BACKGROUND Gastrointestinal endoscopy technology has significantly improved the diagnostic accuracy and the successful treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.However,a series of ethical issues have emerged,such as exp...BACKGROUND Gastrointestinal endoscopy technology has significantly improved the diagnostic accuracy and the successful treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.However,a series of ethical issues have emerged,such as expanding treatment indications,which affect the fair distribution of medical resources.There is limited research on ethical issues in the field of digestive endoscopy.AIM To investigate the level of ethical awareness among gastrointestinal endoscopy practitioners and analyze the ethical issues involved in gastrointestinal endoscopy technology.METHODS A questionnaire survey was performed to collect relevant data(gender,age,degree of education,professional title,personnel category,the level of understanding medical ethical principles,ethics training and its learning pathways)from gastrointestinal endoscopy practitioners at the Second Hospital of Dalian Medical University and Dalian Friendship Hospital,including licensed physicians and nurses(including trainees and graduate students).RESULTS The majority of gastrointestinal endoscopy practitioners have received training on ethics,but there is still considerable room for improvement in their ethical awareness.Different learning pathways may affect the mastery of ethical principles, and understanding of ethical principles is more easily achieved through hospital ethics institutions.CONCLUSIONTo address the ethical issues in gastrointestinal endoscopy technology, it is necessary to enhance the humanisticeducation of gastrointestinal endoscopy practitioners, incorporate ethical standards into the technology assessmentprocess, and establish a patient-centered diagnostic and treatment model to improve the ethical awareness of practitionersand achieve a balance between technology and ethics.展开更多

This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a workshop-based model for increasing dysphagia diet awareness among prosthodontists working with head and neck cancer patients. Methods: The study had a post-intervention design and included 10 maxillofacial prosthetic educators from eight countries who participated in a 120-minute workshop focused on theoretical and practical training in nutrition support for patients with dysphagia. Sessions were held in a specialized restaurant in Tokyo and included lectures, observation of Japanese cooking techniques, hands-on preparation of dysphagia-friendly foods, and cross-cultural comparisons. Knowledge, confidence, and practical application were assessed using a post-workshop questionnaire. Descriptive statistics and thematic analysis were used to evaluate outcomes. Results: Seven of the 10 prosthodontists completed the post-intervention questionnaire. All respondents reported overall satisfaction with the workshop. Session content was regarded as easy to understand by 57.14%, appropriate by 28.57%, and easy by 14.29%. Most respondents (85.71%) were “very satisfied” with the instructors’ explanations, and 100% were “very satisfied” with the workshop’s length and structure;71.42% felt they could apply the knowledge in clinical practice, while 28.58% anticipated challenges. The respondents appreciated the workshop’s focus on dysphagia, particularly in elderly patients, and valued the insights into Japanese dysphagia diets and culture. Conclusions: Workshops on nutrition provide an interactive platform for prosthodontists to enhance their knowledge and improve comprehensive patient care, highlighting the importance for prosthodontists to stay updated on developments in nutrition, particularly in dysphagia.展开更多

Improvement of stroke care should be achieved through awareness of public, especially through high-risk group. Henceforth, the aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on improving awareness of high-risk people about stroke prevention. Methods: A quasi-experimental design was used to carry out this study, where a purposive sample of 80 adult patients at high risk for stroke were enrolled while they were attending the out-patient clinics of Zagazig University Hospitals for follow-up treatment;they were divided into two groups: case (40 patients) and control (40 patients). An interview questionnaire was used to assess patients’ knowledge regarding warning signs, risk factors, and immediate treatment;attitude;and their practice for prevention for stroke at pretest and posttest. Results: The study revealed the poor level of knowledge, bad level of preventive behavior, and negative attitude regarding stroke prevention at pre-intervention. However, after intervention, the high-risk people had fair level of knowledge with moderate practice for stroke prevention and positive attitude, with statistically significant difference between pre-post intervention and between the case and control groups. Conclusions: The study revealed that the nursing intervention seemed to change the knowledge, practice, and attitude of subjects regarding stroke prevention. This, in turn, implies that awareness of prevention of stroke and high-risk factor control could be important to reduce the burden of stroke in Egypt. Thus, further research on a larger scale is required to improve population knowledge and behavior for stroke prevention and control.展开更多

