Internal solitary waves(ISWs)change the roughness of the sea surface,thus producing dark and bright bands in optical images.However,reasons for changes in imaging characteristics with the solar zenith angle remain unc...Internal solitary waves(ISWs)change the roughness of the sea surface,thus producing dark and bright bands in optical images.However,reasons for changes in imaging characteristics with the solar zenith angle remain unclear.In this paper,the optical imaging pattern of ISWs in sunglint under different zenith angles of the light source is investigated by collecting optical images of ISWs through physical simulation.The experiment involves setting 10 zenith angles of the light source,which are divided into area a the optical images of ISWs in the three areas show dark-bright mode,single bright band,and bright-dark mode,which are consistent with those observed by optical remote sensing.In addition,this study analyzed the percentage of the dark and bright areas of the bands and the change in the relative gray difference and found changes in both areas under different zenith angles of the light source.The MODIS and ASAR images display a similar brightness-darkness distance of the same ISWs.Therefore,the relationship between the brightness-darkness distance and the characteristic half-width of ISWs is determined in accordance with the eKdV theory and the imaging mechanism of ISWs of the SAR image.Overall,the relationship between them in the experiment is almost consistent with the theoretical result.展开更多

Methods: a total of 60 patients undergoing e...Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of linked color imaging (LCI) combined with postoperative finger massage under gastroscope for internal hemorrhoids. Methods: a total of 60 patients undergoing endoscopic sclerotherapy for internal hemorrhoids in Yichang Central Peoples Hospital from June 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided into study (LCI) group (n 30) and control (WLE) group (n 30). Under the gastroscope imaging mode (LCI) and ordinary white light endoscopy (WLE) respectively, use a gastroscope with a transparent cap to add a small amount of methylene blue tracer into the polylol stock solution and inject it into the hemorrhoid nucleus at different points, so as to observe that the tracer will immediately stop the injection. If there is a small amount of hemorrhage after the injection, an additional injection of about 0.5 mL can be made. Routine injection will be carried out at 4-5 points, with the total amount not exceeding 10ml. In LCI group, the fingers will be massaged for about 30s after the operation. The symptoms and complications of rebleeding and internal hemorrhoid prolapse within 6 months after operation were compared between the two groups. Results: in the study (LCI) group, 1.0ml and 4.5ml;Of dailyl alcohol were injected at each point on average. The control (WLE) group received an average of 1.5ml of polyglycerol at each point, with a total amount of 7.0ml. During the follow-up period of 6 months after operation, there was no rebleeding in both groups. In the LCI group, there were 10 cases of postoperative anal distension, slight pain and 3 cases of internal hemorrhoid prolapse, but they were significantly better than before. In the WLE group, there were 24 cases of postoperative anal distension, slight pain and 3 cases of internal hemorrhoid prolapse, but except for a small part of anal distension and slight pain, the rest all disappeared spontaneously in 1 to 2 weeks without serious complications such as anal stenosis, gastrointestinal hemorrhage and perforation Conclusion: gastroscopic sclerotherapy for internal hemorrhoids is simple, safe and reliable, with satisfactory curative effect. Compared with white light mode, LCI mode can accurately inject into the hemorrhoid nucleus to reduce the injection amount of polyglycerol at each point. Finger massage can increase the penetration of sclerosant into the hemorrhoid nucleus, thus improving the curative effect, reducing the occurrence of complications and improving postoperative comfort. It is worthy of clinical application.展开更多

Based on the analysis of more than 2 500 synthetic aperture radar (SAR) and optical satellite images, the in- ternal wave propagation in the whole South China Sea was investigated systematically. The results show that (1) in the northeastern South China Sea, most internal waves propagate westward from the Luzon Strait and are diffracted by coral reefs near the Dongsha Islands. Some impinge onto the shelf and a few are reflected; (2) in the northwestern South China Sea, most internal waves are generated at the shelf and propagate northwestward or westward to the coast; (3) in the western South China Sea, most internal waves propagate westward to the Vietnamese coast, except a few propagate southward to the deep sea; and (4) in the southern South China Sea, most internal waves propagate southwestward to the coast. Some prop- agate southeastward to the coast of Kalimantan Island, and a few propagate southeastward because of the influence of the Mekon~ River.展开更多

