Objective:To evaluate the effect of CBL(case-based learning)combined with case analysis in the teaching of clinical anesthesia.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2020,a total of 100 clinical anesthesia interns in Shaanxi ...Objective:To evaluate the effect of CBL(case-based learning)combined with case analysis in the teaching of clinical anesthesia.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2020,a total of 100 clinical anesthesia interns in Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups,the reference group(50 interns)and the study group(50 interns),by random sampling method.The reference group was under the traditional teaching method,whereas for the study group,CBL combined with case analysis was implemented.The teaching satisfaction and achievement of the interns in both the groups were evaluated.Results:The teaching satisfaction of the study group was 98%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group(86%)(P<0.05);before teaching,there was no significant difference in the theoretical and clinical practice scores between the two groups(P>0.05);however,after teaching,the theoretical and clinical practice scores of the two groups increased significantly,in which the change of the research group was significantly greater than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CBL combined with case analysis in the teaching of clinical anesthesia has an ideal effect,improving the teaching satisfaction and achievement.It is a high-quality teaching method and is worthy of application.展开更多

Objective:To investigate the impact of MDT-oriented CBL model on teaching for cardiac nursing interns.Methods:A convenience sampling study was conducted with 100 cardiac nursing interns from September 2023 to June 202...Objective:To investigate the impact of MDT-oriented CBL model on teaching for cardiac nursing interns.Methods:A convenience sampling study was conducted with 100 cardiac nursing interns from September 2023 to June 2024 as subjects.The cohort was divided into two groups:50 interns(control group,traditional teaching method)from September 2023 to January 2024,and 50 interns(experimental group,MDT-oriented CBL model)from February 2024 to June 2024.Comparative analyses were performed on theoretical assessments,practical skill evaluations,and teaching satisfaction.Results:The experimental group demonstrated higher scores in both theoretical and practical knowledge assessments(p<0.05)compared to the control group.The experimental group also scored higher in all skill assessment categories(communication,teamwork,emergency response,medical history acquisition,organizational skills,humanistic care,and clinical competence)(p<0.05).Satisfaction ratings for teaching objectives,content,methods,process,and outcomes were significantly higher in the experimental group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing the MDT-oriented CBL model in cardiac nursing education significantly improves interns’theoretical and practical knowledge assessment scores,enhances nursing skills,and increases teaching satisfaction.This teaching model demonstrates significant potential for widespread application.展开更多
Objective:To explore the effect of fragmented case teaching in the standardized training of residents in anesthesiology department.Methods:80 doctors who participated in the standardized training of residents in anest...Objective:To explore the effect of fragmented case teaching in the standardized training of residents in anesthesiology department.Methods:80 doctors who participated in the standardized training of residents in anesthesiology department from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the 80 doctors were divided into experimental groups according to the clinical teaching mode(n=40,implemented case fragmented teaching method)and the control group(n=40,traditional teaching method).The training lasted for 2 months,and the medical history collection,medical record analysis,practical operation ability,theoretical assessment results,and the degree of satisfaction towards the training of the two groups of doctors were compared.Results:After 2 months of training,the theoretical knowledge and operational ability of the doctors in the two groups have improved to a certain extent,but the medical history collection,medical record analysis,practical operation ability,theoretical assessment results and satisfaction of the doctors in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the fragmented case teaching method in the standardized training of anesthesiology residents is significantly better than the traditional teaching mode.The abilities of doctors have significantly improved after the training.Hence,the fragmented case teaching method is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.展开更多

文摘The development of postgraduate nursing education is a major tendency of the nursing industry in the future.Cultivation method is closely related to the progress of nursing postgraduate talents.In order to provide proper education support,this article reviews the progress of the development of case teaching method in postgraduate nursing education,the concept of case teaching,the development status around the world.Moreover,this review specially reviewed the application process of case teaching method.
文摘This study introduces the individualism-collectivism dimension of the cultural dimension of cross-cultural communication initiated by Geert Hofstede.Different cultures must develop a way of correlating that strikes a balance between caring for themselves and showing concern for others.Individualist culture encourages uniqueness and independence while collectivist culture emphasizes conformity and mutual assistance.This article introduces how to use case analysis method to effectively carry out classroom teaching in this cultural dimension.

