Given the increasing uncertainties in power supply and load,this paper proposes the concept of power source and grid coordination uniformity planning.In this approach,the standard deviation of the transmission line load rate is considered as the uniformity evaluation index for power source and grid planning.A multi-stage and multi-objective optimization model of the power source and grid expansion planning is established to minimize the comprehensive cost of the entire planning cycle.In this study,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm and genetic algorithm are combined to solve the model,thus improving the efficiency and accuracy of the solution.The analysis of a simple IEEE Garver’s 6-node system shows that the model and solution method are effective and feasible.Moreover,they are suitable for the coordinated planning of the power source and grid under a diversified nature of power supply and load. 展开更多

To analyze and control complex networks effectively, this paper puts forward a new kind of scheme, which takes control separately in each area and can achieve the network’s coordinated optimality. The proposed algorithm is made up of two parts: the first part decomposes the network into several independent areas based on community structure and decouples the information flow and control power among areas; the second part selects the center nodes from each area with the help of the control centrality index. As long as the status of center nodes is kept on a satisfactory level in each area, the whole system is under effective control. Finally, the algorithm is applied to power grids, and the simulations prove its effectiveness. 展开更多

After implementing CGCS2000,establishing grid models for high-accuracy coordinate transformation which are mainly used to transform border lines and coordinate grids of topographic maps becomes an important issue in mapping applications.Consequently,a grid model for high-accuracy coordinate transformation of CGCS2000 is proposed.Specifically,we firstly analyze a minimum curvature equation of coordinate transformation,which possesses the characteristics of both the global and local smoothness,achieving better consistency with the consecutive smoothness for the coordinate transformation of map’s linear feature.Then an iterative calculation method of grid nodes and an approach for establishing regional grid models based on collocation by two-step minimization are proposed.Meanwhile,a data structure of grid model is constructed.Finally we give the optimized grid interval and transformation accuracy in China corresponding to the proposed grid model.Using 48 433 points of 2000 National Geodetic Control Network of China,we take the proposed model into practice by constructing grid models for coordinate transformation from BJS54 and XAS80 to CGCS2000,and the external positional accuracies for both models are 0.26 m and 0.03 m respectively. 展开更多

These include the Lax-Friedrichs and Lax-Wendroff numerical schemes. We also mention his collaboration in the 1983 HLL Riemann solver. We de- velop two-dimensional Lax-Friedrichs and Lax-Wendroff schemes for the Lagrangian form of the Euler equations on triangular grids. We apply a composite scheme that uses a Lax- Friedrichs time step as a dissipative filter after several Lax-Wendroff time steps. By measuring the deformed circle grids that are printed on the sheetsurface before forming, the strain distribution of the workpiece is obtained. The measurement andanalysis results can be used to verify numerical simulation results and guide production. To getgood accuracy, some new techniques are employed: camera calibration based on genetic algorithm,feature abstraction based on self-adaptive technology, image matching based on structure feature andcamera modeling pre-constrains, and parameter calculation based on curve and surface optimization.The experimental values show that the approach proposed is rational and practical, which can providebetter measurement accuracy with less time than the conventional method. 展开更多

That delays the algorithm process. As in a polar coordinate system, the coordinates are denoted by angular values, it is potential to speed up the star identification process by adopting a polar coordinate sys-tem. An angular polar coordinate system is introduced and a grid algorithm based on the coordinate system is proposed to enhance the performances of the star identification process. The simulations demonstrate that the algorithm in the angular polar coordinate system is superior to the grid algorithm in the rectangle Cartesian coordinate system in com-puting cost and identification rate. It can be used in the star sensors for high precision and high reliability in spacecraft navigation. 展开更多

