力机制的多工序工艺质量预测方法。首先,搭建由卷积神经网络(CNN)与双向门控循环单元(BiGRU)组成的门控卷积网络,用于获取多工序生产过程工艺数据的非线性时间动态相关性,并将反映工艺参数时序变化规律的高维特征向量构成时间序列,分别输入到前向和后向传递的GRU网络,避免在训练工艺数据的长时间序列时的梯度消失或梯度爆炸问题;其次,引入时间模式注意力机制(TPA)为生产过程中的不同工序状态变量自适应分配注意力权重,动态获取不同工艺参数之间的关联耦合特征,通过全连接层获取最终工艺质量的预测结果;最后,利用某制丝产线五大工序的工艺数据集进行了工艺质量的预测实验。实验表明,相较于TCN-Attention和DA_BiLSTM等模型,CNN-BiGRU-TPA模型有效提高了预测精度,平均绝对误差(MAE)和均方根误差(RMSE)降低了21.36%和26.56%以上,为流程生产多工序质量精准预测提供了实现方法和途径。 展开更多

论文使用2012—2021年我国30个省份的面板数据,综合运用复合熵权法、耦合协调度、时间加权向量测度制造业现代化转型升级与绿色金融耦合协调度,并运用核密度估计、基尼系数、σ收敛指数等刻画耦合协调水平的时空分异特征,进一步探究耦... 论文使用2012—2021年我国30个省份的面板数据,综合运用复合熵权法、耦合协调度、时间加权向量测度制造业现代化转型升级与绿色金融耦合协调度,并运用核密度估计、基尼系数、σ收敛指数等刻画耦合协调水平的时空分异特征,进一步探究耦合协调发展的影响因素。研究发现:制造业现代化转型升级与绿色金融的耦合协调度逐年上升,东部地区耦合协调度的固有水平和发展速度均显著高于中部、西部和东北,且只有东部地区的耦合协调度呈现出收敛趋势,制造业现代化转型升级与绿色金融的耦合协调发展水平的空间差异主要源于区域间差异。从全国层面来看,产业结构高级化对制造业现代化转型升级与绿色金融的耦合协调发展存在显著正向促进作用;分区域来看,科技水平对东部地区、中部地区和西部地区制造业现代化转型升级与绿色金融的耦合协调发展均产生显著正向作用,西部地区还会受到对外开放水平和产业结构高级化的推动作用,而东北地区受产业结构高级化和政府干预程度的影响较大。 展开更多

高等职业教育与新质生产力之间具有伴生与耦合的现实逻辑。基于2012—2022年全国30个省份的面板数据,在测度高等职业教育与新质生产力耦合协调度水平的基础上,进一步分析了两者耦合协调的区域差异、空间格局演化及收敛性。研究发现:我... 高等职业教育与新质生产力之间具有伴生与耦合的现实逻辑。基于2012—2022年全国30个省份的面板数据,在测度高等职业教育与新质生产力耦合协调度水平的基础上,进一步分析了两者耦合协调的区域差异、空间格局演化及收敛性。研究发现:我国的高等职业教育与新质生产力耦合协调度整体水平偏低且存在一定的反复性,总体呈“东高西低”的格局;在区域差异方面,区域内差异和超变密度贡献率不断下降,区域间差异贡献率持续上升;根据空间格局演化趋势,各地区的耦合协调度处于持续改善的状态,但区域间差异有所提升;各地区的耦合协调度区域差异均存在显著的收敛趋势,逐渐形成整体性收敛和区域性“极化”现象并存的格局。对此,要树立系统性思维,通过统筹空间布局强化区域协同发展,同时发挥影响因素的正向引导作用,推动高等职业教育与新质生产力耦合协调度水平向更高层次跃进。 展开更多

新时代城乡融合发展要求新型城镇化与乡村全面振兴耦合协调发展。本文通过构建新型城镇化与乡村全面振兴评价指标体系,采用修正的耦合协调度模型、空间马尔科夫链、随机森林模型等方法定量分析2007—2022年中国中部地区新型城镇化与乡... 新时代城乡融合发展要求新型城镇化与乡村全面振兴耦合协调发展。本文通过构建新型城镇化与乡村全面振兴评价指标体系,采用修正的耦合协调度模型、空间马尔科夫链、随机森林模型等方法定量分析2007—2022年中国中部地区新型城镇化与乡村全面振兴耦合协调类型的时空演化特征和影响因素。结果表明:①2007—2022年中部地区的耦合协调类型经历了“中度失调→勉强协调”的转变,严重失调地区逐渐消失,优质协调地区逐渐出现,耦合协调关系不断优化。空间分布上,耦合协调高值区保持省会集聚,低值区转向西部边缘和豫皖鄂省际边界区,边界效应逐渐显现。②不考虑邻域条件,耦合协调状态的转移存在“路径依赖”和“自身锁定”效应,同时表现出“俱乐部收敛”现象,存在向更高层次转移的可能性但难以实现跨越式发展。地理背景在耦合协调状态演进过程中发挥重要作用,具有明显的空间溢出效应,马尔科夫预测结果也证明了这种空间溢出效应将长期存在,耦合协调状态的长期演变趋势较为良好。③在耦合协调发展过程中,产业发展水平发挥着核心主导作用,区域投资水平、科技创新水平、人力资本水平、人口从业结构发挥着要素保障作用,地理空间距离则产生制约作用。最后,本文提出了针对性的对策建议,以期为中国中部地区实现新型城镇化与乡村全面振兴协调发展提供科学依据。 展开更多

