Hyperspectral image super-resolution(HSI SR) has been a very attractive research topic in computer vision, attracting the attention of many researchers. However, most HSI SR methods focus on the tradeoff between spatial resolution and spectral information, and cannot guarantee the efficient extraction of image information. In this paper, a multidimensional features network(MFNet) for HSI SR is proposed, which simultaneously learns and fuses the spatial, spectral, and frequency multidimensional features of HSI. Spatial features contain rich local details, spectral features contain the information and correlation between spectral bands, and frequency feature can reflect the global information of the image and can be used to obtain the global context of HSI. The fusion of the three features can better guide image super-resolution, to obtain higher-quality high-resolution hyperspectral images. In MFNet, we use the frequency feature extraction module(FFEM) to extract the frequency feature. On this basis, a multidimensional features extraction module(MFEM) is designed to learn and fuse multidimensional features. In addition, experimental results on two public datasets demonstrate that MFNet achieves state-of-the-art performance.展开更多

文摘The Financial Technology(FinTech)sector has witnessed rapid growth, resulting in increasingly complex and high-volume digital transactions.Although this expansion improves efficiency and accessibility,it also introduces significant vulnerabilities, including fraud, money laundering, and market manipulation.Traditional anomaly detection techniques often fail to capture the relational and dynamic characteristics of financial data.Graph Neural Networks(GNNs),capable of modeling intricate interdependencies among entities, have emerged as a powerful framework for detecting subtle and sophisticated anomalies. However, the high-dimensionality and inherent noise of FinTech datasets demand robust feature selection strategies to improve model scalability, performance, and interpretability. This paper presents a comprehensive survey of GNN-based approaches for anomaly detection in FinTech, with an emphasis on the synergistic role of feature selection. We examine the theoretical foundations of GNNs,review state-of-the-art feature selection techniques, analyze their integration with GNNs,and categorize prevalent anomaly types in FinTech applications. In addition,we discuss practical implementation challenges, highlight representative case studies, and propose future research directions to advance the field of graph-based anomaly detection in financial systems.
文摘BACKGROUND SMARCB1/INI1-deficient pancreatic undifferentiated rhabdoid carcinoma is a highly aggressive tumor, and spontaneous splenic rupture(SSR)as its presenting manifestation is rarely reported among pancreatic malignancies.CASE SUMMARY We herein report a rare case of a 59-year-old female who presented with acute left upper quadrant abdominal pain without any history of trauma.Abdominal imaging demonstrated a heterogeneous splenic lesion with hemoperitoneum, raising clinical suspicion of SSR.Emergency laparotomy revealed a pancreatic tumor invading the spleen and left kidney, with associated splenic rupture and dense adhesions, necessitating en bloc resection of the distal pancreas, spleen, and left kidney.Histopathology revealed a biphasic malignancy composed of moderately differentiated pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and an undifferentiated carcinoma with rhabdoid morphology and loss of SMARCB1 expression.Immunohistochemical analysis confirmed complete loss of SMARCB1/INI1 in the undifferentiated component, along with a high Ki-67 index(approximately 80%)and CD10 positivity. The ductal adenocarcinoma component retained SMARCB1/INI1 expression and was positive for CK7 and CK-pan.Transitional zones between the two tumor components suggested progressive dedifferentiation and underlying genomic instability. The patient received adjuvant chemotherapy with gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel and maintained a satisfactory quality of life at the 6-month follow-up.CONCLUSION This study reports a rare case of SMARCB1/INI1-deficient undifferentiated rhabdoid carcinoma of the pancreas combined with ductal adenocarcinoma, presenting as SSR-an exceptionally uncommon initial manifestation of pancreatic malignancy.

文摘Existing feature selection methods for intrusion detection systems in the Industrial Internet of Things often suffer from local optimality and high computational complexity. These challenges hinder traditional IDS from effectively extracting features while maintaining detection accuracy. This paper proposes an industrial Internet ofThings intrusion detection feature selection algorithm based on an improved whale optimization algorithm(GSLDWOA).The aim is to address the problems that feature selection algorithms under high-dimensional data are prone to,such as local optimality, long detection time, and reduced accuracy.First, the initial population’s diversity is increased using the Gaussian Mutation mechanism.Then,Non-linear Shrinking Factor balances global exploration and local development, avoiding premature convergence.Lastly,Variable-step Levy Flight operator and Dynamic Differential Evolution strategy are introduced to improve the algorithm’s search efficiency and convergence accuracy in highdimensional feature space.Experiments on the NSL-KDD and WUSTL-IIoT-2021 datasets demonstrate that the feature subset selected by GSLDWOA significantly improves detection performance.Compared to the traditional WOA algorithm, the detection rate and F1-score increased by 3.68%and 4.12%.On the WUSTL-IIoT-2021 dataset, accuracy, recall, and F1-score all exceed 99.9%.

