Covalent organic frameworks(COFs)play a crucial role in metal-free electrocatalysts for promoting oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)due to their adjustable skeleton structure and catalytic activity.While it is true that n...Covalent organic frameworks(COFs)play a crucial role in metal-free electrocatalysts for promoting oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)due to their adjustable skeleton structure and catalytic activity.While it is true that numerous studies have explored COFs for ORR,the critical gap by providing a systematic framework for ligand-driven electronic state manipulation is essential for designing highly active COF-based ORR catalysts.Herein,a series of COF-based metal-free materials have been conceived and synthesized by linkage-engineered strategy with dicarboxaldehyde(BPC),bipyridine-dicarbaldehyde(BPA)and benzodithiophene(BDA)as electronic linkages.Consequently,by incorporating different linkages into COFs,the surface area,electronic state,hydrophobic properties and affinities towards intermediates are optimized.Notably,the benzodithiophene-linked COF(denoted as BDA-COF)has greater catalytic ability with a half-wave potential of 0.74 V vs.RHE and an onset potential of 0.86 V vs.RHE than dicarboxaldehyde(denoted as BPC-COF)and dicarbaldehyde(denoted as BPA-COF).Relevant characterizations,in situ techniques and theoretical calculations confirm that thiophene-S-based COF promotes the electronic migration and enhances the interaction with the intermediate.The result provides insight into for illustration of a high-performance COF-based electrocatalyst via a linkage-engineered approach.展开更多
Promoting the deep integration of advanced manufacturing and producer services is not only a key path for metropolitan to climb the global value chain,but also an important new driving force for optimizing urban spati...Promoting the deep integration of advanced manufacturing and producer services is not only a key path for metropolitan to climb the global value chain,but also an important new driving force for optimizing urban spatial structure.Based on the two dimen-sions of industrial linkage and spatial co-agglomeration from the perspective of industrial integration,taking Beijing,China as a case,using industrial input-output data,micro-enterprise spatial data,and methods such as industrial linkage model,standard deviation el-lipse,and spatial similarity coefficient,this study explores the coupling relationship between industrial linkage and spatial co-agglomer-ation of advanced manufacturing and producer services from 2007 to 2020.The results demonstrate that:1)the industrial linkage between advanced manufacturing and producer services in Beijing has an upward trend,in which the business services have the most significant improvement,in which the business services have the most improvement while the technology services have the most de-crease,but in general,the industrial linkage between the two industries shows a low level.2)Producer services were more spatially clustered than advanced manufacturing,and the degree of spatial co-agglomeration of the two also showed an increasing trend,with strong regional and industrial heterogeneity characteristics,among which the pairing industry involving commerce services and techno-logy services had a more obvious improvement.3)The coupling analysis found that the spatial dependence between advanced manufac-turing and producer services decreased,showing a weak positive correlation and a decreasing trend between industrial linkage and spa-tial co-agglomeration;the heterogeneity among subdivision pairs is prominent,and the strong correlation between industries does not mean that there is an inevitable spatial co-agglomeration.4)Based on the differences in coupling relationships and influence mechan-isms,four coupling modes are identified:H-H type,H-L type,L-L type,and L-H type.Finally,this study proposes three policy implica-tions for the integration of advanced manufacturing and producer services in metropolitan areas.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the effects of performance-linked early rehabilitation management model on the recovery of neurological function,motor function and activities of daily living in patients after intracerebral h...Objective:To investigate the effects of performance-linked early rehabilitation management model on the recovery of neurological function,motor function and activities of daily living in patients after intracerebral hemorrhage surgery.Methods:A randomized controlled trial design was adopted.A total of 120 patients after cerebral hemorrhage surgery admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group received routine postoperative care and rehabilitation guidance in neurosurgery,while the experimental group implemented an efficacy linkage early rehabilitation management model on the basis of routine care.Before the intervention,4 weeks after the intervention,and 12 weeks after the intervention,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),the Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Motor Function(FMA),and the Barthel Index(BI)were used to assess the degree of neurological deficits,motor function,and activities of daily living in patients,respectively.Results:After 4 weeks and 12 weeks of intervention,the NIHSS scores of the experimental group[(8.5±2.1)points,(5.2±1.8)points]were significantly lower than those of the control group[(10.8±2.4)points,(7.9±2.2)points](P<0.01);FMA scores[(58.4±10.2)points,(78.6±12.4)points]and BI scores[(55.3±11.5)points,(72.8±13.2)points]were significantly higher than those of the control group[(45.2±9.8)points,(62.3±11.7)points;(42.1±10.6)points,(58.4±12.5)points](P<0.01).Conclusion:The performance-linked early rehabilitation management model can effectively promote the recovery of neurological and motor functions in patients after cerebral hemorrhage surgery and significantly improve their ability to take care of themselves in daily living.It is an efficient rehabilitation management strategy.展开更多