Objective:To understand the current situation of career planning awareness and readiness of freshman medical students with a background in digital medicine,and to provide references for optimizing the medical educatio...Objective:To understand the current situation of career planning awareness and readiness of freshman medical students with a background in digital medicine,and to provide references for optimizing the medical education system and career guidance.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on freshman medical students at a university in Yunnan Province using questionnaire survey.Results:A total of 272 questionnaires were distributed and 264 valid questionnaires were returned,yielding an effective response rate of 97.10%.The average score of digital medical awareness of freshman medical students was(70.50±8.81),and 63.63%of the students had a high awareness(score≧70);The average score of career planning awareness and readiness of freshman medical students was(91.76±14.87),and 60.63%of students had high awareness and readiness(score≧90).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of digital medical awareness was positively correlated with the total score of career planning awareness and readiness(r=0.13,P<0.05).Conclusion:Freshman medical students’career planning awareness and readiness are generally good,but their practical application of digital medical-related skills still needs improvement.It is suggested that schools strengthen the integration of interdisciplinary curriculum,introduce digital vocational training modules,and formulate differentiated guidance strategies for different majors to enhance students’professional competitiveness in the digital medical era.展开更多
Objective:This randomized controlled trial aimed to assess the impact of a targeted educational intervention on the awareness and practice of genetic screening and counseling among young adults in Calabar Municipality...Objective:This randomized controlled trial aimed to assess the impact of a targeted educational intervention on the awareness and practice of genetic screening and counseling among young adults in Calabar Municipality,Cross River State.Materials and Methods:Participants(aged 18-45)were randomly assigned to either an intervention group receiving structured health education or a control group receiving general health information.Stratified randomization was used between the groups.A sample size of 340 participants was recruited to detect a 20%difference in outcomes with 80%power.Data were collected using prevalidated questionnaires at baseline,immediately after the intervention,and at a 3-month follow-up.The intervention consisted of three weekly 90-min educational sessions covering genetics,the benefits of screening,and practical guidance on accessing genetic services.The primary outcomes were changes in awareness and practices related to genetic screening,with secondary outcomes focusing on attitudes and intentions toward genetic counseling.Results:Findings revealed that awareness of genetic screening was higher in the intervention group,with 65.9%of participants aware of early detection,compared to 59.4%in the control group,although the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.23).In terms of practice,42.9%of the intervention group and 40.0%of the control group engaged in genetic screening programs,with no significant difference(P=0.57).Logistic regression analysis highlighted that age,educational level,and knowledge of teratogens were significant predictors of genetic screening awareness.Participants aged 36 years and above were 1.52 times more likely to be aware(odds ratio[OR]=1.52,P=0.003),and those with tertiary education had nearly double the likelihood of awareness(OR=1.96,P<0.001).Conclusion:The study underscores the importance of targeted education in improving genetic screening awareness.展开更多

However, precise characterization of uncertainty becomes challenging due to imperfect knowledge about some key aspects, such as birth targets and sensor detection profiles. To overcome this challenge, this paper proposes a multi-sensor possibility PHD filter based on the theory of outer probability measures. An effective compensation method is introduced to tackle variations in the fields of view of SSA sensors or instances of missed detections, aiming to mitigate the inconsistency in localized information. The proposed method is adapted to centralized and distributed sensor networks, offering effective solutions for multi-sensor multi-target tracking. The major innovation of the proposed method compared with typical methods is the proper description of epistemic uncertainty, which yields more robust performance in the scenarios of lacking some information about the system.The effectiveness of the multi-sensor possibility PHD filter is demonstrated by a comparison with conventional methods in two simulated scenarios.展开更多