文摘Solar cell defect detection is crucial for quality inspection in photovoltaic power generation modules. In the production process, defect samples occur infrequently and exhibit random shapes and sizes, which makes it challenging to collect defective samples.Additionally, the complex surface background of polysilicon cell wafers complicates the accurate identification and localization of defective regions. This paper proposes a novel Lightweight Multiscale Feature Fusion network(LMFF)to address these challenges. The network comprises a feature extraction network,a multi-scale feature fusion module(MFF),and a segmentation network.Specifically,a feature extraction network is proposed to obtain multi-scale feature outputs, and a multi-scale feature fusion module(MFF)is used to fuse multi-scale feature information effectively. In order to capture finer-grained multi-scale information from the fusion features,we propose a multi-scale attention module(MSA)in the segmentation network to enhance the network’s ability for small target detection. Moreover, depthwise separable convolutions are introduced to construct depthwise separable residual blocks(DSR)to reduce the model’s parameter number. Finally,to validate the proposed method’s defect segmentation and localization performance,we constructed three solar cell defect detection datasets:SolarCells,SolarCells-S,and PVEL-S.SolarCells and SolarCells-S are monocrystalline silicon datasets, and PVEL-S is a polycrystalline silicon dataset.Experimental results show that the IOU of our method on these three datasets can reach 68.5%,51.0%,and 92.7%,respectively,and the F1-Score can reach 81.3%,67.5%,and 96.2%,respectively,which surpasses other commonly usedmethods and verifies the effectiveness of our LMFF network.

文摘Multi-label image classification is a challenging task due to the diverse sizes and complex backgrounds of objects in images.Obtaining class-specific precise representations at different scales is a key aspect of feature representation. However, existing methods often rely on the single-scale deep feature, neglecting shallow and deeper layer features, which poses challenges when predicting objects of varying scales within the same image.Although some studies have explored multi-scale features, they rarely address the flow of information between scales or efficiently obtain class-specific precise representations for features at different scales. To address these issues,we propose a two-stage,three-branch Transformer-based framework. The first stage incorporates multi-scale image feature extraction and hierarchical scale attention. This design enables the model to consider objects at various scales while enhancing the flow of information across different feature scales, improving the model’s generalization to diverse object scales. The second stage includes a global feature enhancement module and a region selection module. The global feature enhancement module strengthens interconnections between different image regions, mitigating the issue of incomplete represen-tations,while the region selection module models the cross-modal relationships between image features and labels.Together, these components enable the efficient acquisition of class-specific precise feature representations.Extensive experiments on public datasets, including COCO2014,VOC2007,and VOC2012,demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed method. Our approach achieves consistent performance gains of 0.3%,0.4%,and 0.2%over state-of-the-art methods on the three datasets, respectively. These results validate the reliability and superiority of our approach for multi-label image classification.
文摘Aiming at the problem of low detection accuracy due to the different scale sizes of apple leaf disease spots and their similarity to the background, this paper proposes a multi-scale lightweight network(MSL-Net).Firstly,a multiplexed aggregated feature extraction network is proposed using residual bottleneck block(RES-Bottleneck)and middle partial-convolution(MP-Conv)to capture multi-scale spatial features and enhance focus on disease features for better differentiation between disease targets and background information.Secondly,a lightweight feature fusion network is designed using scale-fuse concatenation(SF-Cat)and triple-scale sequence feature fusion(TSSF)module to merge multi-scale feature maps comprehensively.Depthwise convolution(DWConv)and GhostNet lighten the network, while the cross stage partial bottleneck with 3 convolutions ghost-normalization attention module(C3-GN)reduces missed detections by suppressing irrelevant background information. Finally, soft non-maximum suppression(Soft-NMS)is used in the post-processing stage to improve the problem of misdetection of dense disease sites. The results show that the MSL-Net improves mean average precision at intersection over union of 0.5(mAP@0.5)by 2.0%over the baseline you only look once version 5s(YOLOv5s)and reduces parameters by 44%,reducing computation by 27%,outperforming other state-of-the-art(SOTA)models overall. This method also shows excellent performance compared to the latest research.

