By analyzing three core indicators, including the power output characteristics of the tidal current device, the generating capacity, energy conversion efficiency, proposed the test contents and evaluation methods of indicators are proposed in this paper; and based on the research of wind farms, power quality testing and assessment methods of offshore tidal energy device are proposed; given the security access to the test contents of tidal current energy device, tidal current energy device running conditions in the testing ground are comprehensively assessed. 展开更多

The fuzzy integration evaluation method (FIEM) is studied in order to select the best orbital elements from the multi-group initial orbits determined by a satellite TT&C (Tracking, Telemetry and Control) center with all kinds of data sources. By employing FIEM together with the experience of TT&C experts, the index system to evaluate the selection of the best initial orbits is established after the data sources and orbit determination theories are studied. Besides, the concrete steps in employing the method are presented. Moreover, by taking the objects to be evaluated as evaluation experts, the problem of how to generate evaluation matrices is solved. Through practical application, the method to select the best initial orbital elements has been proved to be flexible and effective The originality of the method is to find a new evaluation criterion (comparing the actually tracked orbits) replacing the traditional one (comparing the nominal orbits) for selecting the best orbital elements. 展开更多

As a difficult problem, sidewall instability has been beset drilling workers all the time. Not only does it cause huge economic losses, but also it determines the success or failure of drilling engineering. Due to complex relationship between various factors which influence sidewall stability, it hasn’t been found a widely applied method to predicate sidewall stability so far. Therefore, in order to formulate corresponding measures to ensure successful drilling, searching for a kind of better method to forecast sidewall stability before drilling becomes an imperative and significant topic for drilling engineering. On the basis of traditional sidewall stability analytical method, we have put forward the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to forecast sidewall stability regulation using physico-chemical performance parameters of the clay mineral. This method has been improved by introducing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Maximum Subjection Principle in the application process. After introducing Analytic Hierarchy Process to identify weight, and Maximum Subjection Principle to obtain evaluation results, it has reduced the influence of human factors and enhanced the accuracy of the fuzzy evaluation results. The application in Hailaer Area indicates that this method can predict sidewall stability of gas-oil well with high credibility and strong practicability. 展开更多

With increasing global shortage of fresh water resources,many countries are prioritizing desalination as a means of utilizing abundantly available seawater resources.Integrated energy efficiency evaluation is a scientific method for the quantitative analysis of energy efficiency based on multiple indicators and is very useful for investment,construction,and scientific decision-making for desalination projects.In this paper,the energy efficiency evaluation of the micro energy network (MEN) of desalination for multi-source and multi-load is studied,and the basic idea of comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation is analyzed.The process includes the use of a MEN model to establish an integrated energy efficiency evaluation index system,taking into consideration energy,equipment,economic,environmental,and social factors.A combined evaluation method considering subjective and objective comprehensive weights for multi-source multi-load desalination MENs is proposed to evaluate the energy efficiency of desalination and from multiple perspectives. 展开更多

Here, the author conducted a detailed investigation and study on the road of a highway section in Jiangsu province;according to the technical status and disease causes of bridges, tunnels, facilities along the line, testing and maintenance equipment, etc., six issues were discussed including technical durability, structural safety, engineering coordination, maintenance convenience, operation safety and efficient management. According to the characteristics of highway engineering and according to the construction needs of different professions, an integrated countermeasure library of construction, management, maintenance and transportation has been established with six functional requirements of technical durability, structural safety, engineering coordination, maintenance convenience, operation safety and efficient management. According to the multi-level evaluation method, according to the needs of engineering construction and the characteristics of the region, the comprehensive analysis of the scheme was carried out and a comprehensive plan was given. 展开更多

