The decision-making system first preprocessed the signal and then performed a two-level decision on the target to achieve optimal control. The system consisted of four parts: signal preprocessing, contrast decision-making, comprehensive judgment of decision-making and decision-making result. These decision algorithms in target control were given. A concrete application of this decision-making system in target control was described. Being compared with other existing methods, this paper used both global features and local features of target, and used the decision-making system of fuzzy automata for the target control. Simulation results showed that the control effect based on the decision-making system was better than that of the other existing methods. Not only it was faster, but also its correct control rate was higher to be 95.18% for the target control. This research on the control system not only developed the FA theory, but also strengthened its application scope in the field of control engineering.展开更多

This method is developed through improving an ideal point method...In order to estimate water resources renewability scientifically, an Ideal Interval Method of Multiple Objective Decision-Making (IIMMODM) is presented. This method is developed through improving an ideal point method of multiple objective decision-making. The ideal interval is obtained with assessment standard instead of ideal points. The weights are decided by using the basic point and gray code accelerating genetic algorithm. This method has synthesized the expert’s suggestion and avoided giving a mark for the objective again. It could solve the complicated problem of compatible or incompatible multi-objective assessment. The principle of IIMMODM is presented in this paper. It is used to assess the water resources renewability for nine administrative divisions in the Yellow River basin. The result shows that the water resources renewability in the Yellow River basin is very low. Compared with the gray associate analysis method, fuzzy synthesis method and genetic projection pursuit method, the IIMMODM is easier to use. Compared with the ideal point method of multiple objective decision-making, the IIMMODM has good robustness, which is applicable to the comprehensive assessments of water resources.展开更多
The multi-energy complementary ecosystem is an important form of the modern energy system.However,standardized evaluation criteria and the corresponding method framework have not yet been formed,resulting in unclear s...The multi-energy complementary ecosystem is an important form of the modern energy system.However,standardized evaluation criteria and the corresponding method framework have not yet been formed,resulting in unclear standards and irregular processes of its construction.To cope with this issue,a novel comprehensive evaluation framework for multi-energy complementary ecosystems is proposed in this study.First,a 5D comprehensive evaluation criteria system,including environment,economy,technology,safety and systematicness,is constructed.Then,a novel multicriteria decision-making model integrating an analytic network process,entropy and preference-ranking organization method for enrichment evaluation under an intuitional fuzzy environment is proposed.Finally,four practical cases are used for model testing and empirical analysis.The results of the research show that the unit cost of the energy supply and the internal rate of return indexes have the highest weights of 0.142 and 0.010,respectively.It means that they are the focus in the construction of a multi-energy complementary ecosystem.The net flows of four cases are 0.015,0.123,-0.132 and-0.005,indicating that cases with a variety of energy supply forms and using intelligent management and control platforms to achieve cold,heat and electrical coupling have more advantages.展开更多
[Objective] The aim was to conduct investigation and risk assessment of the alien invasive plants in riparian zone of Dongjiang River.[Method] The field survey was carried out by the combination methods of sampling pl...[Objective] The aim was to conduct investigation and risk assessment of the alien invasive plants in riparian zone of Dongjiang River.[Method] The field survey was carried out by the combination methods of sampling plots investigation and route survey,and the whole Dongjiang River was covered.52 sampling points were set in the main streams,and 87 sampling points in tributaries streams,624 quadrats were set in total;multi-index comprehensive evaluation method was adopted for the risk assessment with 6 first-level indexes and 25 second-level indexes.[Result] Through the investigation on the riparian zone of Dongjiang River for 2 years,51 species of alien invasive plants were found,belonging to 17 families and 38 genera.The risk level assessment results of these 51 species showed that 18 species,such as Ageratum conyzoides,belonged to high-level risk with over 60 points;26 species,such as Chenopodium ambrosioides,were between 30 and 60 points which belonged to middle-level risk;7 species,such as Paspalum dilatatum,with less than 30 points belonged to low-level risk.[Conclusion] Basic data on the protection,water environmental management and functional zoning of riparian zone of Dongjiang River were provided.展开更多

Based on the domestic and international research experiences and the domestic congestion situations, this paper selected six indicators that affect the traffic conditions. As each single indicator cannot reflect the detailed traffic quality separately, the dynamic comprehensive evaluation principle is adopted.Then we used the principle of "Variation Driven" to determine the weight vector of each sub-indicator, and established a multi-indicator comprehensive evaluation system through the dynamic weight of each sub-indicator. Finally, the rationality and feasibility of the system is demonstrated by case analysis. This provides a strong theoretical foundation and basis to mitigate traffic congestion.展开更多
In complex product design,lots of time and resources are consumed to choose a preference-based compromise decision from non-inferior preliminary design models with multi-objective conflicts.However,since complex produ...In complex product design,lots of time and resources are consumed to choose a preference-based compromise decision from non-inferior preliminary design models with multi-objective conflicts.However,since complex products involve intensive multi-domain knowledge,preference is not only a comprehensive representation of objective data and subjective knowledge but also characterized by fuzzy and uncertain.In recent years,enormous challenges are involved in the design process,within the increasing complexity of preference.This article mainly proposes a novel decision-making method based on generalized abductive learning(G-ABL)to achieve autonomous and efficient decision-making driven by data and knowledge collaboratively.The proposed G-ABL framework,containing three cores:classifier,abductive kernel,and abductive machine,supports preference integration from data and fuzzy knowledge.In particular,a subtle improvement is presented for WK-means based on the entropy weight method(EWM)to address the local static weight problem caused by the fixed data preferences as the decision set is locally invariant.Furthermore,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)and Pearson correlation are adopted to quantify domain knowledge and obtain abducted labels.Multi-objective weighted calculations are utilized only to label and compare solutions in the final decision set.Finally,an engineering application is provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,and the superiority of which is illustrated by comparative analysis.展开更多