Consecutive stresses,such as initial submergence during germination followed by water deficit during the seedling stage,pose significant challenges to direct-seeded rice cultivation.By Linkage disequilibrium analysis,...Consecutive stresses,such as initial submergence during germination followed by water deficit during the seedling stage,pose significant challenges to direct-seeded rice cultivation.By Linkage disequilibrium analysis,Sub1 and Dro1(Δbp:10 Mb),as well as Sub1 and TPP7(Δbp:6 Mb)were identified to exhibit long-range linkage disequilibrium(LRLD).Meta-QTL analysis further revealed that Sub1 and TPP7 co-segregated for tolerance to submergence at the germination and seedling stages.Based on this,we hypothesized that LRLD might influence plant responses to consecutive stresses.To test this hypothesis,we developed a structured recombinant inbred line population from a cross between Bhalum 2 and Nagina 22,with alleles(Sub1 and TPP7)in linkage equilibrium.Mendelian randomization analysis validated that the parental alleles,rather than the recombinant alleles of Sub1 and TPP7,significantly influenced 13 out of 41 traits under consecutive stress conditions.Additionally,16 minor additive effect QTLs were detected between the genomic regions,spanning Sub1 and TPP7 for various traits.A single allele difference between these genomic regions enhanced crown root number,root dry weight,and specific root area by 11.45%,15.69%,and 33.15%,respectively,under flooded germination conditions.Candidate gene analysis identified WAK79 and MRLK59 as regulators of stress responses during flooded germination,recovery,and subsequent water deficit conditions.These findings highlight the critical role of parental allele combinations and genomic regions between Sub1 and TPP7 in regulating the stress responses under consecutive stresses.Favourable haplotypes derived from these alleles can be utilized to improve stress resilience in direct-seeded rice.展开更多
The utilization of covalent organic frameworks(COFs)holds great potential for achieving tailorable tuning of catalytic performance through bottom-up modulation of the reticular structure.In this work,we show that a si...The utilization of covalent organic frameworks(COFs)holds great potential for achieving tailorable tuning of catalytic performance through bottom-up modulation of the reticular structure.In this work,we show that a single-point structural alteration in the linkage within a nickel phthalocyanine(NiPc)-based series effectively modulates the catalytic performance of the COFs in electrochemical CO_(2)reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR).A Ni Pc-based COF series with three members which possess the same Ni Pc unit but different linkages,including piperazine,dioxin,and dithiine,have been constructed by nucleophilic aromatic substitution reaction between octafluorophthalocyanine nickel and tetrasubstituted benzene linkers with different bridging groups.Among these COFs,the dioxin-linked COF showed the best activity of CO_(2)RR with a current density of CO(j_(CO))=-27.99 m A cm^(-2)at-1.0 V(versus reversible hydrogen electrode,RHE),while the COF with piperazine linkage demonstrated an excellent selectivity of Faradaic efficiency for CO(FECO)up to 90.7%at a pretty low overpotential of 0.39 V.In addition,both a high FECO value close to 100%and a reasonable jCO of-8.20 m A cm^(-2)at the potential of-0.8 V(versus RHE)were obtained by the piperazine-linked COF,making it one of the most competitive candidates among COF-based materials.Mechanistic studies exhibited that single-point structural alteration could tailor the electron density in Ni sites and alter the interaction between the active sites and the key intermediates adsorbed and desorbed,thereby tuning the electrochemical performance during CO_(2)RR process.展开更多
Artificial photosynthesis of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))using covalent organic frameworks(COFs)as photocatalysts holds promise for future applications.However,the influence of linkage chemistry on the photoelectroch...Artificial photosynthesis of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))using covalent organic frameworks(COFs)as photocatalysts holds promise for future applications.However,the influence of linkage chemistry on the photoelectrochemical properties and photocatalytic performance of COFs remains a significant challenge.Herein,we designed and synthesized a model system with different linkages,including imine-,amine-,azo-linked COFs,then investigated their photocatalytic activity of overall H_(2)O_(2)production.The photocatalytic results revealed varying activities for H_(2)O_(2)synthesis among these COFs,with the azo-linked TTA-Azo-COF(COF synthesized by 4,4’,4’’-(1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-triyl)-trianiline and terephthalaldehyde)demonstrating the highest overall H2O2 photosynthesis activity of 2516μmol g^(–1)h^(–1)in an O2 atmosphere without any sacrificial agents,which is 6.72 and 2.85 times higher than that of imine-linked TTA-COF and amine-linked TTA-COF-AR,respectively.Furthermore,TTA-Azo-COF maintained a high photosynthesis H2O2 activity of 2116μmol g^(–1)h^(–1)under an air atmosphere,outperforming most COF-based photocatalytic systems under similar reaction conditions.Further characterizations and density functional theory calculations reveal these various linkages in different COFs result in distinct visible-light absorption,charge transfer capacities and formation energy barriers of key intermediates.This work revealed the significant impact of linkages on COFs and provided comprehensive guidance for the rational design of COFs with tailored linkages to fulfill specific requirements for future applications.展开更多
Using VAR-DCC-GARCH model,the literature on commodity price was extended by exploring the co-movement between Chinese nonferrous metal prices and global nonferrous metal prices represented by the nonferrous metal pric...Using VAR-DCC-GARCH model,the literature on commodity price was extended by exploring the co-movement between Chinese nonferrous metal prices and global nonferrous metal prices represented by the nonferrous metal prices from London Metal Exchange(LME).The results show that LME nonferrous metals prices still have a greater impact on Chinese nonferrous metals prices.However,the impact of Chinese nonferrous metals prices on LME nonferrous metals prices is still weak except for lead price.The co-movement of nonferrous metal prices between LME and China presents hysteretic nature,and it lasts for 7-8trading days.Furthermore,the co-movement between LME nonferrous metals prices and Chinese nonferrous metals prices has the characteristics of time-varying,and the correlation of lead prices between LME and China is the more stable than all other nonferrous metals prices.展开更多

