Multi-dimension and multi-modal rolling mill vibration prediction model based on multi-level network fusion

Mill vibration is a common problem in rolling production,which directly affects the thickness accuracy of the strip and may even lead to strip fracture accidents in serious cases.The existing vibration prediction models do not consider the features contained in the data,resulting in limited improvement of model accuracy.To address these challenges,this paper proposes a multi-dimensional multi-modal cold rolling vibration time series prediction model(MDMMVPM)based on the deep fusion of multi-level networks.In the model,the long-term and short-term modal features of multi-dimensional data are considered,and the appropriate prediction algorithms are selected for different data features.Based on the established prediction model,the effects of tension and rolling force on mill vibration are analyzed.Taking the 5th stand of a cold mill in a steel mill as the research object,the innovative model is applied to predict the mill vibration for the first time.The experimental results show that the correlation coefficient(R^(2))of the model proposed in this paper is 92.5%,and the root-mean-square error(RMSE)is 0.0011,which significantly improves the modeling accuracy compared with the existing models.The proposed model is also suitable for the hot rolling process,which provides a new method for the prediction of strip rolling vibration. 展开更多

In this paper, a compensated compactness framework is established for sonicsubsonic approximate solutions to the n-dimensional (n ≥ 2) Euler equations for steady irrotational flow that may contain stagnation points. This compactness framework holds provided that the approximate solutions are uniformly bounded and satisfy Hloc^-1(Ω) compactness conditions. As illustration, we show the existence of sonic-subsonic weak solution to n-dimensional (n ≥ 2) Euler equations for steady irrotational flow past obstacles or through an infinitely long nozzle. This is the first result concerning the sonic-subsonic limit for n-dimension (n ≥ 3). 展开更多

Aiming at the concept of "diagnosis", a simple and effective broadband radar cross section (RCS) measurement system is constructed, and some multi-dimensional scattering properties diagnosis techniques are presented based on the system. Firstly, a stepped-frequency signal is employed to achieve high range resolution, combining with a variety of signal processing tech- niques. Secondly, cross-range resolution is gained with a rotating table, and the high-resolution two-dimensional (2-D) imaging of the scale model is obtained by the microwave imaging theory. Finally, two receiving antennas with a small distance in altitude are used, and the three-dimensional (3-D) height distribution of scattering points on the scale model is extracted from the phase of images. Some typical bodies and a scale aircraft model are diagnosed in an anechoic chamber. The experimental results show that, after scaling with a metal sphere, the accurate one- dimensional (l-D) RCS pattern of the model is obtained, and it has a large dynamic range. When the bandwidth of the transmitting signal is 4 GHz, the resolution of the 2-D image can reach to 0.037 5 m. The 3-D height distribution of scattering points is given by interferometric measurement. This paper provides a feasible way to obtain high-precision scattering properties parameters of the scale aircraft model in a conventional rectangular anechoic chamber. 展开更多

To calculate the degree of similarity of discrete data, relative degree between data and total distribution was obtained. Discrete data similarity measure was completed with combination of mentioned relative degrees. Power interconnected system with multi characteristics was considered to apply discrete similarity measure. Its features for the sake of livability include integration of nature, respect for the environment and sharing of landscape. Upon the completion of the project, the effects on its users were tested. Integrating with practical e-commerce application, this paper introduces a novel multi-dimension evaluation method to depict and calculate the trust values. The multi-dimension evaluation metrics include functional and nonfunctional properties and corresponding weights. The continuous measurement values and the Markov chain mechanism are adopted to compute the trust value and detect the malicious behaviors. The current evaluation has larger influence factor on the next transaction behavior. A trust model is implemented with web service which consists of publication, filtrating, calculating and storage center. It is easily extended and the user only defines each property and its weights according to specific requirements, then the trust values are got. In order to conveniently manage and avoid the dead-lock, some constraint rules are proposed. The results show that the method based on multi-dimension can reflect objectively the dynamic change of trust values. 展开更多

