Traditional gear weight optimization methods consider gear tooth number, module, face width or other dimension parameters of gear as design variables. However, due to the complicated form and geometric features peculiar to the gear, there will be large amounts of design parameters in gear design, and the influences of gear parameters changing on gear trains, transmission system and the whole equipment have to be taken into account, which increases the complexity of optimization problem. This paper puts forward to apply functionally graded materials(FGMs) to gears and then conduct the optimization. According to the force situation of gears, the material distribution form of FGM gears is determined. Then based on the performance parameters analysis of FGMs and the practical working demands for gears, a multi-objective optimization model is formed. Finally by using the goal driven optimization(GDO) method, the optimal material distribution is achieved, which makes gear weight and the maximum deformation be minimum and the maximum bending stress do not exceed the allowable stress. As an example, the applying of FGM to automotive transmission gear is conducted to illustrate the optimization design process and the result shows that under the condition of keeping the normal working performance of gear, the method achieves in greatly reducing the gear weight. This research proposes a FGM gears design method that is able to largely reduce the weight of gears by optimizing the microscopic material parameters instead of changing the macroscopic dimension parameters of gears, which reduces the complexity of gear weight optimization problem. 展开更多

唐山地区太阳辐射时空特征

利用唐山地区11个气象观测站1990-2023年逐日最高气温、最低气温、日照时数资料以及乐亭辐射观测站同期的逐日太阳总辐射资料,基于日照百分率与气温日较差综合模型计算唐山地区各气象观测站(除乐亭)的太阳总辐射,通过经验正交函数分解(E... 利用唐山地区11个气象观测站1990-2023年逐日最高气温、最低气温、日照时数资料以及乐亭辐射观测站同期的逐日太阳总辐射资料,基于日照百分率与气温日较差综合模型计算唐山地区各气象观测站(除乐亭)的太阳总辐射,通过经验正交函数分解(EOF)、旋转经验正交函数分解(REOF)、Mann-Kendall突变检验、经验模态函数分解(EMD)等方法分析唐山地区太阳辐射时空变化特征。结果表明:EOF第1模态反映了唐山地区太阳辐射一致的变化特点,20世纪90年代显著上升,21世纪初显著下降,2006年发生突变。EOF第2模态反映了太阳辐射东西反向变化的特点,年代际变化与第1模态一致但没有发生突变。REOF空间分型有6个,分别为北部型、西部型、西北部型、南部沿海型、中南部型、东部型。唐山地区光伏系统最佳倾角为35°~37°,接近当地纬度略有偏低,最佳倾角斜面上的年平均总辐射为5717~6253 MJ/m^(2)。 展开更多

该文旨在研究海红米花色苷-牡蛎肽新型复合饮料的最佳制备工艺及降血糖作用。以海红米花色苷和牡蛎肽作为原料,添加甜菊糖苷作为矫味剂,采用单因素试验和正交试验设计优化饮料的制备工艺。评价稳定剂含量与贮藏条件对饮料稳定性的影响,... 该文旨在研究海红米花色苷-牡蛎肽新型复合饮料的最佳制备工艺及降血糖作用。以海红米花色苷和牡蛎肽作为原料,添加甜菊糖苷作为矫味剂,采用单因素试验和正交试验设计优化饮料的制备工艺。评价稳定剂含量与贮藏条件对饮料稳定性的影响,分析其体外淀粉消化酶抑制活性,并采用Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠模型研究其体内降血糖作用。结果表明,海红米花色苷-牡蛎肽新型复合饮料的最佳制备工艺是:牡蛎肽1%、花色苷0.8%、甜菊糖苷0.1%,羧甲基纤维素钠0.15%、果胶0.2%,以上均为质量分数。此饮料宜低温贮藏,其对α-葡萄糖苷酶和α-淀粉酶均有较强的抑制作用,且能有效改善Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠高血糖、胰岛素抵抗、糖原合成困难及组织损伤等症状。该研究提供了一种海红米花色苷-牡蛎肽新型复合饮料制备方法,且成品饮料能有效发挥体内降血糖作用,为降血糖功能饮料研发提供了新思路,有助于促进我国功能饮料市场的发展。 展开更多