文摘During the critical transformation period of landscape architecture major after the adjustment of disciplinary structure and the changes in market demand,private colleges and universities,as important places for cultivating local talents,have pain points such as uneven quality of teachers and students and weak innovation and practice.The practice system with“multi-dimensional Integration”integrates four dimensions:interdisciplinary integration,spatial and temporal intersection,historical inheritance,and behavioral activity,deepens the disciplinary connotation,and integrates the three elements of nature,humanity,and technology,aiming to provide a new path for private colleges and universities to cultivate application-oriented and compound talents with innovative capabilities.In terms of optimizing talent cultivation and adapting to industry changes,this system provides thinking and reference for landscape architecture major,helping the major reshape its core competitiveness and promoting educational innovation and industry development.
文摘Objective:To evaluate the effect of CBL(case-based learning)combined with case analysis in the teaching of clinical anesthesia.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2020,a total of 100 clinical anesthesia interns in Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups,the reference group(50 interns)and the study group(50 interns),by random sampling method.The reference group was under the traditional teaching method,whereas for the study group,CBL combined with case analysis was implemented.The teaching satisfaction and achievement of the interns in both the groups were evaluated.Results:The teaching satisfaction of the study group was 98%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group(86%)(P<0.05);before teaching,there was no significant difference in the theoretical and clinical practice scores between the two groups(P>0.05);however,after teaching,the theoretical and clinical practice scores of the two groups increased significantly,in which the change of the research group was significantly greater than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of CBL combined with case analysis in the teaching of clinical anesthesia has an ideal effect,improving the teaching satisfaction and achievement.It is a high-quality teaching method and is worthy of application.

文摘As a new engine driving high-quality economic development,the digital economy urgently demands interdisciplinary talents proficient in both digital technologies and economic management.Given the current characteristics of digital economy courses and the status of ideological-political education,this study explores the instructional design and practice of the Digital Economy Specialized course.By adopting a combined framework of fixed and dynamic modules,the course highlights core digital economy concepts and key teaching priorities.Through identifying ideological-political elements and designing representative case studies,alongside integrating teaching teams and enhancing practical instruction,the approach effectively improves students’digital literacy and ideological-political awareness.This provides replicable pedagogical references for cultivating digital economy talents in the new era.
文摘Objective:To investigate the impact of MDT-oriented CBL model on teaching for cardiac nursing interns.Methods:A convenience sampling study was conducted with 100 cardiac nursing interns from September 2023 to June 2024 as subjects.The cohort was divided into two groups:50 interns(control group,traditional teaching method)from September 2023 to January 2024,and 50 interns(experimental group,MDT-oriented CBL model)from February 2024 to June 2024.Comparative analyses were performed on theoretical assessments,practical skill evaluations,and teaching satisfaction.Results:The experimental group demonstrated higher scores in both theoretical and practical knowledge assessments(p<0.05)compared to the control group.The experimental group also scored higher in all skill assessment categories(communication,teamwork,emergency response,medical history acquisition,organizational skills,humanistic care,and clinical competence)(p<0.05).Satisfaction ratings for teaching objectives,content,methods,process,and outcomes were significantly higher in the experimental group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing the MDT-oriented CBL model in cardiac nursing education significantly improves interns’theoretical and practical knowledge assessment scores,enhances nursing skills,and increases teaching satisfaction.This teaching model demonstrates significant potential for widespread application.
文摘Objective:To explore the effect of fragmented case teaching in the standardized training of residents in anesthesiology department.Methods:80 doctors who participated in the standardized training of residents in anesthesiology department from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the 80 doctors were divided into experimental groups according to the clinical teaching mode(n=40,implemented case fragmented teaching method)and the control group(n=40,traditional teaching method).The training lasted for 2 months,and the medical history collection,medical record analysis,practical operation ability,theoretical assessment results,and the degree of satisfaction towards the training of the two groups of doctors were compared.Results:After 2 months of training,the theoretical knowledge and operational ability of the doctors in the two groups have improved to a certain extent,but the medical history collection,medical record analysis,practical operation ability,theoretical assessment results and satisfaction of the doctors in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the fragmented case teaching method in the standardized training of anesthesiology residents is significantly better than the traditional teaching mode.The abilities of doctors have significantly improved after the training.Hence,the fragmented case teaching method is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