Purpose: Multi-dimension aspiration control mode was put forward in this study.Accuracy of multi-dimension aspiration control model was compared to simple traditional pedal control model.Methods: Induced by high aspiration pressure (200~250 mmHg), hard nucleus (≥Grade Ⅲ ) of senile cataract was chopped before phacoemulsification in 170 patients (174 eyes). Ninety-one patients (94 eyes) accepted multi-dimension aspiration control model in which aspiration direction, distance and targets prevention were adjusted by phaco-tip besides traditional pedal control. Another 79 patients (80 eyes) were compared as reviewed group, aspiration of which was controlled simply by traditional pedal control. Postcapsular rupture rates (PCRR) were compared between two groups.Results: Multi-dimension control model could make the terminal effects cooperate with phacoemulsification more precisely and protect post capsular from damage (x2 =5.41, P < 0.02).Conclusion: Multi-dimension control model could improve the accuracy of aspiration effects and protect postcapsular from damage. 展开更多

A good cooling circle should ensure that the system can work at an appropriate temperature in the requirements of power increase,engine compartment constraint and working demands for modern engineering machinery,which asks for a thorough understanding of system thermal loads before practical production.However,traditional experiment method spends a long time,costs a huge resource but lacks efficiency,whereas virtual design can avoid the shortcomings of traditional method and can analyze operating states adequately with variable loads on engine,generator,drives,battery pack and HVAC systems.Therefore,this paper focuses on a new virtual design method based on multi-dimension coupled simulation adopting Flowmaster software for initial prediction and CFX tool for further optimization.The simulation results in different operating conditions are compared and validated with experiments.Orthogonal experiment and range analysis are used to explore key parameters of cooling system.The research will be helpful in guiding future design and optimization of engineering machinery. 展开更多

页岩气已成为中国油气资源的重要战略接替领域,页岩具有低孔、低渗特征,只有经过大规模体积压裂才能获得工业产能,页岩压裂后的裂缝参数精细刻画及定量表征是压裂效果评价和开发参数优化的关键。为此,以页岩岩心压裂后三维CT图像为研究... 页岩气已成为中国油气资源的重要战略接替领域,页岩具有低孔、低渗特征,只有经过大规模体积压裂才能获得工业产能,页岩压裂后的裂缝参数精细刻画及定量表征是压裂效果评价和开发参数优化的关键。为此,以页岩岩心压裂后三维CT图像为研究对象,开展基于深度学习语义分割模型的裂缝智能提取。首先,构建融合金字塔卷积与注意力机制的U-Net深度学习模型,减轻图像类别失衡的影响,提升裂缝提取的精确度;其次,基于语义分割结果建立数字岩心模型,结合孔隙度、倾斜指数等参数实现裂缝空间分布的定量表征;最后,通过多重分形谱中的谱峰及谱宽表征缝网复杂度。研究结果表明:相较于传统图像分割模型,改进后模型的灵敏度提升了6.69%,交并比提升了0.48%。通过图像分割算法优化、数字岩心建模及多重分形分析,系统刻画了三维裂缝特征,适用于页岩等非常规储层缝网表征方法可为水力压裂后储层改造效果评估提供参照。 展开更多

中国信息哲学的经典理论提供了一条阐释“人的本质”问题的新路径。人的本质是复杂的、多维度的、复合的,绝不是单一的、绝对的。人的本质是依赖多维建构形成的。中国信息哲学的经典理论认为人的本质必然包含自然的和社会的(文化的)这... 中国信息哲学的经典理论提供了一条阐释“人的本质”问题的新路径。人的本质是复杂的、多维度的、复合的,绝不是单一的、绝对的。人的本质是依赖多维建构形成的。中国信息哲学的经典理论认为人的本质必然包含自然的和社会的(文化的)这两个维度。事实上,在人这里,社会与自然已经相互交融了,将人生硬地划分出自然属性与社会属性是不妥当的。中国信息哲学的经典理论从基因的角度将人类的基因划分为两个维度。第一个维度是由自然基因程序规定的按照决定论方式发育的过程。但因为基因是一个整体,它的表达依赖于环境给予的条件。基因与身体状况会直接影响个体的心理与行为,甚至身体、心理与行为又会反过来影响基因的表达,所以任何生物体都不存在决定论的基因维度。第二个维度将人解释为多维建构的结果。人的本质是不能被理解为一个结果的,应该被看成是一个建构的动态过程。新的信息演化存在论发展了经典信息哲学的思想,人的本身是“本我”“故我”“超我”的一个集合体,同时也是一个存在与非存在复杂的集合体。人所具有的思维“时间旅行”的能力是任何我们所知的存在形式或存在物都不具备的。人可以在思想中进行毫无限制的时间旅行,去假设和构思出再生信息并直接指向前非存在与后非存在的可能性空间,所以这种“时间旅者”的身份才应该是人真正的本质。 展开更多