Selecting appropriate tourist attractions to visit in real time is an important problem for travellers.Since recommenders proactively suggest items based on user preference,they are a promising solution for this probl...Selecting appropriate tourist attractions to visit in real time is an important problem for travellers.Since recommenders proactively suggest items based on user preference,they are a promising solution for this problem.Travellers visit tourist attractions sequentially by considering multiple attributes at the same time.Therefore,it is desirable to consider this when developing recommenders for tourist attractions.Using GRU4REC,we proposed RNN-based sequence-aware recommenders(RNN-SARs)that use multiple sequence datasets for training the recommended model,named multi-RNN-SARs.We proposed two types of multi-RNN-SARs-concatenate-RNN-SARs and parallel-RNN-SARs.In order to evaluate multi-RNN-SARs,we compared hit rate(HR)and mean reciprocal rank(MRR)of the item-based collaborative filtering recommender(item-CFR),RNN-SAR with the single-sequence dataset(basic-RNN-SAR),multi-RNN-SARs and the state-of-the-art SARs using a real-world travel dataset.Our research shows that multi-RNN-SARs have significantly higher performances compared to item-CFR.Not all multi-RNNSARs outperform basic-RNN-SAR but the best multi-RNN-SAR achieves comparable performance to that of the state-of-the-art algorithms.These results highlight the importance of using multiple sequence datasets in RNN-SARs and the importance of choosing appropriate sequence datasets and learning methods for implementing multi-RNN-SARs in practice.展开更多

To address the issues raised by jamming attacks, we propose a new routing protocol, Electromagnetic Spectrum situation awareness Optimized Link State Routing (ESOLSR) protocol, to improve the existing OLSRv2 protocol. ESOLSR utilizes the spectrum situation awareness capability from the physical layer, and adopts joint-updating of link status, updating of interface functions, and adaptive adjustment of parameters. Our simulation results show that the improved protocol, ESOLSR, can recover routing and resume normal communication 26.6% faster compared to the existing protocols.展开更多

This paper aims to investigate the effect of SME’s resources including,financial resources(FRR),financial literacy(FLR),managerial capacities(MCR)and market orientation(MKR)on SME’s sustainable growth(SG)in both fin...This paper aims to investigate the effect of SME’s resources including,financial resources(FRR),financial literacy(FLR),managerial capacities(MCR)and market orientation(MKR)on SME’s sustainable growth(SG)in both financial SG(FSGE)and non-financial SG(NFSGE)terms;and to identify the technological innovation awareness(TIR)mediates the effect of these resources on SGSMEs.Data were collected from 517 SMEs,using survey method and adopted a random sampling technique.Structure Equation Model(SEM)and the Baron,and Kenny(1986)mediation approach,Amos was applied to test hypotheses.The findings revealed the resources contributed 41.9 percent and 32.9 percent of the variance in FSGE and NFSGE,respectively,and confirmed the mediating role of TIR in the relationship between resources and SG.Notably,FRR had an indirect effect on FSGE through TIR,although TIR partially mediated the relationship between FRR and NFSGE,and between FLR and SG,both in FSGE and NFSGE terms.While,TIR fully mediated the relationship between MKR and SG,both in FSGE and NFSGE terms as well.This evidence informs the importance of business resources and competencies.In particular,TIR plays an important role in business operations to enhance and maintain sustainable growth.展开更多
This study examines how demographic factors shape engagement with virtual cultural communities and awareness of emerging economic models.Using survey data from 202 participants,descriptive statistics,independent sampl...This study examines how demographic factors shape engagement with virtual cultural communities and awareness of emerging economic models.Using survey data from 202 participants,descriptive statistics,independent samples t-tests,and One-way Analysis of Variance(ANOVA)with Least Significant Difference(LSD)post-hoc analyses revealed significant influences of age,education,and occupation.No significant gender differences were found.Individuals aged 26-45 demonstrated higher virtual community participation(F=3.439,p=0.01)and emerging model awareness(F=2.834,p=0.026)than younger cohorts(18-25 years and below).Respondents with postgraduate education exhibited superior understanding of emerging economic models(F=3.296,p=0.022)and their nexus with cultural values(F=6.196,p<0.001)compared to those with lower educational attainment.Significant occupational variations existed in virtual participation(F=4.001,p=0.008)and economic model awareness(F=5.611,p=0.001),with enterprise employees and civil servants scoring higher than students and freelancers.These findings underscore the critical roles of life stage,educational investment,and professional context in shaping digital cultural behaviors and economic cognition,offering valuable insights for platform design,educational strategies,and policy development in the digital cultural economy.展开更多
