The primary focus of this study was to investigate a series of novel motors and pumps,based on a new type of structure called double-stator.The double-stator structure can be used as pump or motor just based on the application requirements.A certain amount of pumps or motors can be formed in one shell,and these sub-pumps or sub-motors can work alone or be combined without influence on each other.So this kind of double-stator pump(motor) is called a multi-pump(multi-motor).Through the analysis of multifarious connection modes of the double-acting double-stator multi-pumps and multi-motors,the mathematical expressions of the output flow rate and the rotational speed are acquired.The results indicate that a quantity of different flow rates can be provided by one fixed-displacement multi-pump under the condition of unalterable driven speed by electromotor.Likewise,when supplied by settled input flow,without complex variable mechanism,the functions of double-speed,multiple-speed,and even differential connection can be obtained by employing the use of a double-stator multi-motor.The novel hydraulic transmission is made of such a double-stator multi-pump and multi-motor,and has broad application prospects. 展开更多

A piezoelectric centrifugal pump was developed previously to overcome the low frequency responses of piezoelectric pumps with check valves and liquid reflux of conventional valveless piezoelectric pumps. However, the electro-mechanical-fluidic analysis on this pump has not been done. Therefore, multi-field analysis and experimen- tal verification on piezoelectrically actuated centrifugal valveless pumps are conducted for liquid transport appli- cations. The valveless pump consists of two piezoelectric sheets and a metal tube with piezoelectric elements pushing the metal tube to swing at the first bending resonant fre- quency. The centrifugal force generated by the swinging motion will force the liquid out of the metal tube. The governing equations for the solid and fluid domains are established, and the coupling relations of the mechanical, electrical and fluid fields are described. The bending res- onant frequency and bending mode in solid domain are discussed, and the liquid flow rate, velocity profile, and gauge pressure are investigated in fluid domain. The working frequency and flow rate concerning different components sizes are analyzed and verified through experiments to guide the pump design. A fabricated pro- totype with an outer diameter of 2.2 mm and a length of 80 mm produced the largest flow rate of 13.8 mL/min at backpressure of 0.8 kPa with driving voltage of 80 Vpp. Bysolving the electro-mechanical-fluidic coupling problem, the model developed can provide theoretical guidance on the optimization of centrifugal valveless pump characters. 展开更多

Hydraulic Optimization of a Double-channel Pump's Impeller Based on Multi-objective Genetic Algorithm 被引量:12

Computational fluid dynamics(CFD) can give a lot of potentially very useful information for hydraulic optimization design of pumps, however, it cannot directly state what kind of modification should be made to improve such hydrodynamic performance. In this paper, a more convenient and effective approach is proposed by combined using of CFD, multi-objective genetic algorithm(MOGA) and artificial neural networks(ANN) for a double-channel pump's impeller, with maximum head and efficiency set as optimization objectives, four key geometrical parameters including inlet diameter, outlet diameter, exit width and midline wrap angle chosen as optimization parameters. Firstly, a multi-fidelity fitness assignment system in which fitness of impellers serving as training and comparison samples for ANN is evaluated by CFD, meanwhile fitness of impellers generated by MOGA is evaluated by ANN, is established and dramatically reduces the computational expense. Then, a modified MOGA optimization process, in which selection is performed independently in two sub-populations according to two optimization objectives, crossover and mutation is performed afterword in the merged population, is developed to ensure the global optimal solution to be found. Finally, Pareto optimal frontier is found after 500 steps of iterations, and two optimal design schemes are chosen according to the design requirements. The preliminary and optimal design schemes are compared, and the comparing results show that hydraulic performances of both pumps 1 and 2 are improved, with the head and efficiency of pump 1 increased by 5.7% and 5.2%, respectively in the design working conditions, meanwhile shaft power decreased in all working conditions, the head and efficiency of pump 2 increased by 11.7% and 5.9%, respectively while shaft power increased by 5.5%. Inner flow field analyses also show that the backflow phenomenon significantly diminishes at the entrance of the optimal impellers 1 and 2, both the area of vortex and intensity of vortex decreases in the whole flow channel. This paper provides a promising tool to solve the hydraulic optimization problem of pumps' impellers. 展开更多

The Stokes spectrum in the stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) is very complicated. In this article, we use both Gaussian and Lorentz approximation to investigate the gain properties of multi pumping broadband Raman amplifier, and present some schemes for flattening the gain. All the results show that the flatness of the gain spectrum is closely related to the pumping frequency grid. By researching the gain properties of Raman amplifiers of such ITU-T fibers as G.652, G.653, G.655 and large effective area non zero dispersion flattening fiber, we find that the Raman gain is associated with the fiber type and its transmission characteristics, especially it decreases with the increase of the effective core area. 展开更多