BACKGROUND In recent years,two new narrow-band imaging(NBI)classifications have been proposed:The NBI international colorectal endoscopic(NICE)classification and Japanese NBI expert team(JNET)classification.Most valid...BACKGROUND In recent years,two new narrow-band imaging(NBI)classifications have been proposed:The NBI international colorectal endoscopic(NICE)classification and Japanese NBI expert team(JNET)classification.Most validation studies of the two new NBI classifications were conducted in classification setting units by experienced endoscopists,and the application of use in different centers among endoscopists with different endoscopy skills remains unknown.AIM To evaluate clinical application and possible problems of NICE and JNET classification for the differential diagnosis of colorectal cancer and precancerous lesions.METHODS Six endoscopists with varying levels of experience participated in this study.Eighty-seven consecutive patients with a total of 125 lesions were photographed during non-magnifying conventional white-light colonoscopy,non-magnifying NBI,and magnifying NBI.The three groups of endoscopic pictures of each lesion were evaluated by the six endoscopists in randomized order using the NICE and JENT classifications separately.Then we calculated the six endoscopists’sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value for each category of the two classifications.RESULTS The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of JNET classification type 1 and 3 were similar to NICE classification type 1 and 3 in both the highly experienced endoscopist(HEE)and less-experienced endoscopist(LEE)groups.The specificity of JNET classification type 1 and 3 and NICE classification type 3 in both the HEE and LEE groups was>95%,and the overall interobserver agreement was good in both groups.The sensitivity of NICE classification type 3 lesions for diagnosis of SM-d carcinoma in the HEE group was significantly superior to that in the LEE group(91.7%vs 83.3%;P=0.042).The sensitivity of JNET classification type 2B lesions for the diagnosis of high-grade dysplasia or superficial submucosal invasive carcinoma in the HEE and LEE groups was 53.8%and 51.3%,respectively.Compared with other types of JNET classification,the diagnostic ability of type 2B was the weakest.CONCLUSION The treatment strategy of the two classification type 1 and 3 lesions can be based on the results of endoscopic examination.JNET type 2B lesions need further examination.展开更多

A new approach is proposed and demonstrated for simulating the optical remote sensing images of ISWs with a smooth surface in the laboratory. An optical remote sensing simulation system used to detect ISWs is constructed by a two-dimensional ISW flume, a LED (light emitting diode) light source and two CCD (charge coupled device) cameras. The optical remote sensing images of the horizontal surface and ISWs propagation images of a vertical side are detected simultaneously, which aims to explore the response of optical remote sensing corresponding to ISWs with the smooth surface. The results show that during the propagation of ISWs, dark pattern images are obtained by CCD 1 camera. The characteristics of the dark patterns vary along with the incident angle of the light source. The characteristic parameters of the optical remote sensing images correspond to the wave factors of vertical profiles. The experiment also shows a positive correlation between the dark pattern width and the half wave width under different amplitudes of ISWs. The system has the advantages of clear phenomenon and high repeatability, which provides the scientific basis for quantitative investigation on imaging mechanism of ISW by optical remote sensing.展开更多
This study assesses the accuracy and the applicability of the Korteweg-de Vries(KdV)and the nonlinear Schr?dinger(NLS)equation solutions to derivation of dynamic parameters of internal solitary waves(ISWs)from satelli...This study assesses the accuracy and the applicability of the Korteweg-de Vries(KdV)and the nonlinear Schr?dinger(NLS)equation solutions to derivation of dynamic parameters of internal solitary waves(ISWs)from satellite images.Visible band images taken by five satellite sensors with spatial resolutions from 5 m to 250 m near the Dongsha Atoll of the northern South China Sea(NSCS)are used as a baseline.From the baseline,the amplitudes of ISWs occurring from July 10 to 13,2017 are estimated by the two approaches and compared with concurrent mooring observations for assessments.Using the ratio of the dimensionless dispersive parameter to the square of dimensionless nonlinear parameter as a criterion,the best appliable ranges of the two approaches are clearly separated.The statistics of total 18 cases indicate that in each 50%of cases,the KdV and the NLS approaches give more accurate estimates of ISW amplitudes.It is found that the relative errors of ISW amplitudes derived from two theoretical approaches are closely associated with the logarithmic bottom slopes.This may be attributed to the nonlinear growth of ISW amplitudes as propagating along a shoaling thermocline or topography.The test results using three consecutive satellite images to retrieve the ISW propagation speeds indicate that the use of multiple satellite images(>2)may improve the accuracy of retrieved phase speeds.Meanwhile,repeated multi-satellite images of ISWs can help to determine the types of ISWs if mooring data are available nearby.展开更多
Characteristics and generation of internal waves(IWs)in the Sulu Sea are studied using Moderate-Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)and Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite(VIIRS)images taken from October ...Characteristics and generation of internal waves(IWs)in the Sulu Sea are studied using Moderate-Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)and Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite(VIIRS)images taken from October 2016 to September 2019.Satellite observations show that IWs in the Sulu Sea mainly located in the shallower western areas with occasional observations in the deeper eastern regions.The dominant length of wave crest(LWC)of IWs is between 50 and 150 km with the largest LWC reaching over 300 km.The analysis of temporal distributions of IWs shows that March has the most IWs and July has the least.Further analysis shows that the seasonal variation is mainly due to the cloud contamination of optical satellite images.New generation sites of IWs are analyzed using satellite images.Six possible generation sites for IWs in the western Sulu Sea and one generation site for IWs in the eastern Sulu Sea are found using the ray-tracing method.Multi IW sources in the same strait are found,which may be due to the seawater fl ow over the strait in diff erent directions.The analysis shows that IWs with long wave crest in the Sulu Sea is a combined eff ort of all straits between small islands in the Sulu Archipelago.Remote generated IWs with long wave crest in the eastern Sulu Sea are studied,which are generated at the straits around(121.5°E,6°N)by the nonlinear evolution of internal tide originated from the Sulu Archipelago.展开更多