An F-2 population from the cross between Annong S-1 and Nanjing 11 was used to construct a genetic linkage map of rice. Total of 142 newly screened AFLP markers and 30 anchor markers (25 SSR markers and 5 RFLP markers) were mapped on the 12 chromosomes covering 1537.4 cM of rice genome. The average interval between these markers was 9.0 cM. The total work which usually was finished in more than one year was finished within only 3 months by one person. This is the first plant AFLP map developed in China. A new thermosensitive genic male sterile gene in rice, tms5, was Egged and mapped onto chromosome 2 during the development of the linkage map.展开更多

In this article, the genetic characteristics were studied and the linkage map was constructed in a pig resource population including 214 individuals by typing 39 microsatellite marker loci on Sus scrofa chromosomes, SSC4, SSC6, SSC7, SSC8, and SSC13. Results indicated that the average allele number, the average observed beterozygosity (Ho), and the average polymorphism information content (PIC) in F1 and F2 population were 3.2, 0.528, 0.463 and 3.2, 0.496, 0.447, respectively. In the pig resource population, the average informative meiosis (IM) was 217.4 (44-316), and the average linkage map length between the two sexes on the five chromosomes were 172.3 cM (SSC4), 168.7 cM (SSC6), 191.7 cM (SSC7), 197.3 cM (SSC8), and 178.3 cM (SSC13). The orders of microsatellite marker loci in the linkage maps were identical to, but the length was greater than, those of USDA-MARC reference map. The results of this research showed the genetic relationship and genetic characteristics of the microsatellite markers in the pig resource family population, and the linkage map could be used to for QTL mapping in the subsequent study.展开更多
Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) is a genetic disorder that is difficult to detect, particularly at an early age. PWS is caused by disruption of normal, epigenetically controlled gene function in the chromosome 15q11-q13...Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) is a genetic disorder that is difficult to detect, particularly at an early age. PWS is caused by disruption of normal, epigenetically controlled gene function in the chromosome 15q11-q13 region. Clinical symptoms are difficult to diagnose in infants and only become clearer at later ages as the patients develop hyperphagia and morbid obesity. Molecular genetic tests are able to definitively diagnose PWS and allow early diagnosis of the syndrome. High resolution cytogenetic testing, methylation-specific PCR (MS-PCR), and linkage analysis are routinely used to diagnose PWS. To establish a linkage analysis method for Chinese patients, this study identified a useful set of STR markers in the typical PWS deletion and adjacent area, for linkage analysis in two Chinese families with PWS offspring. Using this method, the authors confn'rned that one patient had a paternal deletion in chromosome 15q 11-q 13 and the other patient had maternal uniparental heterodisomy of chromosome 15. MS -PCR and high resolution chromosome G-banding also confirmed this diagnosis. This linkage analysis method can detect both deletion and uniparental disomy, thus providing valuable information for genetic counseling and the opportunity to analyze the relationship between the genotype and phenotype of PWS.展开更多