Modern power systems are typically characterized with renewable energies and smart grids.Their developments should be kept at a compatible pace with each other.According to the different structures of the power industry,such as generation,transmission,distribution,consumption and dispatching,a comprehensive evaluation system for coordinated development of renewable energy and smart grid in"3 levels,4 sections,15 targets"is created.The index system of coordinated development is important to determine the priorities and key areas in smart grids and renewable energies.By the index system of coordinated development,this paper evaluates the status of renewable energy and grid development,and their degree of coordination in China.A quantitative evaluation method to determine the level of coordination between China's renewable energies and smart grids is developed.The total and component coordination levels in China are calculated by an analytic hierarchy process.In conclusion,the degree of coordination in transmission and dispatching is higher, but the extent of electricity consumption is lowest.Therefore,the consumption section should be the first to develop within China. 展开更多

The utilization of renewable energy in sending-end power grids is increasing rapidly,which brings difficulties to voltage control.This paper proposes a coordinated voltage control strategy based on model predictive control(MPC)for the renewable energy power plants of wind and solar power connected to a weak sending-end power grid(WSPG).Wind turbine generators(WTGs),photovoltaic arrays(PVAs),and a static synchronous compensator are coordinated to maintain voltage within a feasible range during operation.This results in the full use of the reactive power capability of WTGs and PVAs.In addition,the impact of the active power outputs of WTGs and PVAs on voltage control are considered because of the high R/X ratio of a collector system.An analytical method is used for calculating sensitivity coefficients to improve computation efficiency.A renewable energy power plant with 80 WTGs and 20 PVAs connected to a WSPG is used to verify the proposed voltage control strategy.Case studies show that the coordinated voltage control strategy can achieve good voltage control performance,which improves the voltage quality of the entire power plant. 展开更多

大规模海上风电柔性直流送出系统(voltage source converter based high voltage direct current,VSC-HVDC)可以通过双端换流站的联动作用调节风电机组功率,提升陆上电网的调频能力。为解决远海风电场输出功率与陆上电网频率耦合性差和... 大规模海上风电柔性直流送出系统(voltage source converter based high voltage direct current,VSC-HVDC)可以通过双端换流站的联动作用调节风电机组功率,提升陆上电网的调频能力。为解决远海风电场输出功率与陆上电网频率耦合性差和响应滞后的问题,该文提出一种基于匹配控制的陆海换流站协同调频方法。该策略采用双端对称的匹配控制结构,将陆上电网的频率变化通过VSC-HVDC直流电压耦合传递至海上风电侧,并在风电变流器中结合虚拟同步机技术与自适应变阻尼减载控制,使得各风电机组无需通信即可快速响应陆上电网频率波动,动态提供频率支撑功率。通过MATLAB/Simulink软件建立大容量等值直驱型风电机组经VSC-HVDC并网的仿真模型,在弱电网条件下仿真验证了基于匹配控制的VSC-HVDC与海上风电系统联动调频策略的有效性。 展开更多

为解决基于模块化多电平换流器的柔性直流输电系统(modular multilevel converter based high voltage direct current,MMC-HVDC)在陆上交流电网故障时出现的盈余功率问题,首先计算验证了能量预警值的合理性,并设计了自适应动作能量值,... 为解决基于模块化多电平换流器的柔性直流输电系统(modular multilevel converter based high voltage direct current,MMC-HVDC)在陆上交流电网故障时出现的盈余功率问题,首先计算验证了能量预警值的合理性,并设计了自适应动作能量值,解决距离和控制转换时延造成子模块过电压的问题;然后分析网侧变流器(grid-side converter,GSC)在低压穿越期间的动态输出特性,提出了基于直流电压变化率反馈的海上换流站精准降压控制用以进行风机减载;最终通过整定协同控制的逻辑与控制参数,提出了一种基于风机精准减载与子模块电容能量协同控制的低电压故障穿越策略,解决故障期间系统能量裕度利用率低与耗能装置投资大的问题。在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建系统仿真模型验证方法有效性,并与现有方法比较。仿真结果表明,所提方法可显著减少甚至避免耗能装置的投入,且具有自适应性,可在不同故障工况下尽可能利用MMC-HVDC系统的能量裕度,尤其在故障程度较轻的工况下,能在故障消除时保留部分能量裕度,有效应对电压二次跌落,提高系统低压穿越能力。 展开更多