Here, we assumed that major ozonated autohemotherapy contributes to recovery of clinical function, possibly by reducing remote injury after acute cerebral infarction. Sixty acute cerebral infarction patients aged 30-80 years were equally and randomly allocated to ozone treatment and control groups. Patients in the ozone treatment group received medical treatment and major ozonated autohemotherapy (47 mg/L, 100 mL ozone) for 10 ± 2 days. Patients in the control group received medical treatment only. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score, modified Rankin scale score, and reduced degree of fractional anisotropy values of brain magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging were remarkably decreased, brain function improved, clinical efficiency significantly increased, and no obvious adverse reactions detected in the ozone treatment group compared with the control group. These findings suggest that major ozonated autohemotherapy promotes recovery of neurological function in acute cerebral infarction patients by reducing re,note injury, and additionally, exhibits high safety.展开更多

Internal wave packets are observed frequently with thermistor chains during the experiment. Meanwhile, internal waves are also detected from a synthetic aperture radar (SAR) image on June 19, 2005 and several other moderate-resolution imaging spectroradiometer (MODIS) images near a mooring position. The distance between the positive and negative peaks induced by the internal wave can be obtained from satellite images. Combined with remote sensing images and in situ data, a new method to inverse the amplitude of the internal wave is proposed based on a corrected nonlinear Schr6dinger (NLS) equation. Two relationships are given between the peak-to-peak distance and the characteristic wavelength of the internal wave for different nonlinear and dispersion coefficients. Based on the satellite images, the amplitude inversion of the internal waves are carried out with the NLS equation as well as the KdV equation. The calculated amplitudes of the NLS equation are close to the observation amplitude which promise the NLS equation a reliable method.展开更多
This effort aims to determine the generation source sites in the Luzon Strait for energetic, long-crest, transbasin internal waves (IW) observed in the northern South China Sea (NSCS). The roles of islands distrib...This effort aims to determine the generation source sites in the Luzon Strait for energetic, long-crest, transbasin internal waves (IW) observed in the northern South China Sea (NSCS). The roles of islands distributed on eastern side of the strait, Kuroshio, submarine ridges, shoaling thennocline, and strait configuration played in the IW generation are examined using the cruise data analysis, satellite data interpretation, and dynamical analysis. The islands and channels on eastern side of the strait are excluded from a list of possible IW source sites owing to their unmatched horizontal dimensions to the scale of IW crest line length, and the relative low Reynolds number. The Kuroshio has a potential to be a radiator for the long-crest IW disturbances, meanwhile, the Kurosbio west (east) wing absorbs the eastward (westward) propagating IW disturbance. Namely, the Kuroshio blockades the outside west-east propagating IW disturbances. The 3-D configuration of the Luzon Strait is characterized by a sudden, more than one order widening of the cross-section areas at the outlets on both sides, providing a favorable condition for IW type initial disturbance formation. In the Luzon Strait, the thermocline is featured by a westward shoaling all the year around, providing the dynamical conditions for the amplitude growth (declination) to the westward (eastward) propagating IW type disturbance. Thus, the west slope of western submarine ridge at the western outlet of the Luzon Strait is a high possibility source sites for energetic, long-crest, transbasin IWs in the NSCS. The interpretation results of satellite SAR images during a 13 a period from 1995 to 2007 provide the convincing evidence for the conclusions.展开更多