Multi-wavelength continuous-wave self-Raman laser with an a-cut composite YVO4/Nd:YVO4/YVO4 crystal pumped by an 879-nm wavelength-locked laser diode is demonstrated for the first time.Multi-wavelength Raman lasers at 1168.4,1176,1178.7,and 1201.6 nm are achieved by the first Stokes shift of the multi-wavelength fundamental lasers at 1064,1066.7,1073.6,1084,and 1085.6 nm with two Raman shifts of 890 and 816 cm^-1.A maximum Raman output power of 2.56 W is achieved through the use of a 20-mm-long composite crystal,with a corresponding optical conversion efficiency of 9.8%.The polarization directions of different fundamental and Raman lasers are investigated and found to be orthogonalπandσpolarizations.These orthogonally polarized multi-wavelength lasers with small wavelength separation pave the way to the development of a potential laser source for application in spectral analysis,laser radar and THz generation. 展开更多

A novel flat-flat resonator consisting of two crystals(Nd:YAG + Nd:YVO4) is established for power scaling in a diode-end-pumped solid-state laser. We systematically compare laser characteristics between multi-segmented(Nd:YAG + Nd:YVO4) and conventional composite(Nd:YAG + Nd:YAG) crystals to demonstrate the feasibility of spectral line matching for output power scale-up in end-pumped lasers. A maximum continuous-wave output power of 79.2 W is reported at 1064 nm, with Mx2= 4.82, My2= 5.48, and a pumping power of 136 W in the multi-segmented crystals(Nd:YAG + Nd:YVO4). Compared to conventional composite crystals(Nd:YAG + Nd:YAG), the optical-optical conversion efficiency of multi-segmented crystals(Nd:YAG + Nd:YVO4) from 808 nm to 1064 nm is enhanced from 30% to 58.8%,while the laser output sensitivity as affected by the diode-laser temperature is reduced from 55% to 9%. 展开更多

The experimental investigation of axial-flow pump has been rapidly developed to meet the needs of South-to-North Water Diversion Project of China. Owing to the boundary conditions of hub, blade tip clearance, much of the physical phenomena and laws involved in this complex flow field can't be fully determined. The flow characteristics of the high efficiency axial-flow pump have been simulated by RNG k-e turbulence model and SIMPLEC arithmetic based on FLUENT software. Numerical results indicate that the data from the prediction show agreement with the experimental results, static pressure on pressure side of blades increases slightly at circumferential direction with radius increasing, and keep almost constant at the same radial while increasing gradually from inlet to exit on the suction side along flow direction at design conditions. The static pressure, total pressure and velocity at inlet, impeller outlet and vane outlet were measured by a five-hole probe, and a contrastive experiment was done to investigate the influence of hub leakage. The experimental results show that inlet flow is almost axial and the prerotation is very small at various conditions. The meridional velocity and circulation distribution are almost identical at impeller outlet at design conditions due to steady flow and high efficiency. The residual circulation exits at downstream of the guide vane, and the circumferential velocity component increases linearly from hub to tip at small flow rate conditions. Hub leakage in adjustable blades results in the decrease of the meridional velocity and circulation at blade exit near hub. The results of numerical simulation and experiments supply important flow structure information for the high-efficiency axial-flow pump. 展开更多

This paper considers high-order dependence of the scattering matrix on the time. Non-sinusoidal behaviour of strong pumping is revealed. The relation between the pumped current and the ac driving amplitude varies from power of 2, 1 to 1/2 when stronger modulation is exerted. 针对目前液压支架跟机动作过程中系统供液流量适配不及时、不合理导致的系统压力冲击大、波动频繁等问题,提出了基于伺服泵的快速泵控补液稳压供液系统新构型,推导出适应支架动作的稳压供液流量的计算模型,给出了快速泵控补液稳压供液... 针对目前液压支架跟机动作过程中系统供液流量适配不及时、不合理导致的系统压力冲击大、波动频繁等问题,提出了基于伺服泵的快速泵控补液稳压供液系统新构型,推导出适应支架动作的稳压供液流量的计算模型,给出了快速泵控补液稳压供液系统构型中伺服泵参数配置方法。搭建了AMESim与Simulink联合仿真模型,按照对应不同支架动作的差异性稳压供液流量策略,对比了多泵联动传统供液形式与快速泵控补液稳压供液形式下的系统压力变动特性和支架动作周期,并进行实验验证。结果表明:根据系统压力变化趋势、执行机构结构参数,能够准确得出执行机构不同动作的需液量,进而形成稳压补液流量计算方法;结合快速泵控补液稳压供液方式,改善了系统压力变动特性,并加快了支架动作周期,支架动作过程中升柱和顺序推刮板输送机动作压力波动幅值分别减少23%和56%,动作时间分别缩短了1.5%和5%,降柱和拉架动作的系统压力波动次数减少,动作时间分别缩短了5.7%和3.2%。支架整个动作过程中供液系统压力均不低于卸载阀恢复压力,系统压力波动次数减少25%,支架整体动作时间缩短了4.2%。 展开更多