融合Seq2Seq与时序注意力机制的工艺质量预测

针对流程工业生产过程整体工序繁多,工序间耦合严重,多维工艺数据间时序关系及其复杂等问题,提出一种融合Seq2Seq与时序注意力机制的高维多尺度工艺过程质量预测方法。在分析多工序工艺数据特点,以及运用Seq2Seq模型进行编码解码过程面... 针对流程工业生产过程整体工序繁多,工序间耦合严重,多维工艺数据间时序关系及其复杂等问题,提出一种融合Seq2Seq与时序注意力机制的高维多尺度工艺过程质量预测方法。在分析多工序工艺数据特点,以及运用Seq2Seq模型进行编码解码过程面临的难题的基础上,引入时序注意力机制来构造长距离变化的时域信息矩阵。设计卷积神经网络和BiLSTM作为编码组件,学习工艺过程时序数据的工艺参数关联性和双向时序关系等潜在深度特征,并结合时序注意力机制抽取关键信息,实现对工艺质量相关的工艺参数时序数据的非线性相关特征和时序依赖性的自适应地学习。最后,通过对制丝生产工艺过程质量的单输出和多输出预测实验,验证了所提算法的实用性和有效性,为多工序耦合的流程制造过程质量的精准预测提供了方法和实现途径。 展开更多

提高经济发展与居民生活质量是黄河流域高质量发展的重要目标与具体体现。通过构建经济高质量发展与居民生活质量耦合协调的理论框架,运用耦合协调度模型、核密度估计、ESDM法、障碍度模型等方法对2011一2020年黄河流域78个地级市耦合... 提高经济发展与居民生活质量是黄河流域高质量发展的重要目标与具体体现。通过构建经济高质量发展与居民生活质量耦合协调的理论框架,运用耦合协调度模型、核密度估计、ESDM法、障碍度模型等方法对2011一2020年黄河流域78个地级市耦合协调的时空特征进行实证分析,并探讨影响因子与驱动机制。结果表明:①黄河流域各城市耦合度处于较高水平,系统间联系密切;②黄河流域整体协调度从2011年的轻度失调状态上升至2020年的濒临失调状态,各城市协调度极高、极低值较少,中间值较多;③协调度的空间极化与集聚特征明显,总体上呈现“东高西低”的格局,高值集聚区主要分布在山东半岛与各省会城市,其他地级市协调度相对较低且分布均衡;④经济高质量发展与居民生活质量的耦合协调受多种因素影响,其中城市的对外开放度是主要障碍因素,公共服务与基础设施建设也在一定程度上影响着二者的协调发展。在未来的发展中应更加注重提升经济的对外开放性,完善城市基础设施建设,提高公共服务水平,以实现黄河流域的高质量发展。 展开更多

智慧健康养老产业兼具破解老龄社会健康养老服务供给难题与加速经济发展质量变革双重优势,探究其与经济高质量发展的协同关系及其时空差异具有理论前瞻性与实践指导意义。本文测算并分析了2017—2022年中国30个省份智慧健康养老产业与... 智慧健康养老产业兼具破解老龄社会健康养老服务供给难题与加速经济发展质量变革双重优势,探究其与经济高质量发展的协同关系及其时空差异具有理论前瞻性与实践指导意义。本文测算并分析了2017—2022年中国30个省份智慧健康养老产业与经济高质量发展耦合协调的时序演变特征、区域差异来源、空间效应及主要障碍因子。研究表明:全国层面智慧健康养老产业与经济高质量发展的耦合协调度呈稳定上升态势;耦合协调度的区域异质性特征显著,省域层面耦合协调度处于较低水平;区域间差异是总体差异的主要来源;耦合协调度空间效应显著,影响耦合协调的主要障碍因子包括智慧健康养老产业的基础支撑和建设成果,以及经济的协调和共享发展等。因此,应制定差异化区域发展战略、完善区域间协同互动机制、精准施策干预主要障碍因子,以实现不同空间尺度两大系统的均衡协调发展。 展开更多

在中国式现代化战略框架下,农业数字化是驱动农业现代化进程的核心引擎与构建新型农业生产体系的关键技术支撑,农业绿色化则作为贯穿发展的价值主线,通过系统性重构生态友好型生产方式,成为实现农业高质量发展、全面推进乡村振兴和加快... 在中国式现代化战略框架下,农业数字化是驱动农业现代化进程的核心引擎与构建新型农业生产体系的关键技术支撑,农业绿色化则作为贯穿发展的价值主线,通过系统性重构生态友好型生产方式,成为实现农业高质量发展、全面推进乡村振兴和加快农业强国建设的战略性支点。本研究基于2012—2022年中国30个省(自治区、直辖市,不包括中国香港、中国澳门、中国台湾和西藏)的面板数据,从农业数字化、现代化、绿色化3个维度构建指标体系,实证检验农业数字化、现代化、绿色化(“三化”)系统耦合协调的时空演化及驱动因素。结果表明:1)农业“三化”系统存在显著协同效应,2022年整体达中度协调水平;2)区域间,农业“三化”系统耦合协调度呈东部和中部大于西部和东北的空间格局,但区域间差异逐步收敛;3)农业现代化是核心驱动力,通过提升生产效率和生态友好性推动“三化”协同;4)各省(自治区、直辖市)农业“三化”系统耦合协调发展潜力差异明显但趋向均衡。基于此,提出推进数字基建融合与构建数字农业人才体系、完善现代农业驱动的区域协同机制、以农业技术投入驱动现代化转型、实施精准施策推动发展潜力释放等建议,以促进农业绿色可持续发展。 展开更多