Because the hydraulic directional valve usually works in a bad working environment and is disturbed by multi-factor noise,the traditional single sensor monitoring technology is difficult to use for an accurate diagnos...Because the hydraulic directional valve usually works in a bad working environment and is disturbed by multi-factor noise,the traditional single sensor monitoring technology is difficult to use for an accurate diagnosis of it.Therefore,a fault diagnosis method based on multi-sensor information fusion is proposed in this paper to reduce the inaccuracy and uncertainty of traditional single sensor information diagnosis technology and to realize accurate monitoring for the location or diagnosis of early faults in such valves in noisy environments.Firstly,the statistical features of signals collected by the multi-sensor are extracted and the depth features are obtained by a convolutional neural network(CNN)to form a complete and stable multi-dimensional feature set.Secondly,to obtain a weighted multi-dimensional feature set,the multi-dimensional feature sets of similar sensors are combined,and the entropy weight method is used to weight these features to reduce the interference of insensitive features.Finally,the attention mechanism is introduced to improve the dual-channel CNN,which is used to adaptively fuse the weighted multi-dimensional feature sets of heterogeneous sensors,to flexibly select heterogeneous sensor information so as to achieve an accurate diagnosis.Experimental results show that the weighted multi-dimensional feature set obtained by the proposed method has a high fault-representation ability and low information redundancy.It can diagnose simultaneously internal wear faults of the hydraulic directional valve and electromagnetic faults of actuators that are difficult to diagnose by traditional methods.This proposed method can achieve high fault-diagnosis accuracy under severe working conditions.展开更多

Correspondingly, there should be two microscopic parameters to...Only two macroscopic parameters are needed to describe the mechanical properties of linear elastic solids, i.e. the Poisson's ratio and Young's modulus. Correspondingly, there should be two microscopic parameters to determine the mechanical properties of material if the macroscopic mechanical properties of linear elastic solids are derived from the microscopic level. Enlightened by this idea, a multiscale mechanical model for material, the virtual multi-dimensional internal bonds (VMIB) model, is proposed by incorporating a shear bond into the virtual internal bond (VIB) model. By this modification, the VMIB model associates the macro mechanical properties of material with the microscopic mechanical properties of discrete structure and the corresponding relationship between micro and macro parameters is derived. The tensor quality of the energy density function, which contains coordinate vector, is mathematically proved. From the point of view of VMIB, the macroscopic nonlinear behaviors of material could be attributed to the evolution of virtual bond distribution density induced by the imposed deformation. With this theoretical hypothesis, as an application example, a uniaxial compressive failure of brittle material is simulated. Good agreement between the experimental results and the simulated ones is found.展开更多

In the LCI group, there were 10 cases of postoperative anal distension, slight pain and 3 cases of internal hemorrhoid prolapse, but they were significantly better than before. In the WLE group, there were 24 cases of postoperative anal distension, slight pain and 3 cases of internal hemorrhoid prolapse, but except for a small part of anal distension and slight pain, the rest all disappeared spontaneously in 1 to 2 weeks without serious complications such as anal stenosis, gastrointestinal hemorrhage and perforation Conclusion: gastroscopic sclerotherapy for internal hemorrhoids is simple, safe and reliable, with satisfactory curative effect. Compared with white light mode, LCI mode can accurately inject into the hemorrhoid nucleus to reduce the injection amount of polyglycerol at each point. Finger massage can increase the penetration of sclerosant into the hemorrhoid nucleus, thus improving the curative effect, reducing the occurrence of complications and improving postoperative comfort. It is worthy of clinical application.

