Battery safety has emerged as a critical challenge for achieving carbon neutrality,driven by the increasing frequency of thermal runaway incidents in electric vehicles(EVs)and stationary energy storage systems(ESSs).Conventional battery monitoring technologies struggle to track multiple physicochemical parameters in real time,hindering early hazard detection.Embedded optical fiber sensors have gained prominence as a transformative solution for next-generation smart battery sensing,owing to their micrometer size,multiplexing capability,and electromagnetic immunity.However,comprehensive reviews focusing on their advancements in operando multi-parameter monitoring remain scarce,despite their critical importance for ensuring battery safety.To address this gap,this review first introduces a classification and the fundamental principles of advanced battery-oriented optical fiber sensors.Subsequently,it summarizes recent developments in single-parameter battery monitoring using optical fiber sensors.Building on this foundation,this review presents the first comprehensive analysis of multifunctional optical fiber sensing platforms capable of simultaneously tracking temperature,strain,pressure,refractive index,and monitoring battery aging.Targeted strategies are proposed to facilitate the practical development of this technology,including optimization of sensor integration techniques,minimizing sensor invasiveness,resolving the cross-sensitivity of fiber Bragg grating(FBG)through structural innovation,enhancing techno-economics,and combining with artificial intelligence(AI).By aligning academic research with industry requirements,this review provides a methodological roadmap for developing robust optical sensing systems to ensure battery safety in decarbonization-driven applications. 展开更多

<strong>Objective:</strong> Explore the rule of autonomic nervous dysfunction in the patients with urination disorder after high level spinal cord injury, and seek a safe, objective and accurate method to ... <strong>Objective:</strong> Explore the rule of autonomic nervous dysfunction in the patients with urination disorder after high level spinal cord injury, and seek a safe, objective and accurate method to evaluate autonomic nervous function. <strong>Patients and Method:</strong> 48 patients with dysuria after cervicothoracic SCI were selected. Before, during and after imaging urodynamic examination with slow filling in supine position, blood pressure and ECG were monitored simultaneously. The symptoms of sweating, shivering, headache, flushing and chills were observed and recorded. The study of the relationship among the changes of blood pressure, heart rate and urodynamic indexes and the above symptoms was analyzed. <strong>Results:</strong> They were divided into three groups: group A (no obvious abnormality), group B (hyperactivity) and group C (hypoactivity) according to their BP, HR and existing the symptoms or not. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The incidence of autonomic dysfunction in the high level SCI patients with dysuria was very high (79.17%), most of them were hyperactivity, and a few were low function. The changes of SBP and DBP in the hypoactivity group all appeared an increasing and then declining trend, while the change of HR in the low function one was lower than normal and decreased continuously. The main inducements of AD are neurogenic detrusor overactivity, detrusor sphincter dyssynergia, elevated abdominal pressure and abnormal bladder sensitivity. The asymptomatic patients had a higher occurrence rate (43.75%). Only by imaging urodynamic examination with slow filling and synchronous blood pressure monitoring, can autonomic nervous function of the patients be evaluated safely, objectively, early and accurately. 展开更多

In order to eliminate the influence of frequency change on real-time voltage acquisition,a low-cost solution of voltage monitoring was proposed using the multi-channel DMA synchronous frequency trace-sampling technique.In-chip resources of the designed voltage monitor were fully utilized in hardware design to reduce external devices.The MQX RTOS was used to perform the functional tasks flexibly and efficiently;especially the Ethernet communication applications and USB device connection were realized using its TCP/IP protocol stack and USB driver.In addition,to ensure the safety of electrical records,data statistics and alarm information management were also implemented through the management of the storage in FLASH.The test results show that the voltage monitor designed in this paper has the advantages of accurate measurement,strong resistance to frequency interference and low cost,and can be widely applied in the field of voltage monitoring in distribution networks. 展开更多