针对传统多尺度卷积神经网络对不同尺度的特征只是简单拼接而未考虑特征差异的问题,提出一种基于多尺度通道注意力卷积神经网络(MSCA-CNN)的轴向柱塞泵故障诊断方法。在轴向柱塞泵实验平台上设置5种典型故障(配流盘磨损、斜盘磨损、滑... 针对传统多尺度卷积神经网络对不同尺度的特征只是简单拼接而未考虑特征差异的问题,提出一种基于多尺度通道注意力卷积神经网络(MSCA-CNN)的轴向柱塞泵故障诊断方法。在轴向柱塞泵实验平台上设置5种典型故障(配流盘磨损、斜盘磨损、滑靴磨损、松靴故障、中心弹簧失效),采集6种工作状态(正常状态及5种典型故障)下的z轴振动信号。以小波变换为信号预处理模块,将加速度传感器采集的一维振动信号转化为时频图并作为诊断模型的输入信号,采用不同尺度的卷积核对时频图进行特征提取。通过通道注意力为每个通道赋予不同的权重值,使模型能够集中学习与通道密切相关的特征信息,从而提高轴向柱塞泵的故障分类能力和诊断的效率。搭建轴向柱塞泵故障诊断实验平台,验证所提方法的有效性。结果表明:该模型对6种工作状态的诊断准确率达到99.65%,相比传统多尺度卷积神经网络模型提高了3.16%,验证了MSCA-CNN模型在轴向柱塞泵故障诊断中的优越性。 展开更多

考虑抽蓄的风光水火多能互补双层优化调度

针对新型电力系统中,风光出力波动性和间接性给电网安全运行带来巨大挑战等问题,提出了一种考虑抽蓄的风光水火多能互补的联合发电系统双层优化调度模型:以系统净负荷最小、风光出力最大以及弃电量最小为目标函数的水风光蓄联合调度上... 针对新型电力系统中,风光出力波动性和间接性给电网安全运行带来巨大挑战等问题,提出了一种考虑抽蓄的风光水火多能互补的联合发电系统双层优化调度模型:以系统净负荷最小、风光出力最大以及弃电量最小为目标函数的水风光蓄联合调度上层优化模型;以火电机组运行成本、抽水成本以及弃电惩罚成本为目标函数,并考虑联合发电系统经济性的下层优化模型。引入CO_(2)排放强度和火电机组出力系数作为评价指标,并设置3种不同方案进行优化仿真,采用CPLEX求解器求解。实际算例分析结果表明,考虑抽水蓄能电站后,夏季典型日综合运行成本降低4.6万元,CO_(2)排放强度降低0.012 kg/(kW·h),火电出力波动系数从33.34%降至7.88%;冬季典型日也有类似改善效果。因此,加入抽水蓄能电站,可以明显降低火电机组出力波动性,降低系统运行成本,以及提高新能源的消纳能力。 展开更多

供热工程中,多泵并联是一种常用的供热输送组合方式,但运行中经常出现不同台数、不同参数的水泵搭配并联运行,从而导致供热输送系统出现效率低、耗能高的现象。为有效降低供热系统多泵并联输送能耗,分析多泵并联系统的节能运行策略,以... 供热工程中,多泵并联是一种常用的供热输送组合方式,但运行中经常出现不同台数、不同参数的水泵搭配并联运行,从而导致供热输送系统出现效率低、耗能高的现象。为有效降低供热系统多泵并联输送能耗,分析多泵并联系统的节能运行策略,以雄安新区某供热工程为例,以供暖季水泵运行记录和设备参数为依据,对不同水泵组合方式的运行曲线进行拟合,借助分阶段变流量调节的理论基础,探讨多泵并联系统的节能降耗空间。结果表明,优化后的多泵并联运行模式年单位面积电耗1.7 kWh/m^(2)·a,相较于供暖季现状的2.0 kWh/m^(2)·a的指标,电耗降幅为13.8%,节能效果显著。研究方法可为类似工程的节能运行提供参考。 展开更多

针对传统液压泵功能单一、动态特性差、滞环大等问题,设计一种基于高速开关阀驱动的数字液压泵。通过离散油液驱动方式,实现数字液压泵排量、压力、功率的多模式闭环控制。设计数字液压泵的液压控制原理和基体改造方案,并建立其数学模... 针对传统液压泵功能单一、动态特性差、滞环大等问题,设计一种基于高速开关阀驱动的数字液压泵。通过离散油液驱动方式,实现数字液压泵排量、压力、功率的多模式闭环控制。设计数字液压泵的液压控制原理和基体改造方案,并建立其数学模型。针对高速开关阀驱动特点,提出双模糊PID控制策略,并基于AMESim和MATLAB软件搭建数字液压泵联合仿真模型,验证了控制策略的有效性。最后,搭建了数字液压泵试验样机和数字控制系统,将双模糊PID控制策略植入该控制系统中,在试验台上对数字液压泵的排量、压力、功率控制模式以及排量滞环进行功能验证。结果表明:采用高速开关阀驱动数字液压泵,实现排量、压力及功率闭环控制是可行的;数字液压泵能够快速跟随排量控制指令,排量从95%阶跃至5%用时350 ms,响应迅速,排量滞环可控制在0.5%以内,可实现压力误差为1.2 MPa的压力闭环控制和功率误差为1.4 kW的恒功率闭环控制。 展开更多