压水堆(PWR)核电站注锌是降低一回路辐射剂量、抑制材料腐蚀的关键技术之一。热态功能试验(HFT)期间,注锌能促进一回路材料表面形成致密钝化膜,从而缓解腐蚀失效风险。本研究搭建了模拟HFT工况的试验台架,研究不同锌浓度对316L和690TT... 压水堆(PWR)核电站注锌是降低一回路辐射剂量、抑制材料腐蚀的关键技术之一。热态功能试验(HFT)期间,注锌能促进一回路材料表面形成致密钝化膜,从而缓解腐蚀失效风险。本研究搭建了模拟HFT工况的试验台架,研究不同锌浓度对316L和690TT材料钝化成膜的影响规律。通过分析电化学阻抗谱和腐蚀电位,并结合扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等表征技术,高效筛选最佳的成膜锌浓度。结果表明,注锌后两种材料表面均形成了致密氧化膜,且锌浓度越高,氧化膜越致密、均匀;明确了HFT期间的最佳成膜锌浓度范围为75~125μg/kg,其中100μg/kg为最优值。实践结果表明,高浓度注锌可显著降低大修期间的剂量率。本研究为新建核电机组的注锌工艺优化提供了理论支撑与实践指导,应用前景广阔。 展开更多

The distribution of thermal stresses in functionally graded polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) and in single coating of PDC are analyzed respectively by thermo-mechanical finite element analysis (FEA). It is shown that they each have a remarkable stress concentration at the edge of the interfaces. The diamond coatings usually suffer premature failure because of spallation, distortion or defects such as cracks near the interface due to these excessive residual stresses. Results showed that the axial tensile stress in FGM coating is reduced from 840 MPa to 229 MPa compared with single coating, and that the shear stress is reduced from 671 MPa to 471 MPa. Therefore, the single coating is more prone to spallation and cracking than the FGM coating. The effects of the volume compositional distribution factor (n) and the number of the graded layers (L) on the thermal stresses in FGM coating are also discussed respectively. Modelling results showed that the optimum value of the compositional distribution factor is 1.2, and that the best number of the graded layers is 6. 展开更多

Nutrient Response Functions of Sorghum for Miesso District Central Rift Valley of Ethiopia 被引量:1

This study was executed to offer the basis for optimized profit from fertilizer use for sorghum yield and to determine robust crop nutrient response function and economic rate for the production of sorghum at Miesso Central Rift Valley of Ethiopia. Trails were conducted at six experimental sites, sorghum yield response to N and P fertilizers application and economically optimum rates of nitrogen (EONR) and phosphorus (EOPR) were evaluated on a vertisols within the semi-arid Miesso districts west Hararge zone of Oromia region. The nutrient rates in 2014 cropping season four levels of Nitrogen (N) alone, these levels with 20 <span style="white-space:nowrap;">kg&#183;ha<sup>&#8722;1</sup></span> Phosphorus (P) and without N, 69 kg<span style="white-space:nowrap;">&#183;</span>ha<sup><span style="white-space:nowrap;">&#8722;</span>1</sup> N with three levels of P treatments including the zero control were evaluated. In 2015, cropping season similar rates of N alone, the same rate N with 20 <span style="white-space:nowrap;">kg&#183;ha<sup>&#8722;1</sup></span> P, 92 <span style="white-space:nowrap;">kg&#183;ha<sup>&#8722;1</sup></span> N with three rates of P including the zero control were evaluated. The treatments were arranged in a randomized complete block with three replications in factorial design. Nutrient responses of sorghum were determined using asymptotic quadratic plateau functions. The significantly highest nitrogen rate was 46 <span style="white-space:nowrap;">kg&#183;ha<sup>&#8722;1</sup></span> alone in 2014 season, which gave grain yield of 2.56 Mg<span style="white-space:nowrap;">&#183;ha<sup>&#8722;1</sup></span><sup> </sup>with a maximum yield advantage of 43%. P rates in both seasons and combined (sites + seasons) were not significantly influenced sorghum yield. Nitrogen agronomic and partial factor productivity peaked at 23 kg N <span style="white-space:nowrap;">ha<sup>&#8722;1</sup></span> but declined with increasing N rate. The EONR combined (sites + seasons) were 37, 45, 52 and 60 <span style="white-space:nowrap;">kg&#183;ha<sup>&#8722;1</sup></span><sup> </sup>and for the profit to cost ratio (PCR) were 2.43, 3.65, 4.86 and 5.79 at difference cost to grain price ratios (CP) = 3.6, 2.3, 1.6 and 1.2 respectively at Miesso Ethiopia. Nitrogen application had economically profitable than P. The study concluded that the application of N at 37 or 60 kg N <span style="white-space:nowrap;">ha<sup>&#8722;1</sup></span> to sorghum production could be economically profitable for those economically constrained farmers or economically not constrained farmers. Validation should be farther conducted on farmers’ fields for refining the results obtained. 展开更多