This paper proposes a parameter identification model that is independent of position error by combining the dq-axis voltage equations. Then, a novel dual signal alternate injection method is proposed to address the rank-deficiency issue, i.e., during one injection period, a zero, positive, and negative d-axis current injection together with a rotor position offset injection, to simultaneously identify the multi-parameters, including stator resistance, dq-axis inductances, and PM flux linkage. Structural health monitoring is necessary to ensure the serviceability and safety of the structure. In this research, the design method of a structural health monitoring system is using the characteristics of a cable-membrane structure. Taking the Yueyang Sanhe Airport Terminal as an example, a finite element model is established to determine the critical structural components. Next, the engineering requirements and the framework of the monitoring system are studied based on the results of numerical analysis. The specific implementation of the structural health monitoring is then carried out, which includes sensor selection, installation and wiring. The proposed framework is successfully applied to the monitoring system for the Yueyang Airport terminal building, and the synchronous acquisition of fiber Bragg grating and acceleration sensor signals is implemented in an innovative way. The successful implementation and operation of structural health monitoring will help to guarantee the safety of the cablemembrane structure during its service life. 展开更多

Comprehensive early warning of rock burst utilizing microseismic multi-parameter indices 被引量:21

Rock bursts have become one of the most severe risks in underground coal mining and its early warning is an important component in the safety management. Microseismic(MS) monitoring is considered potentially as a powerful tool for the early warning of rock burst. In this study, an MS multi-parameter index system was established and the critical values of each index were estimated based on the normalized multi-information warning model of coal-rock dynamic failure. This index system includes bursting strain energy(BSE) index, time-space-magnitude independent information(TSMII) indices and timespace-magnitude compound information(TSMCI) indices. On the basis of this multi-parameter index system, a comprehensive analysis was conducted via introducing the R-value scoring method to calculate the weights of each index. To calibrate the multi-parameter index system and the associated comprehensive analysis, the weights of each index were first confirmed using historical MS data occurred in LW402102 of Hujiahe Coal Mine(China) over a period of four months. This calibrated comprehensive analysis of MS multi-parameter index system was then applied to pre-warn the occurrence of a subsequent rock burst incident in LW 402103. The results demonstrate that this multi-parameter index system combined with the comprehensive analysis are capable of quantitatively pre-warning rock burst risk. 展开更多

基于自主研发的二维微型DGT(2D-MDGT)和平面光电极技术(PO),以典型寒旱区湖泊乌梁素海为对象,首次原位研究冰封/非冰封期底泥-水微界面(SWI)上活性磷(Labile P)、溶解性磷酸盐(SRP)、氨氮(NH_(3)-N)、亚硝态氮(NO_(2)^(-)-N)和硝态氮(NO... 基于自主研发的二维微型DGT(2D-MDGT)和平面光电极技术(PO),以典型寒旱区湖泊乌梁素海为对象,首次原位研究冰封/非冰封期底泥-水微界面(SWI)上活性磷(Labile P)、溶解性磷酸盐(SRP)、氨氮(NH_(3)-N)、亚硝态氮(NO_(2)^(-)-N)和硝态氮(NO_(3)^(-)-N)及SWI微环境(即pH和溶解氧)同步变化特征,并进一步原位分析了SWI界面交换通量。结果表明,所有底泥剖面5种氮磷浓度呈显著的时空异质性,其中冰封期Labile P、SRP、NH_(3)-N、NO_(2)^(-)-N和NO_(3)^(-)-N平均浓度分别为(0.006±0.005)、(0.096±0.070)、(2.70±0.50)、(0.150±0.061)和(0.48±0.48)mg/L,显著低于非冰封期((0.060±0.036)、(0.15±0.16)、(24.0±1.7)、(0.36±0.042)和(1.4±1.1)mg/L)。在垂直剖面上,Labile P、SRP和NH_(3)-N浓度随深度的增加而增加;NO_(3)^(-)-N浓度随深度的增加而有所下降;NO_(2)^(-)-N浓度随深度增加变化不明显。在水平空间分布上,北湖区底泥剖面氮磷形态浓度普遍较高,这与较高的磷蓄积和强烈的氧化还原作用有关。原位获取的Labile P、SRP、NH_(3)-N、NO_(2)^(-)-N和NO_(3)^(-)-N的交换通量分别为-0.32~26μg/(m^(2)·d)、-3.9~36μg/(m^(2)·d)、-18~6.9 mg/(m^(2)·d)、-1.5~8.0 mg/(m^(2)·d)和-0.22~0.16 mg/(m^(2)·d),其中,非冰封期整体表现出强烈的氮磷释放,这将显著增加湖泊水质污染风险。 展开更多