文摘To address the issues of unknown target size, blurred edges, background interference and low contrast in infrared small target detection, this paper proposes a method based on density peaks searching and weighted multi-feature local difference.Firstly,an improved high-boost filter is used for preprocessing to eliminate background clutter and high-brightness interference, thereby increasing the probability of capturing real targets in the density peak search.Secondly,a triple-layer window is used to extract features from the area surrounding candidate targets, addressing the uncertainty of small target sizes.By calculating multi-feature local differences between the triple-layer windows, the problems of blurred target edges and low contrast are resolved. To balance the contribution of different features,intra-class distance is used to calculate weights, achieving weighted fusion of multi-feature local differences to obtain the weighted multi-feature local differences of candidate targets. The real targets are then extracted using the interquartile range.Experiments on datasets such as SIRST and IRSTD-IK show that the proposed method is suitable for various complex types and demonstrates good robustness and detection performance.

文摘Joint Multimodal Aspect-based Sentiment Analysis(JMASA)is a significant task in the research of multimodal fine-grained sentiment analysis, which combines two subtasks:Multimodal Aspect Term Extraction(MATE)and Multimodal Aspect-oriented Sentiment Classification(MASC).Currently, most existing models for JMASA only perform text and image feature encoding from a basic level, but often neglect the in-depth analysis of unimodal intrinsic features, which may lead to the low accuracy of aspect term extraction and the poor ability of sentiment prediction due to the insufficient learning of intra-modal features.Given this problem,we propose a Text-Image Feature Fine-grained Learning(TIFFL)model for JMASA.First,we construct an enhanced adjacency matrix of word dependencies and adopt graph convolutional network to learn the syntactic structure features for text, which addresses the context interference problem of identifying different aspect terms. Then, the adjective-noun pairs extracted from image are introduced to enable the semantic representation of visual features more intuitive, which addresses the ambiguous semantic extraction problem during image feature learning.Thereby, the model performance of aspect term extraction and sentiment polarity prediction can be further optimized and enhanced.Experiments on two Twitter benchmark datasets demonstrate that TIFFL achieves competitive results for JMASA,MATE and MASC,thus validating the effectiveness of our proposed methods.

文摘The fusion of infrared and visible images should emphasize the salient targets in the infrared image while preserving the textural details of the visible images. To meet these requirements,an autoencoder-based method for infrared and visible image fusion is proposed. The encoder designed according to the optimization objective consists of a base encoder and a detail encoder, which is used to extract low-frequency and high-frequency information from the image. This extraction may lead to some information not being captured,so a compensation encoder is proposed to supplement the missing information.Multi-scale decomposition is also employed to extract image features more comprehensively. The decoder combines low-frequency,high-frequency and supplementary information to obtain multi-scale features.Subsequently, the attention strategy and fusion module are introduced to perform multi-scale fusion for image reconstruction.Experimental results on three datasets show that the fused images generated by this network effectively retain salient targets while being more consistent with human visual perception.

文摘The self-attention mechanism of Transformers, which captures long-range contextual information, has demonstrated significant potential in image segmentation. However, their ability to learn local, contextual relationships between pixels requires further improvement.Previous methods face challenges in efficiently managing multi-scale fea-tures of different granularities from the encoder backbone, leaving room for improvement in their global representation and feature extraction capabilities. To address these challenges,we propose a novel Decoder with Multi-Head Feature Receptors(DMHFR),which receives multi-scale features from the encoder backbone and organizes them into three feature groups with different granularities:coarse,fine-grained,and full set. These groups are subsequently processed by Multi-Head Feature Receptors(MHFRs)after feature capture and modeling operations.MHFRs include two Three-Head Feature Receptors(THFRs)and one Four-Head Feature Receptor(FHFR).Each group of features is passed through these MHFRs and then fed into axial transformers, which help the model capture long-range dependencies within the features. The three MHFRs produce three distinct feature outputs. The output from the FHFR serves as auxiliary auxiliary features in the prediction head, and the prediction output and their losses will eventually be aggregated.Experimental results show that the Transformer using DMHFR outperforms 15 state of the arts(SOTA)methods on five public datasets.Specifically,it achieved significant improvements in mean DICE scores over the classic Parallel Reverse Attention Network(PraNet)method, with gains of 4.1%,2.2%,1.4%,8.9%,and 16.3%on the CVC-ClinicDB,Kvasir-SEG,CVC-T,CVC-ColonDB,and ETIS-LaribPolypDB datasets, respectively.

文摘Globally, diabetic retinopathy(DR)is the primary cause of blindness, affecting millions of people worldwide. This widespread impact underscores the critical need for reliable and precise diagnostic techniques to ensure prompt diagnosis and effective treatment.Deep learning-based automated diagnosis for diabetic retinopathy can facilitate early detection and treatment. However, traditional deep learning models that focus on local views often learn feature representations that are less discriminative at the semantic level. On the other hand, models that focus on global semantic-level information might overlook critical, subtle local pathological features. To address this issue,we propose an adaptive multi-scale feature fusion network called(AMSFuse),which can adaptively combine multi-scale global and local features without compromising their individual representation.Specifically, our model incorporates global features for extracting high-level contextual information from retinal images.Concurrently, local features capture fine-grained details, such as microaneurysms, hemorrhages, and exudates, which are critical for DR diagnosis. These global and local features are adaptively fused using a fusion block, followed by an Integrated Attention Mechanism(IAM)that refines the fused features by emphasizing relevant regions, thereby enhancing classification accuracy for DR classification. Our model achieves 86.3%accuracy on the APTOS dataset and 96.6%RFMiD,both of which are comparable to state-of-the-art methods.