The karst mountainous area is an ecologically fragile region with prominent humanland contradictions.The resource-environment carrying capacity(RECC)of this region needs to be further clarified.The development of remote sensing(RS)and geographic information system(GIS)provides data sources and processing platform for RECC monitoring.This study analyzed and established the evaluation index system of RECC by considering particularity in the karst mountainous area of Southwest China;processed multisource RS data(Sentinel-2,Aster-DEM and Landsat-8)to extract the spatial distributions of nine key indexes by GIS techniques(information classification,overlay analysis and raster calculation);proposed the methods of index integration and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the RECC by GIS;and took a typical area,Guangnan County in Yunnan Province of China,as an experimental area to explore the effectiveness of the indexes and methods.The results showed that:(1)The important indexes affecting the RECC of karst mountainous area are water resources,tourism resources,position resources,geographical environment and soil erosion environment.(2)Data on cultivated land,construction land,minerals,transportation,water conservancy,ecosystem services,topography,soil erosion and rocky desertification can be obtained from RS data.GIS techniques integrate the information into the RECC results.The data extraction and processing methods are feasible on evaluating RECC.(3)The RECC of Guangnan County was in the mid-carrying level in 2018.The midcarrying and low-carrying levels were the main types,accounting for more than 80.00%of the total study area.The areas with high carrying capacity were mainly distributed in the northern regions of the northwest-southeast line of the county,and other areas have a low carrying capacity comparatively.The coordination between regional resource-environment status and socioeconomic development is the key to improve RECC.This study explores the evaluation index system of RECC in karst mountainous area and the application of multisource RS data and GIS techniques in the comprehensive evaluation.The methods can be applied in related fields to provide suggestions for data/information extraction and integration,and sustainable development. 展开更多

The new Austrian tunneling method (NATM) is widely applied in design and construction of underground engineering projects. When the type and distribution of unfavorable geological bodies (UGBs) associated with their influences on geoengineering are complicated or unfortunately are overlooked, we should pay more attentions to internal features of rocks grades IV and V (even in local but mostly controlling zones). With increasing attentions to the characteristics, mechanism and influences of engineering construction-triggered geohazards, it is crucial to fully understand the disturbance of these geohazards on project construction. A reasonable determination method in construction procedure, i.e. the shape of working face, the type of engineering support and the choice of feasible procedure, should be considered in order to mitigate the construction-triggered geohazards. Due to their high sensitivity to groundwater and in-situ stress, various UGBs exhibit hysteretic nature and failure modes. To give a complete understanding on the internal causes, the emphasis on advanced comprehensive geological forecasting and overall reinforcement treatment is therefore of more practical significance. Compre- hensive evaluation of influential factors, identification of UGB, and measures of discontinuity dynamic controlling comprises the geoengineering condition evaluation and dynamic controlling method. In a case of a cut slope, the variations of UGBs and the impacts of key environmental factors are presented, where more severe construction-triggered geohazards emerged in construction stage than those predicted in design and field investigation stages. As a result, the weight ratios of different influential factors with respect to field investigation, design and construction are obtained. 展开更多

Stemming from the definition of the Cauchy principal values (CPV) integrals, a newly developed symmetrical quadrature scheme was proposed in the paper for the accurate numerical evaluation of the singular boundary integrals in the sense of CPV encountered in the boundary element method. In the case of inner element singularities, the CPV integrals could be evaluated in a straightforward way by dividing the element into the symmetrical part and the remainder(s). And in the case of end singularities, the CPV integrals could be evaluated simply by taking a tangential distance transformation of the integrand after cutting out a symmetrical tiny zone around the singular point. In both cases, the operations are no longer necessary before the numerical implementation, which involves the dull routine work to separate out singularities from the integral kernels. Numerical examples were presented for both the two and the three dimensional boundary integrals in elasticity. Comparing the numerical results with those by other approaches demonstrates the feasibility and the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. 展开更多

With the aid of the properties of the hypersingular kernels, a geometric conversion approach was presented in this paper. The conversion leads to a general approach for the accurate and reliable numerical evaluation of the hypersingular surface boundary integrals encountered in a variety of applications with boundary element method. Based on the conversion, the hypersingularity in the boundary integrals could be lowered by one order, resulting in the simplification of the computer code. Moreover, an integral transformation was introduced to damp out the nearly singular behavior of the kernels by the distance function defined in the local polar coordinate system for the nearly hypersingular case. The approach is simple to use, which can be inserted readily to computer code, thus getting rid of the dull routine deduction of formulae before the numerical implementations, as the expressions of these kernels are in general complicated. The numerical examples were given in three dimensional elasticity, verifying the effectiveness of the proposed approach, which makes it possible to observe numerically the behavior of the boundary integral values with hypersingular kernels across the boundary. 展开更多