In this study, an RIL (recombinant inbred line) population containing 240 lines was developed by single seed descent method (SSD) based on a parent com- bination of small-grain indica cultivar Kasalath and large-g...In this study, an RIL (recombinant inbred line) population containing 240 lines was developed by single seed descent method (SSD) based on a parent com- bination of small-grain indica cultivar Kasalath and large-grain japanica cultivar TD70 with significant differences in plant type traits, to construct the molecular genetic linkage map. Totally 838 SSR (Simple Sequence Repeat) markers were used for polymorphism screening between parents, 302 SSR markers with polymorphism were detected, with a frequency of 36.04%; 141 SSR markers with clear amplified bands and uniform distribution in the genome were finally used for genotype analysis of the RIL population. According to the experimental results, the frequency of male and female genotype in this RIL population was respectively 53% and 47%, suggesting good balance in population structure. A molecular genetic linkage map of rice was constructed by 141 markers based on a RIL population of 240 lines, with a total genetic distance of about 1 832.47 cM covering all 12 chromosomes, an average genetic distance between markers of 12.70 cM and a range of genetic distance be- tween markers of 0.43-36.11 cM, which is consistent with basic requirements of quantitative trait locus (QTL) mapping. Except for few markers on chromosomes 1 and 8, the order and location of markers is similar to the published sequences of Nipponbare. QTL analysis for the tiller angle was conducted with this RIL population of 240 lines, and results showed that three QTLs controlling tiller angle were detected on chromosome 8, 9 and 11, which were named qTA8, qTA9 and qTA11, with a contribution rate of 4.10%, 26.08% and 4.35%, respectively. To be specific, qTA9 contained Tiller Angle Controlling (TAC1) gene. The construction of this molecular genetic linkage map laid the foundation for genetic analysis and QTL mapping of various traits in the progeny of indica and japonica.展开更多

Here we report the genetic map construction of two Dendrobium species with a double pseudo-testcross strategy using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) and sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) markers. A F1 mapping population of 90 individuals was developed from a cross between D. officinale and D. hercoglossum. A total of 307 markers, including 209 RAPD and 98 SRAP, were identified and used for genetic linkage group (LG) analysis. The D. officinale linkage map consisted of 11 major linkage groups and 3 doublets, which covered 629.4 cM by a total of 62 markers with an average locus distance of 11.2 cM between two adjacent markers. The D. hercoglos- sum linkage map contained 112 markers mapped on 15 major and 4 minor linkage groups, spanning a total length of 1,304.6 cM with an average distance of I 1.6 cM between two adjacent markers. The maps constructed in this study covered 92.7% and 82.7% of the D. hercoglossum and D. officinale genomes respectively, providing an important basis for the mapping of horticultural and medicinal traits and for the application of marker-assisted selection in Dendrobium breeding program.展开更多