University students,transitioning from adolescence to adulthood,are at a critical stage where dietary habits and health behaviors are established,influencing long-term health outcomes.This study aimed to assess the di...University students,transitioning from adolescence to adulthood,are at a critical stage where dietary habits and health behaviors are established,influencing long-term health outcomes.This study aimed to assess the dietary intake and nutritional awareness of a population of Chinese university students(n=833),comparing their consumption with national dietary guidelines and reference intakes,while exploring subgroup differences.Results indicated that males had significantly higher amounts of most food categories compared to females.Except for whole grains and legumes,ethnic minorities had lower compliance with the recommended intakes for several food categories compared to Han Chinese.Han males consumed more energy,protein,and fat than their ethnic minority counterparts.Obese participants showed higher protein and fat intake compared to those with normal body mass index(BMI).Additionally,BMI-related trends in macronutrient contributions showed that protein and fat contributed more to the total energy intake of individuals with higher BMI.Han individuals also had higher energy contributions from protein and fat and lower carbohydrate contributions compared to ethnic minorities.Nutrient intake was generally below recommended levels,with low proportions of participants meeting the recommended intake for vitamin A,C,calcium and dietary fiber.High proportions of participants exceeded the tolerable upper intake levels for iron and manganese.Nutritional awareness scores were also significantly higher among Han students,as well as those with higher BMIs and higher income levels.This study highlights significant disparities in dietary intake and nutritional awareness among Chinese university students,with variations across sex,ethnicity,BMI,and income categories.展开更多

Conclusions: Workshops on nutrition provide an interactive platform for prosthodontists to enhance their knowledge and improve comprehensive patient care, highlighting the importance for prosthodontists to stay updated on developments in nutrition, particularly in dysphagia.
文摘Battlefield situation awareness is equivalent to the observation and orientation part of the Observation-Orientation-Decision-Action(OODA)loop.It is the key to transforming information advantage into decision-making advantages and an essential support for agile command decision-making.With the rapid rise and widespread application of various advanced intelligent technologies and model algorithms in the military field,traditional situation awareness technology and capacity building are facing great challenges.Relying solely on manual processing of battlefield situational data is no longer sufficient to meet the changing needs of the battlefield,nor can it provide commanders with real-time,accurate,efficient,and reliable situational information.Therefore,it is necessary to use highperformance hardware facilities and artificial intelligence technology to process massive battlefield data and provide an important reference basis for commanders to implement decision-making behaviors.
文摘Objective: Stroke is perceived as a serious illness although it is preventable, and lifestyle alterations can be made to reduce its risk. Improvement of stroke care should be achieved through awareness of public, especially through high-risk group. Henceforth, the aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on improving awareness of high-risk people about stroke prevention. Methods: A quasi-experimental design was used to carry out this study, where a purposive sample of 80 adult patients at high risk for stroke were enrolled while they were attending the out-patient clinics of Zagazig University Hospitals for follow-up treatment;they were divided into two groups: case (40 patients) and control (40 patients). An interview questionnaire was used to assess patients’ knowledge regarding warning signs, risk factors, and immediate treatment;attitude;and their practice for prevention for stroke at pretest and posttest. Results: The study revealed the poor level of knowledge, bad level of preventive behavior, and negative attitude regarding stroke prevention at pre-intervention. However, after intervention, the high-risk people had fair level of knowledge with moderate practice for stroke prevention and positive attitude, with statistically significant difference between pre-post intervention and between the case and control groups. Conclusions: The study revealed that the nursing intervention seemed to change the knowledge, practice, and attitude of subjects regarding stroke prevention. This, in turn, implies that awareness of prevention of stroke and high-risk factor control could be important to reduce the burden of stroke in Egypt. Thus, further research on a larger scale is required to improve population knowledge and behavior for stroke prevention and control.