文摘Internal wave propagation carries considerable vertical shear which can lead to turbulence and mixing. Based on the analysis of more than 2 500 synthetic aperture radar (SAR) and optical satellite images, the in- ternal wave propagation in the whole South China Sea was investigated systematically. The results show that (1) in the northeastern South China Sea, most internal waves propagate westward from the Luzon Strait and are diffracted by coral reefs near the Dongsha Islands. Some impinge onto the shelf and a few are reflected; (2) in the northwestern South China Sea, most internal waves are generated at the shelf and propagate northwestward or westward to the coast; (3) in the western South China Sea, most internal waves propagate westward to the Vietnamese coast, except a few propagate southward to the deep sea; and (4) in the southern South China Sea, most internal waves propagate southwestward to the coast. Some prop- agate southeastward to the coast of Kalimantan Island, and a few propagate southeastward because of the influence of the Mekon~ River.

文摘Ocean internal waves appear as irregular bright and dark stripes on synthetic aperture radar(SAR)remote sensing images.Ocean internal waves detection in SAR images consequently constituted a difficult and popular research topic.In this paper,ocean internal waves are detected in SAR images by employing the faster regions with convolutional neural network features(Faster R-CNN)framework;for this purpose,888 internal wave samples are utilized to train the convolutional network and identify internal waves.The experimental results demonstrate a 94.78%recognition rate for internal waves,and the average detection speed is 0.22 s/image.In addition,the detection results of internal wave samples under different conditions are analyzed.This paper lays a foundation for detecting ocean internal waves using convolutional neural networks.

文摘BACKGROUND In recent years,two new narrow-band imaging(NBI)classifications have been proposed:The NBI international colorectal endoscopic(NICE)classification and Japanese NBI expert team(JNET)classification.Most validation studies of the two new NBI classifications were conducted in classification setting units by experienced endoscopists,and the application of use in different centers among endoscopists with different endoscopy skills remains unknown.AIM To evaluate clinical application and possible problems of NICE and JNET classification for the differential diagnosis of colorectal cancer and precancerous lesions.METHODS Six endoscopists with varying levels of experience participated in this study.Eighty-seven consecutive patients with a total of 125 lesions were photographed during non-magnifying conventional white-light colonoscopy,non-magnifying NBI,and magnifying NBI.The three groups of endoscopic pictures of each lesion were evaluated by the six endoscopists in randomized order using the NICE and JENT classifications separately.Then we calculated the six endoscopists’sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value for each category of the two classifications.RESULTS The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of JNET classification type 1 and 3 were similar to NICE classification type 1 and 3 in both the highly experienced endoscopist(HEE)and less-experienced endoscopist(LEE)groups.The specificity of JNET classification type 1 and 3 and NICE classification type 3 in both the HEE and LEE groups was>95%,and the overall interobserver agreement was good in both groups.The sensitivity of NICE classification type 3 lesions for diagnosis of SM-d carcinoma in the HEE group was significantly superior to that in the LEE group(91.7%vs 83.3%;P=0.042).The sensitivity of JNET classification type 2B lesions for the diagnosis of high-grade dysplasia or superficial submucosal invasive carcinoma in the HEE and LEE groups was 53.8%and 51.3%,respectively.Compared with other types of JNET classification,the diagnostic ability of type 2B was the weakest.CONCLUSION The treatment strategy of the two classification type 1 and 3 lesions can be based on the results of endoscopic examination.JNET type 2B lesions need further examination.

文摘The parameter inversion of internal solitary waves (ISWs) based on optical remote sensing images is a key work. A new approach is proposed and demonstrated for simulating the optical remote sensing images of ISWs with a smooth surface in the laboratory. An optical remote sensing simulation system used to detect ISWs is constructed by a two-dimensional ISW flume, a LED (light emitting diode) light source and two CCD (charge coupled device) cameras. The optical remote sensing images of the horizontal surface and ISWs propagation images of a vertical side are detected simultaneously, which aims to explore the response of optical remote sensing corresponding to ISWs with the smooth surface. The results show that during the propagation of ISWs, dark pattern images are obtained by CCD 1 camera. The characteristics of the dark patterns vary along with the incident angle of the light source. The characteristic parameters of the optical remote sensing images correspond to the wave factors of vertical profiles. The experiment also shows a positive correlation between the dark pattern width and the half wave width under different amplitudes of ISWs. The system has the advantages of clear phenomenon and high repeatability, which provides the scientific basis for quantitative investigation on imaging mechanism of ISW by optical remote sensing.