Welding transformer is widely used in industry manufacturing, depleting a large portion of electricity energy.Based on modern computer technology and mathematical programming, optimum design of electro-magnetic devices leads to highly efficient use of energy and materials. Are welding transformer is optimized here. A mathematical model,considering both productive cost and operating losses, which is called or Economical-through-Life transformer, is established. Mixed penalty function method, mixed dispersing variable method and improved orthogonal method have been applied to carry out the optimization calculations. Result shows that the power factor is quite important in an Economi-cal-through-Life transformer, and that some principles must be followed in the design work. Also discussed are the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods. In the end, the prospect of optimum design of welding transformer is forecast. 展开更多

Based on the linear wave, solitary wave and fifth order stokes wave derived by use of the Unified Variational Principle of Water Gravity Wave (UVPWGW), this paper derives stream function wave theory by using UVPWGW. This paper will handle the Kinematic Free Surface Boundary Condition (KFSBC) and Dynamic Free Surface Boundary Condition (DFSBC) directly and give the optimum solution, instead of the conditions Sigma(Q(av) - Q(i))(2) = min, and the related equations of stational condition. When the wave height H, period T and water depth D are given, the original stream function wave will be determined, and can not be adjusted if it does not agree with the real case; in the present method, the adjustment can be done by adding several constraint conditions, for example, the wave profile can be adjusted according to the condition of accurate peak position. The examples given in this paper show that for the original stream function wave, the DFSBC can be fairly well satisfied, but the KFSBC can not; however, the stream function wave derived by UVPWGW is better than the original one in the sense of minimum error squares in the aspect of the level at which KFSBC and DFSBC are satisfied. 展开更多

A novel approach to optimizing any given mathematical function, called the MOdified REinforcement Learning Algorithm (MORELA), is proposed. Although Reinforcement Learning (RL) is primarily developed for solving Markov decision problems, it can be used with some improvements to optimize mathematical functions. At the core of MORELA, a sub-environment is generated around the best solution found in the feasible solution space and compared with the original environment. Thus, MORELA makes it possible to discover global optimum for a mathematical function because it is sought around the best solution achieved in the previous learning episode using the sub-environment. The performance of MORELA has been tested with the results obtained from other optimization methods described in the literature. Results exposed that MORELA improved the performance of RL and performed better than many of the optimization methods to which it was compared in terms of the robustness measures adopted. 展开更多

The procedures are relatively simple to implement and are less simulation-oriented than simulated methods of inferences yet have the potential of good efficiencies for models with densities without closed form. The procedures also yield better estimators than method of moment estimators for models with more than three parameters as higher order sample moments tend to be unstable. 展开更多

在生成新产品概念设计方案的过程中,企业常缺乏辅助新产品功能描述、分解及创新的设计知识,且存在功能实现技术检索结果可用性不高、难以有效转化为概念设计方案技术特征的问题。为此,提出一种专利数据辅助的新产品概念设计方案生成方... 在生成新产品概念设计方案的过程中,企业常缺乏辅助新产品功能描述、分解及创新的设计知识,且存在功能实现技术检索结果可用性不高、难以有效转化为概念设计方案技术特征的问题。为此,提出一种专利数据辅助的新产品概念设计方案生成方法。首先,使用文本相似度算法,检索国际专利分类表中与设计任务相关的分类号文本,辅助描述新产品的主功能。其次,引入C-K理论将下级分类号释义视为K空间中的元素,新产品子功能视为C空间中的元素,通过元素间转化辅助完成主功能分解。再次,结合专利技术成熟度分析和功能创新策略,确定新产品的功能创新方向,并依据共现分类号释义预测新产品的集成功能,辅助实现新产品的功能创新。接着,应用专利文献跨域特征分析模型,引入技术领域融合度的概念,量化专利技术的知识广度和流动性,辅助优选功能实现技术,并利用语义解析技术自动提取专利独立权利要求中的技术特征,辅助生成新产品概念设计方案。最后,将该方法应用于重型汽车底盘预装设备领域的新产品开发,证明了方法的有效性。 展开更多