In this study, we constructed genetic linkage maps of S. constricta based on 300 microsatellite markers derived from RAD-seq using an F1 full-sib family. The female map contained 204 microsatellites assigned to 22 linkage groups, which covered 1529.5 cM with an average interval of 10.3 cM. The male consisted of 187 microsatellites in 19 linkage groups corresponding to the haploid chromosome number(n(28)19), which spanned 1429.3 cM with an average interval of 8.7 cM. The genome coverage was approximately 83.5% and 81.4%, respectively. An integrated map was constructed according to the common markers in parental linkage groups, which had a total length of 1683.8 cM with an average interval of 7.3 cM. The genome coverage of the integrated map was approximately 86.3%. The genetic linkage map would form the foundation for further studies on the quantitative trait loci(QTL), as well as accelerating the breeding process of this species.展开更多

Therapies to normalize GM in patients with OP or prevent occurrence of OP to be investigated include: High fiber prebiotic diets to promote growth of normal gut bacteria and short chain fatty acid production, Probiotics to encourage growth of normal gut microbes, and antibiotic treatment followed by fecal matter transplant.展开更多

文摘Objective:To investigate the effects of performance-linked early rehabilitation management model on the recovery of neurological function,motor function and activities of daily living in patients after intracerebral hemorrhage surgery.Methods:A randomized controlled trial design was adopted.A total of 120 patients after cerebral hemorrhage surgery admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group received routine postoperative care and rehabilitation guidance in neurosurgery,while the experimental group implemented an efficacy linkage early rehabilitation management model on the basis of routine care.Before the intervention,4 weeks after the intervention,and 12 weeks after the intervention,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),the Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Motor Function(FMA),and the Barthel Index(BI)were used to assess the degree of neurological deficits,motor function,and activities of daily living in patients,respectively.Results:After 4 weeks and 12 weeks of intervention,the NIHSS scores of the experimental group[(8.5±2.1)points,(5.2±1.8)points]were significantly lower than those of the control group[(10.8±2.4)points,(7.9±2.2)points](P<0.01);FMA scores[(58.4±10.2)points,(78.6±12.4)points]and BI scores[(55.3±11.5)points,(72.8±13.2)points]were significantly higher than those of the control group[(45.2±9.8)points,(62.3±11.7)points;(42.1±10.6)points,(58.4±12.5)points](P<0.01).Conclusion:The performance-linked early rehabilitation management model can effectively promote the recovery of neurological and motor functions in patients after cerebral hemorrhage surgery and significantly improve their ability to take care of themselves in daily living.It is an efficient rehabilitation management strategy.

文摘Consecutive stresses,such as initial submergence during germination followed by water deficit during the seedling stage,pose significant challenges to direct-seeded rice cultivation.By Linkage disequilibrium analysis,Sub1 and Dro1(Δbp:10 Mb),as well as Sub1 and TPP7(Δbp:6 Mb)were identified to exhibit long-range linkage disequilibrium(LRLD).Meta-QTL analysis further revealed that Sub1 and TPP7 co-segregated for tolerance to submergence at the germination and seedling stages.Based on this,we hypothesized that LRLD might influence plant responses to consecutive stresses.To test this hypothesis,we developed a structured recombinant inbred line population from a cross between Bhalum 2 and Nagina 22,with alleles(Sub1 and TPP7)in linkage equilibrium.Mendelian randomization analysis validated that the parental alleles,rather than the recombinant alleles of Sub1 and TPP7,significantly influenced 13 out of 41 traits under consecutive stress conditions.Additionally,16 minor additive effect QTLs were detected between the genomic regions,spanning Sub1 and TPP7 for various traits.A single allele difference between these genomic regions enhanced crown root number,root dry weight,and specific root area by 11.45%,15.69%,and 33.15%,respectively,under flooded germination conditions.Candidate gene analysis identified WAK79 and MRLK59 as regulators of stress responses during flooded germination,recovery,and subsequent water deficit conditions.These findings highlight the critical role of parental allele combinations and genomic regions between Sub1 and TPP7 in regulating the stress responses under consecutive stresses.Favourable haplotypes derived from these alleles can be utilized to improve stress resilience in direct-seeded rice.