文摘This study assesses the accuracy and the applicability of the Korteweg-de Vries(KdV)and the nonlinear Schr?dinger(NLS)equation solutions to derivation of dynamic parameters of internal solitary waves(ISWs)from satellite images.Visible band images taken by five satellite sensors with spatial resolutions from 5 m to 250 m near the Dongsha Atoll of the northern South China Sea(NSCS)are used as a baseline.From the baseline,the amplitudes of ISWs occurring from July 10 to 13,2017 are estimated by the two approaches and compared with concurrent mooring observations for assessments.Using the ratio of the dimensionless dispersive parameter to the square of dimensionless nonlinear parameter as a criterion,the best appliable ranges of the two approaches are clearly separated.The statistics of total 18 cases indicate that in each 50%of cases,the KdV and the NLS approaches give more accurate estimates of ISW amplitudes.It is found that the relative errors of ISW amplitudes derived from two theoretical approaches are closely associated with the logarithmic bottom slopes.This may be attributed to the nonlinear growth of ISW amplitudes as propagating along a shoaling thermocline or topography.The test results using three consecutive satellite images to retrieve the ISW propagation speeds indicate that the use of multiple satellite images(>2)may improve the accuracy of retrieved phase speeds.Meanwhile,repeated multi-satellite images of ISWs can help to determine the types of ISWs if mooring data are available nearby.

文摘Characteristics and generation of internal waves(IWs)in the Sulu Sea are studied using Moderate-Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)and Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite(VIIRS)images taken from October 2016 to September 2019.Satellite observations show that IWs in the Sulu Sea mainly located in the shallower western areas with occasional observations in the deeper eastern regions.The dominant length of wave crest(LWC)of IWs is between 50 and 150 km with the largest LWC reaching over 300 km.The analysis of temporal distributions of IWs shows that March has the most IWs and July has the least.Further analysis shows that the seasonal variation is mainly due to the cloud contamination of optical satellite images.New generation sites of IWs are analyzed using satellite images.Six possible generation sites for IWs in the western Sulu Sea and one generation site for IWs in the eastern Sulu Sea are found using the ray-tracing method.Multi IW sources in the same strait are found,which may be due to the seawater fl ow over the strait in diff erent directions.The analysis shows that IWs with long wave crest in the Sulu Sea is a combined eff ort of all straits between small islands in the Sulu Archipelago.Remote generated IWs with long wave crest in the eastern Sulu Sea are studied,which are generated at the straits around(121.5°E,6°N)by the nonlinear evolution of internal tide originated from the Sulu Archipelago.

文摘Based on the research of Lynett and Liu, the horizontal fully two-dimensional, depth-integrated model for the internal wave propagation is re-deduced. By combining this model with the M4S model, the propagation process of the internal waves is simulated in Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images. The simulation results clearly show the bottom effects during the propagation such as fission and isobaths-parallelized propagation direction. This simulation procedure can lay the foundation for the quantitative interpretation of internal waves from fully two-dimensional SAR images.

文摘Major ozonated autohemotherapy has been shown to promote recovery of upper limb motor function in patients with acute cerebral infarction, but whether naajor ozonated autohelnotherapy affects remote in)ury remains poorly understood. Here, we assumed that major ozonated autohemotherapy contributes to recovery of clinical function, possibly by reducing remote injury after acute cerebral infarction. Sixty acute cerebral infarction patients aged 30-80 years were equally and randomly allocated to ozone treatment and control groups. Patients in the ozone treatment group received medical treatment and major ozonated autohemotherapy (47 mg/L, 100 mL ozone) for 10 ± 2 days. Patients in the control group received medical treatment only. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score, modified Rankin scale score, and reduced degree of fractional anisotropy values of brain magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging were remarkably decreased, brain function improved, clinical efficiency significantly increased, and no obvious adverse reactions detected in the ozone treatment group compared with the control group. These findings suggest that major ozonated autohemotherapy promotes recovery of neurological function in acute cerebral infarction patients by reducing re,note injury, and additionally, exhibits high safety.

文摘The field experiment is conducted from April 16, 2005 to July 20, 2005 at Wenchang area east of Hainan Island (19~35'N, l12~E) of China. Internal wave packets are observed frequently with thermistor chains during the experiment. Meanwhile, internal waves are also detected from a synthetic aperture radar (SAR) image on June 19, 2005 and several other moderate-resolution imaging spectroradiometer (MODIS) images near a mooring position. The distance between the positive and negative peaks induced by the internal wave can be obtained from satellite images. Combined with remote sensing images and in situ data, a new method to inverse the amplitude of the internal wave is proposed based on a corrected nonlinear Schr6dinger (NLS) equation. Two relationships are given between the peak-to-peak distance and the characteristic wavelength of the internal wave for different nonlinear and dispersion coefficients. Based on the satellite images, the amplitude inversion of the internal waves are carried out with the NLS equation as well as the KdV equation. The calculated amplitudes of the NLS equation are close to the observation amplitude which promise the NLS equation a reliable method.