Continuously growing populations and rapid economic development have led to the excessive use of forest resources,and the forest ecosystem is threatened.In response,forest ecological security(FES)has attracted attention.In this study,an integrated dynamic simulation model was constructed using the system dynamic method,and it was used to evaluate the FES in China from 1999 to 2014.A scenario analysis was then used to evaluate the changes in the FES under five forestry policy scenarios for the 2015–2050 period,including the baseline,afforestation policy,harvesting policies,management policy,investment policy,and a policy mix.The results showed that the evaluation values of the FES increased during the period from 1999 to 2002,the period from 2004 to 2010 and the year 2014,and they decreased in 2003 and during the period from 2011 to 2013.During the 2015–2050 simulation period,the FES improved continuously.In particular,China would enter a new stage when the economic systems,social systems and ecosystems were in harmony after 2040.To improve the FES and the current status of the FES,a scenario analysis showed the most suitable scenario to be Scenario 5 from 2015 to 2020 and Scenario 2 from 2021 to 2050.To relieve pressure,the most suitable scenario would be Scenario 5 from 2015 to 2040 and from 2046 to 2050,and the most suitable scenario would be Scenario 4 for 2041–2045.A policy mix(Scenario 5)would be most efficient under current conditions,while the effects of all the benefits of the forestry policies would weaken over the long term.The integrated method can be regarded as a decision support tool to help policy makers understand FES and promulgate a reasonable forestry policy. 展开更多

Classical Chinese characters,presented through calligraphy,seal engraving,or painting,can exhibit different aesthetics and essences of Chinese characters,making them the most important asset of the Chinese people.Calligraphy and seal engraving,as two closely related systems in traditional Chinese art,have developed through the ages.Due to changes in lifestyle and advancements in modern technology,their original functions of daily writing and verification have gradually diminished.Instead,they have increasingly played a significant role in commercial art.This study utilizes the Evaluation Grid Method(EGM)and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to research the key preference factors in the application of calligraphy and seal engraving imagery.Different from the traditional 5-point equal interval semantic questionnaire,this study employs a non-equal interval semantic questionnaire with a golden ratio scale,distinguishing the importance ratio of adjacent semantic meanings and highlighting the weighted emphasis on visual aesthetics.Additionally,the study uses Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA)and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)to obtain the key preference sequence of calligraphy and seal engraving culture.Plus,the Choquet integral comprehensive evaluation is used as a reference for IPA comparison.It is hoped that this study can provide cultural imagery references and research methods,injecting further creativity into industrial design. 展开更多

易地扶贫搬迁是中国消除深度贫困的关键举措,如何推动安置区与新型城镇化进程有效融合,已成为搬迁政策从生存保障向高质量发展转型的核心议题。基于2023年12月—2024年3月宁夏易地扶贫搬迁安置区662户搬迁农户的实地调研数据,构建安置... 易地扶贫搬迁是中国消除深度贫困的关键举措,如何推动安置区与新型城镇化进程有效融合,已成为搬迁政策从生存保障向高质量发展转型的核心议题。基于2023年12月—2024年3月宁夏易地扶贫搬迁安置区662户搬迁农户的实地调研数据,构建安置区融入新型城镇化效果的评价指标体系,采用CRITIC赋权法进行综合评价并全面分析其关键影响因素。结果表明:(1)宁夏易地搬迁安置区融入新型城镇化效果得分为0.6320,达到良好水平;但经济效益的低得分和高权重反映出安置区新型城镇化建设中的经济转化问题应得到重视。(2)融入效果受多维因素的共同作用,政策感知、社区治理、社会资本以及科技惠农是其中的关键因素,个人特征、家庭特征等因素的影响有限。(3)宁夏5市安置区的融入效果虽存在显著区域差异,但极差值较小,为0.1239;综合表现为:吴忠市>中卫市>银川市>固原市>石嘴山市,在各维度的效益中,吴忠市依旧处于领先地位。(4)不同关键因素对各维度的影响具有差异性,源于其在推动安置区融入新型城镇化过程中的作用机制不同;在多种安置方式里,集中安置的优势显著,更利于向高质量的新型城镇化转型。 展开更多