针对大范围水下音频同步监测需求,本文提出了一种分布式系统时钟同步和水声监测的综合方案,采用IEEE1588v2 PTP协议与GNSS授时同步技术进行分布式时钟同步;在软件设计方面,完成了水声监测软件开发,并搭载卷积神经网络模型进行水声识别... 针对大范围水下音频同步监测需求,本文提出了一种分布式系统时钟同步和水声监测的综合方案,采用IEEE1588v2 PTP协议与GNSS授时同步技术进行分布式时钟同步;在软件设计方面,完成了水声监测软件开发,并搭载卷积神经网络模型进行水声识别。经过评估测试,依据该方案实现了基于卫星授时的全系统时钟(精度为20µs)同步,以及基于TensorFlow Lite卷积神经网络模型(大小为4 M、速度为2~3 s)的海洋音频识别,节点总体功耗小于10 W。该监测节点可以联合多节点进行水下音频监测,同步开展水声数据采集和数据处理,并且数据处理可以选择传统处理算法或者部署卷积神经网络用于更多复杂功能,因此具有广阔的发展前景。 展开更多

双层大跨桁架同步安装与多级卸载控制技术研究

针对双层大跨桁架施工中存在的工艺协同性不足、荷载分配算法缺失及绿色建造滞后等问题,该文以西部(重庆)科学会堂项目为工程背景,提出“一体化小单元拼装-双层同步吊装-分级智能卸载”技术体系。通过工厂高精度预制小单元(拼装误差不超... 针对双层大跨桁架施工中存在的工艺协同性不足、荷载分配算法缺失及绿色建造滞后等问题,该文以西部(重庆)科学会堂项目为工程背景,提出“一体化小单元拼装-双层同步吊装-分级智能卸载”技术体系。通过工厂高精度预制小单元(拼装误差不超过0.8 mm),结合履带吊双机协同抬吊与BIM模拟优化吊点布置,实现双层桁架同步安装(标高与轴线偏差不超过3 mm);设计“安装-卸载两用支撑”,结合ANSYS有限元模拟与应力动态监测(精度±1 MPa),建立分级卸载控制流程,确保卸载高差不超过15 mm,应力变化率不超过10%。工程实践表明,该技术将施工工期缩短30天,成本降低22%(累计节约746.84万元),变形控制满足规范要求(最大下挠值12 mm,位移L/4 000)。研究可攻克异形节点预拼装误差大、高空作业风险高及非对称荷载卸载难题,形成《双层大跨桁架同步施工工法》,为50~80 m跨度钢结构工程提供了工业化、智能化与绿色化建造的可行方案,具有显著的经济效益与推广价值。 展开更多

In this paper, based on an adaptive chaos synchronization scheme, two methods of encoding-decoding message for secure communication are proposed. With the first method, message is directly added to the chaotic signal with parameter uncertainty. In the second method, multi-parameter modulation is used to simultaneously transmit more than one digital message (i.e., the multichannel digital communication) through just a single signal, which switches among various chaotic attractors that differ only subtly. In theory, such a treatment increases the difficulty for the intruder to directly intercept the information, and meanwhile the implementation cost decreases significantly. Utilizing shaft-speed information to analyse vibration signals is an important method for fault diagnosis and condition monitoring of rotating machineries,especially for those running at variable speeds.However,in many cases,shaft-speed information is not always available,for a variety of reasons.Fortunately,in most of the measurements,the shaft-speed information is embedded in the vibration response in many different forms,such as in the format of the fundamental shaft-rotation-frequency response and its harmonics,and the gear-meshing-frequency response and its harmonics,etc.Proper signal processing can be used to extract the shaft instantaneous speed from the measured vibration responses.In existing instantaneous shaft-speed-identification methods,a narrow-bandpass filtering technique is used explicitly or implicitly.In a complex gearbox system,such as that used in a wind turbine,the gear-meshing-response component could be modulated by many other shaft speeds,due to the configuration of the gearbox or due to the existence of component damage.As a result,it is very difficult to isolate a single vibration-response component for instantaneous shaft-speed detection.In this paper,an innovative approach is presented.The instantaneous shaft speed is extracted based on maxima tracking from the vibration-response spectrogram.A numerical integration scheme is employed to obtain the shaft instantaneous phase.Digital-domain synchronous resampling is then applied to the vibration data by using the instantaneous phase information.Due to the nature of noise suppression in the numerical integration,the accuracy of synchronous sampling is greatly improved.This proposed approach demonstrates the feasibility and engineering applicability through a controlled laboratory test case and two field wind-turbine cases.More detailed results and conclusions of this research are presented at the end of this paper. 展开更多