文摘The utilization of covalent organic frameworks(COFs)holds great potential for achieving tailorable tuning of catalytic performance through bottom-up modulation of the reticular structure.In this work,we show that a single-point structural alteration in the linkage within a nickel phthalocyanine(NiPc)-based series effectively modulates the catalytic performance of the COFs in electrochemical CO_(2)reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR).A Ni Pc-based COF series with three members which possess the same Ni Pc unit but different linkages,including piperazine,dioxin,and dithiine,have been constructed by nucleophilic aromatic substitution reaction between octafluorophthalocyanine nickel and tetrasubstituted benzene linkers with different bridging groups.Among these COFs,the dioxin-linked COF showed the best activity of CO_(2)RR with a current density of CO(j_(CO))=-27.99 m A cm^(-2)at-1.0 V(versus reversible hydrogen electrode,RHE),while the COF with piperazine linkage demonstrated an excellent selectivity of Faradaic efficiency for CO(FECO)up to 90.7%at a pretty low overpotential of 0.39 V.In addition,both a high FECO value close to 100%and a reasonable jCO of-8.20 m A cm^(-2)at the potential of-0.8 V(versus RHE)were obtained by the piperazine-linked COF,making it one of the most competitive candidates among COF-based materials.Mechanistic studies exhibited that single-point structural alteration could tailor the electron density in Ni sites and alter the interaction between the active sites and the key intermediates adsorbed and desorbed,thereby tuning the electrochemical performance during CO_(2)RR process.
文摘Artificial photosynthesis of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))using covalent organic frameworks(COFs)as photocatalysts holds promise for future applications.However,the influence of linkage chemistry on the photoelectrochemical properties and photocatalytic performance of COFs remains a significant challenge.Herein,we designed and synthesized a model system with different linkages,including imine-,amine-,azo-linked COFs,then investigated their photocatalytic activity of overall H_(2)O_(2)production.The photocatalytic results revealed varying activities for H_(2)O_(2)synthesis among these COFs,with the azo-linked TTA-Azo-COF(COF synthesized by 4,4’,4’’-(1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-triyl)-trianiline and terephthalaldehyde)demonstrating the highest overall H2O2 photosynthesis activity of 2516μmol g^(–1)h^(–1)in an O2 atmosphere without any sacrificial agents,which is 6.72 and 2.85 times higher than that of imine-linked TTA-COF and amine-linked TTA-COF-AR,respectively.Furthermore,TTA-Azo-COF maintained a high photosynthesis H2O2 activity of 2116μmol g^(–1)h^(–1)under an air atmosphere,outperforming most COF-based photocatalytic systems under similar reaction conditions.Further characterizations and density functional theory calculations reveal these various linkages in different COFs result in distinct visible-light absorption,charge transfer capacities and formation energy barriers of key intermediates.This work revealed the significant impact of linkages on COFs and provided comprehensive guidance for the rational design of COFs with tailored linkages to fulfill specific requirements for future applications.