文摘BACKGROUND Systematic review focuses on the visual patient avatar(VPA)technology,a tool designed to enhance situational awareness in anesthesia by transforming traditional numerical data into intuitive visual displays.AIM To explore how VPA can improve perceptual performance,reduce cognitive load,and increase user acceptance,potentially leading to better patient outcomes.METHODS The review is based on 14 studies conducted between 2018 and 2023 in five different hospitals across Europe.RESULTS These studies demonstrate that VPA allows clinicians to perceive and recall vital signs more efficiently than conventional monitoring methods.The technology’s intuitive design helps reduce cognitive workload,indicating less mental effort required for patient monitoring.Users’feedback on VPA was generally positive,highlighting its potential to enhance monitoring and decision-making in highstress environments.However,some users noted the need for further development,particularly in visualization design and data integration.CONCLUSION Review concludes that VPA technology represents a significant advancement in patient monitoring,promoting better situational awareness and potentially improving safety in perioperative care.
文摘Objective:To understand the current situation of career planning awareness and readiness of freshman medical students with a background in digital medicine,and to provide references for optimizing the medical education system and career guidance.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted on freshman medical students at a university in Yunnan Province using questionnaire survey.Results:A total of 272 questionnaires were distributed and 264 valid questionnaires were returned,yielding an effective response rate of 97.10%.The average score of digital medical awareness of freshman medical students was(70.50±8.81),and 63.63%of the students had a high awareness(score≧70);The average score of career planning awareness and readiness of freshman medical students was(91.76±14.87),and 60.63%of students had high awareness and readiness(score≧90).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of digital medical awareness was positively correlated with the total score of career planning awareness and readiness(r=0.13,P<0.05).Conclusion:Freshman medical students’career planning awareness and readiness are generally good,but their practical application of digital medical-related skills still needs improvement.It is suggested that schools strengthen the integration of interdisciplinary curriculum,introduce digital vocational training modules,and formulate differentiated guidance strategies for different majors to enhance students’professional competitiveness in the digital medical era.
文摘Objective:This randomized controlled trial aimed to assess the impact of a targeted educational intervention on the awareness and practice of genetic screening and counseling among young adults in Calabar Municipality,Cross River State.Materials and Methods:Participants(aged 18-45)were randomly assigned to either an intervention group receiving structured health education or a control group receiving general health information.Stratified randomization was used between the groups.A sample size of 340 participants was recruited to detect a 20%difference in outcomes with 80%power.Data were collected using prevalidated questionnaires at baseline,immediately after the intervention,and at a 3-month follow-up.The intervention consisted of three weekly 90-min educational sessions covering genetics,the benefits of screening,and practical guidance on accessing genetic services.The primary outcomes were changes in awareness and practices related to genetic screening,with secondary outcomes focusing on attitudes and intentions toward genetic counseling.Results:Findings revealed that awareness of genetic screening was higher in the intervention group,with 65.9%of participants aware of early detection,compared to 59.4%in the control group,although the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.23).In terms of practice,42.9%of the intervention group and 40.0%of the control group engaged in genetic screening programs,with no significant difference(P=0.57).Logistic regression analysis highlighted that age,educational level,and knowledge of teratogens were significant predictors of genetic screening awareness.Participants aged 36 years and above were 1.52 times more likely to be aware(odds ratio[OR]=1.52,P=0.003),and those with tertiary education had nearly double the likelihood of awareness(OR=1.96,P<0.001).Conclusion:The study underscores the importance of targeted education in improving genetic screening awareness.