【目的】在传统永磁电机故障监测领域,接触式信号虽被广泛使用,但通常只能反映电机的单一运行状态且信息量不足,难以识别永磁同步电机的全面运行状态。为丰富信息量,需要额外增加传感器,但这不仅增加了系统的复杂性,还提高了实际应用难... 【目的】在传统永磁电机故障监测领域,接触式信号虽被广泛使用,但通常只能反映电机的单一运行状态且信息量不足,难以识别永磁同步电机的全面运行状态。为丰富信息量,需要额外增加传感器,但这不仅增加了系统的复杂性,还提高了实际应用难度。因此,提高永磁电机状态监测的精度与便捷性成为重要的研究目标。随着智能化监测技术的发展,非接触式信号的应用越来越受到关注。永磁电机运行时产生的音频信号包含了丰富的状态信息,为故障诊断提供了新的方向。相较于接触式信号,音频信号能实时反映由故障引起的电机振动、噪声等特征,有较大的研究价值。然而这类信号易受环境噪声的干扰,导致信号质量差、特征信息不清晰,不利于永磁同步电机的状态监测。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于声纹识别的永磁同步电机深度学习模型,旨在通过深度学习技术高效地监测和诊断电机运行状态。【方法】采用小波去噪算法减少噪声干扰,提升信号质量,进而提升信噪比,确保模型能够更清晰地提取梅尔谱特征,为故障识别和分类奠定基础。然而,直接使用卷积神经网络提取梅尔谱特征可能会削弱特征间的关联性,影响故障识别的精度。引入空间注意力机制,通过加权增强特征的空间位置相关性,使模型关注最关键的部分,提高特征提取的有效性。为提升模型的识别准确率,对梅尔谱特征进行归一化处理,并采用AAM-softmax损失函数。该函数通过强化类间约束,提高模型在不同类别之间的区分能力,进而提升识别精度和泛化能力并优化训练过程,使模型更好地适应不同工况。【结果】仿真测试结果表明,所提出的模型在训练集上表现出色,能够准确识别电机的不同运行状态,并在测试集上展现出较强的泛化能力。实验结果证实,基于深度学习的声纹识别方法能够有效监测永磁电机的多种运行状态,准确度较高且实用性较强。【结论】基于声纹识别的永磁同步电机深度学习模型能够有效去除噪声并提取关键特征。通过引入空间注意力机制和AAM-softmax损失函数,显著提升了模型的识别精度和泛化能力。该模型具有广阔的发展前景,可广泛应用于永磁电机的状态监测与故障诊断,推动电机智能化维护技术的发展。 展开更多

联合毫米波感知与机器视觉的生猪呼吸心率同步监测方法

在现代畜牧业中,生猪的呼吸心率是评估其健康状态的关键指标之一。因此,开发一种非接触式、高精度的多目标生命体征监测技术对于推动畜牧业的现代化发展具有重要意义。毫米波雷达技术通过发射线性调频连续波(Linear frequency modulated... 在现代畜牧业中,生猪的呼吸心率是评估其健康状态的关键指标之一。因此,开发一种非接触式、高精度的多目标生命体征监测技术对于推动畜牧业的现代化发展具有重要意义。毫米波雷达技术通过发射线性调频连续波(Linear frequency modulated continuous wave,LFMCW),能够实现极高的脉冲压缩比,从而显著提升雷达的距离分辨率和目标检测能力。针对现有方法在多目标呼吸心率同步监测能力上的不足,本文提出一种联合机器视觉与毫米波感知的多生猪目标呼吸心率同步监测方法。通过YOLO v8算法识别图像中的生猪目标,有效去除非生猪目标振动源,为毫米波雷达提供先验条件,进而通过LFMCW的相量均值相消算法和二维傅里叶变换方法进行静态目标去除和多目标回波解耦,提取回波信号后,通过带通滤波、短时傅里叶变换、周期性评估指标等方法提取目标呼吸心跳时频图并计算呼吸心率。为了验证该方法的有效性,在养殖场实际场景下进行多次实验,结果表明,该方法对生猪呼吸频率测量的平均相对误差为4.57%,心跳频率平均相对误差为9.26%,同步监测准确率较高且对环境中非目标振动源信号具有一定抗干扰能力。 展开更多