文摘Using VAR-DCC-GARCH model,the literature on commodity price was extended by exploring the co-movement between Chinese nonferrous metal prices and global nonferrous metal prices represented by the nonferrous metal prices from London Metal Exchange(LME).The results show that LME nonferrous metals prices still have a greater impact on Chinese nonferrous metals prices.However,the impact of Chinese nonferrous metals prices on LME nonferrous metals prices is still weak except for lead price.The co-movement of nonferrous metal prices between LME and China presents hysteretic nature,and it lasts for 7-8trading days.Furthermore,the co-movement between LME nonferrous metals prices and Chinese nonferrous metals prices has the characteristics of time-varying,and the correlation of lead prices between LME and China is the more stable than all other nonferrous metals prices.
文摘In this study, we reported the repaid construction of a molecular marker linkage map of rice (Oryza sativa L.). An F-2 population from the cross between Annong S-1 and Nanjing 11 was used to construct a genetic linkage map of rice. Total of 142 newly screened AFLP markers and 30 anchor markers (25 SSR markers and 5 RFLP markers) were mapped on the 12 chromosomes covering 1537.4 cM of rice genome. The average interval between these markers was 9.0 cM. The total work which usually was finished in more than one year was finished within only 3 months by one person. This is the first plant AFLP map developed in China. A new thermosensitive genic male sterile gene in rice, tms5, was Egged and mapped onto chromosome 2 during the development of the linkage map.

文摘The use of markers and linkage map construction are important for QTL mapping in pigs. In this article, the genetic characteristics were studied and the linkage map was constructed in a pig resource population including 214 individuals by typing 39 microsatellite marker loci on Sus scrofa chromosomes, SSC4, SSC6, SSC7, SSC8, and SSC13. Results indicated that the average allele number, the average observed beterozygosity (Ho), and the average polymorphism information content (PIC) in F1 and F2 population were 3.2, 0.528, 0.463 and 3.2, 0.496, 0.447, respectively. In the pig resource population, the average informative meiosis (IM) was 217.4 (44-316), and the average linkage map length between the two sexes on the five chromosomes were 172.3 cM (SSC4), 168.7 cM (SSC6), 191.7 cM (SSC7), 197.3 cM (SSC8), and 178.3 cM (SSC13). The orders of microsatellite marker loci in the linkage maps were identical to, but the length was greater than, those of USDA-MARC reference map. The results of this research showed the genetic relationship and genetic characteristics of the microsatellite markers in the pig resource family population, and the linkage map could be used to for QTL mapping in the subsequent study.
文摘Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) is a genetic disorder that is difficult to detect, particularly at an early age. PWS is caused by disruption of normal, epigenetically controlled gene function in the chromosome 15q11-q13 region. Clinical symptoms are difficult to diagnose in infants and only become clearer at later ages as the patients develop hyperphagia and morbid obesity. Molecular genetic tests are able to definitively diagnose PWS and allow early diagnosis of the syndrome. High resolution cytogenetic testing, methylation-specific PCR (MS-PCR), and linkage analysis are routinely used to diagnose PWS. To establish a linkage analysis method for Chinese patients, this study identified a useful set of STR markers in the typical PWS deletion and adjacent area, for linkage analysis in two Chinese families with PWS offspring. Using this method, the authors confn'rned that one patient had a paternal deletion in chromosome 15q 11-q 13 and the other patient had maternal uniparental heterodisomy of chromosome 15. MS -PCR and high resolution chromosome G-banding also confirmed this diagnosis. This linkage analysis method can detect both deletion and uniparental disomy, thus providing valuable information for genetic counseling and the opportunity to analyze the relationship between the genotype and phenotype of PWS.

文摘[Objective]The aim was to discuss elimination mechanism and equilibrium model about complete linkage gene of panmixis based on fitness.[Method]A mathematical model that gsgenerational evalution of frequency of panmixis two pairs of complete linkage gene under difference fitness was built by using difference equations to study elimination mechanism and genetic equilibrium state of panncticcoinplete linkage gene.[Result]The panmixis is different from Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium which reached the equilibrium just by one generation.A method that by using linear equation to calculate the frequency of four gametes and the fitnessed of panmixis was established after detormining is the fitness of 10 genotypes the necessary and sufficient condition of the panmixis to reach balance.[Conclusion]The method is valuable for reference on linkage disequilibrium and hitchhiking effect study.