本研究旨在解决高比例可再生能源与全面电气化背景下,校园综合能源系统面临的供需动态失配核心挑战,提出了融合多元储能的供需协同规划方法。首先,构建了以园区核算边界碳中和为目标的源-荷-储协同规划框架。其次,对电气化场景下的校园... 本研究旨在解决高比例可再生能源与全面电气化背景下,校园综合能源系统面临的供需动态失配核心挑战,提出了融合多元储能的供需协同规划方法。首先,构建了以园区核算边界碳中和为目标的源-荷-储协同规划框架。其次,对电气化场景下的校园冷-热-电动态负荷逐时模拟,并评估以屋顶光伏及热泵为主的可再生能源潜力,量化其时序供需匹配特性。在此基础上,重点研究多元储能的协同配置:分析从日间到季节性的储热/冷与储电需求;提出融合被动式(建筑与冷热系统热惰性)与主动式(跨季节储热水池、车网互动)的储能技术策略并确定其容量。以某典型校园为案例构建系统规划方案进行评估,结果表明:本研究所提方法通过多元储能的配置与协同优化,能够有效提升系统对可再生能源的消纳能力,在实现园区运营阶段碳中和的同时,保障了能源供应的经济性与灵活性。 展开更多

随着新型电力系统有功-频率耦合特性逐渐复杂化,传统单一储能并网调频策略给电力系统一次调频带来巨大压力,多类型储能组合参与一次调频模式及储能协同控制下的电网频率特性亟需研究。该文分别研究基于下垂控制的电化学储能与基于虚拟... 随着新型电力系统有功-频率耦合特性逐渐复杂化,传统单一储能并网调频策略给电力系统一次调频带来巨大压力,多类型储能组合参与一次调频模式及储能协同控制下的电网频率特性亟需研究。该文分别研究基于下垂控制的电化学储能与基于虚拟同步机控制的飞轮储能的频率响应机理,在多类型储能参与电力系统一次调频时利用低通滤波环节对频率变化率信号进行处理,达到储能协调控制效果;接着,将多类型储能协调控制模型与包含新能源与传统火电的电力系统相结合,建立电力系统频率响应(system frequency response,SFR)模型,利用该模型量化分析储能相关参数对系统频率变化率和稳态频率偏差的影响,并进行参数灵敏度分析;最后,在Matlab/Simulink上搭建模型,验证多类型储能相关调频参数对系统频率特性的影响。研究证明,新型电力系统调频单元考虑多类型储能协调控制能够提升电力系统频率稳定性。 展开更多

针对高比例新能源并网后系统惯量减小可能导致频率失稳的问题,提出一种考虑最小惯量约束的电力系统安全预警与辅助决策方法。首先,建立双约束临界惯量评估模型,通过频率变化率约束与频率最低点约束联合求解临界惯量,提升安全边界精度。... 针对高比例新能源并网后系统惯量减小可能导致频率失稳的问题,提出一种考虑最小惯量约束的电力系统安全预警与辅助决策方法。首先,建立双约束临界惯量评估模型,通过频率变化率约束与频率最低点约束联合求解临界惯量,提升安全边界精度。其次,构建源网荷储等效惯量计算框架,精确统计系统总惯量水平并量化传统机组、新能源虚拟惯量、负荷惯量及储能动态惯量的具体贡献。当实际系统惯量低于临界惯量时触发预警并计算惯量缺额,同时以系统运行成本最小为目标,建立含惯量安全约束的多资源优化调度模型,通过协同调节机组出力、新能源调频策略与储能充放电策略,实现电力系统惯量安全预警与辅助决策。仿真表明:所提惯量安全双约束模型可有效避免传统单约束模型的漏判风险;所提预警机制能提前识别惯量短缺并量化缺额;所提辅助决策方案在保障频率安全的同时,可显著降低系统运行成本。 展开更多
