Star point positioning for large dynamic star sensors in near space based on capsule network

In order to solve the problem that the star point positioning accuracy of the star sensor in near space is decreased due to atmospheric background stray light and rapid maneuvering of platform, this paper proposes a star point positioning algorithm based on the capsule network whose input and output are both vectors. First, a PCTL (Probability-Coordinate Transformation Layer) is designed to represent the mapping relationship between the probability output of the capsule network and the star point sub-pixel coordinates. Then, Coordconv Layer is introduced to implement explicit encoding of space information and the probability is used as the centroid weight to achieve the conversion between probability and star point sub-pixel coordinates, which improves the network’s ability to perceive star point positions. Finally, based on the dynamic imaging principle of star sensors and the characteristics of near-space environment, a star map dataset for algorithm training and testing is constructed. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm reduces the MAE (Mean Absolute Error) and RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) of the star point positioning by 36.1% and 41.7% respectively compared with the traditional algorithm. The research results can provide important theory and technical support for the scheme design, index demonstration, test and evaluation of large dynamic star sensors in near space. 展开更多

A class of graph invariants referred to today as topological indices are inefficient progressively acknowledged by scientific experts and others to be integral assets in the depiction of structural phenomena.The structure of an interconnection network can be represented by a graph.In the network,vertices represent the processor nodes and edges represent the links between the processor nodes.Graph invariants play a vital feature in graph theory and distinguish the structural properties of graphs and networks.A topological descriptor is a numerical total related to a structure that portray the topology of structure and is invariant under structure automorphism.There are various uses of graph theory in the field of basic science.The main notable utilization of a topological descriptor in science was by Wiener in the investigation of paraffin breaking points.In this paper we study the topological descriptor of a newly design hexagon star network.More preciously,we have computed variation of the Randic0 R0,fourth Zagreb M4,fifth Zagreb M5,geometric-arithmetic GA;atom-bond connectivity ABC;harmonic H;symmetric division degree SDD;first redefined Zagreb,second redefined Zagreb,third redefined Zagreb,augmented Zagreb AZI,Albertson A;Irregularity measures,Reformulated Zagreb,and forgotten topological descriptors for hexagon star network.In the analysis of the quantitative structure property relationships(QSPRs)and the quantitative structure activity relationships(QSARs),graph invariants are important tools to approximate and predicate the properties of the biological and chemical compounds.We also gave the numerical and graphical representations comparisons of our different results. 展开更多

By working in cooperation with the existing commercial telecommunication network. Our scheme enables the frequency, time, and digital data networks to be integrated together and could represent an ideal option of interconnection among scientific institutions.The compensation functions of the time and frequency transfer scheme are set at the client nodes. The complexity of the central node is thus reduced, and future expansion by the addition of further branches will be accomplished more easily.During a performance test in which the ambient temperature fluctuation is 30℃/day, timing signal dissemination stability is achieved to be approximately ±50 ps along 25-km-long fiber spools. After calibration, a timing signal synchronization accuracy of 100 ps is also realized. The proposed scheme offers an option of the construction of large-scale fiber-based frequency and time transfer networks. 展开更多

We now know that they can be used to model even social networking interactions, and they do that job better than any other graph we could be trying to use there. It has been found that a hub node is better able to amplify weak external signals than leaf nodes in star networks.But hub-enhanced amplification is only attained by a single hub node and is limited to weak coupling strength.We show here that random initial phases in external weak signals do not affect the hub-enhanced amplification at weak coupling strength.Instead,they can improve the responses of all the leaf nodes to external signals at large coupling strength,resulting in a double resonance-like signal amplification.We use a reduced model to analyze the influence of the star structure and random initial phases on the emergence of double resonance. 展开更多

For all optical Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) network based on G.653 fibers, we investigate the quality factor deterioration due to combined nonlinear effects and Amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) noise for system parameters based on ITU-T Recommendation G.692. The investigation: (a) emphasizes on stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) and four wave mixing (FWM) effects which are the dominant nonlinearities known to limit WDM system performance and (b) accounts for beating between nonlinearities and beating between ASE noise and nonlinearities. Using the proposed model, performance of the worst affected channels due to SRS and FWM is compared and the results indicate that the worst affected channel due to SRS performs better and hence must be preferred for reliable and efficient transmission over the worst affected channel due to FWM. Further, the results suggest that to achieve a desired error rate (quality factor);there exists an optimal value of channel spacing for a given number of channels. The proposed theoretical model is also validated through extensive simulations over Rsoft OptSimTM simulator and the two sets of results are found to match, indicating that the proposed model accurately calculates the quality factor of the all optical WDM network. 展开更多

手指静脉识别技术因其高安全性、隐私性已成为生物识别领域的重要研究方向。神经网络技术的发展推动了手指静脉识别性能的提升。然而,现有的基于神经网络的手指静脉识别也面临着诸多挑战:对于小样本的手指静脉数据集而言,深层网络的训... 手指静脉识别技术因其高安全性、隐私性已成为生物识别领域的重要研究方向。神经网络技术的发展推动了手指静脉识别性能的提升。然而,现有的基于神经网络的手指静脉识别也面临着诸多挑战:对于小样本的手指静脉数据集而言,深层网络的训练易出现过拟合现象,且对设备要求高;而轻量化网络虽减轻了计算负担,但受限于参数量,泛化能力不足。为了解决上述问题,提出了一种新的基于Star操作的手指静脉识别网络(Star-FVNet),该网络在保持轻量化属性的同时,有效提升了识别性能。具体来说,Star-FVNet通过元素级乘法(Star操作)巧妙融合多子空间特征,促使特征向高维非线性空间映射,增强了模型的表达能力。同时,Star操作简化了模型架构,降低了复杂度与计算成本,保持了轻量化优势。实验结果表明,Star-FVNet的性能不仅优于现有的轻量化手指静脉识别网络,而且需要的参数量更少、计算效率更高、模型更简洁。 展开更多

针对不同时段红外图像成像灰度差异较大的问题,提出了一种基于改进StarGAN网络的多时段红外图像反演算法。该算法基于StarGAN网络对多个图像域之间的映射关系进行统一建模,并结合标签信息约束和选取相应的转换关系,实现从可见光图像到... 针对不同时段红外图像成像灰度差异较大的问题,提出了一种基于改进StarGAN网络的多时段红外图像反演算法。该算法基于StarGAN网络对多个图像域之间的映射关系进行统一建模,并结合标签信息约束和选取相应的转换关系,实现从可见光图像到多时段红外图像的反演;其次,在损失函数中添加风格损失,以丰富生成红外图像的纹理细节,提高图像的整体质量。在自制的可见光/红外数据集上的测试结果表明,改进算法能够生成结构更加清晰、纹理细节更加丰富的多时段红外图像。与同类算法Pix2pix和CycleGAN相比,所提算法的FID(Fréchet Inception Distance)分别减小了约41%和23%,KID(Kernel Inception Distance)分别减小了约82%和40%,表明基于该算法生成的图像与真实红外图像之间具有更高的相似度,生成图像的质量也更好。同时,基于所提算法生成图像的灰度相关匹配准确率也得到了较大提升,验证了所提算法的有效性。 展开更多