文摘In this study, an RIL (recombinant inbred line) population containing 240 lines was developed by single seed descent method (SSD) based on a parent com- bination of small-grain indica cultivar Kasalath and large-grain japanica cultivar TD70 with significant differences in plant type traits, to construct the molecular genetic linkage map. Totally 838 SSR (Simple Sequence Repeat) markers were used for polymorphism screening between parents, 302 SSR markers with polymorphism were detected, with a frequency of 36.04%; 141 SSR markers with clear amplified bands and uniform distribution in the genome were finally used for genotype analysis of the RIL population. According to the experimental results, the frequency of male and female genotype in this RIL population was respectively 53% and 47%, suggesting good balance in population structure. A molecular genetic linkage map of rice was constructed by 141 markers based on a RIL population of 240 lines, with a total genetic distance of about 1 832.47 cM covering all 12 chromosomes, an average genetic distance between markers of 12.70 cM and a range of genetic distance be- tween markers of 0.43-36.11 cM, which is consistent with basic requirements of quantitative trait locus (QTL) mapping. Except for few markers on chromosomes 1 and 8, the order and location of markers is similar to the published sequences of Nipponbare. QTL analysis for the tiller angle was conducted with this RIL population of 240 lines, and results showed that three QTLs controlling tiller angle were detected on chromosome 8, 9 and 11, which were named qTA8, qTA9 and qTA11, with a contribution rate of 4.10%, 26.08% and 4.35%, respectively. To be specific, qTA9 contained Tiller Angle Controlling (TAC1) gene. The construction of this molecular genetic linkage map laid the foundation for genetic analysis and QTL mapping of various traits in the progeny of indica and japonica.

文摘Dendrobium plants are used commonly as tonic herbs and health food in many Asian countries, especially in China. Here we report the genetic map construction of two Dendrobium species with a double pseudo-testcross strategy using random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) and sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) markers. A F1 mapping population of 90 individuals was developed from a cross between D. officinale and D. hercoglossum. A total of 307 markers, including 209 RAPD and 98 SRAP, were identified and used for genetic linkage group (LG) analysis. The D. officinale linkage map consisted of 11 major linkage groups and 3 doublets, which covered 629.4 cM by a total of 62 markers with an average locus distance of 11.2 cM between two adjacent markers. The D. hercoglos- sum linkage map contained 112 markers mapped on 15 major and 4 minor linkage groups, spanning a total length of 1,304.6 cM with an average distance of I 1.6 cM between two adjacent markers. The maps constructed in this study covered 92.7% and 82.7% of the D. hercoglossum and D. officinale genomes respectively, providing an important basis for the mapping of horticultural and medicinal traits and for the application of marker-assisted selection in Dendrobium breeding program.

文摘Sinonovacula constricta is one of the important economic aquaculture species in China. In this study, we constructed genetic linkage maps of S. constricta based on 300 microsatellite markers derived from RAD-seq using an F1 full-sib family. The female map contained 204 microsatellites assigned to 22 linkage groups, which covered 1529.5 cM with an average interval of 10.3 cM. The male consisted of 187 microsatellites in 19 linkage groups corresponding to the haploid chromosome number(n(28)19), which spanned 1429.3 cM with an average interval of 8.7 cM. The genome coverage was approximately 83.5% and 81.4%, respectively. An integrated map was constructed according to the common markers in parental linkage groups, which had a total length of 1683.8 cM with an average interval of 7.3 cM. The genome coverage of the integrated map was approximately 86.3%. The genetic linkage map would form the foundation for further studies on the quantitative trait loci(QTL), as well as accelerating the breeding process of this species.
文摘The gut microbiota(GM) has become a recent topic of interest in the role of many disease states. Assessing patients with osteoporosis(OP), there is a strong correlation between gut microbe dysregulation and decreased bone density. Gut dysbiosis may lead to inflammation, dysregulation of nutrient and calcium transport across the intestine into circulation and systemic inflammation.Investigation of microbial profile relative to normal gut microbiomes, assessment of inflammatory markers such as interleukin-1(IL-1), IL-6, and tumor necrosis factor-alpha. Therapies to normalize GM in patients with OP or prevent occurrence of OP to be investigated include: High fiber prebiotic diets to promote growth of normal gut bacteria and short chain fatty acid production, Probiotics to encourage growth of normal gut microbes, and antibiotic treatment followed by fecal matter transplant.