经过百余年的发展,生态学从经典生态学或者基础生态学研究扩展到了生态系统生态学或者生态系统科学的新阶段,奠定了大尺度及全球生态环境科学研究的理论基础,促进了生物学、地理学及环境科学研究的大融合,推动了自然科学、人文科学和社... 经过百余年的发展,生态学从经典生态学或者基础生态学研究扩展到了生态系统生态学或者生态系统科学的新阶段,奠定了大尺度及全球生态环境科学研究的理论基础,促进了生物学、地理学及环境科学研究的大融合,推动了自然科学、人文科学和社会经济学的学科交叉。在这一学科大融合的历史进程中,生态学不断地吸收其他学科的知识和技术,创造了本学科特有的科学知识及概念体系。然而,在多时空尺度的生态学研究中,如何准确应用这些源自其他学科的科学术语,并在扩展应用过程中赋予新质而严格的科学涵义,还缺乏深度考究及明确的生态学定义。我们系统地梳理了“维度”“尺度”“坐标”等自然科学术语的起源及原始定义,讨论了它们在宏观生态系统科学研究中的生态学涵义,进而基于多学科维度的生态系统功能与过程认知,探讨了宏观生态系统科学的认知尺度和测度尺度问题,提出了一个可以应用于宏观生态系统科学研究的多维坐标系体系,期望能够为生态系统科学的理论体系构建提供多维度概念框架。 展开更多

在乡村景观改造中,空间数据往往会受到噪声的影响,导致高度集聚特征的提取受到干扰或误差,使得对景观改造高度集聚特征提取精度降低。为了准确提取景观改造高度集聚特征,提出一种乡村景观改造高度集聚特征提取算法。使用遥感数据采集景... 在乡村景观改造中,空间数据往往会受到噪声的影响,导致高度集聚特征的提取受到干扰或误差,使得对景观改造高度集聚特征提取精度降低。为了准确提取景观改造高度集聚特征,提出一种乡村景观改造高度集聚特征提取算法。使用遥感数据采集景观改造图像,通过非下采样Contourlet变换(Nonsubsampled contourlet transform,NSCT)提取图像不同方向的NSCT域系数,并通过改进BayesShrink阈值处理方法以去除噪声。应用模糊理论构建模糊阈值函数,处理NSCT域系数,得到去噪后的景观改造图像。引入局部二值模式算法(Local Binary Patterns,LBP)生成景观改造低密度特征图,利用旋转不变原则对特征图展开转换。通过滑动窗口遍历每个对象,统计各个对象在不同模式下的量级,得到LBP特征。将不同特征组成多维特征向量,并输入到支持向量机以提取景观改造的高度集聚特征。实验结果表明,所提方法可以得到高精度和高效率的乡村景观改造高度集聚特征提取结果。 展开更多

马尔库塞的“单向度的社会”理论深刻揭示了技术理性过度发展导致的社会活力丧失现象,其“向度”思维为构建社会治理新形态提供了理论启示。时间与空间是社会治理的两大基本要素,前者体现为社会形态、治理目标、治理过程的历时性变化,... 马尔库塞的“单向度的社会”理论深刻揭示了技术理性过度发展导致的社会活力丧失现象,其“向度”思维为构建社会治理新形态提供了理论启示。时间与空间是社会治理的两大基本要素,前者体现为社会形态、治理目标、治理过程的历时性变化,后者强调社会在物质形态、观念表达、组织机制等方面的结构性特征。技术分别通过“时空压缩”与“时空拓展”效应对社会的时间或空间向度进行降维或升维,影响社会秩序或活力。“单向度的社会”是技术的价值理性缺失、时空压缩效应过度彰显的体现,实质体现了“压缩式治理”模式。传统社会治理在很大程度过于依赖技术的时空压缩效应,在缓解规模治理带来的巨大治理负荷,强调追求治理效率。随着社会治理的日益复杂与科技革命加快到来,应充分发挥制度优势、持续加强价值引领,以推动技术向善,辩证拆解时空要素,最大程度发挥技术的时空压缩与时空拓展效应的积极作用,在“有拓有缩、拓缩渗透、以拓为要、灵敏转换”中实现立体化治理的新形态。 展开更多

