In this paper, we will design a new intuitive simplified mathematical model called simplified coefficient of variation (SCV) to closely reflect our topic. Through controlling the power of Access Points, SCV can optimize and improve the performance. Since our topic is a NP-hard problem, we use Ant Colony Algorithm to solve our model in a practical scenario. The simulation shows excellent results indicating that our model is efficient and superior to an existing method. Also we use software SAS to further reveal the relationships among the three indicators to illustrate the essence of our approach and an existing algorithm.展开更多

However, the unevendistribution of human population and data trafficon the ground incurs unbalanced traffic load inLEO satellite networks. To this end, we proposea load-balancing routing algorithm for LEO satellitenetworks based on ant colony optimization and reinforcementlearning. In the ant colony algorithm,we improve the pheromone update rule by introducingload-aware heuristic information, e.g., the currentnode transmission overhead, delay and load status, andreinforcement learning-based link quality evaluation. It enables the routing algorithm to select the lightlyloaded node as the next hop to balance the networkload. We simulate and verify the proposed algorithmusing the NS2 simulation platform, and the resultsshow that our algorithm improves the data delivery ratioand throughput while ensuring lower latency andtransmission overhead.展开更多

The results showed that the waste liquor of essence oil extraction from S. vulgaris had inhibitory effects on E. coil, S. aureus and Salmonella with bet- ter inhibitory effects on E. coil and Salmonella; the bacteriostatic effect of water steam distillation waste liquor was better than that of water extraction waste liquor. The more times the waste liquor was distilled, the higher the active ingredients content was, and the better the bacteriostatic effect was.展开更多

For always best connection(ABC), users tend to activate parallel transmission across all available RATs. However from a system-wide perspective, this might not be optimal given the context of network load, interference and diverse service requirements. To intelligently determine how to use these multi-RAT access resources concurrently, this paper proposes a joint multi-RAT user association and resource allocation strategy with triple decision and integrated context awareness of users and networks. A dynamic game based ant colony algorithm(GACA) is designed to simultaneously maximize the system utility and the fairness of resource allocation. Simulation results show that it's more reasonable to make multi-RAT association decision from a system-wide viewpoint than from an individual one. Compared to max-SNR based and ABC based strategies, the proposed method alleviates network congestion and optimizes resource allocation. It obtains 39%~70% performance improvement.展开更多