蚁群算法拥有良好的全局性、自组织性、鲁棒性,但传统蚁群算法存在许多不足之处。为此,针对算法在路径规划问题中的缺陷,在传统蚁群算法的状态转移公式中,引入目标点距离因素和引导素,加快算法收敛性和改善局部最优缺陷。在带时间窗的... 蚁群算法拥有良好的全局性、自组织性、鲁棒性,但传统蚁群算法存在许多不足之处。为此,针对算法在路径规划问题中的缺陷,在传统蚁群算法的状态转移公式中,引入目标点距离因素和引导素,加快算法收敛性和改善局部最优缺陷。在带时间窗的车辆路径问题(vehicle routing problem with time windows,VRPTW)上,融合蚁群算法和遗传算法,并将顾客时间窗宽度以及机器人等待时间加入蚁群算法状态转移公式中,以及将蚁群算法的解作为遗传算法的初始种群,提高遗传算法的初始解质量,然后进行编码,设置违反时间窗约束和载重量的惩罚函数和适应度函数,在传统遗传算法的交叉、变异操作后加入了破坏-修复基因的操作来优化每一代新解的质量,在Solomon Benchmark算例上进行仿真,对比算法改进前后的最优解,验证算法可行性。最后在餐厅送餐问题中把带有障碍物的仿真环境路径规划问题和VRPTW问题结合,使用改进后的算法解决餐厅环境下送餐机器人对顾客服务配送问题。 展开更多

为解决基本麻雀搜索算法(sparrow search algorithm,SSA)在求解高维复杂优化问题时存在收敛速度慢、容易陷入局部最优解及后期种群多样性变弱等问题,提出了一种基于海鸥优化算法算子和鲸鱼优化算法算子的改进麻雀搜索算法(improved spar... 为解决基本麻雀搜索算法(sparrow search algorithm,SSA)在求解高维复杂优化问题时存在收敛速度慢、容易陷入局部最优解及后期种群多样性变弱等问题,提出了一种基于海鸥优化算法算子和鲸鱼优化算法算子的改进麻雀搜索算法(improved sparrow search algorithm based on seagull optimization algorithm operator and whale optimization algorithm operator,SWSSA)。首先,该算法设计了自适应种群比例策略以增强种群在迭代过程中的多样性;其次,在局部搜索阶段融入鲸鱼优化算法气泡网捕食策略,增强麻雀搜索算法的局部搜索能力、加快收敛速度;然后,在追随者位置引入改进的海鸥优化算法算子降低算法陷入局部最优的概率。最后,选取了12个高维基准测试函数和16个UCI网站上的高维数据集进行仿真实验,将SWSSA与基本SSA、SSA变体版本、黄金正弦算法(golden sine algorithm,GSA)、蝴蝶算法(butterfly optimization algorithm,BOA)、黏菌算法(slime mold algorithm,SMA)、海鸥算法(seagull optimization algorithm,SOA),以及其他学者改进的算法进行比较。结果表明,本文提出的算法在12个测试函数上的收敛精度取得最优的比例达到了100%,在约95%的测试函数上收敛速度最快,在16个数据集中有9个数据集分类准确率最高和6个最佳特征子集数量最少。可见所提算法在处理高维函数优化和数据集特征选择问题上具有一定的优势。 展开更多

The following material is devoted to the generalization of the chaos modeling to random fields in communication channels and its application on the space-time filtering for the incoherent paradigm;that is the purpose of this research. The approach, presented hereafter, is based on the “Markovian” trend in modeling of random fields, and it is applied for the first time to the chaos field modeling through the well-known concept of the random “treatment” of deterministic dynamic systems, first presented by A. Kolmogorov, M. Born, etc. The material presents the generalized Stratonovich-Kushner Equations (SKE) for the optimum filtering of chaotic models of random fields and its simplified quasi-optimum solutions. In addition to this, the application of the multi-moment algorithms for quasi-optimum solutions is considered and, it is shown, that for scenarios, when the covariation interval of the input random field is less than the distance between the antenna elements, the gain of the space-time algorithms against their “time” analogies is significant.