文摘Tracking multiple space objects using multiple surveillance sensors is a critical approach in many Space Situation Awareness(SSA) applications. In this process, the uncertainties of targets,dynamics, and observations are usually represented by the probability distributions. However, precise characterization of uncertainty becomes challenging due to imperfect knowledge about some key aspects, such as birth targets and sensor detection profiles. To overcome this challenge, this paper proposes a multi-sensor possibility PHD filter based on the theory of outer probability measures. An effective compensation method is introduced to tackle variations in the fields of view of SSA sensors or instances of missed detections, aiming to mitigate the inconsistency in localized information. The proposed method is adapted to centralized and distributed sensor networks, offering effective solutions for multi-sensor multi-target tracking. The major innovation of the proposed method compared with typical methods is the proper description of epistemic uncertainty, which yields more robust performance in the scenarios of lacking some information about the system.The effectiveness of the multi-sensor possibility PHD filter is demonstrated by a comparison with conventional methods in two simulated scenarios.
文摘Selecting appropriate tourist attractions to visit in real time is an important problem for travellers.Since recommenders proactively suggest items based on user preference,they are a promising solution for this problem.Travellers visit tourist attractions sequentially by considering multiple attributes at the same time.Therefore,it is desirable to consider this when developing recommenders for tourist attractions.Using GRU4REC,we proposed RNN-based sequence-aware recommenders(RNN-SARs)that use multiple sequence datasets for training the recommended model,named multi-RNN-SARs.We proposed two types of multi-RNN-SARs-concatenate-RNN-SARs and parallel-RNN-SARs.In order to evaluate multi-RNN-SARs,we compared hit rate(HR)and mean reciprocal rank(MRR)of the item-based collaborative filtering recommender(item-CFR),RNN-SAR with the single-sequence dataset(basic-RNN-SAR),multi-RNN-SARs and the state-of-the-art SARs using a real-world travel dataset.Our research shows that multi-RNN-SARs have significantly higher performances compared to item-CFR.Not all multi-RNNSARs outperform basic-RNN-SAR but the best multi-RNN-SAR achieves comparable performance to that of the state-of-the-art algorithms.These results highlight the importance of using multiple sequence datasets in RNN-SARs and the importance of choosing appropriate sequence datasets and learning methods for implementing multi-RNN-SARs in practice.

文摘UAV networks often encounter jamming attacks, under which multi-radio protocols have to switch radios to accelerate communication recovery. However, the existing protocols rely on exchange of hello messages to detect jamming, leading to long sensing time and thus slow routing recovery. To address the issues raised by jamming attacks, we propose a new routing protocol, Electromagnetic Spectrum situation awareness Optimized Link State Routing (ESOLSR) protocol, to improve the existing OLSRv2 protocol. ESOLSR utilizes the spectrum situation awareness capability from the physical layer, and adopts joint-updating of link status, updating of interface functions, and adaptive adjustment of parameters. Our simulation results show that the improved protocol, ESOLSR, can recover routing and resume normal communication 26.6% faster compared to the existing protocols.

文摘During the“Axial Age,”Chinese civilization experienced a distinctive human rights awareness characterized by its endogeneity,autonomy,and originality.This awareness,based primarily on humanism,populism,and naturalism,emphasized respect for human beings,highlighting the importance of caring for,respecting,and protecting people,and focusing on“benefiting the people,”“nurturing the people,”“enriching the people,”and“prospering the people.”It reflected an awareness of human rights such as the rights to life,personality,subsistence,development,and environment.This human rights awareness,oriented towards values such as“achieving benevolence,”“valuing goodness,”“revering righteousness,”“cherishing harmony,”and“seeking the public good,”established a cognitive logic that unifies human nature,virtue,and rationality.It featured a human rights spirit that is not dominated by divine authority,based on moral and ethical philosophy,and oriented towards“positive”rights.This awareness delved into the value of being human and the meaning of human existence,demonstrating creativity and innovation,and marking a significant breakthrough in the history of human rights civilization.The ideological wisdom,spiritual strength,and practical pathways contained in this human rights awareness not only laid the foundation for the human rights thought of classical Chinese civilization but are also indispensable for contemporary China’s commitment to the“two combinations”.It holds important practical significance for advancing Chinese modernization and creating a modern human rights civilization for the Chinese nation.