为了系统梳理煤岩储层伤害评价方法的发展脉络,解决该领域因信息零散导致的储层伤害防控方法选择困难问题,采用文献计量与时间序列分析相结合的研究方法,对1982—2023年间相关文献进行了解构评述与趋势建模分析。研究结果表明:(1)在所... 为了系统梳理煤岩储层伤害评价方法的发展脉络,解决该领域因信息零散导致的储层伤害防控方法选择困难问题,采用文献计量与时间序列分析相结合的研究方法,对1982—2023年间相关文献进行了解构评述与趋势建模分析。研究结果表明:(1)在所构建的文献数量随时间变化模型中,以3年及6年为考察周期的方程决定系数分别达0.755 5和0.799 4,表明中长期趋势拟合良好,可用于揭示煤岩储层伤害评价方法发展的整体规律,而以1年为周期的模型受短期波动影响显著,解释能力有限;(2)分别对物理法与数字法两类评价方法进行趋势拟合发现,在3年与6年考察周期下,两类方法文献数量均与时间呈正相关,其中物理法的决定系数分别为0.756 9和0.840 1,数字法则分别为0.582 0和0.677 8,说明物理法的发展趋势更为稳定和显著;(3)从增长态势来看,物理法与数字法在早期文献数量接近,但在3年与6年周期拟合中,物理法的增长斜率(分别为1.156 0和4.607 1)远高于数字法(分别为0.107 7和0.428 6),表明物理法占据主导地位并保持较快发展。结论认为,物理法在未来一段时间内仍是煤岩储层伤害评价的主要技术手段;物理法面临的样本局限性与评价周期长等问题,可通过与数字法融合的途径予以改善;“物数融合”的煤岩储层伤害评价方法有望为加快煤层气勘探开发进程提供有力的技术支撑。 展开更多

目的医养结合背景下构建失能人群主要照护需求分级评价指标体系,为优化照护培训标准和提升服务质量提供参考。方法通过文献调研和实地访谈提取失能人群主要照护需求分级指标条目池;依据龙氏日常生活能力评定方法进行失能人群分级,并结... 目的医养结合背景下构建失能人群主要照护需求分级评价指标体系,为优化照护培训标准和提升服务质量提供参考。方法通过文献调研和实地访谈提取失能人群主要照护需求分级指标条目池;依据龙氏日常生活能力评定方法进行失能人群分级,并结合问卷调查初步拟定分级主要照护指标;采用德尔菲专家函询法确定主要照护需求分级评价指标。结果两轮专家函询的积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数为0.892;一、二级指标的专家意见肯德尔协调系数分别为0.317和0.231(P<0.001)。最终形成适用于“床上人”“家庭人”“社会人”3类失能人群的主要照护需求分级评价指标体系,分别包括6项一级指标和12项二级指标。结论构建的失能人群主要照护需求分级评价指标体系具有科学性,可为失能照护培训标准制定及照护服务质量考核提供参考。 展开更多

城市更新视角下地铁站域空间融合度评价——以青岛市市南区为例

为科学评估城市更新背景下地铁站域空间融合水平并识别其驱动机制,以青岛市市南区18个地铁站域为研究对象,构建包含节点、场所与空间3个维度共16项指标的融合度评价模型。基于实际路网数据,运用Arc GIS空间网络分析方法,以15 min步行阈... 为科学评估城市更新背景下地铁站域空间融合水平并识别其驱动机制,以青岛市市南区18个地铁站域为研究对象,构建包含节点、场所与空间3个维度共16项指标的融合度评价模型。基于实际路网数据,运用Arc GIS空间网络分析方法,以15 min步行阈值为标准划定各站域的空间范围;采用熵值法客观确定指标权重,并结合多元线性逐步回归分析揭示影响地铁站域空间融合水平的关键因子。对站域进行分类,依据《青岛市城市更新专项规划》将18个站域划分为改造提升型老旧住区站域(A类)、改造提升型历史城区站域(B类)、改造提升型中心城区站域(C类)及保护利用型老旧住区站域(D类)4类。评价结果表明,4类站域融合度平均得分存在显著差异:A类得分最高(0.478),B类(0.421)与D类(0.380)居中,C类得分最低(0.293)。在单一站域层面,青岛站融合度最高(0.837),宁夏路站最低(0.141)。权重分析显示,各类站域中影响融合度水平的关键因子各异:A类主要由“节点配置”与“连接效率”主导;B类主要由“换乘线路”和“功能密度”主导;C类主要由“换乘线路”主导;D类主要由“地上商业密度”和“功能密度”主导。回归分析进一步识别出“功能密度”“节点配置”和“集约性”是影响站域人流与空间融合水平的三大关键因子。 展开更多