文摘Due to the limitations of existing imaging hardware, obtaining high-resolution hyperspectral images is challenging. In addition, experimental results on two public datasets demonstrate that MFNet achieves state-of-the-art performance.

文摘In view of the weak ability of the convolutional neural networks to explicitly learn spatial invariance and the probabilistic loss of discriminative features caused by occlusion and background interference in pedestrian re-identification tasks,a person re-identification method combining spatial feature learning and multi-granularity feature fusion was proposed.First,an attention spatial transformation network(A-STN)is proposed to learn spatial features and solve the problem of misalignment of pedestrian spatial features. Then the network was divided into a global branch,a local coarse-grained fusion branch, and a local fine-grained fusion branch to extract pedestrian global features,coarse-grained fusion features, and fine-grained fusion features, respectively.Among them, the global branch enriches the global features by fusing different pooling features. The local coarse-grained fusion branch uses an overlay pooling to enhance each local feature while learning the correlation relationship between multi-granularity features. The local fine-grained fusion branch uses a differential pooling to obtain the differential features that were fused with global features to learn the relationship between pedestrian local features and pedestrian global features. Finally, the proposed method was compared on three public datasets:Market1501,DukeMTMC-ReID and CUHK03.The experimental results were better than those of the comparative methods, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.

文摘Accurate prediction of landslide displacement is crucial for effective early warning of landslide disasters. While most existing prediction methods focus on time-series forecasting for individual monitoring points, there is limited research on the spatiotemporal characteristics of landslide deformation. This paper proposes a novel Multi-Relation Spatiotemporal Graph Residual Network with Multi-Level Feature Attention(MFA-MRSTGRN)that effectively improves the prediction performance of landslide displacement through spatiotemporal fusion. This model integrates internal seepage factors as data feature enhancements with external triggering factors, allowing for accurate capture of the complex spatiotemporal characteristics of landslide displacement and the construction of a multi-source heterogeneous dataset. The MFA-MRSTGRN model incorporates dynamic graph theory and four key modules:multilevel feature attention,temporal-residual decomposition, spatial multi-relational graph convolution, and spatiotemporal fusion prediction. This comprehensive approach enables the efficient analyses of multi-source heterogeneous datasets, facilitating adaptive exploration of the evolving multi-relational,multi-dimensional spatiotemporal complexities in landslides. When applying this model to predict the displacement of the Liangshuijing landslide,we demonstrate that the MFA-MRSTGRN model surpasses traditional models, such as random forest(RF),long short-term memory(LSTM),and spatial temporal graph convolutional networks(ST-GCN)models in terms of various evaluation metrics including mean absolute error(MAE=1.27 mm),root mean square error(RMSE=1.49 mm),mean absolute percentage error(MAPE=0.026),and R-squared(R^(2)=0.88).Furthermore,feature ablation experiments indicate that incorporating internal seepage factors improves the predictive performance of landslide displacement models. This research provides an advanced and reliable method for landslide displacement prediction.

文摘Relation extraction plays a crucial role in numerous downstream tasks.Dialogue relation extraction focuses on identifying relations between two arguments within a given dialogue. To tackle the problem of low information density in dialogues, methods based on trigger enhancement have been proposed, yielding positive results. However, trigger enhancement faces challenges, which cause suboptimal model performance.First, the proportion of annotated triggers is low in DialogRE.Second, feature representations of triggers and arguments often contain conflicting information. In this paper,we propose a novel Multi-Feature Filtering and Fusion trigger enhancement approach to overcome these limitations. We first obtain representations of arguments, and triggers that contain rich semantic information through attention and gate methods. Then,we design a feature filtering mechanism that eliminates conflicting features in the encoding of trigger prototype representations and their corresponding argument pairs.Additionally,we utilize large language models to create prompts based on Chain-of-Thought and In-context Learning for automated trigger extraction.Experiments show that our model increases the average F1 score by 1.3%in the dialogue relation extraction task.Ablation and case studies confirm the effectiveness of our model.Furthermore, the feature filtering method effectively integrates with other trigger enhancement models, enhancing overall performance and demonstrating its ability to resolve feature conflicts.