文摘This paper aims to investigate the effect of SME’s resources including,financial resources(FRR),financial literacy(FLR),managerial capacities(MCR)and market orientation(MKR)on SME’s sustainable growth(SG)in both financial SG(FSGE)and non-financial SG(NFSGE)terms;and to identify the technological innovation awareness(TIR)mediates the effect of these resources on SGSMEs.Data were collected from 517 SMEs,using survey method and adopted a random sampling technique.Structure Equation Model(SEM)and the Baron,and Kenny(1986)mediation approach,Amos was applied to test hypotheses.The findings revealed the resources contributed 41.9 percent and 32.9 percent of the variance in FSGE and NFSGE,respectively,and confirmed the mediating role of TIR in the relationship between resources and SG.Notably,FRR had an indirect effect on FSGE through TIR,although TIR partially mediated the relationship between FRR and NFSGE,and between FLR and SG,both in FSGE and NFSGE terms.While,TIR fully mediated the relationship between MKR and SG,both in FSGE and NFSGE terms as well.This evidence informs the importance of business resources and competencies.In particular,TIR plays an important role in business operations to enhance and maintain sustainable growth.
文摘This study examines how demographic factors shape engagement with virtual cultural communities and awareness of emerging economic models.Using survey data from 202 participants,descriptive statistics,independent samples t-tests,and One-way Analysis of Variance(ANOVA)with Least Significant Difference(LSD)post-hoc analyses revealed significant influences of age,education,and occupation.No significant gender differences were found.Individuals aged 26-45 demonstrated higher virtual community participation(F=3.439,p=0.01)and emerging model awareness(F=2.834,p=0.026)than younger cohorts(18-25 years and below).Respondents with postgraduate education exhibited superior understanding of emerging economic models(F=3.296,p=0.022)and their nexus with cultural values(F=6.196,p<0.001)compared to those with lower educational attainment.Significant occupational variations existed in virtual participation(F=4.001,p=0.008)and economic model awareness(F=5.611,p=0.001),with enterprise employees and civil servants scoring higher than students and freelancers.These findings underscore the critical roles of life stage,educational investment,and professional context in shaping digital cultural behaviors and economic cognition,offering valuable insights for platform design,educational strategies,and policy development in the digital cultural economy.

文摘University students,transitioning from adolescence to adulthood,are at a critical stage where dietary habits and health behaviors are established,influencing long-term health outcomes.This study aimed to assess the dietary intake and nutritional awareness of a population of Chinese university students(n=833),comparing their consumption with national dietary guidelines and reference intakes,while exploring subgroup differences.Results indicated that males had significantly higher amounts of most food categories compared to females.Except for whole grains and legumes,ethnic minorities had lower compliance with the recommended intakes for several food categories compared to Han Chinese.Han males consumed more energy,protein,and fat than their ethnic minority counterparts.Obese participants showed higher protein and fat intake compared to those with normal body mass index(BMI).Additionally,BMI-related trends in macronutrient contributions showed that protein and fat contributed more to the total energy intake of individuals with higher BMI.Han individuals also had higher energy contributions from protein and fat and lower carbohydrate contributions compared to ethnic minorities.Nutrient intake was generally below recommended levels,with low proportions of participants meeting the recommended intake for vitamin A,C,calcium and dietary fiber.High proportions of participants exceeded the tolerable upper intake levels for iron and manganese.Nutritional awareness scores were also significantly higher among Han students,as well as those with higher BMIs and higher income levels.This study highlights significant disparities in dietary intake and nutritional awareness among Chinese university students,with variations across sex,ethnicity,BMI,and income categories.

文摘The paper analyzes the English retranslation of The Classic on Tea from the perspective of cultural awareness and finds some misinterpretations and omissions of Chinese culture appeared in the translations of foreign scholars.Domestic translators have a deeper understanding of Chinese culture and their retranslations embody the increasing cultural awareness of the source language culture,mainly in seeking conceptual equivalence rather than lexical equivalence,choosing the most suitable translation according to the textual and cultural context,and focusing on cultural facsimile and readers’awareness.This study will help better spread the Chinese tea culture and help Chinese culture go global.