目的:构建基于快速傅立叶变换-卷积神经网络(FFT-CNN)的医疗设备多维生命周期管理(MDLM)系统,为医疗设备生命周期管理及多维度延伸提供数据支撑。方法:MDLM系统架构设置综合信息展示层、多维业务轨迹数据延伸层、设备生命周期数据层和... 目的:构建基于快速傅立叶变换-卷积神经网络(FFT-CNN)的医疗设备多维生命周期管理(MDLM)系统,为医疗设备生命周期管理及多维度延伸提供数据支撑。方法:MDLM系统架构设置综合信息展示层、多维业务轨迹数据延伸层、设备生命周期数据层和设备数据采集层,采用FFT-CNN算法将医疗设备运行特征数据映射为医院业务数据,推衍出碳轨迹、运维轨迹、效益轨迹、安全轨迹、绩效轨迹和考核轨迹6个维度的医院运营管理指标,采用智能物联网(AIoT)数据探针、FFT-CNN模式识别和指标推衍技术与方法对医疗设备生命周期全面数字化转型管理。分析MDLM系统自2023年8月应用于宝应县人民医院医疗设备管理后的数据,对比系统应用前后的医院核磁共振设备维护效率。结果:医疗设备MDLM系统实现了医疗设备的需求、采购、安装、归档、运行、监控、维修和报废8个阶段的生命周期管理,同时由推衍出的6个维度指标延伸出医疗设备能耗管理、运维管理、效益管理、安全管理、绩效管理和考核管理数据对医院医疗设备进行日常管理。系统应用后医院核磁共振设备的平均故障修复时间由应用前的6.8 h缩短为2.3 h,提升了运行维护效率和设备可用率。结论:基于FFT-CNN的医疗设备MDLM系统建立了医疗设备生命周期管理专属数据库,能够为医院医疗设备精益管理提供多维度的客观化、完整化和关联化的数据支撑,提升设备运行维护效率。 展开更多

本研究聚焦毛南族花竹帽藤编艺术的活态传承困境,以多维度视角开展花竹帽设计转译研究,旨在通过设计创新激活传统技艺的当代生命力,铸牢中华民族共同体意识。首先,对典型运用花竹帽符号元素的文创产品的外观造型特征、文化和装饰元素以... 本研究聚焦毛南族花竹帽藤编艺术的活态传承困境,以多维度视角开展花竹帽设计转译研究,旨在通过设计创新激活传统技艺的当代生命力,铸牢中华民族共同体意识。首先,对典型运用花竹帽符号元素的文创产品的外观造型特征、文化和装饰元素以及构成形式特征进行分析。采用用户参与式设计收集用户非遗文创设计元素满意度调查数据、结合多维度视域下从文化、设计创新、社会与经济、跨学科等维度地域特征元素,运用GrabCut算法和VGG16神经网络,提出花竹帽文化符号元素的风格迁移的图形渲染方法。研究表明,基于多维转译的设计介入不仅实现了对文创产品的传统纹样的语义再生与工艺结构的技术升级,更表明了分形理论和风格迁移对花竹帽文化符号的文创产品形态设计方法在为少数民族非遗文创的图形符号和文化符号提取、设计转译和应用过程,提供理论与实践范式。 展开更多

以某型号的风暖浴霸内部的多翼离心风机整体结构为研究对象,利用Fluent对原型风机进行了模拟分析和结构优化,结果显示模拟结果与实测误差在5%以内,验证了采用CFD数值模拟方法优化多翼离心风机的可靠性。在上述研究基础上,设计了不同蜗... 以某型号的风暖浴霸内部的多翼离心风机整体结构为研究对象,利用Fluent对原型风机进行了模拟分析和结构优化,结果显示模拟结果与实测误差在5%以内,验证了采用CFD数值模拟方法优化多翼离心风机的可靠性。在上述研究基础上,设计了不同蜗壳宽度与轴向尺寸的模拟优化和实验测试方案,根据数值模拟结果分析了各方案的风机内部流动和气动性能,确定了最优蜗壳宽度为84 mm和最优尺寸组合为顶部间隙3 mm、底部间隙11 mm。数值模拟结果表明优化后的风机内部流场的速度明显提升。测试结果显示优化后的风机在设计工况下出口风量提升5.88%、全压效率提升7.91%,综合性能有所提升,为同类浴霸的结构优化和性能评价提供了明确的方法。 展开更多