文摘This effort aims to determine the generation source sites in the Luzon Strait for energetic, long-crest, transbasin internal waves (IW) observed in the northern South China Sea (NSCS). The roles of islands distributed on eastern side of the strait, Kuroshio, submarine ridges, shoaling thennocline, and strait configuration played in the IW generation are examined using the cruise data analysis, satellite data interpretation, and dynamical analysis. The islands and channels on eastern side of the strait are excluded from a list of possible IW source sites owing to their unmatched horizontal dimensions to the scale of IW crest line length, and the relative low Reynolds number. The Kuroshio has a potential to be a radiator for the long-crest IW disturbances, meanwhile, the Kurosbio west (east) wing absorbs the eastward (westward) propagating IW disturbance. Namely, the Kuroshio blockades the outside west-east propagating IW disturbances. The 3-D configuration of the Luzon Strait is characterized by a sudden, more than one order widening of the cross-section areas at the outlets on both sides, providing a favorable condition for IW type initial disturbance formation. In the Luzon Strait, the thermocline is featured by a westward shoaling all the year around, providing the dynamical conditions for the amplitude growth (declination) to the westward (eastward) propagating IW type disturbance. Thus, the west slope of western submarine ridge at the western outlet of the Luzon Strait is a high possibility source sites for energetic, long-crest, transbasin IWs in the NSCS. The interpretation results of satellite SAR images during a 13 a period from 1995 to 2007 provide the convincing evidence for the conclusions.

文摘Because the hydraulic directional valve usually works in a bad working environment and is disturbed by multi-factor noise,the traditional single sensor monitoring technology is difficult to use for an accurate diagnosis of it.Therefore,a fault diagnosis method based on multi-sensor information fusion is proposed in this paper to reduce the inaccuracy and uncertainty of traditional single sensor information diagnosis technology and to realize accurate monitoring for the location or diagnosis of early faults in such valves in noisy environments.Firstly,the statistical features of signals collected by the multi-sensor are extracted and the depth features are obtained by a convolutional neural network(CNN)to form a complete and stable multi-dimensional feature set.Secondly,to obtain a weighted multi-dimensional feature set,the multi-dimensional feature sets of similar sensors are combined,and the entropy weight method is used to weight these features to reduce the interference of insensitive features.Finally,the attention mechanism is introduced to improve the dual-channel CNN,which is used to adaptively fuse the weighted multi-dimensional feature sets of heterogeneous sensors,to flexibly select heterogeneous sensor information so as to achieve an accurate diagnosis.Experimental results show that the weighted multi-dimensional feature set obtained by the proposed method has a high fault-representation ability and low information redundancy.It can diagnose simultaneously internal wear faults of the hydraulic directional valve and electromagnetic faults of actuators that are difficult to diagnose by traditional methods.This proposed method can achieve high fault-diagnosis accuracy under severe working conditions.

文摘Only two macroscopic parameters are needed to describe the mechanical properties of linear elastic solids, i.e. the Poisson's ratio and Young's modulus. Correspondingly, there should be two microscopic parameters to determine the mechanical properties of material if the macroscopic mechanical properties of linear elastic solids are derived from the microscopic level. Enlightened by this idea, a multiscale mechanical model for material, the virtual multi-dimensional internal bonds (VMIB) model, is proposed by incorporating a shear bond into the virtual internal bond (VIB) model. By this modification, the VMIB model associates the macro mechanical properties of material with the microscopic mechanical properties of discrete structure and the corresponding relationship between micro and macro parameters is derived. The tensor quality of the energy density function, which contains coordinate vector, is mathematically proved. From the point of view of VMIB, the macroscopic nonlinear behaviors of material could be attributed to the evolution of virtual bond distribution density induced by the imposed deformation. With this theoretical hypothesis, as an application example, a uniaxial compressive failure of brittle material is simulated. Good agreement between the experimental results and the simulated ones is found.
